【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、マークシート式の投票カードを出し入れ自在に１枚ないし複数枚収納すると共に、収納した投票カードに順次マーキングすることができる投票カードホルダーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、競馬や競輪等に代表される公認の賭博レースでは、その先着順を予想して投票するいわゆる馬券等と称される勝馬投票券を申し込み、賭金を払い込むシステムとなっており、この勝馬投票券の申し込みに際し、マークシート式の投票カードが採用されている。馬券売場では、無料で配布される投票カードの記入欄毎に、レース順や馬番・組番等の対象コース等を特定すべく所望のマーク欄に縦線をマーキングして、投票カードと共に必要金額を払い込むことで、勝馬投票券の交付が受けられていた。

前記投票カードのマーキングに際して、一般に馬券売場は混雑しており、またマーキング作業用の台座等の設備もなく、非常に不便であった。さらに、マーキングはコンピュータで自動的に読み取られるため、投票カードを折り曲げたり、汚したり、破損したりしてはならず、マーキングは正確を期さねばならず、不便な場所での作業と相俟って、マーキング作業が煩わしく時間を要し、多大な手間を利用者に強要していた。

このような問題を解決するために、例えば、特許文献１や特許文献２に開示されているように、投票カードにマーキング作業する際に台紙として活用できると共に、投票カードのマーク箇所に重なる位置に、マークを記入する筆記具を導くためのテンプレートを設けたり、筆記具を保持することができる保持部を設けたりしたカードホルダーが既に提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述したようなカードホルダーでは、あくまで筆記具でマーキング作業する際の台座としてしか利用することができず、また、筆記具を導くテンプレートがあっても、正確かつ明瞭なマーキングを行うためには、投票カードのマーク個所に筆記具によって線を何度も引いたりして塗りつぶす作業が必要であり、煩わしく時間がかかるという問題があった。

また、台座に筆記具を止めておくことができたとしても、あくまで台座と筆記具とはそれぞれ別体であり、筆記具が紛失してしまうおそれがあると共に、筆記具を握ってのマークの記入のみならず、筆記具の台座に対する着脱も面倒であって、多大な手間を要するという問題があった。

本発明は、以上のような従来技術が有する問題点に着目してなされたもので、勝馬投票券等に代表される各種投票カードを、破損したり汚れたりしないように収納した状態で、そのまま混雑した状況下でも確実かつ容易にマーキング作業を行うことができ、さらにマーキングに用いる筆記具等を別途用意したり握って記入する作業も不要で、確実かつ明瞭なマーキングを迅速に行うことができる投票カードホルダーを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した目的を達成するための本発明の要旨とするところは、以下の各項に存する。
［１］マークシート式の投票カード（１）を出し入れ自在に収納すると共に、収納した投票カード（１）にマーキングすることができる投票カードホルダー（１０）において、
前記投票カード（１）を位置決めした状態で受け入れるベース枠（２０）と、該ベース枠（２０）の上面側に組み合わされ、該ベース枠（２０）に収めた前記投票カード（１）の表面に対接するマーキングカバー（３０）とを有して成り、
前記マーキングカバー（３０）に、前記投票カード（１）にある記入領域に対応し、該記入領域内に並ぶ複数のマーク欄に沿って延びる開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）を設け、該開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）にマーカーボタン（４０）をスライド可能に装着し、
前記マーカーボタン（４０）は、押圧された際に当該位置で前記マーク欄に所定のマークを押印可能なスタンプ部（４９）を備えることを特徴とする投票カードホルダー（１０）。

［８］前記上凹部（３５）および前記下凹部（３６）の何れかに、その長手方向に亘り前記各マーク孔（３４）に対応する位置ごとに、所定間隔おきに並び前記マーカーボタン（４０）に対して間欠的に係脱する位置決め突部（３５ａ）を設けたことを特徴とする［６］または［７］記載の投票カードホルダー（１０）。

前記本発明は次のように作用する。
前記［１］記載の投票カードホルダー（１０）によれば、ベース枠（２０）とこの上面側を成すマーキングカバー（３０）との間に、投票カード（１）を位置決めした状態で収納することで、投票カード（１）は破損したり折れたり汚れたりしないように保護される。マーキングカバー（３０）は投票カード（１）の表面に対接し、投票カード（１）にある記入領域には、マーキングカバー（３０）の開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）が合致している。

投票カード（１）のマーキング作業を行うときは、マーキングカバー（３０）にあるマーカーボタン（４０）に指を触れて開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）に沿ってスライドさせ、その下の記入領域における所望のマーク欄に重なる位置まで動かす。そして、当該位置にてマーカーボタン（４０）を押すことで、所望のマーク欄にスタンプ部（４９）を押し当てれば良い。

