【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ラジオ放送技術、ラジオ放送に広告（ＣＭ）を挿入する技術、ラジオ放送に挿入するＣＭを予約する技術、ＣＭを作成する技術に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
ラジオ放送に限られた話ではないが、民間が行う放送にはＣＭの挿入がつきものである。ラジオ放送は、ＣＭを交えた所定のタイムスケジュールに従って行われている。
ラジオ放送のタイムスケジュールは通常、所定の広告が放送されるＣＭ枠と、広告以外の放送がなされる本放送枠とからなるものとされており、各ＣＭ枠に対して所定のＣＭが割り振られている。そして、このタイムスケジュールに合わせて本放送を行いながら、各ＣＭ枠で、それぞれに割り振られたＣＭが放送されるようになっている。

ＣＭの挿入されたこのようなラジオ放送を実現するにあたっては、以下のような煩雑な手続が必要となっているのが現状現実である。
広告主等のＣＭ提供者は、まず、例えばラジオ局などのＣＭ枠の管理者にＣＭ枠の空き状況を電話やファックスなどで問い合わせ、空き枠を把握する。その上で、ＣＭ提供者は、ＣＭの放送を望む空き枠に対して予約をする。この間に、ＣＭ提供者とラジオ局担当者等の間で複数回の連絡が行われる。これにより、タイムスケジュールの作成がなされる。
ＣＭ提供者は、また、予め作成してあった、或いはＣＭ枠の予約後に作成した音ファイルとされたＣＭ素材を、ラジオ局に渡す。場合によっては、これに代えて、ラジオ局にＣＭ素材の作成を依頼する。
そして、ラジオ局は、上述のタイムスケジュールに従って、それぞれのＣＭ枠で、当該ＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を放送することにより、ＣＭを挿入したラジオ放送を行う。

このような従来の手法によってＣＭを挿入したラジオ放送を行うことは確かに可能である。しかしながら、このようなラジオ放送によっては実現し得ないサービスが存在するのも事実である。

例えば、ラジオ放送は、短波放送や衛星放送など一部を除き、都道府県単位や市町村単位など特定のエリアを対象としている場合がほとんどである。
このような特性を考慮すれば、ラジオ放送では、比較的狭い範囲に集中する聴取者に対してローカルな内容のＣＭを放送できれば広告主にとって十分であり、そのようなＣＭを放送できれば広告主にとって十分に有益となる。また、このようなＣＭは、聴取者にとっても親しみやすいものであり、魅力的なものとなりうる。
例えば、あるスーパーマーケットで、その日の午後から特定商品を対象とする安売りを行うといった内容のＣＭや、ある場所に新しいラーメン屋が開業し、開店後１週間ラーメンを半額で提供するといった内容のＣＭを放送することが可能であれば、そのＣＭは、スーパーマーケット経営者やラーメン屋経営者から見て、きめの細かい非常に効率の良いＣＭとなる。
しかしながら、煩雑な手続を要する従来のＣＭ枠の予約方法によったのでは、時間的な問題により、このようなＣＭを実現することができない。
また、流すべきＣＭについてのＣＭ素材は、広告提供者が作成するのが一般的である。しかしながら、ＣＭ素材の作成に不慣れな者にしてみれば、これを自ら行わなければならないとすればその負担が課題となり、上述の如きＣＭを実現するのは実質的に不可能となる。ＣＭ素材の作成は、放送局などの第三者に委託することも可能ではあるものの、スタジオの予約などにある程度の日数が必要であり、迅速なＣＭ素材の作成は実際上不可能である。また、ＣＭ素材の作成にあたっては、スタジオ使用に関する費用や、ナレーターに支払う費用などが必要であるため、ＣＭ提供者が小資本の者である場合などは、結局のところ、上述の如きＣＭを実現できない。

つまり、ラジオ放送できめの細かいＣＭ放送を行うためには、ＣＭ提供者がＣＭを放送したいという希望をもってからなるべく迅速にＣＭ放送を行えることが必要であり、またそれにかかる費用がなるべく小さく抑えられるようにすることが必要である。
ところで、迅速なＣＭ放送を行うことに関して言えば、ＣＭ枠の予約を迅速に行えるようにするのみならず、ＣＭ枠の予約変更やＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ内容の迅速な変更にも対処できるようにするのが望ましい。
ここで、ラジオ放送は、映像を必要としない点でテレビ放送よりも比較的手軽なメディアであるため、予約の変更や、ＣＭ内容の変更にも敏速に対応できるものとなり得る可能性がある。
例えば、当日の天候次第で売れ行きが異なる商品についてのＣＭを、その日の天候が当該製品の売れる方向に傾いたことを確認してから大量に放送できるようになれば、その広告は極めて効率のよいものとなる。また、予約していたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、当日の天候などによって素早く変更できるようになっていれば、そのＣＭは、広告主にとって極めて魅力的なものとなる。例えば、酒メーカーが広告主である場合、当日の気温が一定の温度以上なのであればビールのＣＭを放送し、一定の温度を下回ったとなれば日本酒やワインのＣＭを流す、或いは、その日の気温によっては、そのＣＭ本数を増加させるといったことが可能であれば、そのきめ細かさゆえ、そのＣＭは、広告主にとって有意義なものとなる。
しかしながら、ＣＭ枠の予約やＣＭ素材の作成に関して時間がかかる従来のやり方では、かかるきめの細かいＣＭの放送は不可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、以上のような従来技術の不具合を解決することで、地域密着型という特性を有するラジオ放送のＣＭを、広告主等と聴取者の双方にとってより魅力的なものとすることをその課題としている。
より詳細には、ラジオ放送におけるＣＭ枠の予約を、素早く行えるようにするための技術を提供することを課題とする。
また、ラジオ放送におけるＣＭ素材の作成をより簡易且つ低コストで行えるようにすることを課題とする。
また、ラジオ放送において既に予約していたＣＭ枠で放送する予定だったＣＭ素材の変更を迅速に行えるようにすることをその課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる課題を解決するために、本願発明者は以下に述べる３つのＣＭ枠予約システムと、それらに付随する発明を提案する。
【０００９】
第１のＣＭ枠予約システムは、以下のようなものである。
即ち、広告を提供するユーザに操作される複数のユーザ端末と、ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されており、且つ前記ユーザ端末と所定のネットワークを介して通信可能とされている情報処理装置とを含んで構成されているＣＭ枠予約システムであって、前記情報処理装置は、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、前記ネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出する情報提示手段と、を備えてなると共に、前記ユーザ端末は、前記情報提示手段から前記ネットワークを介して受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる表示制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第１制御手段へ送信するようにされた予約決定手段と、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、前記第２記録媒体に記録されている前記複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材から指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第３制御手段へ送信するようにされた選択決定手段と、を備えてなり、前記第１制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようになっていると共に、前記第３制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようになっている、ＣＭ枠予約システムである。
このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、空きＣＭ枠の確認とＣＭ枠の予約とを、ラジオ局側の人間を介在させることなく、ＣＭを提供するユーザ（広告代理店も含む）が行えるようになる。また、このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによりＣＭ枠の予約を行えば、どのＣＭ枠でどのユーザのどのＣＭ素材を放送すればよいかという情報を含んだタイムスケジュールに相当するデータベースが自動的に作成されることとなる。従って、このＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、ユーザがＣＭ放送を望んだ時点からＣＭの放送時点までの時間の短縮を図れるようになり、地域密着型という特性を有するラジオ放送のＣＭを、広告主等と聴取者の双方にとってより魅力的なものにできるようになる。
また、このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、第２記録手段に記録されていたＣＭ素材がＣＭとして放送されることになるので、ラジオ局側で予めその内容を確認しておくことが可能であり、不適切な表現を含んだＣＭが放送されることを未然に防止できるようになる。

