本発明は、エレベータの乗り場の開口枠の取付け構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
エレベータ乗り場の開口部には、開口部の後部に戸を開閉自在に取付けた開閉装置枠が取付けられる。この開閉装置枠は上レール枠と下レール枠と両側の縦枠とを枠組みして枠組み内に戸を移動自在に内装したもので、この開閉装置枠をエレベータ乗り場の開口部の後部に取付けた場合、開閉装置枠の横方向の一部が開口部の隣りの壁下地材の後面側に位置して戸袋部となっている。つまり、開閉装置枠に取付けた戸を閉じた際にはエレベータ乗り場の開口部を閉じ、戸を移動して戸袋部内に位置させた際にはエレベータ乗り場の開口部を開放するようになっている。

そして、門型をした開口枠をエレベータ乗り場の開口部に配置して開閉装置枠の戸袋部を除く前面側に配設して取付けることで、開口部の周囲を構成するようにしている。
開閉装置枠4の下レール枠2は図16に示すように建物の梁のような構造材22に取付けた下基材34に取付けてある。そして、この下レール枠2から前方に向けて先端が自由端となった載置片60が突出してある。上記した門型の開口枠11は、図15に示すように開閉装置枠4の下レール枠2の前面側から前方に突出した先端が自由端となった載置片60に載置し、載置片60に設けた位置決め凸部61を開口枠11の下端面部に設けた係止孔62に係止することで、開口枠11の下端部を位置決め保持するようにしていた。

ところが、開口枠11の下端部は下レール枠2の上面と略面一となるように図16のように取付けられる。これは、エレベータ工事の時にはエレベータ乗り場の床には床面となる床材は未だ施工してなく、エレベータ工事終了後(つまり開口枠11の取付け後)に、エレベータ乗り場5の床下地上に床材が施工される、この床材が開口枠11部分においては開口枠11の下面側に差し込まれようにして施工されるものであり、このため、開口枠11の下端部が床材の上面と略面一となる下レール枠2の上面と略面一となるように建て込むものである。

しかして、開口枠11を開閉装置枠4の下レール枠の前面側から前方に突出した載置片60に載置する場合、載置片60が下方に撓んで開口枠11の下端部を正確な高さ関係となるように位置決めして保持することができないので、位置合わせが難しく、また、載置片60が下方に撓むことで位置決め凸部61と係止孔62との係止が外れてしまって開口枠11の下端部の保持ができないという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したものであって、門型をした開口枠の両側下端部を簡単な構成で正確且つ強固に位置決め保持でき、また、開口枠の下端部を挟持するために差し込む作業が容易に行え、更に、両門型をした開口枠の自由端部となった両側下端部間の寸法が正確な寸法となるように正確に位置決め保持することができるエレベータの乗り場の開口枠の取付け構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明のエレベータの乗り場の開口枠の取付け構造は、上レール枠1と下レール枠2と両側の縦枠3とを枠組みして枠組み内に戸4aを移動自在に内装した開閉装置枠4を構成し、この開閉装置枠4をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6の後部に取付けると共に開閉装置枠4の横方向の一部を開口部6の隣りの壁下地材7の後面側に位置させて戸袋部8とし、両側の外縦枠9と上枠36とで門型に枠組みされ且つ外縦枠9の内面側に沿って額縁用縦枠10を取付けて門型をした開口枠11を構成し、この開口枠11をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6に配設して開閉装置枠4の戸袋部8を除く前面側に配設して取付けるものであって、額縁用縦枠10の背面側において一側方及び後方が開口した額縁用縦枠10の側端部と後端部とにわたって水平断面L字状をした取付け金具12を上下方向に複数個架設し、この水平断面L字状をした取付け金具12の外縦枠9と対向する片と外縦枠9とを固着し、下レール枠2の開口部6の下基材34との間に挟着されたブラケット13の前端部に前縦片14と後縦片15とを近接対向して突設して挟持部16を形成すると共に、ブラケット13の前端部の挟持部16の隣りに立ち上がり突片18を上方に向けて突設し、門型の開口枠11の両側の額縁用縦枠10に設けた最下段の取付け金具12の下レール枠2に沿った片をそれぞれ挟持部16に嵌め込み挟持すると共に両側の額縁用縦枠10の後端部の下端部の内側に立ち上がり突片18を差し込んで成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部をそれぞれ挟持部16による挟持保持と、立ち上がり突片18による位置決め保持との両方で保持できて、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部を位置決めした状態で保持できるものである。そして、額縁用縦枠10の下端部と、額縁用縦枠10を保形し且つ額縁用縦枠10を外縦枠9に連結するための骨材となる取付け金具12の2箇所が保持されることとなって、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部を位置決め保持が確実となるものである。