それにより、筆記具等を別途用意する必要はなく、マーキングカバー（３０）に装着されているマーカーボタン（４０）をスライドさせるだけで、投票カード（１）の記入領域にある各マーク欄に対する正確な位置合わせができると共に、当該位置にてマーカーボタン（４０）を押すだけで極めて容易に、しかも正確かつ明瞭にマークを押印することができる。

前記［２］記載のように、前記マーキングカバー（３０）に、前記投票カード（１）にある複数の記入領域ごとにそれぞれ対応する一または複数の開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）を設け、各開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）ごとにマーカーボタン（４０）を１つずつスライド可能に設ければ、投票カード（１）に多数の記入領域がある場合でも、各記入領域ごとに開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）やマーカーボタン（４０）はまとまって配されるため、視覚的に分かり易いと共にマーカーボタン（４０）を複数の記入領域を跨ぐような広範囲に移動させることなく、各記入領域単位でのマーキング作業が可能となる。

前記［３］記載の投票カードホルダー（１０）によれば、方形薄箱状に形成されたベース枠（２０）の一辺側にあるカード出入口（２０ａ）より、複数の投票カード（１）を重ねた状態で収納することができる。ベース枠（２０）内では、複数の投票カード（１）は重なり合った状態で位置決めされ、最上部の一枚にはマーキングカバー（３０）が対接する。

マーキングカバー（３０）は、ベース枠（２０）の上面側開口を覆うよう厚さ方向に移動可能であり、投票カード（１）が１枚ないし最大限収納枚数のうち任意の枚数分だけ重なる厚さに応じて自由に移動するから、ベース枠（２０）内との間に収納された投票カード（１）の最上部の一枚にマーキングカバー（３０）は常に対接する。

それにより、複数の投票カード（１）を収納した場合においても、その最上部の投票カード（１）に対し、前述したようにマーキング作業を行うことができる。また、マーキング作業を終えた投票カード（１）を抜き取った後は、次の未使用の投票カード（１）が最上部となってマーキングカバー（３０）の下に対接するので、同じように連続してマーキング作業を行うことが可能となる。

また、前記［４］記載のように、前記マーキングカバー（３０）を透明な材質により成形すれば、収納してある投票カード（１）の表面が透視されて外観として目視可能となり、投票カード（１）にある複数の記入領域やその中に並ぶマーク欄等を確認することができる。

また、前記［５］記載のように、前記マーキングカバー（３０）は、前記開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）が設けられた上面カバー（３１）と、該上面カバー（３１）に重なる下面カバー（３２）とを重ね合わせて成り、下面カバー（３２）に、上面カバー（３１）の開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）に沿って所定間隔おきに、前記投票カード（１）の各マーク欄に対応するマーク孔（３４）を連設すれば、前記マーカーボタン（４０）は上面カバー（３１）の開口溝（３３ａ〜３３ｒ）に沿ってスライドするが、下面カバー（３２）のマーク孔（３４）以外の箇所にマークを押印してしまうことはない。

また、前記［６］記載のように、前記マーカーボタン（４０）を、ボタン本体（４１）の両側下端に、それぞれ両側下方に拡がる一対の弾性脚片（４２）を設けて形成し、前記上面カバー（３１）に設けた上凹部（３５）と、前記下面カバー（３２）に設けた下凹部（３６）とが合致して形成される空間内に、前記マーカーボタン（４０）の各弾性脚片（４２）の端縁を上下に弾性変形可能、かつ長手方向にスライド可能に収めれば、マーカーボタン（４０）がマーキングカバー（３０）に一体に組み込まれて外れることがなく、しかも、マーカーボタン（４０）の円滑なスライド性と押圧操作を実現することができる。

さらに、前記［７］記載のように、前記マーカーボタン（４０）のボタン本体（４１）を、液状インクを含浸させる芯パッド（４８）の収納部（４１ａ）と、該収納部（４１ａ）の上端開口を閉じる蓋（４１ｂ）とから形成し、ボタン本体（４１）の下端底部に、前記芯パッド（４８）の下端に設けた前記スタンプ部（４９）を貫通させて下側に露出させる貫通孔（４１ｃ）を形成すれば、簡易な構成で確実なマークの押印を実現することができる。