この広告予約システムは、以下のようなユーザ端末を利用して実現することができる。
例えば、ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されており、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、
前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、前記ネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出する情報提示手段と、を備えてなる情報処理装置と、所定のネットワークを介して通信可能とされていると共に、広告を提供するユーザに操作されるユーザ端末であって、前記情報提示手段から前記ネットワークを介して受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる表示制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第１制御手段へ送信するようにされた予約決定手段と、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、前記第２記録媒体に記録されている前記複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材から指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第３制御手段へ送信するようにされた選択決定手段と、を備えてなり、前記第１制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようになっていると共に、前記第３制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようになっている、ユーザ端末がそれである。

上述のユーザ端末は、例えば、以下のような方法を実行する。
ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されており、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、所定のネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出する情報提示手段と、を備えてなる情報処理装置と、前記ネットワークを介して通信可能とされていると共に、端末制御手段を含むコンピュータにより構成されており、且つ広告を提供するユーザに操作されるようにされたユーザ端末にて実行される方法であって、前記端末制御手段が、前記情報提示手段から前記ネットワークを介して受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる過程と、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第１制御手段へ送信することで、前記第１制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようにする過程と、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、前記第２記録媒体に記録されている前記複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材から指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第３制御手段へ送信することで、前記第３制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようにする過程と、を実行する方法が、その一例である。

上述のユーザ端末は、所定の記録媒体に記録された以下のようなプログラムコードをコンピュータに読み込ませることで、家庭用コンピュータなどの汎用的なコンピュータを用いて簡易に実現できるようになる。
かかる記録媒体とは、例えば以下のものを言う。
ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されており、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、所定のネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出する情報提示手段と、を備えてなる情報処理装置と前記ネットワークを介して通信可能とされていると共に、広告を提供するユーザに操作されるようにされており、且つ端末制御手段を含んでいるコンピュータを、ＣＭ枠予約システムのユーザ端末として機能させるためのプログラムコードがコンピュータ可読の形態で記録されている記録媒体であって、前記プログラムコードが、前記端末制御手段に、前記情報提示手段から前記ネットワークを介して受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる処理、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第１制御手段へ送信することで、前記第１制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようにする処理、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、前記第２記録媒体に記録されている前記複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材から指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第３制御手段へ送信することで、前記第３制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようにする処理、を実行させるものとされた記録媒体がその一例である。
この場合のプログラムコードは、以下のようなものである。
ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されており、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、所定のネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出する情報提示手段と、を備えてなる情報処理装置と、前記ネットワークを介して通信可能とされていると共に広告を提供するユーザに操作されるようにされており、且つ端末制御手段を含んでいるコンピュータを、ＣＭ枠予約システムのユーザ端末として機能させるためのプログラムコードであって、前記端末制御手段に、前記情報提示手段から前記ネットワークを介して受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる処理、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第１制御手段へ送信することで、前記第１制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようにする処理、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を、前記第２記録媒体に記録されている前記複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材から指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記第３制御手段へ送信することで、前記第３制御手段が、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようにする処理、を実行させるものとされているプログラムコードが、その一例である。
尚、本明細書で言うプログラムコードとは、プログラムコードそれ自体に加えて、所定の処理をコンピュータに実行させるために必要なデータや、制御パラメータなどをも含む概念である。また、本明細書で言うプログラムコードは、それによってコンピュータに所定の処理を実行させるためのものであれば足り、コンピュータが有するＯＳとの協働によりコンピュータに所定の処理を行わせるようなものであっても良い。

