Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a paper diaper package product having a reinforcing sheet for fastening a fastening tape of a paper diaper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, commonly used paper diapers have an absorbent body interposed between a liquid-impervious outer sheet and a liquid-permeable surface sheet. Fastening tape for mounting is provided on both sides.
When putting on a disposable diaper, it is very difficult to put it on in a state of being satisfied once, and it is actually necessary to fix it several times. However, the outer sheet is often a relatively thin plastic material, for example, a thin sheet of polyethylene. Once the fastening tape is fixed on the outer sheet, the fastening tape cannot be peeled off without breaking the outer sheet. Since it is difficult, a reinforcing sheet made of a plastic material is stuck on the outer sheet on the abdomen side so that it can be reattached any number of times.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Paper diapers are generally sold separately, but usually 36 or 72 are sold as one package, and attention is paid to the reinforcing sheet affixed to each paper diaper, and any paper diaper is printed. The design and illustrations are the same. For infants who use disposable diapers, the designs and the like that are drawn are one concern, but if they are all the same design, they will get bored and will not be interested even if there is a precious design. If a different drawing is applied to each paper diaper that is taken out of the package, each time it is taken out, it will become interested in the design, and you will be able to enjoy the design drawn on each.
[0004]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to devise the printing design of the paper diaper reinforcing sheet. By printing the design mark on the reinforcing sheet, it becomes a fancy paper diaper, and moreover, a plurality of different reinforcing sheets for each paper diaper in one package. By applying the seed design, it is rich in variety. Moreover, the unit design mark is formed and used as an indicator of the fastening position of the fastening tape, and the indicator design itself of the fastening position is different. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a disposable diaper package product.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above-mentioned problems is a method of manufacturing a paper diaper package product in which a fastening tape and a plurality of paper diapers having a reinforcing sheet on an outer surface to which the fastening tape is fixed are packaged in one package.
An indicator of the fastening position of the fastening tape having a size that fits within the predetermined width within a unit area of a predetermined width that is divided by a predetermined number in the printing progress direction with respect to the printing target sheet for the reinforcing sheet of the paper diaper. A plurality of unit design marks to be printed in each unit region, and a plurality of unit design mark rows are formed in stages separated in a direction perpendicular to the printing progress direction,
The target sheet after printing is divided for each pitch at a portion where the unit design mark group is not drawn, and the unit design mark is orthogonal to the print progress direction and the predetermined number of the divided reinforcing sheet groups. Make them different in the direction of
A method of manufacturing a disposable diaper package product , characterized in that each reinforcing sheet is attached to the belly side of the outer sheet of the disposable diaper and the group of disposable diapers is packaged in one package.
[0006]
[Action]
In the present invention, the design mark on the reinforcing sheet is printed to become a fancy paper diaper, and further, a variety of different designs are applied to the reinforcing sheets of each paper diaper in one package, and the variety becomes rich. In addition to the number marks, unit design marks for drawing cartoons and illustrations are printed and used as fastening tape index, and the index design itself of the fastening position is different, which is interesting for the wearer. It becomes.
In particular, in each reinforcing sheet formed by a plurality of unit design mark rows, the unit design marks are printed in a plurality of combinations, and the combination of the unit design marks in a predetermined number of reinforcing sheet groups. By making them different, especially different, they will be more varied. In addition, it is more interesting for the wearer by making the index design of the fastening position different for each predetermined number of reinforcing sheets (paper diapers).
[0007]
Further, the unit design mark has a size that fits within the predetermined width in the unit area of the predetermined width divided by the pitch, so that it can be clearly recognized as an index of the fastening position of the fastening tape.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the paper diaper 1 is mounted, the paper diaper 1 is U-shaped and applied to the wearer's body, and then the fastening tape 2 provided at both ends on the back side of the paper diaper 1, 2 is brought to the wearer's ventral side and fastened to the reinforcing sheet 3 affixed on the outer side sheet of the ventral side.
As the reinforcing sheet 3, paper having a release agent applied to the surface, a plastic sheet, or the like can be used. Generally, a plastic sheet is most frequently used.
