Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a poison bait container that stores a poison bait for pest control, and more particularly, to a poison bait container that includes a plurality of storage units that separately store other types of poison baits.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various methods for controlling pests such as ants and cockroaches have been proposed. For example, a method of spraying an insecticide and a method of using a trap containing an attractant for pests are known. Also, a method using a food poison mixed with bait preferred by pests, that is, a so-called container containing a poison bait has been proposed, and this method is excellent in residual effect and pest growth prevention.
[0003]
Depending on the type of poison bait, there are ones that have reduced insecticidal and attracting effects when exposed to air, and those that have fluidity such as granules, powders, liquids, etc., and are easily spilled from containers. Such poison baits need to be sealed and stored in the container. As the poison bait container used in this case, for example, a container in which the space inside the container body composed of a bottom plate and a peripheral wall is stored as a storage portion, and the upper opening is sealed with a sealing member such as an easy peel material, etc. There is. Usually, the sealing member is welded to the upper surface of the peripheral wall by heat sealing or the like.
When such a poison bait container is used, the seal member that seals the upper opening is peeled off and left in a suitable place.
[0004]
In addition, a poison bait container has been proposed in which a space in the container body is divided by a partition wall to form a plurality of storage portions, and separate poison baits are stored in each storage portion. According to such a poison bait container, since many kinds of poison baits can be stored in the container, pests such as ants, cockroaches, and gejigeji do not get tired of eating the poison bait. Therefore, the insecticidal effect and the attracting effect are maintained for a long time.
Also, if the genus / species of pests differ, the eating habits of each pest differ, but according to such poison bait containers, different types of poison baits can be stored in each storage part, Can cope with pests.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the top opening of the poison bait container is sealed with a seal member, when the seal member is peeled off, the seal member that adheres to the upper surface of the peripheral wall over a relatively large area must be peeled off, particularly when starting to peel off. There were cases where it was not possible. In these cases, the seal member is difficult to peel off, and it was necessary to pull the seal member with a strong force. It was easy to use.
Further, when the space in the container body is divided into a plurality of storage portions by the partition wall, the seal member is also welded to the upper surface of the partition wall, so that the contact area increases, and the seal member tends to be more difficult to peel off.
[0006]
Therefore, it has been considered that the upper opening of the poison bait container is sealed with a cap material such as a cap instead of the seal member. However, the lid material has not achieved satisfactory sealing performance as much as the seal member. In particular, when a plurality of storage units are formed in the container body and different types of poison baits are stored in the respective storage units, it is difficult to ensure sealing between the storage units, and the poison baits may be mixed. there were.
[0007]
For example, when a jelly-like poisonous food with a high water content and a granular poisonous food with a low water content are placed in each storage part, the quality of both poisoning foods will be significantly reduced if the sealing between the storage parts is poor. Therefore, particularly high sealing performance has been required.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a poison bait container that can be easily opened during use and can ensure sealing between a plurality of storage units when not in use. With the goal.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object according to the present invention is to provide a container body for storing poisonous bait in a space surrounded by a bottom plate portion and a cylindrical peripheral wall portion projecting from the bottom plate portion, and a lid member detachable from the container body. In the poison bait container, the cylindrical partition wall that divides the space of the container main body into a plurality of storage portions is provided on the bottom plate portion so as to protrude concentrically with the peripheral wall portion. Alternatively, an intrusion opening is provided, and the lid member is provided with a plurality of annular pinching portions capable of sandwiching the distal end of the peripheral wall portion and the partition wall, and the lid member can be screwed to the container body. Yes, when the lid member is screwed to the container body with the distal end of the peripheral wall portion and the partition wall being clamped by the annular pinching portion by rotating, each of the storage portions is sealed. , By rotating the lid member, the peripheral wall portion and the partition When the tip of the cover member in a state deviated from the annular clamping portion is screwed to the container body, a poison bait for sealing of the housing part it is released, characterized in that can adjust the degree of opening Can be solved by the container.
