Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for arranging healds in a reed frame that can improve the operating rate of a loom and effectively reduce the noise of the loom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the saddle frame, the heald is held between the upper and lower frame steves via a carrier rod.
[0003]
That is, the heald is mounted between the upper and lower frame steves by inserting the carrier rod through an opening formed at the end. The heald is movable along the carrier rod and is allowed to move slightly up and down through the opening.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to such a conventional technique, the heald is allowed to move up and down through the opening, so that during the opening operation, one end of the opening hits the carrier rod, generating a large impact sound and high speed operation. In addition to being a major factor in loom noise at times, there was a problem that healds and carrier rods would wear out quickly. In addition, since the heald can move along the carrier rod, it can be tilted between the frame steves, or can be brought into close contact with the warp glue or water for weft insertion in the water jet loom, causing a bridging phenomenon in the warp. There is also a problem that the warp may be entangled with each other due to static electricity, which may interfere with the weaving operation.
[0005]
Therefore, in view of the problems of the prior art, the object of the present invention is to reduce the noise of the loom accompanying the opening operation by adopting a magnet that magnetizes the end of the heald, and to orderly separate the heald on the carrier rod. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for arranging healds in a gutter frame that can be arranged in the same manner.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the present invention for achieving such an object is that magnets having magnetic poles at the front and rear are arranged along the frame steve, and the gist of the magnet is to magnetize the end of the heald in the front and rear.
[0007]
The magnet may be provided with a reinforcing material, and the reinforcing material may be a ferromagnetic material.
[0008]
Also, the magnet can be attached to the frame steve. The magnet may be attached to the frame steve via a holder, or may be attached to the frame steve via a middle hook.
[0009]
Furthermore, a magnet can be provided corresponding to the heald divided and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the frame steve.
[0010]
Further, the heald may be disposed along the upper and lower frame steves.
[0011]
[Action]
According to such a configuration of the invention, the magnet is arranged along the frame steve and has the magnetic poles at the front and rear, so that the end of the heald can be magnetized back and forth, and the healds on the carrier rod are arranged in an orderly manner. They can be arranged separately. This is because the healds are magnetized to the same polarity in the front and rear by the magnetic flux from the magnet and repel each other. In addition, the magnet attracts the heald to the frame steve side and suppresses the vertical movement of the heald, thereby preventing the relative velocity of the heald relative to the carrier rod from becoming excessive during the opening movement, and the impact sound accompanying the opening movement. Can be greatly reduced.
[0012]
When a reinforcing material is attached to a magnet, the reinforcing material increases the strength of the magnet and prevents breakage of the magnet.
[0013]
If the reinforcing material is a ferromagnetic material, the reinforcing material can further increase the magnetic flux density at the end of the heald.
[0014]
If the magnet is attached to the frame steve, the magnet can be easily applied regardless of the type of the frame steve.
[0015]
If the magnet is attached to the frame steve via the holder, the holder can position the magnet sufficiently close to the end of the heald and magnetize the end of the heald more strongly.
[0016]
When the magnet is mounted via the middle hook, the middle hook can hold the magnet together with the carrier rod, and no special holder may be used to hold the magnet.
[0017]
When magnets are provided corresponding to the healds, the magnets may be provided over the minimum necessary range, and the increase in the weight of the collar frame can be minimized.
[0018]
If the magnets are arranged along the upper and lower frame steves, the upper and lower magnets can magnetize both ends of the heald at the same time, and the heald adhesion phenomenon due to warp glue or the like can be more reliably prevented. .
[0019]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by arranging magnets having magnetic poles at the front and rear along the frame steve, the magnets magnetize the end of the heald to the same polarity at the front and rear, and on the carrier rod. Since the healds can be arranged in an orderly manner, the warp bridging phenomenon and the warp entanglement due to static electricity can be prevented to improve the operating rate of the loom, and the heald is attracted to the frame steve side. Therefore, there is an extremely excellent effect that the noise of the loom accompanying the opening operation of the reed frame can be effectively reduced.
