Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a trunks-type disposable pants.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Trunks, briefs, and other pants are manufactured through a cutting process in which the fabric is cut into portions such as the front body and the back body, and a sewing process in which the cut fabric is sewn. The pants that have been sewn are subjected to finishing processes such as pressing and heat setting, and then the finished pants are inspected. Such pants are predicated on repeated use.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for disposable pants worn by doctors, nurses, patients and the like when performing surgery and examinations and discarded after use. Disposable pants are required to be mass-produced and inexpensive. However, pants that are supposed to be used repeatedly require a plurality of independent processes such as a cutting process, a sewing process, and a finishing process, and thus there is a limit in improving productivity. In addition, manufacturing costs are too high to be disposable after a single use.
[0004]
The subject of this invention is providing the manufacturing method which can mass-produce the pants which can be discarded as it is after use cheaply and within unit time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

The front side part 2c of the inner sheets 2A and 2B gradually becomes a first center line Y1 extending in the longitudinal direction by dividing the dimension between the front side part 2c and the rear side part 2d as it goes from the upper end part 2a to the lower end part 2b. It extends in an arc so as to approach.
[0009]
Each of the outer sheets 3A and 3B has upper and lower end portions 3a and 3b extending in the width direction in parallel with each other, and front and rear side portions 3c and 3d extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other. The front side portion 3c of the outer sheets 3A and 3B is gradually divided into a second center line Y2 extending in the longitudinal direction by dividing the dimension between the front side portion 3c and the rear side portion 3d as it goes from the upper end portion 3a to the lower end portion 3b. It extends in an arc so as to approach. Elastic members 5 extending in the width direction along the upper end portions 3a of the outer sheets 3A and 3B are attached to the sheet surfaces 3e of the outer sheets 3A and 3B facing each other in an expanded state.
[0010]
In order to form the pants 1 from the state of FIG. 2, the inner sheets 2A and 2B are overlapped so that the first center lines Y1 coincide with each other, and the front and rear side portions 2c and 2d 2c1 located in the vicinity of the upper end 2a , 2d1 and the recessed portion 4, the sheet surfaces 2e of the opposing inner sheets 2A, 2B are joined continuously or intermittently.

It is possible to improve the bonding strength in the circumferential direction.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a process diagram showing an example of a method for manufacturing the pants 1 of FIG. 1, wherein (1) shows a side view of the process and (2) shows a plan view of the process. The pants 1 are parallel to each other in a pair of continuous inner sheets 2A and 2B having both side edges E1 extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other in a line having the first step (a) to the sixth step (f). Manufactured using a pair of continuous outer sheets 3A, 3B having both side edges E2 extending in the longitudinal direction.
[0014]
The inner sheets 2A, 2B and the outer sheets 3A, 3B have the same size in the width direction, and the inner sheets 2A, 2B and the outer sheets 3A, 3B have the same sheet 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B. A first center line Y1 and a second center line Y2 extending in the longitudinal direction by dividing the dimension between the side edges E1 and E2 into two are assumed. The supply and movement of the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B to the respective steps (a) to (f) are performed by a nip roll, a suction drum, or the like that is rotated by a driving device. These sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B move through each process at the same speed.
[0015]
The first step (a) is a step of continuously supplying the inner sheets 2A and 2B forward in the longitudinal direction and superimposing the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B on each other.
[0016]
In the first step (a), each of the inner sheets 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B wound around the pair of winding rolls 101 is pulled out by the pair of nip rolls 102 disposed on the downstream side of the winding rolls 101. Each of the inner sheets 2A and 2B enters between the nip rolls 102 that rotate so as to face each other, and the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B overlap with each other with the first center line Y1 aligned on the peripheral surface of the nip rolls 102.
[0017]
The second step (b) is a step of joining the sheet surfaces of the overlapping inner sheets 2A and 2B.
