【従来の技術】
一般に、自動車のリヤシートには、左右の席のシートベルトバックルがシート中央部に配置され、これらシートベルトバックルがシートクッションの上にそのまま置かれている。このため、リヤシートに腰掛ける際には、このシートベルトバックルを腰掛け部分から外して腰掛けている。

本発明は上記課題を解決するため、互いに並設されたシートバック相互間に間隙部を設け、該間隙部内に、リヤフロアパネルに固定されたシートバック支持金具を配設し、該シートバック支持金具に、カバーを装着し、該カバーの前面にシートベルトバックルの収納部として上下二段の収納凹部を設けたことにある。
また、本発明は、カバーとして、前後に二分割された樹脂製カバーを用いると共に、該樹脂製カバーの前部側カバーにシートベルトバックルの収納凹部を設けたことにある。

図１ないし図３において、１はダブルフォールデイングタイプの自動車用リヤシートであり、互いに並設された左右のシートクッション２₁，２₂と、左右のシートバック３₁，３₂とで構成されている。
左右のシートバック３₁，３₂は、それぞれ図示しない支持金具としてのリクライニング機構によって、リヤフロアパネル４等に支持されている。支持金具としては、リクライニング機構の他にヒンジ機構等が用いられる。
これらシートバック３₁，３₂は、内側のリクライニング機構５₁，５₂が設けられる互いに隣接する側面部に切り欠き部６₁，６₂を設け、シートバック３₁，３₂相互間に間隙部７を形成している。
これら、内側のリクライニング機構５₁，５₂は、上記間隙部７内に配設され、下部ブラケット８をリヤフロアパネル４に複数のボルト９を介して固定されており、上部ブラケット１０をシートバック３₁，３₂に複数のボルト１１を介して固定されている。
上記リクライニング機構５₁，５₂の下部ブラケット８には、リヤシート１用のシートベルトバックル１２₁，１２₂がベルト１３を介して取り付けられている。

以上述べたように、本発明による自動車用シート構造によれば次のような効果を奏することができる。