また、挟持部16の後縦片15を前縦片14よりも上方に長く突出することが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、後縦片15をガイドとして挟持部16に取付け金具12の一片を簡単に差込んで挟持させることができることになる。また、下レール枠2の開口部6の下基材34との間に挟着されたブラケット13を長尺の連結板19の両側に形成することが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、両側のブラケット13間の長さを設計通りの一定寸法とすることができて、両側のブラケット13において挟持して保持される門型の開口枠11の両側下端部間の長さが一定となるように施工することができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。
建物内には図13、図14に示すようなエレベータ昇降路20が形成される。このエレベータ昇降路20の内部にはエレベータかご装置21が昇降自在に配置してある。エレベータ昇降路20内の幅方向の一側部の前後には一対のガイドレール24aが立設してあり、建物の構造材22に補強枠23が固着してある。この補強枠23にレールブラケット24を固着し、レールブラケット24に上記一対のガイドレール24aが取付けてある。また、ガイドレール24aの下端部は図13に示すようにエレベータ昇降路20の底面のコンクリートスラブ25上に固着したスタンド26に連結してある。スタンド26の中央部には更に油圧シリンダ27の下端部が取付けてある。

エレベータかご装置21はL字状をしたプラットホーム28の横枠部28aにかご体29を載設して構成してある。L字状をしたプラットホーム28の縦枠部28bの前後方向の上部と下部とのそれぞれ4箇所にはそれぞれガイド部材30が設けてあり、前後両側に立設したガイドレール24aにそれぞれガイド部材30が上下移動自在に摺動自在にはめ込んである。更に、プラットホーム28の縦枠部28bの中央部に油圧シリンダ27のロッドの上端部が固着してある。ガイド部材30は滑性に富んだ合成樹脂により形成してあって、滑りを良くしてある。そして、油圧シリンダー27を駆動させることで、エレベータかご装置21を昇降するようになっている。この場合、ガイド部材30はガイドレール24aに沿ってガイドされながら移動することで、エレベータかご装置21がスムーズに昇降することになる。

エレベータかご装置21のかご体29の前面部側には出入り口用開口が設けてあって、該出入り口用開口に開閉自在な戸装置31が設けてある。
図3、図4に示すように、各階のエレベータ乗り場5にはそれぞれ開口部6が形成されるものであり、この開口部6の後部側に戸4aを開閉自在に取付けた開閉装置枠4が取付けられる。開閉装置枠4は金属製の上レール枠1と、金属製の下レール枠2と、両側の金属製の縦枠3とを枠組みして構成してあり、上レール枠1には戸4aの上端部の吊りランナ32が設けてあり、図示を省略している駆動装置により戸4aを上レール枠1に沿って移動できるように構成してある。戸4aの下端部には走行ガイド33が設けてあって、この走行ガイド33が下レール枠2のレール溝部内に走行自在にはめ込んである。添付図面に示す実施形態では、戸4aが主戸と副戸との2枚で構成してある。両縦枠3のうち戸当たり側となる縦枠3には戸当たり部3aが設けてあり、この戸当たり部3aの前面には上下方向に複数個の挟み金具45が取付けてある。この挟み金具45は一側部が縦枠3の前面部に固着され、他端部側がく字状に屈曲した挟持片45aとなっている。