また、前記［８］記載のように、前記上凹部（３５）および前記下凹部（３６）の何れかに、その長手方向に亘り前記各マーク孔（３４）に対応する位置ごとに、所定間隔おきに並び前記マーカーボタン（４０）に対して間欠的に係脱する位置決め突部（３５ａ）を設ければ、マーカーボタン（４０）をスライドさせる際、視覚だけに頼ることなくクリック感も相俟って、所望のマーク欄に対するより正確な位置合わせが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本発明を代表する一の実施の形態を説明する。
図１〜図２８は本発明の一実施の形態を示している。
本実施の形態に係る投票カードホルダー１０は、マークシート式の投票カード１を出し入れ自在に１枚ないし複数枚収納すると共に、収納した投票カード１に順次マーキングすることができるものである。以下、投票カード１として勝馬投票券の申し込みに用いるものを例とし、かかる投票カードに対応させた投票カードホルダーについて説明する。

先ず、勝馬投票券の申し込みに用いる投票カード１は、現物の大きさが縦約８ｃｍ、横約１５ｃｍの薄い紙製であり、図示省略したが表面には、「全国にある中央競馬場の場名」、「レースの番号」、「枠連、馬連等の式別」、「枠や馬の番号を表す枠番・馬番」、さらに「購入すべき馬券の枚数に相当する金額」等に相当する記入領域が線や色等で区画されて配置され、各記入領域内には数字等が順に記された複数の縦長のマーク欄が記されている。

かかる投票カード１を使用して馬券を購入するには、投票カード１の各記入領域毎に所望する数字等に対応する縦長マーク欄を塗りつぶせばよい。このように必要箇所にマーキングした投票カード１と共に必要金額を馬券売場で払い込むことで、投票カード１は、コンピュータによってマーク位置が読み取られ、いわゆる馬券である勝馬投票券が交付されるようになっている。なお、１枚の投票カード１で複数種の勝馬投票券を購入することもできる。

図１〜図４に示すように、投票カードホルダー１０は、投票カード１を位置決めした状態で受け入れるベース枠２０と、該ベース枠２０の上面側に組み合わされ、該ベース枠２０に収まる前記投票カード１の表面に対接するマーキングカバー３０とを有して成る。マーキングカバー３０には、前記投票カード１にある記入領域に対応し、該記入領域内に並ぶ複数のマーク欄に沿って延びる開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒが設けられており、各開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒにはマーカーボタン４０が１つずつスライド可能に装着されている。なお、２つの開口溝３３ｓ，３３ｔは、１つのマーク欄から成る記入領域に対応する大きさに形成されている。

図５〜図７に示すように、前記ベース枠２０は、上面側全体が開口する方形薄箱状に透明な合成樹脂により一体成形され、一辺側である上端縁側も開口されてカード出入口２０ａが設けられている。詳しくは、底面部２１の両側縁に沿ってそれぞれ細幅に立ち上がる側面部２２が設けられ、底面部２１の下端縁に沿って同じく細幅に立ち上がる下面部２３が形成されている。底面部２１の上端縁には、前記カード出入口２０ａより投票カードを出し入れする際にカードに触れやすくする切欠２１ａが設けられ、また、下面部２３には、その両側方向に延びてごみ等を排出する切欠溝２３ａが設けられている。

また、各側面部２２の内壁側には、次述するマーキングカバー３０の両側端縁がベース枠２０の厚さ方向に摺動可能に係合する被係合凸部２２ａ，２２ｂが設けられており、さらに、各側面部２２の上端縁には、内壁側に突出してマーキングカバー３０の両側端縁に係合し、マーキングカバー３０がベース枠２０から抜け落ちるのを防止する顎縁２２ｃが設けられている。なお、被係合凸部２２ａ，２２ｂにおいて前記カード出入口２０ａを向く側には、マーキングカバー３０の両側端縁を乗り越えさせるためのテーパーが形成されている。

図８〜図１１に示すように、前記マーキングカバー３０は、前記ベース枠２０の上面部を成す平板状に透明な合成樹脂により成形されており、前記開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒが設けられた上面カバー３１と、該上面カバー３１の下面側に重なる下面カバー３２とを重ね合わせて成る。下面カバー３２には、上面カバー３１の前記各開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒに沿って所定間隔おきに、前記投票カード１の各マーク欄に対応するマーク孔３４が連設されている。

また、前記マーキングカバー３０（正確には下面カバー３２）の両側端縁には、前記ベース枠２０の各側面部２２内壁側にある被係合凸部２２ａ，２２ｂ間に相対的に摺動可能に係合する係合凸部３２ａ，３２ｂが突設されている。さらに図１１に示すように、上面カバー３１および下面カバー３２の四隅付近には、互いに係合して重なり合った状態に組み合わせるための係合片３１ａと被係合片３２ｃが設けられている。