この広告予約システムは、以下のような情報処理装置を利用して実現することができる。
例えば、ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠に広告を提供するユーザに操作されるものであり、所定のディスプレイ装置に、ＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させる表示制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠のうち予約が入っていないものに対してＣＭ放送の予約をする旨の情報である予約申込情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを所定のネットワークを介して送信するようにされた予約決定手段と、予約申込情報により指定されたＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を指定する旨の情報であるＣＭ選択情報についてのデータをユーザの入力に基づいて生成し、これを前記ネットワークを介して送信するようにされた選択決定手段と、を備えてなる複数のユーザ端末と前記ネットワークを介して通信可能とされていると共に、ラジオ放送に挿入される広告についてのＣＭ枠を提供する者に管理されている情報処理装置であって、前記ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を記録するようにされた第１記録媒体と、前記予約状況情報を書換える第１制御手段と、前記ＣＭ枠で放送されうる複数のＣＭ素材を、前記ユーザのいずれかと関連付けて記録するようにされると共に、これに記録されている複数のＣＭ素材中の自己のＣＭ素材をユーザが選択できるようにされた第２記録媒体と、予約が入っている前記ＣＭ枠と、前記複数のＣＭ素材の一つであり、且つそのＣＭ枠で放送されるＣＭ素材との対応についての対応情報を、予約が入っているＣＭ枠のそれぞれについて記録するようにされた第３記録媒体と、前記対応情報を書換える第３制御手段と、前記予約状況情報に基づいて、前記ＣＭ枠の予約状況情報を、前記ネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出することで、前記ネットワークを介してユーザ端末が受入れた予約状況情報に基づいて、当該ユーザ端末の表示制御手段が、ディスプレイ装置にＣＭ枠の予約状況を表示させられるようにする情報提示手段と、を備えてなると共に、前記第１制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けた予約申込情報についての前記データに基づいて前記予約状況情報を書換えるようになっていると共に、前記第３制御手段は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ネットワークを介して受付けたＣＭ選択情報についてのデータに基づいて前記対応情報を書換えるようになっている情報処理装置がその一例である。

このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、第１のＣＭ予約システム同様に、空きＣＭ枠の確認とＣＭ枠の予約とを、ＣＭを提供するユーザが単独で行えるようになる。また、このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによりＣＭ枠の予約を行えば、タイムスケジュールに相当するデータベースが自動的に作成されることとなる。
このＣＭ枠予約システムでは、また、その第２記録媒体に、各ユーザのＣＭ素材を複数記録できるようにしており、ユーザは、その中の一つを自分が予約したＣＭ枠で放送するＣＭ素材として任意に選択できるようになっている。このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、予め作成しておいた複数のＣＭ素材から一のＣＭ素材を選択できるので、ＣＭ枠だけ先に予約しておいた上で、ＣＭ素材が放送される直前にＣＭ素材の決定を行ったり、放送予定だったＣＭ素材を放送の直前に変更したりできるようになる。従って、このＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、ＣＭを挿入のラジオ放送を臨機応変に行えるようになるので、ラジオＣＭが、広告主等と聴取者の双方にとってより魅力的なものとなる。
尚、このＣＭ枠予約システムで放送されるＣＭ素材は、第２記録手段に記録されたものの中から選択されるため、ラジオ局側で前もってその内容を確認しておくことが可能であるので、不適切な表現を含んだＣＭの放送防止も行える。

このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、第１のＣＭ予約システム同様に、空きＣＭ枠の確認とＣＭ枠の予約とを、ＣＭを提供するユーザが単独で行えるようになる。また、このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによりＣＭ枠の予約を行えば、タイムスケジュールに相当するデータベースが自動的に作成されることとなる。
また、このＣＭ枠予約システムは、情報処理装置内に音声合成装置制御手段を備えており、ユーザは、これを利用して好みの音声データを含むＣＭ素材を生成できるようになっている。つまり、ラジオ放送局側に音声合成のための設備を準備しておくことで、ＣＭ制作に際してユーザ側に生じうる過度の負担を軽減するようにしているのである。ローカルなＣＭの場合には、ＣＭで伝えたいメッセージのみを聴取者に伝えられれば、それほど凝ったＣＭではなくとも広告効果として十分メリットがある場合が多い。このような場合には、ＣＭ素材を自由に制作できることにより得られるメリットが大となる。また、このようなＣＭ枠予約システムによれば、予め準備しておいた範囲を超えたＣＭ素材を迅速に作成することが可能となり、作成したＣＭ素材を放送すべきＣＭ素材として即座に使用できるようになる。従って、本発明によれば、ＣＭを挿入のラジオ放送をより一層臨機応変に実現できるようになるので、ラジオＣＭを、広告主等と聴取者の双方にとってより魅力的なものにできるようになる。

即ち、所定の広告が放送されるＣＭ枠と、広告以外の放送がなされる本放送枠とからなるラジオ放送を、ＣＭ枠と本放送枠とのタイムスケジュールを記録しているタイムスケジュール記録手段に記録されたタイムスケジュールに基づいて自動的に実行する放送制御手段を含んで構成されるラジオ放送システムであって、前記タイムスケジュール記録手段は、前記第２記録媒体及び前記第３記録媒体を含んでなり、前記放送制御手段は、前記第３記録媒体から前記対応情報を読み出し、当該対応情報に基づいて前記第２記録媒体から読み出したＣＭ素材を、当該ＣＭ素材と対応付けられたＣＭ枠で放送するようになっている、ラジオ放送システムである。
このようなラジオ放送システムであれば、ＣＭ枠予約システムでユーザが行った予約に応じて自動的にラジオ放送が行われることになる。これにより、ラジオ放送のスケジュール管理が自動化されるので便利である。
この場合のラジオ放送システムでは、以下の如き方法が実行される。
所定の広告が放送されるＣＭ枠と、広告以外の放送がなされる本放送枠とからなるラジオ放送を、ＣＭ枠と本放送枠とのタイムスケジュールを記録しているタイムスケジュール記録手段に記録されたタイムスケジュールに基づいて自動的に実行する放送制御手段を含んで構成されるラジオ放送システムにて実行される方法であって、前記タイムスケジュール記録手段が、前記第３記録媒体から前記対応情報を読み出す過程と、当該対応情報に基づいて前記第２記録媒体からＣＭ素材を読み出す過程と、を実行することで、当該ＣＭ素材を、当該ＣＭ素材と対応付けられたＣＭ枠で放送する、ラジオ放送制御方法がその一例である。

