本発明は、建築用エキスパンション・ジョイントに於ける化粧カバーの可動装置に関するものである。

建築用エキスパンション・ジョイントは、建物にかかる外力等の変動要因から発生する応力の伝達を分断するために設けられた分割ラインのことであり、隣接して建てられた左右の建物同士の激突を防ぐために設けられたクリアランス(間隙)を建物の揺れ動きに追従可動する化粧カバーで塞ぎ、左右の建物を接続、一体化して使用出来るようにするジョイント部材のことである。

従来のエキスパンション・ジョイント部分に取付られる化粧カバー材は、地震等の一時変形や、不同沈下等の永久変形によるクリアランスの変化の想定が比較的小さいこともあり、化粧カバーを支持するために設けられた両端の化粧カバー支持材(化粧縁材)間に嵌合、装架されている構成のものが多い。この従来型の化粧カバーの両端は、前記化粧カバー支持材内に見込み伸張部分が重複して格納されており、且つ収縮にも対応出来るよう化粧カバー支持材内に逃げの隙間を有する構成を有しており、該化粧カバー支持材間で地震等によるクリアランスの変化に追従している。

而して、近年は建物の大型化や高層化により、建物間のクリアランス(間隙)が、従来50mmから300mm程度であったものが、400mmから1000mmと大きくなり、地震等の一時変形や不同沈下等の永久変形に追従出来るエキスパンション・ジョイントが多く用いられる様になってきた。

クリアランスの大きいエキスパンション・ジョイントは、該クリアランスをステンレス、アルミ等の金属加工にて作られる化粧カバー材で覆うため、当然のことながら化粧カバー材の自重が重くなり、該大重量の化粧カバー材をしっかりと持設する安全構成と、地震等の一時変形に対して、化粧カバーをスムーズに動かして揺れに追従出来、化粧カバーや建物に損傷を与えない可動機構が要望されきた。

本発明は、クリアランスが、400mmから1000mmと建物の大型化や高層化に対応できるエキスパンション・ジョイントに於いて、自重の重くなる化粧カバーを地震等の一時変形に追従してスムーズに動かして揺れに追従出来、且つ前記重量物の化粧カバー材を堅牢に持設して、機能的で安全性の高いエキスパンション・ジョイントに於ける化粧カバーの可動装置を供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決する手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明は、互いに対向する建物A,B間に設定したクリアランスCに、アウターレールとインナーレールからなる伸縮自在のスライドレールを任意ピッチを持って複数本装架して配置せしめ、該スライドレールのアウターレール一端は例えば建物A側の縁材に固定されたヒンジ機構のヒンジアームに固着され、該スライドレールの他端は建物Bの縁部または該縁部から延長して設けられた受け材の上部に常に係合する構成となし、該複数本任意ピッチで配置されたスライドレールの片側に前記クリアランスCを覆う形状の化粧カバーをビス等にてそれぞれ固着せしめ、該化粧カバーは建物Bの縁部または該縁部から延長して設けられた受け材上で前記スライドレールを介してスムーズに摺動し地震等による急激な一時変形に追従出来る様に構成した。

また、本発明のエキスパンション・ジョイントに於ける化粧カバーの可動装置は、エキスパンション・ジョイントとして、内壁−内壁、内壁コーナー、外壁−外壁、外壁コーナー、床−床、床コーナー等幅広く実施可能で、幅広で重量のある化粧カバーをクリアランスC間に装架される複数本のスライドレールにビス等でそれぞれ固着、取り付けされることから、堅牢で離脱することのない安全な化粧カバー可動装置を提供することが出来た。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の一実施例を図1乃至図4に基づき詳説する。図1乃至図4は本発明をエキスパンション・ジョイントに実施した例を示すもので、図1は斜視要部断面図、図2は平断面図、図3及び図4は平断面図にて、クリアランスの変動に対してどの様に作動するかを説明する示す作動説明図である。

図1乃至図4に於いて、建物の内壁A、Bには、縁材1、2が対向して設けられており、該縁材1には図に於いて上下動可能なヒンジ機構3を介して任意ピッチでスライドレール4a、4b、4c・・・(図示されているのは4aのみ)が設けられている。

【発明の効果】
斯くして本発明においては、互いに対向する建物A、B間に設定したクリアランスCにアウターレール6とインナーレール7からなる伸縮自在のスライドレール4a、4b、4c・・・を任意ピッチを持って複数本配置せしめ、該スライドレール4のアウターレール6一端はそれぞれ建物A側の縁材1に固定されたヒンジ機構3のヒンジアーム5に固定され、該スライドアーム4a等のインナーレール7他端は建物Bの縁材2または該縁材から延長して設けられた受け材8の上部に常に係合する構成となし、前記任意ピッチで配置されたスライドレール4a等のの片側アウターレール6側にクリアランスCを覆う形状の化粧カバー12をビス13a、13bで固着せしめ、該化粧カバー12が建物Bの縁材2または該縁材から延長して設けられた受け材8上で前記スライドレール4a等を介して摺動することした。
