【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品陳列棚の前端に設けることによって商品の名称や内容案内や価格等を記載した表示カードを表示する陳列棚用表示具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば商店等に設置された商品陳列棚の前端には商品の名称や内容案内や価格等を記載した表示カードを表示することが行われている。そのための表示具としては、例えば特許文献１に記載された発明がある。

この発明の表示具３０は、図９に示すように、商品陳列棚３０のガラス棚板や薄板等に抜き差し可能な上方水平部材３１と下方水平部材３２とを備えた取付け部本体３３を有し、取付け部本体３３の立ち上がり上端部から商品陳列棚３０の前方に傾斜したカード支持基板３４と該カード支持基板３４の下端から上方へ折り返して成るカード支持板３５とを有するもので、カード支持基板３４とカード支持板３５との合わせ部を開いて、その間に上方から表示カード（不図示）を挿入し、該カードをカード支持板３５から目視するようにしている。

ところで上記の表示具は、主として平板から成る商品陳列棚３０に挿着するものであり、棚板の前端に溝状のレール（以下、「フロントレール」と称する）が取り付けられたタイプの商品陳列棚に引用文献１の表示具を取り付けることは不可能である。

これに対して、商品陳列棚の前端にフロントレールが設けられた状態で表示具を取り付けることによって大型の表示カードを表示するようにした具体例としては、特許文献２に記載された発明がある。

この発明は、大型のバーコードカード等のカード４０を支持するもので、仕切板５４の支持機能を有する陳列棚用棚板４３と陳列棚用表示具４４とに関するものである。

即ち、引用文献２の陳列棚用棚板４３の構成は、図１０に示すように、棚板４１の前面に固定された固定板４６に嵌合溝４７を有するように形成された係合部４８と固定板４６の下部に傾斜状に形成された下部支持板４９と該下部支持板４９の端部に折曲形成された係合部５０とを有するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、一般に、商品陳列棚の前端に設けられたフロントレールは上下幅が狭いため、このフロントレールに取り付けられた表示カードの文字や絵柄等は小さく記載され、アピール性に欠けるうえ、見え難いという欠点があった。

さらに、近時においては、フロントレールに取り付けられた表示カードにはバーコード等の情報が記載されており、そのために他の表示のためのスペースが削減され、商品の案内や価格等の記載スペースがいっそう小さくなるという問題があった。なお、バーコード等の情報は、販売主側に必要な情報であって、通常は来客者に見せる必要のないものである。

従って、販売主側の要望としては、バーゲンセール等において、既設のフロントレールに取り付けられた表示カードはそのままの状態にし、商品のアピール性を向上するために大型の表示カードを別途取付ける表示具を商品陳列棚の前に設けたままにし、必要に応じて既設の表示カードのバーコードを読み取ることができるようにした表示具があれば、非常に便利となる。

また、フロントレールに取り付けられたバーコート付き表示カードは、一般的に、フロントレールの上下の折曲部に係止しただけの状態にされているため、表示カードがフロントレールに沿って横方向にずれ易いという問題がある。実際に、表示カードが所定位置から横方向にずれてしまうと、来客者に混乱が生じたり、或はバーコードの読み誤りの原因となったり、不都合な事態を招くこととなる。

本発明は、上記の事情に鑑みて成されたもので、既設のフロントレールに取り付けられた表示カードはそのままの状態にし、大型の表示カードを取付け得る表示具を商品陳列棚の前端に装着し、しかも既設の表示カードのバーコードを読み取ることができるようにした陳列棚用表示具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項１の発明は、棚板の前端に設けられたフロントレールの後部の嵌合溝又は棚板の前端に設けられた立設部材に取り付ける陳列棚用表示具であって、横方向に長尺を成す表示具本体の下部に前記フロントレールの嵌合溝に差し込む差込部と、前記表示具本体の上部付近にて前側に突出すると共に下方へ屈曲して前記立設部材を挟持する挟持片と、前記表示具本体の上部前側に沿って設けられた屈曲部により屈曲自在に結合されたカード支持板と、該カード支持板の下端を上方へ折り返して成るカード押さえ板とを有する陳列棚用表示具において、前記表示具本体の上部前側に沿って設けられた屈曲部により屈曲自在に結合されたカード支持板は、前記表示具本体に沿って弾性変形可能な合成樹脂材料によって一体的に形成されていると共に、前記表示具本体の後側の所定高さには前記棚板に設置する仕切板に設けられた嵌合部材を嵌め込むための凹部が形成され、且つ前記表示具本体の後側に、前記差込部を前記フロントレールの嵌合溝に差し込んだ際の高さを規制するストッパが形成されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて本発明の実施形態を説明する。

本発明の陳列棚用表示具１は、図１、２、３、４等に示すように、棚板１０の前端に設けられたフロントレール１１の後部の嵌合溝１２に取り付けるか、又は図５、図６に示すように、棚板１０の前端に設けられた立設部材１３に取り付けるものであり、そのいずれにも取付け可能である。

即ち、図１に示すように、棚板１０の前端に沿って固設されたフロントレール１１はその上端と下端に長手方向に沿って折曲された折返片１４、１５を有し、これらの上部折返片１４と下部折返片１５とが互いに向き合う形状とされ、これらの上部折返片１４と下部折返片１５とに係止した表示カード２０を前方から目視することが可能である。

上記の構成を詳細に述べると、図１において、表示具本体２は棚板１０の前端の横方向の長さに応じて長尺に形成してあり、表示用本体２の背面は平板状に形成され、その下端は差込部３とされている。この差込部３の下端近傍の前面には上下に２条の凸部３ａ、３ａ（図３参照）が横方向に形成されている。この凸部３ａ、３ａは差込部３を嵌合溝１２に差し込んだときの抜け止めとして機能する。

また、表示用本体２の後側には下端から所定高さの位置にストッパ８が形成されている。このストッパ８は、差込部３をフロントレール１１の嵌合溝１２に差し込んだ際の高さを規制するものであって、表示用本体２の高さを棚板１０の上面から所定高さに保つことができる。

さらに、本発明による表示具１の表示用本体２の上部前側に沿って設けられた屈曲部５により屈曲自在に結合されたカード支持板６が形成されている。この構成は、本発明の表示具１をポリエチレンテレフタレート等の合成樹脂の押出成形によって形成する際、表示具１の天井部９とカード支持板６とを繋ぐ屈曲部５に弾性変形可能な合成樹脂材料として熱可塑性エラストマーによる部位を形成して成り、図２に示すように、この屈曲部５によってカード支持板６を上下方向へ持ち上げたり降ろしたりすることができる構成としている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の陳列用表示具によれば、棚板の前端に設けられたフロントレールの後部の嵌合溝に取り付けるか、棚板の前端に設けられた立設部材に取り付けるものであり、そのいずれにも取付け可能である。
