Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a method for manufacturing a cloth glove having an anti-slip function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to produce a cloth glove having an anti-slip function, a method of applying a non-slip particle after applying a vinyl chloride resin to the surface of a glove base cloth sewn or knitted into a glove shape is used. However, there have been inconveniences such as complicated work processes such as clogging and water repellent treatment so that the vinyl chloride resin does not penetrate into the glove base fabric in advance.
[0003]
JP-A-5-51804 and JP-A-2001-131813 also propose a method of adding a foaming agent to vinyl chloride paste and foaming it after application to give an anti-slip effect. However, these methods involve heating and melting after applying the vinyl chloride paste to foam the foaming agent to a predetermined foaming ratio, or decompressing the foaming agent during melting to expand the bubbles, A complicated work process was adopted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a method for producing an anti-slip glove that exhibits an anti-slip effect by using the uneven knitted pattern of the glove base fabric and has an excellent wearing feeling. provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is that a reverse base fabric having the back surface as a front surface is prepared by reversing the front and back of a knitted glove base fabric formed on an uneven knitted stitch whose back surface is larger than the front surface, and resin is applied to at least the fingertip portion of the outer surface. the work of impregnating liquid, wherein with the same irregular shape as the uneven stitches on the surface, characterized by applying the resin portion with a non-slip effect, slide down was to use as it is allowed to reversed This can be solved by the manufacturing method of the stop gloves.
[0006]
Further, the present invention can be preferably embodied in a form in which the resin liquid is a urethane resin. Further, the anti-slip glove can be embodied as a form in which the colored rubber yarn knitted on the wrist portion is exposed by the front and back inversion to form a design.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment according to a method for manufacturing a non-slip glove of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The manufacturing method of the non-slip gloves of the present invention has the following three essential requirements.
(1) Use the reverse base fabric 1 with the back side turned upside down by turning the glove base fabric formed on the concave and convex stitches whose back side is larger than the front side.
(2) At least the fingertip portion of the outer surface is impregnated with a resin liquid and cured to form a resin portion 2. In this case, the adhesion amount is adjusted so that the surface of the resin portion 2 has the same uneven shape as the uneven stitch.
(3) The obtained gloves should be used with the front and back reversed.
[0008]
As the glove base fabric suitable for the present invention, a fabric having a concavo-convex stitch formed on the back surface that is larger than the front surface is used, but a normal knitted fabric is used as a surface in a normal use state. Since the uneven knitted surface of the surface to be used is knitted finer and smoother than the back surface stitch, it is suitable for the purpose of the present invention, and is also relatively inexpensive and easy to obtain because it is general as a glove base fabric. preferable.
[0009]
The following method is suitable as a method for producing the anti-slip glove of the present invention using this knitted glove base fabric.
First, the front and back of the glove base fabric having the above-described uneven stitches are reversed. And in the state of the inversion base fabric 1 which made the back surface the outer surface (front surface), it covers on the aluminum hand-shaped plate shape | molded in the hand-shaped shape of the finger and the palm. Next, at least the fingertip portion is immersed in a resin liquid prepared in advance, the resin liquid is impregnated into the stitches, pulled up, dried, and heat-cured as necessary to form the resin portion 2. In this case, it is not always necessary to form the resin portion 2 on all five fingertips, and some of them may be omitted.
And the anti-slip glove obtained by this invention is made to use as it is as it is, without returning this reversed state.
[0010]
In this case, a vinyl chloride resin can be applied as the resin liquid, but a urethane resin is particularly preferable in view of the anti-slip effect at the finish, flexibility, durability, and the like. In addition, it is necessary to adjust the adhesion amount of this resin liquid to such an extent that the same uneven | corrugated shape as the uneven | corrugated stitch of the used glove base fabric is obtained. For this purpose, conditions such as resin concentration, temperature, and immersion time may be appropriately adjusted.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram showing a cross section of the resin portion 2 of the anti-slip glove according to the present invention, and the inner knitting yarn 12 forms a smooth surface and is outer knitted. The yarn 11 represents a state in which a larger concavo-convex stitch is formed. The entire knitting yarn is penetrated and enriched by the resin layer 21, and the surface on which the inner fibers 12 are located forms a smooth inner resin surface 21b because the resin is in contact with the aluminum hand-shaped plate. On the other hand, since the resin forms the outer resin surface 21a along the outer knitting yarn 11 having a large uneven shape, the surface of the outer fiber 11 has the same uneven shape as the uneven stitch of the base fabric.
[0012]
Thus, according to the present invention , a resin part having an anti-slip effect having the same uneven shape as that of the relatively large uneven stitch of the Melias knitted base fabric is provided , so that a preferable anti-slip effect can be obtained. In addition, it is easy to work because it is simply immersed in the resin liquid, and it does not form a thick resin layer unlike conventional anti-slip gloves, so it is excellent in wearing feeling or is easily available. Since the cloth can be used simply by turning the cloth upside down, it is advantageous in terms of cost and the like.
[0013]
Furthermore, in the present invention, as described above, the reverse base fabric 1 obtained by inverting the normal knitted glove base fabric is used, but in this case, the colored rubber yarn 13 knitted on the wrist portion is usually on the back side. Although it is hidden, in the reverse fabric as in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, it is exposed to the outside by being turned upside down, and as a result, it increases the design effect as a unique design. Non-slip gloves can now be provided.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The non-slip glove manufacturing method according to the present invention is configured as described above, and thus exhibits an anti-slip effect at low cost by utilizing the stitches of the large uneven pattern of the inverted Melias knitted glove base fabric. Can be made. Further, since it is simply impregnated with urethane resin or the like, it has an excellent effect that it is excellent in wearing feeling, can be easily prevented from slipping, and a colored rubber yarn knitted on the wrist part exhibits a design effect. Therefore, the present invention has an extremely large practical value as a method for manufacturing a non-slip glove that has solved the conventional problems.
