[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an averaging process for sampling data in a digital scale that displays a weight signal corresponding to the weight of the object to be weighed when the object is placed on the scale.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a digital scale may cause flickering due to unstable display due to a change in environment in which a disturbance such as vibration or temperature acts or generation of noise inherent in an IC. Further, immediately after the object to be measured is placed on the pan, the display value is not stable because the weight sensor itself vibrates. Conventional countermeasures include software processing that extends the sampling time of detected data, increases the number of data to be averaged, and uses the moving average method, or a low-pass that eliminates noise. Circuit processing such as providing a filter circuit is performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional process of increasing the integration time and increasing the number of data to be averaged in a digital scale takes a long time, and it takes time to display the accurate weight value of the measured object. there were.
[0004]
Alternatively, the method of providing a filter circuit has a problem of the board area due to an increase in the number of circuit components, which is an obstacle to miniaturization of the scale.
[0005]
In addition, these processes are countermeasures against flickering of the display due to disturbances such as vibration and noise. When simply averaging, the display is performed from when the object to be measured is placed on the pan until it converges to a certain value. Continued to change step by step from the no-load display, and finally the load value was displayed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems. In other words, in weighing a digital scale, it is difficult to receive temporary load signal fluctuations by a simple method, and when the load changes, the value is changed. By quickly converging, the display is stabilized and flickering of the display is suppressed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the digital scale of the present invention, a load detection means for outputting a signal corresponding to the load, an analog / digital conversion means for converting the analog signal output by the load detection means into a count value of the digital signal, and the converted count Storage means for storing the value, calculation means for calculating an average value from a plurality of count values stored in the storage means, and converting the load value based on the calculated average value, and the converted load value Display means for displaying, and the computing means compares the count value obtained by the current sampling with the count value obtained by the previous sampling, and determines that the detected load signal is stable. In this case, at least one of the plurality of count values stored in the storage means obtained in the past sampling is not the oldest count value. In place of the count value obtained by sampling, an average value is calculated from a plurality of count values stored in the storage means including the replaced count value.
[0009]
Further, in the digital type scale of the present invention, the load detecting means for outputting a signal corresponding to the load, and the analog / digital converting means for converting the analog signal output by the load detecting means into the count value of the digital signal are converted. Storage means for storing the count value, calculation means for calculating an average value from a plurality of count values stored in the storage means, and converting the load value based on the calculated average value, and converted load Display means for displaying a value, and the computing means compares the count value obtained by the current sampling with the count value obtained by the previous sampling, and determines that the detected load signal is stable. If it is determined that at least one of the plurality of count values stored in the storage means obtained in the past sampling is not the oldest count value, The average value is calculated by substituting the count value obtained by sampling once and excluding the maximum value and the minimum value among the plurality of count values stored in the storage unit including the replaced count value.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
When the count value obtained in this sampling is compared with the count value obtained in the previous sampling and it is determined that the detected load signal is stable , the storage means obtained in the past sampling A plurality of count values stored in the storage means including the replaced count value by replacing at least one of the plurality of count values stored in the memory with the count value obtained by sampling this time. An average count value is calculated from the value, and the average count value is converted into a weight value and displayed.
[0012]
In addition , the count value obtained in this sampling is compared with the count value obtained in the previous sampling, and if it is determined that the detected load signal is stable, it was obtained in the past sampling. Of the plurality of count values stored in the storage means, at least one which is not the oldest count value is replaced with the count value obtained by the current sampling, and stored in the storage means including the replaced count value. An average count value is calculated by removing the maximum value and the minimum value from the plurality of count values, and the average count value is converted into a weight value and displayed.

Here, the count value averaging process in step S7 will be described.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart of the averaging process, and FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the shift process of the count value buffer. In this embodiment, 6 data blocks are used as the count value buffer.
[0018]
In the averaging process, the count value buffer is first shifted. That is, the oldest weight count value W6 stored in the sixth block is cleared, and the other weight count values are shifted to the upper block. Therefore, the first block is also cleared (step S11). The count value calculated this time is stored in the first block (step S12). Here, among the 6 data stored in each data block of the current count value buffer, the maximum value WMax is detected by comparing the count values (step S13), and the minimum value Wmin is also detected (step S13). S14). Thereafter, the average count value WAve is calculated based on the following formula 1 (step S15).
[0019]
[Expression 1]
In other words, among the count values stored in each data block obtained by sampling six times, the total count value for four times excluding the maximum value WMax and the minimum value Wmin is divided by 4, thereby obtaining the current sampling. The average count value WAve0 at is calculated.
[0020]
The calculated average count value WAve0 is compared with the average count value WAve1 stored in the
[0021]
Here, when the amount of change in WAve is large between this time and the previous time, the count value W0 calculated by the current sampling is compared with the count value W1 calculated by the previous sampling, and it is determined whether the difference is large. Judgment is made (step S18). If the difference is small, the count value W3 calculated three times before the sampling is changed to the same value as the count value W0 calculated by the current sampling (step S19). This means that the count value W0 calculated this time and the count value W1 calculated last time are almost the same, not a temporary load change such as vibration or noise, but the object to be measured was placed. This is because it is considered to be a state or a state in which nothing is placed, and is converged to a constant value quickly.
