Description

【0001】

[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the roof decorative panel mounting bracket A according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
FIG. 1 is a use state diagram showing an embodiment of a roof decorative panel mounting bracket A according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing an embodiment of the roof decorative panel mounting bracket A according to the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a folded state in which FIG. 2 is assembled.
[0026]
The roof decorative panel mounting bracket A includes a panel receiving member 1 for mounting the roof decorative panel P and a mounting member 2 for fixing the panel receiving member 1 to the roof material Y, and a connecting tool such as a bolt or a nut. 3 are connected.
[0027]
The roof decorative panel P is formed of a metal plate, a synthetic resin plate, or the like as in the prior art, and the upper and lower ends of the roof decorative panel P are locked to the panel receiving member 1 and have a lower folding edge P1.
[0028]
The panel receiving member 1 may have any shape that can be attached to the roof decorative panel P. In this embodiment, both ends of the panel receiving member 1 are used to lock the lower folding edge P1 on the roof decorative panel P. The angle material in which the receiving bending piece 11 which receives and fixes the lower folding edge P1 on the roof decorative panel P on the surface is illustrated.
[0029]
Further, a piece 12 is formed on the side surface of the panel receiving member 1 in the longitudinal direction, and a long hole 13 for adjusting the mounting height is formed on the piece 12 from the substantially center to one end side. It is forming towards.
[0030]
Further, in the vicinity of the long hole 13, there is provided a rotation restricting protrusion 5 that can be overcome and rotated when the panel receiving member 1 is erected, and whose folding is restricted after the panel receiving member 1 is erected. Provided.
[0031]
That is, the rotation restricting protrusion 5 is in close contact between the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 in a temporarily assembled state (a state in which the nut of the connection tool 3 is not tightened) before the connection tool 3 is tightened. Therefore, the panel receiving member 1 can be erected with the connecting member 3 as the center of rotation. On the other hand, after the panel receiving member 1 is erected, the panel receiving member 1 is restricted from rotating by tightening the connecting member 3. At the same time, since the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 are in close contact with each other, the panel receiving member 1 cannot get over the rotation restricting projection 5 and its folding is restricted.
[0032]
In the present embodiment, the rotation regulating protrusion 5 formed by cutting and raising the edge on the center side of the long hole 13 toward the mounting member 2 side is provided. The corners of the mounting member 2 are locked so that the folding of the panel receiving member 1 is restricted.
[0033]
Further, a slit slightly larger than the thickness of the mounting member 2 is formed between the connecting end of the panel receiving member 1, that is, the receiving bent piece 11 on one end side where the long hole 13 is formed, and the piece portion 12. An opening 14 is formed.
[0034]
In addition, a mark portion 17 such as a scale that can identify the height position of the panel receiving member 1 may be formed along the longitudinal direction of the long hole 13. By forming such a mark portion 17, for example, The height position of the panel receiving member 1 erected in the construction assembly state can be easily identified, and the construction work is reduced.
[0035]
Further, the panel receiving member 1 is formed with a notch relief groove 16 that penetrates the corner portion 21a of the connecting end of the mounting member 2, whereby the mounting member 2 and the panel receiving member 1 can be erected or folded. I have to.
[0036]
The mounting member 2 can be fixed to the roof material Y and can be folded to the panel receiving member 1, but in this embodiment, an L-shaped angle material composed of one piece 21 and a fixed piece 22. Is illustrated.
[0037]
In the fixing piece 22 of the mounting member 2, a plurality of mounting holes 23 for inserting a fixing tool K such as a bolt through the roof material Y are formed at appropriate positions.
[0038]
Further, a shaft hole 24 that is superposed on the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1 and through which the connector 3 is inserted is formed on the eaves edge or the keraba side of the piece 21 of the mounting member 2.
[0039]
Further, at an appropriate position of one piece 21 of the mounting member 2, a locking portion that is locked to the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1 or is locked to the side edge 12 a of the piece 12 of the panel receiving member 1. 25 is formed.
[0040]
Here, the locking portion 25 is locked in the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1 when the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 are in the package storage state, or the one portion 12 of the panel receiving member 1. What is necessary is just what can be latched by this side edge 12a, and here, the convex latching | locking part 25 which can be engaged / disengaged with the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1 is shown.
[0041]
If the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1 formed in this way and the shaft hole 24 of the mounting member 2 are overlapped, the bolt of the connector 3 is passed through this, and the nut is temporarily tightened, the panel receiving member 1 and the attachment member 2 are connected in a temporarily assembled state as shown in FIG.
[0042]
That is, in this temporarily assembled state, the panel receiving member 1 can rotate over the rotation restricting protrusion 5 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The member 2 stands up in the construction and assembly state via the connector 3 and can be folded into the package storage state.
[0043]
Further, when the panel receiving member 1 is in the package storage state as shown in FIG. 3, the locking portion 25 of the mounting member 2 is locked in the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1. The mounting member 2 does not move, and this package storage state can be securely fixed and held.
[0044]
4 (a) to 4 (d) are schematic views showing the operation at the time of construction of the roof decorative panel mounting bracket A according to the present invention, FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 6 (c), (d). FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view illustrating the operation state of the main part of FIG. 4 in more detail.
[0045]
The roof decorative panel mounting bracket A formed as described above is constructed in the following manner.
[0046]
Hereinafter, a description will be given based on FIG. 1 and FIGS.
[0047]
First, the fixing piece 22 of the mounting member 2 is arranged at an appropriate position of the roofing material Y in the package storage state, and this is fixed to the roofing material Y by using the fixing tool K [FIGS. 4 (a) and 5 (a). )reference〕.
[0048]
Next, when the end of the panel receiving member 1 is tapped from above or the like, the locking between the long hole 13 and the locking portion 25 is released and rotated as indicated by the arrow in the figure, the panel receiving member 1 is The corner 21a passes through the notch relief groove 16 and rises in the vertical direction while getting over the rotation restricting protrusion 5 [see FIG. 4 (b) and FIG. 5 (b)].
[0049]
Then, the inner surface of the panel receiving member 1 comes into contact with the connecting edge of the mounting member 2, and further rotation is restricted, and the panel receiving member 1 is erected in a construction assembly state in the vertical direction [FIG. (See (c) and FIG. 6 (c)).
[0050]
When the panel receiving member 1 is pushed down after the panel receiving member 1 is erected, the corner 21a is moved to a position where it cannot penetrate the notch relief groove 16, so that the panel receiving member 1 is displaced to a non-rotatable position. At the same time, the corner of the lower end of the mounting member 2 is locked to the protruding edge of the rotation restricting protrusion 5, and the folding of the panel receiving member 1 is restricted [FIGS. 4 (d) and 6 (d). reference〕.
[0051]
If the nut of the connector 3 is tightened in this state, the panel receiving member 1 is connected and fixed to the mounting member 2 [see FIG. 4 (d) and FIG. 6 (d)].
[0052]
Finally, the lower folding edge P1 is received and fixed on the roof decorative panel P on the receiving bent piece 11 of the panel receiving member 1 fixed upright and fixed in the construction assembly state, and the eaves of the roof The roof decorative panel P is attached to keraba or the like.
[0053]
As described above, according to the roof decorative panel mounting bracket A of the present invention, the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 are put into the construction assembly state by connecting the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 with the connector 3. Since it can be erected and foldably connected to the package storage state, it can be downsized during transportation, convenient to carry, and reduce transportation costs.
[0054]
Further, after the panel receiving member 1 is erected, the rotation restricting projection 5 is folded when the panel receiving member 1 is folded after the panel receiving member 1 is displaced to a position where the panel receiving member 1 cannot be rotated and the connector 3 is tightened. The tatami is restricted and the panel receiving member 1 can be prevented from being accidentally folded.
[0055]