[0010]
The lid member that can be screwed to the container body can be safely opened without spilling poisonous bait, and the degree of opening can be freely adjusted . Configured poison bait container as this may easily be opened at the time of use, when not in use, between the plurality of accommodating portions, and since the seal between the housing portion and the outside can be ensured Good usability.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a poison bait container showing a first embodiment. As shown in the figure, the poison bait container 1 includes a container body 2 and a lid 3. The container main body 2 divides a space surrounded by the cylindrical peripheral wall portion 5 protruding from the bottom plate 4 and the peripheral wall portion 5 and the bottom plate 4 to provide two concentric poison bait storage portions 6a and 6b. And a cylindrical partition wall 10 to be formed. Different types of poison baits (not shown) are stored in the storage units 6a and 6b.
[0012]
The peripheral wall portion 5 has a vertical outer wall 7 erected in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 4 and an inclined outer wall 8 that is gently inclined so that pests can climb, and the vertical outer wall 7 is threaded. On the other hand, the lid member 3 has a cylindrical portion 16 that is suspended from a hexagonal top plate 15 with rounded corners. The inner wall surface (not shown) of the tube portion 16 is also threaded so that the tube portion 16 can be screwed onto the vertical outer wall 7 of the container body 2. And the annular wall holding parts 11 and 12 which are sealing members are provided in the inner wall surface of the top plate 15.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line XX when the lid 3 is screwed to the container body 2 in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral wall portion 5 includes a standing wall 9 that stands upright on the bottom plate 4 and forms the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 5, and the upper end of the standing wall 9 is the upper end of the vertical outer wall 7 and the inclined outer wall 8. It protrudes upward in the figure from the upper end.
On the other hand, the partition wall 10 is erected on the bottom plate 4 in a perpendicular direction, and is formed at the same height as the standing wall 9.
[0014]
And the top plate 15 of the lid 3, concentric annular clamping portion 11 for clamping the upper end of the partition wall 10, the standing wall 9 of the upper end, respectively, are formed. When the lid member 3 is closed as shown in FIG. 2, the annular pinching portions 11 and 12 ensure airtightness between the storage portion 6b and the outside and between the storage portions 6a and 6b. .
[0015]
FIG. 3A shows an enlarged view of a Y portion in FIG. FIG. 3B shows a corresponding part of a conventional poison bait storage container. As is clear from these figures, in the past, only the upper surface of the wall 110 was in contact with the top plate 115 of the lid material, but according to this embodiment, a wide range near the upper end of the partition wall 10 was obtained. The ring holding part 11 is in surface contact. Therefore, in the conventional poison bait storage container, the sealing performance is easily lost due to a slight dimensional error such as the height of the wall 110 being low. However, according to this embodiment, the sealing is performed even if there is a slight dimensional error. Sex is secured.
[0016]
In use, as shown in FIG. 4, the lid 3 is rotated away from the container body 2 to allow communication between the storage portion 6 b and the outside and between the storage portions 6 a and 6 b. it can. In this state, a pest such as an ant can climb the inclined outer wall 8 that is gently inclined to eat a poison bait (not shown) in the storage portions 6a and 6b, or to carry the poison bait to the nest.
[0017]
According to poison bait container 1 having the configuration described above, the top plate 15 of the lid 3, concentric annular clamping portion 11 for clamping the upper end of the upper end and the standing wall 9 of the partition wall 10 respectively Since it is formed, the airtightness between the storage portion 6b and the outside and between the storage portions 6a and 6b is ensured by the annular pinching portions 11 and 12 when not in use. In use, the lid 3 screwed to the container main body 2 is rotated away from the container main body 2 so that the storage portion 6b communicates with the outside, and the storage portions 6a and 6b communicate with each other. can do. The degree of opening at this time can be freely adjusted by changing the screwed state of the container body 2 and the lid member 3.
[0018]
Moreover, since the top plate 15 of the lid member 3 is formed in a hexagonal shape with rounded corners, the lid member 3 can be easily rotated and opened easily.
[0019]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the Y portion in FIG. 2 of the first embodiment is changed, and the other portions are the same as those in the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, in the second embodiment, a packing 20 as a sealing member is attached to the inner wall surface of the top plate 15 of the lid member 3. As the material of the packing 20, an elastic resin, rubber, or the like can be used. The packing 20 may be mounted over the entire inner wall surface of the top plate 15 shown in FIG. 2 or may be mounted only near the upper ends of the partition wall 10 and the standing wall 9.