上述の第１、第２、第３のラジオ放送システムの情報処理装置は、以下のようなものとすることができる。
情報処理装置の情報提示手段は、前記予約状況情報に加えて、予約の入っていないＣＭ枠の個性を示す個性情報を、前記ネットワークを介して前記ユーザ端末へ送出することで、前記ネットワークを介してユーザ端末が受入れた個性情報に基づいて、当該ユーザ端末の表示制御手段が、当該ユーザ端末のディスプレイ装置に個性情報を表示させられるようにするものとなっているものとすることができる。
このようにすることで、ユーザは、ＣＭ枠を予約する際に参考となる情報を得られるようになる。
上述の個性情報はユーザの参考となるようなものであればどのようなものでも構わないが、少なくとも、そのＣＭ枠を予約するために必要となる対価の額についての情報か、当該ＣＭ枠についての聴取率についての情報を含むものとすることができる。
これらの情報は、ユーザがＣＭ枠を予約する際に、非常に参考となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明によるラジオ放送システムと、本発明によるＣＭ予約システムの好ましい一実施形態について説明することとする。

≪全体構成≫
図１に示すのが、本発明によるラジオ放送システムと、ＣＭ予約システムの全体構成の概略である。
図１中、Ｒはラジオ放送局であり、本発明における放送制御手段としての放送制御装置Ｂと、この放送制御装置Ｂと接続されている本発明における情報処理装置としてのサーバＳとを含んで構成されている。この例では、放送制御装置ＢとサーバＳにより、本発明におけるラジオ放送システムが構成されている。
放送制御装置Ｂは、アンテナＡを備えている。Ｔで示したのは、本発明におけるユーザ端末としての端末Ｔである。端末Ｔは、この実施形態では複数設けられており、例えばインターネットやイントラネットにより構成されたネットワークＮを介して、サーバＳと接続されている。
本発明によるＣＭ予約システムは、この実施形態では、サーバＳと端末Ｔにより構成されている。

≪端末の構成≫
次に端末Ｔについて説明する。この実施形態における端末Ｔは、これには限られないが、家庭用のコンピュータや携帯電話端末により構成されている。
これら端末Ｔは、所定のディスプレイ装置Ｔ１、文字情報の入力などを行うための、キーボードやマウスなどによって構成される入力装置Ｔ２、及び図示せぬスピーカ装置を備えて構成される。

端末Ｔのうち、家庭用コンピュータは、符番を省略のディスクドライブを備えている。そしてそのディスクドライブに、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭやＤＶＤ−ＲＯＭなどにより構成される本発明による記録媒体ＭＴを挿入することにより、その記録媒体ＭＴに記録されている本発明によるプログラムコードを読み込ませることができるようになっている。コンピュータは、上述の過程によって本発明によるプログラムコードを読み込むことで、本発明の端末Ｔに求められる後述の機能を有するものとなる。
これには限られないが、この実施形態における記録媒体ＭＴは、このシステムを運営するサーバＳの管理者などが配布したものである。これにより、サーバＳの管理者はユーザの便宜を図ることができる。
もっとも、上述のプログラムコードは、記録媒体ＭＴを介してコンピュータに読み込まれるとは限らない。ネットワークを介しての配信の過程を経てコンピュータにインストール等されるようにしても良い。例えば、携帯電話端末により端末Ｔが構成されている場合には、例えばサーバＳから上述の如きプログラムコードのダウンロードを行い、それをインストールするようにすることができる。

上述のプログラムコードの実行により、本発明の端末Ｔが内蔵するＣＰＵは、以下の機能ブロックを形成する。

端末制御部１２０は、本発明の端末制御手段に相当するものである。端末制御部１２０は、入力情報解析部１１０、ディスプレイ装置管理部１３０、スピーカ装置制御部１４０、及び送受信部１５０の制御を行うものである。端末制御部１２０は、また、後述の予約申込情報についてのデータ及びＣＭ選択情報についてのデータを生成できるようなものとなっており、本発明における予約決定手段及び選択決定手段の一部をなすものとなっている。尚、端末制御手段１２０は、後述の文字情報についてのデータをも生成できるようなものとなっていても良い。この実施形態における端末制御部１２０は、文字情報についてのデータをも生成できるようなものとなっており、本発明における合成音声決定手段の一部をなすものとなっている。
ディスプレイ装置管理部１３０は、本発明の表示制御手段に相当するものであり、ディスプレイ装置Ｔ２に表示する画像の制御を行う。
スピーカ装置管理部１４０は、スピーカ装置から出力する出力音の制御を行うものである。
送受信部１４０は、ネットワークＮを介してサーバＳと様々なデータのやりとりを行うものである。具体的には、送受信部１４０は、予約申込情報、ＣＭ選択情報、文字情報などを送信したり、ディスプレイ装置Ｔ２に表示される画像についてのデータや、スピーカ装置から出力される音についてのデータなどを受信する。

≪サーバの構成≫
次にサーバＳについて説明する。この実施形態におけるサーバＳは、端末Ｔ同様に、汎用的なコンピュータにより構成されている。

この実施形態におけるサーバＳとなるコンピュータは、ディスクドライブを備えている。そしてそのディスクドライブに、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭやＤＶＤ−ＲＯＭなどにより構成される本発明による記録媒体ＭＳを挿入し、その記録媒体ＭＳに記録されている本発明によるプログラムコードを読み込ませることができるようになっている。このコンピュータは、上述の過程によって本発明によるプログラムコードを読み込むことで、本発明のサーバＳに求められる各機能を有するものとなる。
このプログラムコードは、それ単体でコンピュータに本発明の情報処理装置としての機能を奏させることができるようなものでもよく、それとコンピュータにインストールされているＯＳとの協働により、コンピュータに本発明の情報処理装置としての機能を奏させるようなものとなっていても良い。