[0057]
In this roof decorative panel mounting bracket A, either one of the mounting member 2 and the panel receiving member 1 is provided with a relief hole 15 for moving the other member to a position away from the shaft hole 24. Thus, the mounting member 2 and the panel receiving member 1 can be folded.
[0058]
Further, the rotation restricting protrusion 5 in the present embodiment is formed on the mounting member 2 side, and more specifically, is formed by cutting and raising the upper end corner of the shaft hole 24 toward the panel receiving member 1 side. The long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 2 is locked to the protruding edge of the cut and raised piece so that the folding of the panel receiving member 1 is restricted.
[0059]
In such a roof decorative panel mounting bracket A, the fixing piece 22 of the mounting member 2 is arranged at an appropriate position of the roofing material Y in the packaged and stored state, and is fixed to the roofing material Y by using the fixing tool K as described above. [Refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 8 (a)].
[0060]
Next, the end of the panel receiving member 1 is tapped from above, etc. to release the locking between the long hole 13 and the locking portion 25, and the panel receiving member 1 is erected in the vertical direction. In this state, the corner 21a of the connecting end of the mounting member 2 comes into contact with the inner surface of the panel receiving member 1. Therefore, if the mounting member 2 is moved away from the panel receiving member 1, the connecting tool 3 is pivoted. It moves from the hole 24 to the escape hole 15 (see FIGS. 8B and 8C).
[0061]
If the mounting member 2 is in a state of being away from the panel receiving member 1 in this way, the panel receiving member 1 can be erected in the vertical direction (see FIG. 9D).
[0062]
At this time, the panel receiving member 1 is erected in the vertical direction while getting over the rotation restricting protrusion 5 as described above.
[0063]
Then, the inner surface of the panel receiving member 1 comes into contact with the connecting edge of the mounting member 2, and further rotation is restricted, and the panel receiving member 1 is erected in a construction assembly state in the vertical direction [FIG. (See (d)).
[0064]
When the mounting member 2 is returned to the position close to the panel receiving member 1 after the panel receiving member 1 is erected, the connector 3 is moved again to the shaft hole 24, and the panel receiving member 1 is displaced to a non-rotatable position. The edge of the long hole 13 is locked to the protruding edge of the rotation restricting protrusion 5, and the folding of the panel receiving member 1 is restricted (see FIG. 9 (e)).
[0065]
If the nut of the connector 3 is tightened in this state, the panel receiving member 1 is connected and fixed to the mounting member 2 [see FIG. 9 (e)].
[0066]

[0067]
According to such a roof decorative panel mounting bracket A, the escape hole 15 connected to the shaft hole 24 is formed so that the mounting member 2 and the panel receiving member 1 can be moved away from each other. Even in the temporarily assembled state, the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 can be folded and polymerized, and the same effect as described above can be obtained.
[0068]
FIG. 10 is a schematic view showing various examples of the relief holes 15 connected to the shaft hole 24 of the mounting member 2. Even if such relief holes 15 are formed, the same effect can be obtained. obtain.
[0069]
11A to 11H are schematic front views showing various modes when the escape holes 15 are provided in the panel receiving member 1.
[0070]
Here, an escape hole 15 through which the connector 3 is moved is formed in the long hole 13 of the panel receiving member 1.
[0071]
Each of these panel receiving members 1 is formed with a relief hole 15 that can move the axis of the connector 3 that passes through the long hole 13, so that the mounting member 2 and the panel receiving member 1 are separated from each other. Since the movable structure is adopted, the panel receiving member 1 and the mounting member 2 can be folded and polymerized even in a temporarily assembled state, and the same effect as described above can be obtained.
[0072]
Of course, the relief holes 15 may be formed in both the shaft hole 24 and the long hole 13.