[0020]
Thus, by using the elastic packing 20, even if there is some dimensional error in the partition wall 10 of the container body, the sealing performance is ensured. Further, by using the packing as the sealing member, the dimensional error of the sealing member itself does not become a problem.
[0021]
Next, FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In addition, about the member etc. which were already demonstrated, description is simplified or abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol or an equivalent code | symbol.
In the poison bait container 31, a plurality of intrusions 50 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction at a position of a height H from the bottom plate 4 of the partition wall 40 protruding from the bottom plate 4. The height H is set to such a height that a pest can climb.
[0022]
The top plate 15 of the lid member 33 is provided with concentric annular pinching portions 41 and 42 that sandwich the upper end of the partition wall 40 and the upper end of the standing wall 9, respectively. The annular pinching portion 41 that holds the upper end of the partition wall 40 includes an outer peripheral side support piece 41a and an inner peripheral side support piece 41b.
For example, a jelly-like poison bait is placed in the storage portion 6a. And another poison bait is put into the storage part 6b so that the upper surface of the poison bait does not exceed the height H.
[0023]
When the poison bait container 31 is not used, the entry port 50 is shielded by the inner support piece 41b. In use, the lid member 33 is rotated away from the container main body 32 to allow communication between the storage portion 6b and the outside and between the storage portions 6a and 6b, and the inner peripheral side support piece 41b. The intrusion port 50 is opened by shifting. In this state, the pest that has climbed the inclined wall 8 and entered the storage portion 6 b can easily enter the storage portion 6 a through the intrusion port 50 without climbing to the upper end of the partition wall 40.
[0024]
According to the third embodiment, since the intrusion port 50 is provided, it is easy to guide pests to the storage portion 6a. Therefore, a good insecticidal effect can be exhibited.
[0025]
Next, FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Also in the poison bait container 61, an entrance 50 is provided in the partition wall 40 protruding from the bottom plate 4. An intrusion port 80 is also provided in a standing wall 69 as a peripheral wall portion protruding from the bottom plate 4.
An annular pinching portion 71 that clamps the upper end of the partition wall 70 includes an outer peripheral side support piece 71a and an inner peripheral side support piece 71b. The annular pinching portion 72 that seals the upper end of the upright wall 69 also includes an outer peripheral side support piece 72a and an inner peripheral side support piece 72b. The outer peripheral side support piece 72a also serves as a cylindrical portion of the lid member 63, and the inner wall of the support piece 72a is threaded to be screwed into the standing wall 69.
[0026]
In a state in which the lid member 63 is closed, the peripheral edge portion of the top plate 15 projects outward from the standing wall 69 and plays a role of eaves.
For example, a jelly-like poison bait is placed in the storage portion 6a. And another poison bait is put into the storage part 6b so that the upper surface of the poison bait does not exceed the height H.
In such a poison bait container 61, the outer peripheral side support piece 72a of the annular pinching portion 72 that seals the upper end of the standing wall 69 is shifted by rotating the lid member 33 away from the container body 32 during use. The entry port 80 can be opened.
[0027]
According to the fourth embodiment, since an inclined wall is not necessary, the storage volume of the storage portions 6a and 6b can be increased.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the poison bait container of the present invention includes a container main body for storing poison bait in a space surrounded by a bottom plate portion and a cylindrical peripheral wall portion projecting from the bottom plate portion, and a detachable attachment to the container main body. A cylindrical partition wall that divides the space of the container body into a plurality of storage parts is provided concentrically with the peripheral wall part, and an inclined outer wall or an entrance is provided on the peripheral wall part. The lid member is provided with a plurality of annular pinching portions capable of sandwiching the distal end of the peripheral wall portion and the partition wall , the lid member can be screwed to the container body, and the peripheral wall portion can be rotated by rotating the lid member. When the lid member is screwed to the container body with the tip of the partition wall being clamped by the annular pinching portion, each of the storage portions is sealed, and the peripheral wall portion and the partition are rotated by rotating the lid member. When the lid is screwed to the container body with the tip of the wall removed from the ring holding part The sealing of the housing part is released, and is configured to adjust the degree of opening.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an easy-to-use poison bait container that can be easily opened at the time of use, and can be sealed between a plurality of storage portions when not in use.