開閉装置枠4の下レール枠2は図5に示すように、建物の梁のような構造材22に取付けた下基材34の上にブラケット13を介して固着具35により固着してある。ブラケット13は図1に示すように断面コ字状をした長尺の連結板19の両側部に連結板19と一体に形成してあり、両側のブラケット13間の長さは連結板19により一定の長さに維持されている。各ブラケット13の前端部にはそれぞれ挟持部16と立ち上がり突片18とが上方に向けて突出している。ここで、断面コ字状の連結板19を下レール枠2の下面側に被嵌した状態で下レール枠2を固着具35により下基材34に固着するものであり、この場合、連結板19が下レール枠2の所定位置に位置決めされた状態で同時に下基材34に固着されるものである。そして、固着した状態では連結板19の両側に設けたブラケット13の前端部が下レール枠の前面側に位置することで、挟持部16と立ち上がり突片18とが下レール枠2の前面側の上方に設けられることになる。この挟持部16の底面である下横片は下レール枠2の上面と略一致している。

図2に示すように、挟持部16は上方に向けて突出した後縦片15と前縦片14とを近接対向して構成してあり、後縦片15は前縦片14よりも上方に長く突出してあり、後縦片15と前縦片14との下端部同士は細幅の下横片により一体化してある。
また、開閉装置枠4の上レール枠1は建物の壁下地材7に連結金具51を介して取付けてある。ここで、図9の実施形態においては連結金具51がアングル材51aとアングル材51aの下端部に設けた固定板51bとで構成してあり、アングル材51aを壁下地材7に固着し、固定板51bに上レール枠1を固着具により固着してある。

図3、図4、図5、図9に示すように、開閉装置枠4をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6の後部に取付けた状態で、開閉装置枠4の横方向の一部が開口部6の隣りの壁下地材7の後面側に位置するようにしてあり、この開閉装置枠4の横方向の一部の開口部6の隣の壁下地材7の後面側に位置する部分が戸袋部8となっており、主戸と副戸とよりなる戸4aを移動して戸袋部8内に収納した状態で開口部6が開放され、また、主戸と副戸とよりなる戸4aを戸袋部8から引出して開口部6を閉じるようになっている。

開口部6には更に、図1に示すような門型をした開口枠11が配設される。開口枠11は、両側の外縦枠9と上枠36とで門型に枠組みされ且つ外縦枠9の内面側に沿って額縁用縦枠10を取付けて主体を構成してある。
外縦枠9は図2に示すように、前面片9aの一端部から前後幅の長い長側片baを後方に向けて突設すると共に前面片9aの他端部から前後幅の短い短側片9cを後方に向けて突設して構成してある。また、額縁用縦枠10は前片10aと側片10bとのなすコーナ部分が傾斜片10fとなり、側片10bの後端部に後片10cを突設し、更に、前片10aの端部に後方に向けて後向片10dを突設して構成してあって、一側方及び後方が開口する形状となっている。

そして、図1、図2に示すように、上記の構成の額縁用縦枠10の背面側において一側方及び後方が開口した額縁用縦枠10の側端部と後端部とにわたって水平断面L字状をした取付け金具12を上下方向に複数個架設してある。この水平断面L字状をした取付け金具12の外縦枠9と対向する片12aと外縦枠9とを固着具37により固着してある。したがって、こ取付け金具12は背面側において一側方及び後方が開口した額縁用縦枠10の保形の役目をすると共に額縁用縦枠10と外縦枠9とを一体に連結するための部材としての役目をするものであって、いわば骨組材としての役目をしていると言える。ここで、取付け金具12の片12aと外縦枠9とを固着具37によって固着するに当たって、図2(a)に示すように、外縦枠9の長側片9aに前後方向に複数の挿入孔38を形成し、壁下地材7をベースとして構成される壁の厚みに応じて上記複数の挿入孔38のうち任意の挿入孔38を選択してねじ具よりなる固着具37を挿入して片12aに設けた螺合孔39にねじ具よりなる固着具を固着するするものである。これにより、現場における壁49(壁下地材7の表面側に壁表面仕上げ材8を取付けて壁49が構成される)の厚みに違いがあっても壁面と外縦枠9の前端面との間の寸法(チリ寸法)を一定にできる。添付図面に示す実施形態においては壁49の壁面よりも外縦枠9の前端面が後方に一定寸法引き込んで位置している例を示しているが、壁49の壁面よりも外縦枠9の前端面が前方に一定寸法突出したものであってもよい。