第２制御部２２３は、第２データ記録部にデータを書き込み、或いは記録されているデータを変更するものである。第２制御部２２３は、この処理を、主制御部２２１の制御下で行うようになっている。
第３制御部２２４は、本発明における第３制御手段に相当するものであり、第３データ記録部にデータを書き込み、或いは記録されているデータを変更するものである。第３制御部２２４は、この処理を、主制御部２２１の制御下で行うようになっている。
認証部２２５は、認証処理を行うようになっている。このＣＭ予約システムでは、ラジオ放送局側で一定の資格を与えられた者のみがＣＭ枠の予約や、ＣＭの作成を行えるようになっている。認証部２２５は、サーバＳに接続してきた端末Ｔを操作しているユーザが、上述の資格を有する者であるか否かを判断し、資格を有する場合には、このシステム使用についての認証を行うものである。
ＣＭ素材生成部２２６は、本発明における音声合成制御手段としての機能を有している。具体的には音声合成装置２６０の制御を行うと共に、ユーザからの指示内容に応じてＣＭ放送される音声ファイルであるＣＭ素材を生成する。
素材記録部２２７は、ＣＭ素材を生成するときに利用可能な様々な音についての音ファイルを記録している。ユーザは、ＣＭ素材生成時にこの素材記録部２２７の音ファイルを利用することができる。尚、ＣＭ素材生成の方法については後述する。

≪ＣＭ予約システムの動作≫
以下、上述したＣＭ予約システムの動作について説明する。
具体的には、ＣＭ枠の予約のための処理、放送するＣＭを決定するための処理、予約済みのＣＭ枠を確認又は変更する、或いは放送予定のＣＭ素材を確認又は変更するための処理、ＣＭ素材作成のための処理、のそれぞれについて分けて説明する。

＜ＣＭ枠予約のための処理＞
ＣＭ枠の予約は、図５のフローに示した如く行う。
まず、ユーザの行う端末Ｔの入力装置Ｔ２の操作に基づいて、端末ＴがサーバＳへアクセス要求を行う（Ｓ１１１）。
必ずしも必要ではないが、この場合、端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１には、ユーザが行う入力を補助するような画像が表示される。この画像は、主制御部２２１が生成し、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔに送られ、送受信部１５０及び端末制御部１２０を経てディスプレイ装置管理部１３０が受付けた画像データに基づいて表示される。
かかる画像の一例を図６に示す。この場合には、ＩＤ入力用、パスワード入力用の２つの入力窓の画像と、ログイン用のボタンの画像とが表示されるようになっている。
ユーザは、ＩＤ入力用の入力窓と、パスワード入力用の入力窓の双方に、ラジオ放送局から予め割り振られていた、ＩＤ情報とパスワード（数字やアルファベットなどを組み合わせてなる）をそれぞれ入力する。その後、マウスを操作してポインタをログイン用のボタンの画像に重ね合せ、クリックを行うなどの操作を行って、ＩＤ情報及びパスワードの決定、送信を行う。
入力装置Ｔ２から入力されたＩＤ情報及びパスワードについてのデータを含むアクセス要求用のデータは、入力情報解析部１１０、端末制御部１２０を経て、端末Ｔの送受信部１５０から送出される。これらのデータは、送受信部１５０からネットワークＮを経てサーバＳの送受信部２１０に受け取られる。

より詳述に説明すると、アクセス要求についてのデータは、サーバＳの送受信部２１０が受付ける。このデータは、主制御部２２１を経て、認証部２２５へと送られる。認証部２２５は、各ユーザのＩＤ及びパスワードについての情報を保持しており、これと、端末Ｔから送られてきたアクセス要求についてのデータに含まれていたＩＤ及びパスワードについての情報とを比較する。そして、その結果、ＩＤとパスワードについての情報が、認証部２２５が保持していたデータと一致する場合には、認証部２２５は、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可する旨のデータを生成し、これを主制御部２２１へと送る。逆に、ＩＤとパスワードについての情報が、認証部２２５が保持していたデータと一致しない場合には、認証部２２５は、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可しない旨のデータを生成し、これを主制御部２２１へと送る。これらのデータは、主制御部２２５から、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送られる（Ｓ１２２）。
アクセスを許可する旨のデータが送られた場合のみ、端末Ｔは、以後の手続を行うことができる。

アクセスを許可する旨のデータを送信する場合には、サーバＳは、図７に示すような画像を端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に表示するためのデータをも送信する。この画像は、『ＣＭ枠を見る、又は予約する』、『放送するＣＭを決定する』、『予約済みのＣＭ枠、又は放送予定のＣＭ枠を確認、又は変更する』、『ＣＭ素材を準備する』の４つの選択肢を表示するものとなっている。
『ＣＭ枠を見る、又は予約する』は、ＣＭ枠の予約をユーザが行うこと、或いはそれに先立ってＣＭ枠の予約状況をユーザが閲覧することを可能とする選択肢である。『放送するＣＭを決定する』は、予約したＣＭ枠で放送するＣＭをユーザが決定することを可能とする選択肢である。『予約済みのＣＭ枠、又は放送予定のＣＭ枠を確認、又は変更する』は、既に予約したＣＭ枠をユーザが確認したり、場合によっては変更したり、或いは既に予約したＣＭ枠で放送する予定だったＣＭ素材をユーザが確認したり、場合によっては変更することを可能とする選択肢である。また、『ＣＭ素材を準備する』は、放送すべきＣＭ素材の作成をユーザが作成することを可能とする選択肢である。
ユーザは、これら選択肢の中の一つを任意に選択して以後の処理を実行できるようになっている。
この例では、ユーザが『ＣＭ枠を見る、又は予約する』を選択したものとして以下の話を進める。

