近年自治体における住民票や印鑑証明書類、或いは大学における卒業見込み証明書等いわゆる証明書類の発行処理は窓口業務における職員による発行処理から、効率向上、サービスの向上を目指して、平日、休日を問わず利用者が何時でも直接操作して所望の証明書類を取得できるいわゆる証明書類の自動発行装置へのニーズが高まりつつある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来かかる各種サイズの各種証明書類を一括で発行するには一括で大きいサイズの証明書類をスタックするに十分なサイズのスタッカを装着する必要があり、装置全体としては利用する最大用紙サイズに対応して大きくせざるを得なかった。

一方装置全体を大きくした場合、証明書類の発行のための搬送路長が長くなり、発行時間が長くなるだけでなく、装置の大型化、複雑化、高価とならざるをえなかった。

所望の証明書類を印刷する印刷手段と、

該第1の搬送手段により搬送された証明書類の所望の位置に移動可能に装着され、所望の朱印印字を行う朱印印字手段と、
前記第1の搬送手段により搬送され、前記朱印印字済みの証明書類を順次スタックするスタック手段と、
前記証明書類の発行料金を扱う現金部と、
発行された証明書類のうち取り忘れの証明書類を回収する回収手段と、
該回収手段へ前記証明書類を搬送する第2の搬送手段と、
これらを制御する制御手段とを備え、