額縁用縦枠10は外縦枠9よりも短いものであって、外縦枠9の下端部と額縁用縦枠10の下端部とが同じレベルとなっているが、外縦枠9の上部が額縁用縦枠10の上端部よりも上方に突出しているものである。額縁用縦枠10の上端面部には上面板10eが設けてある。外縦枠9の上部間には上枠36が架設されるが、添付図面に示す実施形態においては、上枠36が上枠材36aと外上枠材36bとで構成してある。上枠材36aは両端部を両側の額縁用縦枠10の上面板10eの上面に載置してねじ具のような固着具により連結固着される。また、外上枠材36bは外縦枠9の上端部間に架設されてねじ具のような固着具により連結固着される。

外縦枠9の上部間の上枠材36aと外上枠材36bとの間には、制御盤40が配設されて取付けられる。ここで図10、図11に示すように、制御盤40の外殻を構成するケースの側面部と外縦枠9とにはそれぞれ開口部41a、41bが形成してあり、両開口部41a、41bが連通するように配置した状態で、U字状をした図12に示すようなクリップ42を両開口部41a、41bの開口縁部を挟持するようにはめ込んで連結し、更に、クリップ42を貫通するように螺子具43を挿入して固着することで、クリップ42を介して制御盤40を外縦枠9に位置決めした状態で固着してある。なお、上記制御盤40は1階のエレベータ乗り場5における開口枠11に取付けるものであり、他の階においては取付ける必要はなく、この場合には上枠材36は一つのものを用いて両側の外縦枠9の上端部間に架設すると共に上枠材36を額縁用縦枠10の上端面部に載設するものである。

上記のような構成の門型をした開口枠11をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6の前部に配設して建て込むに当たっては次のようにして行う。
すなわち、門型の開口枠11をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6に位置させ、図5に示すように、門型の開口枠11の両側の額縁用縦枠10に設けた最下段の取付け金具12の下レール枠2に沿った片12bをそれぞれ挟持部16に嵌め込み挟持すると共に両側の額縁用縦枠10の後端部の後片10cの下端部の内側に立ち上がり突片18が差し込まれて面接して位置決めされる。この時、同時に一方の額縁用縦枠10の後片10cを、図7に示すように開閉装置枠4の縦枠3に設けた戸当たり部3aに取付けた挟み金具45の裏側に差し込んで挟み金具45の挟持片45aと縦枠3の前面部とで挟持する(図6参照)。ここで、後片10は断面L状をしているが、上記挟持片45aの裏側に差し込む部分は一部が切欠してあって平板状をしている。この状態で、他方の額縁用縦枠10(つまり戸袋部8側の額縁用縦枠10)に設けた取付け金具12と戸袋部8側の壁下地材7の背面部とを図8に示すように、継手金具44を用いて固着具により固着して連結するものである。また、開閉装置枠4の上レール枠1は建物の壁下地材7に取付けている連結金具51に門型の開口枠11の上部を固着具により取付けるものである。この場合、図9に示すように制御盤40と連結金具51の下端部の固定板51bとを固着具により固着したり、あるいは上枠材36と連結金具51の下端部の固定板51bとを固着具により固着したりするものである。

ところで、本発明においては、開口枠11の両側の下端部を位置決めして支持するに当たって、従来例のように先端が自由端となった載置片上に載置するものでなく、ブラケット13の前端部に前縦片14と後縦片15とを近接対向して突設して挟持部16を形成すると共に、ブラケット13の前端部の挟持部16の隣りに立ち上がり突片18を上方に向けて突設し、門型の開口枠11の両側の額縁用縦枠10に設けた最下段の取付け金具12の下レール枠2に沿った片をそれぞれ挟持部16に嵌め込み挟持すると共に両側の額縁用縦枠10の後端部の下端部の内面側に立ち上がり突片18を差し込んでいるので、挟持部16、立ち上がり突片18が従来例の載置片のように開口枠11の荷重で撓むことなく、門型の開口枠11の下端部を正確に位置に位置決め保持することができることになる。そして、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部をそれぞれ挟持部16と立ち上がり突片18とで位置決め保持するので、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部を位置決めした状態で確実且つ強固に保持できるものである。また、額縁用縦枠10の下端部と、額縁用縦枠10を保形し且つ額縁用縦枠10を外縦枠9に連結するための骨材となる取付け金具12の2箇所で保持されるので、門型の開口枠11の両側下端部の位置決め保持がより強固で且つ確実なものとなるのである。