かかる処理の種類の選択（Ｓ１１２）が行われ、『ＣＭ枠を見る、又は予約する』の処理が実行されることとなると、サーバＳの主制御部２２１は、ＣＭ枠のどれにＣＭ放送の予約が入っており、どれに予約が入っていないかというＣＭ枠の予約状況についての情報である予約状況情報を第１データ記録部２３０から読み出し、これを送受信部２１０からネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送信する（Ｓ１２３）。端末Ｔの送受信部１５０で受け取られたこのデータに基づいて、端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１には、予約状況情報が表示される（Ｓ１１３）。
この予約状況情報は、例えば、図８に示した如く一覧表の形態で表示される。この例における予約状況情報は、ＣＭ枠のそれぞれについての以下の情報を含んでいる。即ち、当該ＣＭ枠の放送予定日時と曜日、当該ＣＭ枠の時間的な長さ、当該ＣＭ枠の予想聴取率、当該ＣＭ枠でＣＭ放送を行うための費用などの情報が含まれている。ユーザの理解の容易を図るため、既に予約が入っているＣＭ枠とまだ開いているＣＭ枠とで表示形態を異ならせることができる。
尚、これらの情報は、一画面上にすべて表示されている必要はない。例えば、ユーザがあるＣＭ枠についての詳細な情報を見るための所定の手続を行った場合に初めて、当該ＣＭ枠の予想聴取率、当該ＣＭ枠でＣＭ放送を行うための費用などがディスプレイ装置上Ｔ１に表示されるようになっていても構わない。
予約状況情報は、また、上述の如き一覧表形態以外の形態により表示しても構わない。例えば、図９に示した如き画面を、端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１にまず表示させ、ユーザが所定の条件を入力したら、その条件を満たすものをサーバＳの主制御部２２１等で検索し、当該条件を満たすＣＭ枠のみを端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に表示するようにしても良い。
尚、この例では、検索の条件を『日付』としているが、他の条件を採用することももちろん可能である。例えば、『料金が一定額以下のもの』、『聴取率が一定以上のもの』等の条件を採用することができ、また、これらをａｎｄ条件やｏｒ条件などを用いて組み合わせ可能としてもよい。

いずれにせよ、ユーザは、予約状況情報を参照して、予約すべきＣＭ枠を決定すると共に当該ＣＭ枠に対して予約をし、その情報（本発明の予約申込情報に相当する。）をサーバＳへ送信する（Ｓ１１４）。
具体的には、入力装置Ｔ２をユーザが操作すると、その操作内容を解析した入力状況解析部１１０から、ユーザが所定のＣＭ枠の予約を行った旨のデータが端末制御部１２０へと送られる。このデータは、送受信部１５０を介して、ネットワークＮ経由でサーバＳへと送られる。

送受信部２１０経由でこのデータを受け取ったサーバＳの主制御部２２１は、どのＣＭ枠をどのユーザが予約したのかということについての予約申込情報を第１制御部２２２へと伝える。これにより、第１制御部２２２は、第１データ記録部２３０に記録されていた予約状況情報を書き換える（Ｓ１２４）。即ち、この実施形態の第１データ記録部２３０には、全ＣＭ枠についてのＣＭ枠の放送予定日時と曜日、当該ＣＭ枠の時間的な長さ、当該ＣＭ枠の予想聴取率、当該ＣＭ枠でＣＭ放送を行うための費用などの情報と共に、どのＣＭ枠についてどのユーザが予約を行ったかという情報が記録されている。上述の主制御部２２１からの情報に基づいて第１制御部２２２が、第１データ記録部のデータを更新する。
従って、端末Ｔからの要求に応じてサーバＳが提供する予約状況情報は、更新された最新のものとなる。
このようにして、ＣＭ枠の予約が行われる。

＜放送するＣＭを決定するための処理＞
放送するＣＭの決定は、図９のフローに示した如く行う。
まず、ユーザの行う端末Ｔの入力装置Ｔ２の操作に基づいて、端末ＴがサーバＳへアクセス要求を行う（Ｓ２１１）。かかるアクセス要求を受付けたサーバＳは、上述の認証処理を行う（Ｓ２２１）。そして、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可する旨のデータないし、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可しない旨のデータが、サーバＳの主制御部２２５から、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送られる（Ｓ２２２）。
ここまでの流れは、ＣＭ枠の予約の処理の場合と同様である。もっとも、ＣＭ枠の予約の処理から連続して放送するＣＭの決定を行うことも可能である。この場合には、上記Ｓ２１１、Ｓ２２１、Ｓ２２２の各ステップは省略されることとなる。

かかる処理の種類の選択（Ｓ２１２）が行われ、『放送するＣＭを決定する』の処理が実行されることとなると、サーバＳの主制御部２２１は、ユーザが予約しているＣＭ枠の一覧についての情報と、当該ユーザについてのＣＭ素材についての情報とを端末Ｔへと送る（Ｓ２２３）。これに基づいて、端末Ｔの端末制御部１２０はディスプレイ装置管理部１３０を制御して、ディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に、当該ユーザが予約しているＣＭ枠の情報と、当該ユーザのＣＭ素材についての情報を表示させる（Ｓ２１３）。この例における当該ユーザが予約しているＣＭ枠についての情報は、当該ユーザが予約しているＣＭ枠に網掛けの表示を行うことによりなしている。
尚、予約しているＣＭ枠についての情報は、第１制御部２２２経由で第１データ記録部２３０から主制御部２２１が読み出して、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送った予約状況情報に基づいて端末Ｔの表示画面に表示される。
ＣＭ素材についての情報は、第２制御部２２３経由で第２データ記録部２４０から主制御部２２１が読み出して、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送った情報に基づいて端末Ｔの表示画面に表示される。
第２データ記録部２４０におけるＣＭ素材の記録は、例えば以下のような内容を含んで行われる。この実施形態では、そのＣＭ素材がどのユーザのＣＭ素材なのかという情報と、各ＣＭ素材を他のＣＭ素材から識別する識別ＩＤと、そのＣＭの内容を表す題名と、そのＣＭの秒数とが記録されている。尚、上述の識別ＩＤが、本発明でいう識別情報に相当する。
端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に表示される画像の一例を図１０に示す。
ユーザは、自分が予約したＣＭ枠に、自分のＣＭ素材の識別ＩＤを入力装置Ｔ２の操作により入力して、そのＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭ素材を割り付ける。尚、ＣＭ素材の割り付けは、ＣＭ枠の長さとＣＭ素材の長さとが一致するようにして行う。ＣＭ枠とＣＭ素材の対応についてのこの情報は、入力情報解析部１１０から端末制御部１２０へ送られる。その後、『確認』のボタンをユーザがクリックすることにより、この情報は送受信部１５０へと送られ、ネットワークＮを介してサーバＳへと送信される（Ｓ２１４）。この情報が、本発明でいうＣＭ選択情報に当たる。
尚、上述の画面には、『ＣＭ素材の作成』のボタンが表示されている。このボタンをクリックすると、新しいＣＭ素材を作成する手続に入る。これは、第２データ記録部２４０に記録されている自己のＣＭ素材の中に放送するにふさわしいＣＭ素材が存在しないとユーザが判断した場合等に使用されるものである。
また、画面には、ＣＭ素材のそれぞれに対応させて『試聴』のボタンが表示されている。この『試聴』のボタンをクリックすると、当該ＣＭ素材についての音データのファイルが第２データ記録部２４０から端末Ｔへと送られるようになっている。ユーザは、端末Ｔの入力装置Ｔ２を所定の方法で操作することにより、この音ファイルに基づくＣＭ素材を再生して試聴することができる。

