該凸縁層の上に設置されてイメージセンシングチップを被覆する透光層と、
を具えたことを特徴とする、優れたセンシング効果を具えたイメージセンサとしている。
請求項2の発明は、請求項1に記載の優れたセンシング効果を具えたイメージセンサにおいて、基板が複数の相互に配列された金属片と一つの中間板を具え、該中間板に複数の穿孔が設けられ、射出成形方式により射出材料でこれら金属片と中間板が被覆され、並びにこれら金属片が該射出材料より露出して前記複数の信号入力端と前記複数の信号出力端を形成し、且つ射出材料が該中間板の穿孔より突出して前記凸塊を形成することを特徴とする、優れたセンシング効果を具えたイメージセンサとしている。
請求項3の発明は、請求項1に記載の優れたセンシング効果を具えたイメージセンサにおいて、基板と凸縁層が射出成形方式で形成されたことを特徴とする、優れたセンシング効果を具えたイメージセンサとしている。

本発明は一種のイメージセンサを提供し、それは、上表面と下表面を具えて該上表面の周縁に複数の信号入力端が形成され中央部分に複数の同じ高度の凸塊が形成された基板と、框形構造とされて該基板の周縁に設置されて該基板とU字形状を形成して凹溝を形成し並びに該基板上の複数の信号入力端と複数の凸塊を該凹溝内に位置させる凸縁層と、該基板の上表面に形成された凸塊の上に設置されるイメージセンシングチップと、電気的に該イメージセンシングチップを該基板の信号入力端に連接させる複数の導線と、該凸縁層の上を被覆して該イメージセンシングチップを被覆する透光層と、を具えている。

こうして、イメージセンシングチップ44を基板40の凸塊68の上に置く時に、複数の凸塊68が射出成形方式で形成されたことにより、いずれも正確に同一高度に制御されていることから、基板40の上表面54が不平坦であっても、イメージセンシングチップを平坦に固定でき、これによりイメージセンシングチップに良好なセンシング効果を具備させることができる。