ここで、図1に示す実施形態においては、下レール枠2の開口部6の下基材13との間に挟着されたブラケット13を長尺の連結板19の両側に形成してあるので、連結板19を前述のように施工するのみで両側のブラケット13間の長さが設計通りの一定寸法となるように施工できるものである。このため両側のブラケット13において挟持して保持される門型の開口枠11の両側下端部間の長さが一定となるように施工できることになる。

上記のようにして開口枠11をエレベータ乗り場5の開口部6の前部に配設して開閉装置枠4の戸袋部8を除く前面側に配設して取付けた後、図3に示すように、エレベータ乗り場5の床には床仕上げ材47が敷設され、また、壁下地材7の前面側、つまり、エレベータ乗り場5側には壁表面仕上げ材48が取付けられて壁49が構成されることになる。ここで、床仕上げ材47の端部の一部が開口枠11の両側下端面部の下面側に差し込んで取付けられるものであり、この場合、開口枠11の下端部のレベルが上記のように差込みによって挟持されて所定位置に保持されているので、床仕上げ材47が開口枠11の両側下端面部の下面側に正確な位置関係で取付けられるものである。また、開口部において開閉装置枠4の下レール枠2の前端部と床仕上げ材47の端部との間にできる隙間は図1に示すようなカバー材46を取付けることで覆い隠されるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、上記のように額縁用縦枠の背面側において一側方及び後方が開口した額縁用縦枠の側端部と後端部とにわたって水平断面L字状をした取付け金具を上下方向に複数個架設し、この水平断面L字状をした取付け金具の外縦枠と対向する片と外縦枠とを固着し、下レール枠の開口部の下基材との間に挟着されたブラケットの前端部に前縦片と後縦片とを近接対向して突設して挟持部を形成すると共に、ブラケットの前端部の挟持部の隣りに立ち上がり突片を上方に向けて突設し、門型の開口枠の両側の額縁用縦枠に設けた最下段の取付け金具の下レール枠に沿った片をそれぞれ挟持部に嵌め込み挟持すると共に両側の額縁用縦枠の後端部の下端部の内面に立ち上がり突片を差し込むので、門型の開口枠の両側下端部をそれぞれ挟持部と立ち上がり突片とで保持できて、門型の開口枠の両側下端部を位置決めした状態で簡単且つ確実に保持できるものであり、また後片と前片とを上方に突出して挟持部を構成し、立ち上がり突片を上方に突出してあるので、下端部が自由端となった門型の開口枠の両側下端部がそれぞれ2つの保持手段により保持されることになり、より正確に且つ強固に保持ができるものであり、また、額縁用縦枠の下端部と、額縁用縦枠を保形し且つ額縁用縦枠を外縦枠に連結するための骨材となる取付け金具の2箇所が保持されることとなって、門型の開口枠の両側下端部の位置決め保持がよりいっそう確実となるものである。

また、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項1記載の発明の効果に加えて、挟持部の後縦片を前縦片よりも上方に長く突出してあるので、後縦片をガイドとして挟持部に取付け金具の一片を簡単に差込んで挟持させることができて、門型の開口枠の下端部の挟持部への差込みが容易に行えるものである。
また、請求項3記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項1又は請求項2記載の発明の効果に加えて、下レール枠の開口部の下基材との間に挟着されたブラケットを長尺の連結板の両側に形成してあるので、両側のブラケット間の長さを設計通りの一定寸法とすることができて、両側のブラケットにおいて挟持して保持される下端部が自由端部となった門型の開口枠の両側下端部間の長さが一定となるように施工することができるものである。
