近年、用済み後の容器類は、分別収拾されて再利用に供されているが、処理に限度もあり、未だ多くのものが圧潰されることもなくそのままの姿で廃棄されている現状であり、これを如何にするかが重大な問題となっている。
かかる容器類のゴミ問題に鑑み、最近では、単なる容器として或いは詰め替え容器としていわゆるパウチと称される袋容器が出回るようになってきている。この種の袋容器は、廃棄時に、折り畳み、圧潰等によりかなり小さくすることができて、量を格段に少なくすることができる点で優れている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、その反面、この種の袋容器には保形性がなく、形が定まり難いくねくねしたものであるために、使用上、取り扱い上或いは外観上、次のような多くの欠点も合わせて有している。

▲2▼ 起立させることが困難であり、起立タイプのものであっても、内容物が少なくなるにつれ倒れ易くなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は、請求項1乃至請求項3の圧潰廃棄容易な合成樹脂製簡易使い捨て容器の発明に係る実施の形態を示す。
図において、1は、ポリオレフィン系合成樹脂等で形成した薄肉で変形し易い簡易なボトル形の容器体、2は、該容器体の箱状の胴、3は、該胴の上端に設けた円筒状の充填口で、専ら充填にのみ用いるものであって、充填後に一字状に押し潰して融着封止するものである。4は、容器体の傾斜肩5に設けた小筒状の注出口で、専ら注出にのみ用いるものであって、先端を切断(カット)することにより開口させるものである。

容器体1は、胴2乃至充填口3に係る皿状の前半部1aと後半部1bとを、ポリオレフィン系合成樹脂のフィルム乃至シートから真空成形、圧空成形、マッチ・フォーミング成形等の適宜成形手段により成形して、相互に接合一体化させることで、肉厚が1mm以下の薄肉の容器に形成するが、その前半部1aと後半部1bには、それぞれ周縁にフランジ6を設け、かつ、相互を一側で連ねて左右に展開させた状態で成形(図2)した後、これを折り重ね、フランジ6相互を突き合わせて相互に超音波溶着手段等により融着一体化させる。
また、注出口4は、その前半部1aと後半部1bとのいずれか一方乃至双方の傾斜肩5にて前方又は後方へ小筒状に突出させて配備させる。図示のものでは、前半部1aにのみ設けているが、これに限るものではない。なお、左右いずれか一側へ片寄せて設けてもよい。

如上の構成であるから、図3乃至図6のボトル形態において、開口している充填口3をもってボトルと同様にして内容物を充填すればよい。この際、相互に融着一体化させたフランジ6がリブの役割を果たし、また、上記形態上及び上記合成樹脂成形上、充填口3につきその形状を自体で自然的に維持するのに必要な肉厚にすることができるから、充填に支障を来すことすはない。
充填後、図1に示すように、その充填口3を超音波溶着手段等により一字状に押し潰して融着封止7する。以後、充填口3は開口させない。
内容物を注出する際には、注出口4の先端を切断開口させて、該注出口からのみ注出する。注出口4は、その形態上、成形上、先端を薄肉に形成でき、切断は容易である。また、その注出口4によって注出の際にはほとんど胴2から直接的に注出するような状態となり、胴2したがって容器体1を倒伏させた状態で注出すればよく、倒立させる必要はない。
注出後に内容物が残り、これを保存するときは、注出口4を栓等で閉じ、該注出口4を上に向けて袋容器本体1を倒伏させた状態にして保存、保管する。

【発明の効果】
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3の発明によれば、既述構成であるから、以下の効果を奏する。
(1) 容器体1がボトル形ではあっても薄肉で変形し易い簡易なものであるから、廃棄の際には簡単に圧潰、折り畳み等できて、かなり小さくすることができ、その量を格段に少なくすることができる。
(2) 内容物を収容する胴2が箱状で、該胴の上端から内容物の充填にのみ用いて充填後に封止する筒状の充填口3を突設して、ボトル形の容器体1を形成しているので、容器体1にはボトル同様の内容物の充填が可能となって、袋容器ではあっても高速度に充填でき、しかも、その充填口3の封止も簡単かつ迅速に行える。
(3) 胴2が箱状であるから、内容物充填後の容器体1は倒伏状態において箱と同様に取り扱え、安定に保存、保管できる。しかも、充填口3の封止により密閉状態で保存、保管できる。
(4) 注出専用で切断開口させる注出口4を、その箱状の胴2の適所に容器体1の倒伏態勢にて上方に位置させ設けているから、内容物を注出する際には、その注出口4を切断開口させて注出すればよく、その注出の際には、容器体1を倒伏させた状態で胴2から直接的に注出できて、容器体1を倒立させる必要はなく、したがって、不意の屈曲等により注出方向が変動することも該変動で注ぎ難くなることもない。
(5) 胴2が箱状であるから持ち易く、注出方向が定まって注ぎ易く、また、取り扱いが容易で、漏らすことが少ない。
(6) 内容物を途中まで注出して残量を保存するような場合でも、胴2が箱状で、容器体1の倒伏状態において注出口4を上にして安定に保存、保管できるから、内容物が漏出して周辺を汚すことはない。したがって、注出口4は栓等で簡単に閉じるだけてよい。
(7) ボトルと同様の外観を呈するので、見映えがよい。
(8) そして、その構造上、前半部1aと後半部1bとを合成樹脂による真空成形、圧空成形、マッチ・フォーミング成形等で簡単に成形でき、また、これらを簡単に接合一体化させることができて、極めて容易に製作でき、安価に提供できる。