送受信部２１０経由でこのデータを受け取ったサーバＳの主制御部２２１は、どのＣＭ枠にどのＣＭ素材が予約されたのかということについてのＣＭ選択情報を第３制御部２２４へと伝える。これにより、第３制御部２２４は、第３データ記録部２５０に記録されていた対応状況情報を書き換える（Ｓ２２４）。
このようにして、放送するＣＭを決定するための処理が行われる。

＜予約済みのＣＭ枠を確認又は変更する、或いは放送予定のＣＭ素材を確認又は変更するための処理＞
予約済みのＣＭ枠の確認、変更は、既に説明したＣＭ枠の確認のときと略同様の手続により行う。
まず、ユーザの行う端末Ｔの入力装置Ｔ２の操作に基づいて、端末ＴがサーバＳへアクセス要求を行い、かかるアクセス要求を受付けたサーバＳは、上述の認証処理を行う。そして、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可する旨のデータないし、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可しない旨のデータが、サーバＳの主制御部２２５から、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送られる。
ここまでの流れは、ＣＭ枠の予約の処理の場合と同様である。もっとも、ＣＭ枠の予約の処理から連続して放送するＣＭの決定を行うことも可能である。以上の処理は省略されることとなる。

ここで、予約済みのＣＭ枠のうち不要なものをユーザがクリックすると、当該ＣＭ枠についての予約が削除されるようになっている。この情報は、既述の予約申込情報と同様にネットワークＮを介してサーバＳへと送られる。
尚、必要であればユーザは、他のＣＭ枠についての予約を、ＣＭ枠の予約方法の項で説明したのと同様の操作により行えば良い。これにより生成された予約申込情報は、サーバＳに送られる。
送受信部２１０経由で予約を取り消す旨の情報（場合によっては新たな予約申込情報も含む）のデータを受け取ったサーバＳの主制御部２２１は、ＣＭ枠の予約変更に関するかかる情報を第１制御部２２２へと伝える。これにより、第１制御部２２２は、第１データ記録部２３０に記録されていた予約状況情報を書き換える。これにより、この実施形態の第１データ記録部２３０に記録された予約状況情報は更新されることになる。
このようにして、ＣＭ枠の予約の確認及び変更が行われる。

放送予定のＣＭ素材の確認、変更は、既に説明した放送予定のＣＭ素材の決定のときと略同様の手続により行う。

ここで、予約済みのＣＭ枠のうち放送すべきＣＭ素材が決定されており、且つ放送すべきＣＭ素材のうち、他のＣＭ素材に変更したいものをユーザがクリックすると、当該ＣＭ枠で放送されるべきＣＭ素材が消去されるようになっている。このＣＭ素材とＣＭ枠の対応の変更に関する情報は、既述の対応情報と同様にネットワークＮを介してサーバＳへと送られる。
尚、必要であればユーザは、他のＣＭ素材を放送すべきＣＭ素材として選択することも可能である。これにより生成された対応情報も、サーバＳに送られる。
送受信部２１０経由で、上述のＣＭ枠とＣＭ素材の対応についての情報に関するデータを受け取ったサーバＳの主制御部２２１は、この情報を第３制御部２２４へと伝える。これにより、第３制御部２２４は、第３データ記録部２５０に記録されていた予約状況情報を書き換える。これにより、この実施形態の第３データ記録部２５０に記録された対応状況情報は更新されることになる。
このようにして、放送予定のＣＭ素材を確認又は変更するための処理が行われる。

＜ＣＭ素材を準備するための処理＞
ＣＭ素材の準備は、図１１のフローに示した如く行う。
まず、ユーザの行う端末Ｔの入力装置Ｔ２の操作に基づいて、端末ＴがサーバＳへアクセス要求を行う（Ｓ３１１）。かかるアクセス要求を受付けたサーバＳは、上述の認証処理を行う（Ｓ３２１）。そして、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可する旨のデータないし、端末Ｔのアクセスを許可しない旨のデータが、サーバＳの主制御部２２５から、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送られる（Ｓ３２２）。
ここまでの流れは、ＣＭ枠の予約の処理の場合と同様である。もっとも、ＣＭ枠の予約についての既述の処理から連続して、ＣＭ素材の準備をする処理へ移行することも可能である。また、上述のように、ＣＭ枠で放送すべきＣＭを決定する処理から、ＣＭ素材を準備する処理に移ることも可能である。これらの場合には、この場合には、上記Ｓ３１１、Ｓ３２１、Ｓ３２２の各ステップは省略されることとなる。