Taking the most frequently used plastic sheet as an example, the gravure printing method shown in FIG. 3 is generally employed as a printing method on plastic. Since gravure printing can use printing ink containing an organic solvent that cannot be used for letterpress and offset printing, it is suitably used for printing on plastic. In addition, flexographic printing, screen printing, and the like can be employed.
[0009]
Here, the gravure printing will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 3. A plate cylinder 6 that is partially immersed in the gravure ink 8 in the ink container 7, and a pressure cylinder 5 that rotates in contact with the plate cylinder 6. A plastic sheet 3 (a strip state before cutting of the reinforcing sheet 3) as a printing material is supplied to the contact portion, and gravure ink 8 transferred to the surface of the plate cylinder 6 is scraped off by the doctor blade 4 Then, it is transferred to the contact portion, and is pressed by both cylinders 5 and 6 at this contact portion to print on the plastic surface. In the case of multicolor printing, the printing unit is provided continuously, and a drying unit is provided between them, so that multicolor printing is performed in one pass.
[0010]
In gravure printing, a negative is made by copying from a printing plate making manuscript, and a transparent positive is made from the negative by an appropriate method. On the other hand, a photosensitizing process (sensitization) is performed on carbon tissue used as a medium for corroding the plate cylinder, and gravure screen is baked on the tissue. Then, after the transparent positive is baked on this tissue, it is wound around the plate cylinder 6 for transfer. Thereafter, development → coating → corrosion → plate inspection → chrome plating treatment is performed, and printing is performed by using the plate cylinder 6 by the method shown in FIG.
[0011]
When printing for obtaining the reinforcing sheet of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the width S of the reinforcing sheet 3 is divided into one section in the longitudinal direction of the plate-making document 9 in the production of the plate-making document as the basis of the printing design. Pitch is divided into I to VIII. If the width S of the reinforcing sheet 3 is 45 mm, the length L of the plate-making document 9 is 360 mm. In each divided area divided into pitches I to VIII, unprinted portions of about 10 to 15 mm are provided on both side portions, and different designs are drawn on the divided areas a to h, respectively. The reason for providing the unprinted portion is to consider the case where the cut line alignment is deviated from adjacent boundary lines of different designs. Preferably, the photoelectric tube marks are simultaneously printed on the boundary line portions of the divided regions I to VIII. Then, the cut position is detected by the phototube, and the plastic sheet is cut at the predetermined position.
[0012]
As a printing method according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the number of divisions in which the longitudinal length L of the plate-making document 9 is divided by the width S length of the reinforcing sheet, that is, L / S = 360/45 = Eight unit design marks A to H are arranged in a dotted manner. Note that the maximum dimension S 0 of the design mark used here is too large to fit within the reinforcing sheet width S, and 1/3 to the reinforcing sheet width S in consideration of the arrangement balance with the surrounding design marks. 2/3. Further, the arrangement method includes arranging the design marks A to H in an aligned state with a separation S of the reinforcing sheet width S in the longitudinal direction of the plate-making document in a plurality of stages, and adjacent upper and lower stages. Are arranged with a deviation of 1/3 to 2/3 of the reinforcing sheet width S in the longitudinal direction of the plate-making document 9. Therefore, the plastic sheet of FIG. 2 printed according to the present method becomes a reinforcing sheet having a different design regardless of where it is cut.
[0013]
By using the reinforcing sheet 3 on which a plurality of kinds of designs are drawn by the above method for a paper diaper, the design can be enjoyed for each paper diaper packed in one package.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, a design mark on a reinforcing sheet is printed to become a fancy paper diaper. Furthermore, by applying different types of designs to the reinforcing sheets of each paper diaper in one package, variety can be obtained. In addition, the unit design mark is formed as an indicator of the fastening position of the fastening tape, and the indicator design itself of the fastening position is different, which makes it interesting for the wearer. Further, the unit design mark has a size that fits within the predetermined width in the unit area of the predetermined width divided by the pitch, so that it can be clearly recognized as an index of the fastening position of the fastening tape.