[0018]
The overlapping inner sheets 2A and 2B enter the joining mechanism 103 installed in the second step (b), and the sheet surfaces are joined by the joining mechanism 103. The sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B are located between the first joint B1 extending in a substantially U shape inside the side edges E1 of the inner sheets 2A and 2B, and between the first joint B1 and the side edges E1. And a pair of second joint portions B2 extending substantially in a straight line. The first joint B1 extends in an arc so as to protrude rearward in the longitudinal direction of the inner sheets 2A and 2B, and has a top B1a located near the first center line Y1 and both ends located on the opposite side of the top B1a. Part B1b. The second joint B2 is located near the outside of the first joint B1, and extends rearward in the longitudinal direction along the first joint B1 from the vicinity of both ends B1b of the first joint B1. The dimension of the second joint B2 is preferably in the range of 1/3 to 1/5 of the dimension of the first center line Y1 extending between the top B1a and both ends B1b of the first joint B1.
[0019]
The third step (c) is a step of cutting the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B to form the opening portion 11 on the sheet surface.
[0020]
The inner sheets 2A and 2B enter the cutting mechanism 104 installed in the third step (c), and the cutting mechanism 104 cuts off the sheet surface portion 10 of the inner sheets 2A and 2B. The sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B are formed on a first cutting line C1 extending in a substantially U shape along the first bonding part B1 in the vicinity of the inside of the first bonding part B1, and both end parts C1a of the first cutting line C1. It is cut by a second cutting line C2 that is connected and extends in the width direction. The first cutting line C1 is slightly longer than the extension dimension of the first joint B1, and both end portions C1a of the first cutting line C1 are positioned in front of the both ends B1a of the first joint B1 in the longitudinal direction. . On the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B, an opening portion 11 surrounded by the cutting lines C1 and C2 is formed.
[0021]
In the fourth step (d), each of the outer sheets 3A and 3B is continuously supplied to the front in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic elastic member 5 expanded to a required magnification is joined to the sheet surfaces of the outer sheets 3A and 3B in an expanded state. At the same time, the sheet surfaces of the outer sheets 3A and 3B are superposed on the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B.
[0022]
In the fourth step (d), the adhesive application mechanism 106 for applying an adhesive to the elastic member 5 and the elastic member 5 are bonded to the outer sheets 3A and 3B in an extended state while the elastic member 5 is extended to a required magnification. The transfer mechanism 107 is installed. The continuous elastic member 5 taken up by the pair of winding rolls 105 is pulled out by the transfer mechanism 107, and an adhesive (by an adhesive application mechanism 106 disposed between the winding roll 105 and the transfer mechanism 107). (Not shown) is applied intermittently. The elastic member 5 coated with the adhesive enters the transfer mechanism 107, and the elastic member 5 is stretched to a required magnification by a stretching means (not shown) provided in the transfer mechanism 107. Then, the elastic member 5 is cut | disconnected by the predetermined dimension with a cutter to a longitudinal direction from a front-end | tip. Each of the cut and subdivided elastic members 5 is inverted by about 90 ° so as to be orthogonal to the moving direction of the elastic members 5 and held on the suction surface of the suction drum 108 in an extended state.
[0023]
Each of the outer sheets 3A and 3B wound around the pair of winding rolls 109 is drawn out by a pair of nip rolls 110 that rotate to face the suction drum 108. The elastic member 5 that moves on the peripheral surface of the suction drum 108 and the outer sheets 3A and 3B that move on the peripheral surface of the nip roll 110 overlap each other on the contact surface between the suction drum 108 and the nip roll 110, and the elastic member 5 becomes the outer sheet 3A. , 3B are joined in an expanded state in the width direction of the opposing sheet surfaces via an adhesive.
[0024]
The outer sheets 3A and 3B that move on the peripheral surface of the nip roll 110 that is rotated while facing the elastic member 5 and the inner sheets 2A and 2B that have moved to the fourth step (d) are the contact surfaces of the nip rolls 110. , The inner sheets 2A and 2B overlap with each other while being sandwiched between the outer sheets 3A and 3B.
[0025]
In the fourth step, the elastic member 5 is disposed in the opening portion 11 formed on the sheet surface of the inner sheets 2A and 2B in the vicinity of the second cutting line C2 extending in the width direction of the inner sheets 2A and 2B, and the inner sheet The sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B overlap in a state where the first center line Y1 of 2A, 2B and the second center line Y2 of the outer sheets 3A, 3B are made to coincide.