かかる処理の種類の選択（Ｓ３１２）が行われ、『ＣＭ素材を準備する』の処理が実行されることとなると、サーバＳの主制御部２２１は、当該ユーザのＣＭ素材についての情報を含む情報を端末Ｔへと送る（Ｓ３２３）。これに基づいて、そのユーザの端末Ｔの端末制御部１２０がディスプレイ装置管理部１３０を制御して、ディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に、当該ユーザが既に登録しているＣＭ素材についての情報を含むＣＭ素材追加用画面を表示させる（Ｓ３１３）。この例におけるユーザが既に登録しているＣＭ素材についての情報は、例えば、図１２に示した画像としてディスプレイ装置Ｔ１に表示される。
尚、ＣＭ素材についての情報は、第２制御部２２３経由で第２データ記録部２４０から主制御部２２１が読み出して、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔへと送った情報に基づいて、端末Ｔの表示画面に表示される。
図１２の画像には、『送信』のボタンを示す画像と、『作成』のボタンを示す画像とが表示されており、ユーザは、そのうちの一方を選択してクリックすることで以後の手続を行うことができる。『送信』は、ユーザが所有するＣＭ素材についての音ファイルを、ネットワークＮを介して端末ＴからサーバＳへ送信し、これを新規のＣＭ素材として第２データ記録手段２４０に記録する処理を実行するためのボタンである。ついで、『作成』は、その場で新規なＣＭ素材についての音ファイルを作成し、その音ファイルを、新規のＣＭ素材として第２データ記録手段２４０に記録する処理を実行するためのボタンである。
ユーザが、『送信』又は『作成』のボタンを示す画像をクリックすると、入力装置Ｔ２の操作に応じて入力情報解析部１１０がその操作内容に基づくデータを作成し、これが送受信部１５０、ネットワークＮを経てサーバＳへ送られる（Ｓ３１４）。
次いで、サーバＳは、ユーザから受け取った音ファイルか、ユーザの指示に従って生成した音ファイルを、ＣＭ素材として第２データ記録部２４０へと記録する（Ｓ３２４）。このようにして、ＣＭ素材の準備がなされる。このようにして記録されたＣＭ素材は、放送すべきＣＭ素材として選択可能となる。尚、時間に余裕がある場合、或いは登録すべきＣＭ素材が多い場合などには、ＣＤ−ＲＷなどの記録媒体に記録させた状態で、ユーザがサーバＳ管理者へ音ファイルを引き渡すようにすることも可能である。

尚、『送信』、『作成』が選択された場合の処理の内容を補足説明する。
『送信』選択された場合には、ユーザは、自分で作成して所持している音ファイルを、サーバＳへと送信する。この場合、送信するファイルの形式や、再生時の音の長さなどは、サーバＳの指示に従うようにする。サーバＳの送受信部２１０で受け取られたこの音ファイルは、処理装置制御部２２０へと送られ、主制御部２２１に制御される第２制御部２２３によって第２データ記録部２４０へと書き込まれる。このとき、そのＣＭ素材がどのユーザのＣＭ素材なのかという情報、各ＣＭ素材を他のＣＭ素材から識別する識別ＩＤ、そのＣＭの内容を表す題名、そのＣＭの秒数などの情報も併せて記録される。これらの情報は、サーバＳ側で自動的に決定するようにしても良いし、ユーザの入力に従って決定するようにしても良い。
このようにして、新たな音ファイルが第２データ記録部２４０に準備されることとなる。
【００６５】
『作成』が選択された場合には、必ずしも必要ではないが、端末Ｔのディスプレイ装置Ｔ１には、ユーザが行う入力を補助するような画像が表示される。この画像は、サーバＳの主制御部２２１が生成し、送受信部２１０、ネットワークＮを介して端末Ｔに送られ、送受信部１５０及び端末制御部１２０を経てディスプレイ装置管理部１３０が受付けた画像データに基づいて表示される。
かかる画像の一例を図１２に示す。
この例の画像は、『素材名』、『秒数』、『ナレータータイプ』、『ＢＧＭタイプ』、『ＣＭ原稿用テキスト』をそれぞれ入力するための、素材名窓、秒数窓、ナレータータイプ窓、ＢＧＭタイプ窓、原稿テキスト窓と、『決定』と書かれたボタンの画像とを含むものとして表示されるようになっている。
このシステムでは、これらの窓のそれぞれにユーザが情報を入力することで、ＣＭが自動的に作成される。
素材名窓は、後に素材名についての情報として記録される情報を入力するためのものである。秒数窓は、そのＣＭ素材の秒数を指定するためのものである。
ナレータータイプ窓は、そのＣＭ素材に含まれることとなる合成音声のナレーターの音声タイプを入力するためのものである。例えば、成人男性、成人女性、男の子、女の子といったようなナレータータイプを準備しておき、そこからユーザが好みのものを選択できるようにしておく。このナレータータイプは、サーバＳの音声合成装置２６０の機能に応じて設定しておく。尚、ナレータータイプ窓の上方には、『試聴』のボタンの画像が表示されており、これをクリックすることによりユーザは、ナレータータイプ窓に表示されているナレータータイプの声を試聴できるようになっている。これを参考にして、ユーザは、ナレータータイプを決定する。尚、この試聴の仕組みは、上述したＣＭ素材の試聴の場合と同様である。
原稿テキスト窓には、合成音声装置に音声合成を行わせるための元となる文章についての文字情報が入力される。サーバＳのＣＭ素材生成部２２６は、端末ＴからネットワークＮを介して送られたこの文字情報についてのデータを音声合成装置２６０へと送る。これを受け取った音声合成装置２６０は、その文字情報に対応した合成音声データを生成すべく音声合成を行うようになっている。
ＢＧＭタイプ窓は、作成するＣＭ素材に含まれるＢＧＭを入力するためのものである。これは必ずしも入力する必要のあるものではないが、これを入力した場合には、完成したＣＭ素材はＢＧＭと合成音声とを含むものとなる。ＢＧＭとしては、何らかの楽曲や効果音などを用いることができる。