[0022]
Next, the maximum value WMax is detected from the changed 6 sampling data (step S20), and the minimum value Wmin is also detected (step S21). Thereafter, the average count value WAve0 is calculated again based on the above-described equation 1 (step S22) and stored in the
[0023]
Here, based on FIG. 6, FIG. 7, the difference in the conventional general averaging process and the averaging process of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 6 (a) shows a conventional averaging process, using 4 blocks as a count value buffer, and, for example, by averaging from 4 times of sampling data as shown in
[0024]
[Expression 2]
[0025]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), all the four sampling data before placement are A count, and the average count value WAve at that time is also A count. If the B count is changed to the B count at the time of being set, all the stored count values are not B until the fourth sampling, and the average count value WAve is not the B count. Therefore, in this case, the display is changed four times until the weight value corresponding to the A count changes to the weight value corresponding to the B count. In an actual balance, the constant count values A and B are not necessarily calculated for each sampling, but are calculated as A ± α counts before and after the sampling.
[0026]
On the other hand, FIG. 6B shows the averaging process of the present invention, which calculates an average count value based on the above-described
[0027]
If the B object count is changed at the time when the object to be measured is placed, the count value W0 at the first sampling is B, but this value is used to calculate the average count value WAve based on the above-described
[0028]
Although the count value W0 is B even at the second sampling, it is determined that the load signal is stable because of the same count value compared to the count value W1 in the previous sampling, so W3 is changed to the B count. . As described above, the fact that the count value W0 obtained in this sampling is close to the count value W1 in the previous sampling means that fluctuation from A count to B count is temporary fluctuation such as vibration and noise. Instead, it is considered that the variation is due to the object to be measured being placed. Therefore, by changing the count value in the past sampling stored in the count value buffer to the count value obtained by the current sampling, the average count value converges quickly to the B count.
[0029]
In this state, since the average count value WAve is calculated based on the above-described
[0030]
Even at the third sampling, the count value W0 becomes B, and it is determined that the load signal is stable because of the same count value compared to the count value W1 in the previous sampling. Therefore, W3 is also changed to the B count here. . In this state, if the average count value WAve is calculated by excluding the maximum value B count and the minimum value A count based on the above-described
[0031]
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an averaging process when a temporary disturbance such as vibration is applied. FIG. 7A shows the case of the conventional averaging process. When the count value buffers are all A counts, the average count value WAve is also A counts, but when an unstable signal is output, 1 At the sampling time, the count value W0 is A + a count, and the average count value WAve at that time is A + (a / 4). Even if W0 returns to the A count after the second sampling, while the A + a count remains in the count value buffer, the influence of the fluctuation continues up to the fourth sampling here.
[0032]
On the other hand, FIG. 7B shows the case where the averaging process in the scale of the present invention is used. When an unstable signal is temporarily detected, the count value W0 of the first sampling becomes A + a count, Although stored in the first block, if the count value is averaged based on
[0033]
Therefore, with the scale using the averaging process of the present invention, it is possible to display quickly and stably both in the case of temporary fluctuations in the count value such as vibration and noise and fluctuations when the load of the object to be measured is applied. It is possible.
[0034]
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the averaging processing of the present invention is not limited to this form, and for example, the number of buffer blocks is increased in accordance with the performance of the weight sensor or circuit element, and averaging is performed. The number of sampling data of the count value to be increased may be increased.
[0035]
Further, in this embodiment, the average count value is calculated by removing the maximum value and the minimum value one by one from the stored sampling data. However, a plurality of large data and a plurality of small data are excluded. Thus, the average count value may be calculated.
[0036]
In this embodiment, the count value W0 obtained by the current sampling is compared with the count value W1 obtained by the previous sampling, and if it is determined that the detected load signal is stable, In the above embodiment, the average count value is calculated by replacing W3 with the count value obtained by the current sampling, but the count value to be changed is not limited to W3, and W2 and W4 However, a plurality of changes may be made at one time.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
If the digital scale using the averaging process of the present invention, the count value obtained by the current sampling is compared with the count value obtained by the previous sampling, and the detected load signal is stable. If it is determined, at least one of the plurality of count values stored in the storage means obtained in the past sampling and not the oldest count value is replaced with the count value obtained in the current sampling. If the average count value is calculated from a plurality of count values stored in the storage means including the replaced count value, and the average count value is converted into a weight value and displayed, the load of the object to be measured is It is possible to quickly converge the fluctuation when added, and to display the correct weight value quickly.
[0039]
In addition, the count value obtained in this sampling is compared with the count value obtained in the previous sampling, and if it is determined that the detected load signal is stable, it was obtained in the past sampling. Of the plurality of count values stored in the storage means, at least one which is not the oldest count value is replaced with the count value obtained by the current sampling, and stored in the storage means including the replaced count value. If the average value is calculated by removing the maximum and minimum values from multiple count values, and the average count value is converted into a weight value and displayed, temporary fluctuations in the count value such as vibration and noise The display value can be stabilized, and fluctuations when the load on the object to be measured is applied and when the load is reduced. Since it is also possible to converge more quickly, it becomes possible to perform more quickly display the correct weight value.