[0026]
The fifth step (e) is a step of joining the sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B and the sheet surfaces of the outer sheets 3A and 3B.
[0027]
The overlapping inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B enter the joining mechanism 111 installed in the fifth step (e), and the joining mechanism 111 causes the seat surfaces of the inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B to enter. The sheet surface is joined. The sheet surfaces of the inner sheets 2A, 2B and the outer sheets 3A, 3B are located between the first joint B1 of the inner sheets 2A, 2B and the side edges E1, E2 of the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B. Are joined by a pair of third joints B3 extending in parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction. The third joint B3 extends in parallel in the longitudinal direction over the second joint B2, crosses the top B1a of the first joint B1 rearward in the longitudinal direction, and passes through both ends B1b of the first joint B1. It has a dimension that extends forward in the longitudinal direction. One of the third joints B3 extends in an arc so as to gradually approach the second center line Y2 from both ends B1b of the first joint B1 toward the top B1a. The joining mechanism 111 in the fifth step (e) is provided with suction means (not shown) for maintaining the stretched state of the elastic member 5.
[0028]
The sixth step (f) is a step of cutting the inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B to which the sheet surfaces are joined.
[0029]
The inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B enter the cutting mechanism 112 installed in the sixth step (f), and the inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B are made of trunks by the cutting mechanism 112. Cut into contour shape. The inner sheets 2A, 2B and the outer sheets 3A, 3B are located between the third joint B3 and the side edges E1, E2 of the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, and extend in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other. A pair of third cutting lines C3, a fourth cutting line C4 extending between the elastic member 5 and the second connecting line C2 and extending in the width direction, and rearward in the longitudinal direction from the top B1a of the first joint B1 It is cut by a fifth cutting line C5 that is positioned and extends in the width direction.
[0030]
The third cutting line C3 has substantially the same dimensions as the third joint B3, and extends along the third joint B3 in the vicinity of the outside of the third joint B3. The fourth cutting line C4 and the fifth cutting line C5 are connected to each of the third cutting lines C3. The cutting mechanism 112 in the sixth step (f) is provided with suction means (not shown) for maintaining the stretched state of the elastic member 5.
[0031]

[0032]
In this line, an optical sensor formed by a light projecting unit and a light receiving unit, a rotational speed sensor for measuring the rotational speed of the roll, a control device connected to these sensors, and a drive device connected to the control device, Are used to determine the positioning when the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B are overlapped in the first step (a) to the sixth step (f), and the supply speed of the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and the elastic member 5. I have control. The memory of the control device stores a program that realizes the optimum operating environment of the line.
[0033]
For the inner sheets 2A and 2B and the outer sheets 3A and 3B, it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric formed of thermoplastic fibers. As the nonwoven fabric, those in which openings are formed to improve moisture permeability and those in which unevenness is formed on the sheet surface of the nonwoven fabric to improve cushioning properties can be used. For the inner sheets 2A and 2B in contact with the wearer's crotch, it is preferable to use a material excellent in liquid absorbency, moisture permeability, and flexibility, for example, a nonwoven fabric containing fibers such as rayon and cotton.
[0034]
A composite nonwoven fabric (SMS nonwoven fabric) in which both sides of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric having high water resistance are sandwiched between spunbond nonwoven fabrics having high strength and high flexibility can also be used. The SMS nonwoven fabric is manufactured by sandwiching a meltblown nonwoven fabric between spunbond nonwoven fabrics and then fixing the meltblown nonwoven fabric and the spunbond nonwoven fabric to each other using a press processing technique. By using the SMS nonwoven fabric, the pants 1 having high strength and high water resistance and having a good touch can be produced.
[0035]
As the elastic member 5, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, a stretchable film blended with synthetic rubber, a spunbond nonwoven fabric or a melt blown nonwoven fabric mainly composed of synthetic rubber can be used. Moreover, the composite member which joined the elastic member to the nonwoven fabric in the expansion | extension state, or the composite member which joined the elastic member to the nonwoven fabric under expansion | extension and coat | covered with the nonwoven fabric can also be used.
