Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a piece made of concrete or cement (hereinafter referred to as a concrete piece) capable of absorbing excess moisture in the poured ready-mixed concrete and reducing voids in the concrete, and concrete using the same. Concerning construction methods.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Currently, in Japan, the pump method (a method of driving ready-mixed concrete to the place where it is pumped) is widely used, and this method is adopted at many work sites. In general, in the pump method, soft concrete that has a relatively large amount of water is used because of the pumping of the ready-mixed concrete.
[0003]
The ready-mixed concrete contains materials such as cement, water, and aggregates (sand, gravel), but the content of water is large (the slump is large) in order to increase the fluidity of the concrete. When concrete is driven in, excess water and air bubbles entrained during driving will be mixed and hardened in the concrete, so the concrete will have sufficient strength, durability, water tightness, etc. Difficult to get performance.
[0004]
After the concrete is poured, it must be filled in every corner of the formwork and fully compacted so that the concrete becomes dense. However, if concrete with a relatively high water content is cast, it will be separated. As a result, the lighter part rises, the unit water volume increases in the upper part, the heavy material such as aggregate settles, and the lighter part, that is, the air bubbles entrained during driving, rises and the breathing phenomenon occurs. To do. Concrete with a lot of breathing has a large amount of settlement, and when the ratio of rising water and bubbles is mixed and hardened in the concrete, it creates harmful gaps such as cracks in the concrete, and the strength and durability of the concrete. It had the problem of becoming a factor that hinders sex.
[0005]
The present invention was devised in view of the current situation, and the object of the present invention is to absorb excess moisture in the poured ready-mixed concrete and in the concrete corresponding to the portion in which the concrete piece is buried. By using a concrete piece that can effectively suppress cracks that occur when the concrete shrinks, and achieve sufficient strength, durability, water tightness, etc. of the concrete by reducing the voids of the concrete and increasing the density It intends to provide a concrete construction method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that the concrete piece is made of concrete or cement which is sufficiently hardened and dried and formed into an appropriate shape.
[0007]
The concrete piece according to the present invention has a main body strength of 500 kgf / cm 2 or more, and the main body is preferably formed into a shape that can be easily embedded, for example, a wedge shape or a screw shape.
[0008]
In the present invention, the concrete piece formed as described above is embedded at every required interval before the ready-mixed concrete is hardened.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a concrete piece P 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The concrete piece P 1 has an appropriate amount of water, cement and aggregate (sand, etc.) as in a general concrete product. Gravel, etc.) are kneaded at a mixing ratio of 500 kgf / cm 2 or more when dried, formed into a wedge shape, sufficiently cured and dried.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the concrete piece P 1 configured in this manner is provided with a relatively large amount of water-mixed ready-mixed concrete and before the concrete C is cured, as shown in FIG. When it is in a so-called slightly hardened state that is stiff but not yet hardened, it is buried at every required interval.
[0012]
Next, a concrete construction method using the concrete piece P 1 will be described.
[0013]
The ready-mixed concrete transported by a concrete transport vehicle or the like is pumped to a predetermined concrete placing site using, for example, a piston-type concrete pump. Then, the ready-mixed concrete is driven into a formwork that has been subjected to formwork, and predetermined concrete is cured. At this time, when the ready-mixed concrete has a relatively large amount of water, light portions, that is, water and air (bubbles) entrained during driving will rise.
[0014]
The place where the concrete piece P 1 is buried may be determined, for example, at a predetermined interval along a mold (not shown). This interval depends on the softness of the ready-mixed concrete, for example, every 50 cm. It is desirable to do this.
[0015]
In this way, if the concrete piece P 1 is buried in a place containing excess water and bubbles in the concrete C, the excess water is absorbed into the sufficiently hardened and dried concrete piece P 1 . Concrete quality can be improved.
[0016]
Further, it is possible to reduce the voids of the concrete in C which corresponds to the amount that the concrete piece P 1 is embedded, it is possible to obtain a Mitsumi state, as a result, it is possible to harden sufficiently tighten the concrete Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress cracks generated when the concrete C contracts, and it is possible to form a concrete C that is solid and excellent in strength, durability, and the like.
[0017]
Furthermore, in the concrete construction method using the concrete piece P 1 according to this embodiment, the above effect can be obtained only by burying the concrete piece P 1 at every required interval. Is unnecessary and anyone can work easily.
[0018]
Figure 3 shows a concrete piece P 2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, concrete piece P 2 according to this embodiment includes, in addition to forming a body shape screw shape, other configurations and operation and Since its usage is the same as that of the concrete piece P 1 of the first embodiment, its detailed description is omitted here.
[0019]
Incidentally, concrete construction method using the concrete piece P 1 or P 2 may cover all construction employing the raw concrete More than the amount of water
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to absorb excess moisture in the poured concrete and reduce the voids in the concrete corresponding to the portion in which the concrete piece is embedded, thereby increasing the density. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress cracks that occur when the concrete contracts, and to obtain performances such as sufficient strength, durability, and water tightness of the concrete.