図１２〜図１５に示すように、前記マーカーボタン４０は、ボタン本体４１と、該ボタン本体４１の両側下端よりそれぞれ両側下方に拡がる一対の弾性脚片４２とから成る。詳しくは後述するが、ボタン本体４１の下端側には、下面カバー３２の各マーク孔３４に挿通可能で前記投票カード１の各マーク欄に合致する形状のスタンプ部４９が設けられている。ここでボタン本体４１は、前記上面カバー３１の各開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒを挿通可能であるが、各弾性脚片４２の端縁は、各開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒを挿通不能な大きさに形成されている。

また、図１４〜図１９に示すように、上面カバー３１の下面側には、各開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒの内縁に沿って板厚方向に凹む上凹部３５が設けられている。上凹部３５には、その長手方向に亘り前記各マーク孔３４に対応する位置ごとに、所定間隔おきに並び前記マーカーボタン４０に対して間欠的に係脱する位置決め突部３５ａが設けられている。

一方、上面カバー３１の下面側に合わさる下面カバー３２の上面側には、図１２〜図１５および図２０〜図２３に示すように、前記各マーク孔３４に沿って延びて前記上凹部３５に合致する下凹部３６が設けられている。この下凹部３６は、前記上凹部３５と共に前記マーカーボタン４０の各弾性脚片４２の端縁が上下に弾性変形可能、かつ長手方向にスライド可能に収まる移動空間を形成するものである。

下凹部３６の底面には、長手方向に並ぶ前記各マーク孔３４を横切るようにして底面よりさらに板厚方向に一段凹むマーカー回避溝３６ａが形成されている。このマーカー回避溝３６ａは、マーカーボタン４０がスライドする際にそのボタン本体４１の下端より突出するスタンプ部４９が下凹部３６の底面に接触することを防ぐための溝となる。なお、前記上凹部３５に設けた位置決め突部３５ａを、前記下凹部３６に沿って設けるようにしても良い。

図２４〜図２８に示すように、前記マーカーボタン４０のボタン本体４１は、液状インクを含浸させる芯パッド４８の収納部４１ａと、該収納部４１ａの上端開口を閉じる蓋４１ｂとから成る。ボタン本体４１の両側下端には、それぞれ両側に拡がり斜め下方に延びる一対の弾性脚片４２が一体成形されている。ここで液状インクは、黒インクまたはそれに近似した色のインクである。また、各弾性脚片４２は、それぞれ略中央が舌片状に切り欠かれており、この舌片部４２ｂの先端縁が、脚片本体４２ａの端縁に上から弾発的に当接するように屈曲されており、各弾性脚片４２は２重ばね構造に形成されている。

前記芯パッド４８は、不織布等を直方体状に成形したものであり、その上端にはボタン本体への収納時にピンセット等で摘む組み付け時用の摘み４８ａが突設され、下端には、前記投票カード１のマーク欄に対応したスタンプ部４９が突設されている。ボタン本体４１の下端底部には、前記スタンプ部４９を貫通させて下側に露出させる貫通孔４１ｃが形成されている。なお、ボタン本体４１の前後下端側には、前記上面カバー３１の上凹部３５に沿って設けられた位置決め突部３５ａに対して、スライド移動を損なわないクリック感で係脱可能な被係合凹部４１ｄが設けられている。

次に前記投票カードホルダー１０の作用を説明する。
前記投票カードホルダー１０によれば、図２に示すように、ベース枠２０の上端縁側が開口してカード出入口２０ａとなっており、ここから１枚ないし複数枚の投票カード１をベース枠２０内とマーキングカバー３０との間に収納させることができる。ベース枠２０の上面側を覆うマーキングカバー３０は、ベース枠２０の板厚方向に移動可能であり、収納する投票カード１の枚数に応じて動かすことができる。

ベース枠２０内やマーキングカバー３０は、投票カード１に丁度合致する大きさに形成されており、投票カード１は１枚ないし複数枚（最大４０枚程度）が重なり合った状態で、動かないように位置決めされて収納される。このように投票カードホルダー１０内に投票カード１を収納することで、投票カード１はその枚数にかかわらず、破損したり折れたり汚れたりしないように保護される。

ベース枠２０内で最上部の投票カード１にはマーキングカバー３０が対接し、このとき、投票カード１にある複数の記入領域には、それぞれマーキングカバー３０の開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒが合致している。また、マーキングカバー３０は透明な合成樹脂により成形されているため、収納してある投票カード１の表面が透視されて外観として目視可能であり、投票カード１にある複数の記入領域やその中に並ぶマーク欄等を容易に確認することができる。

投票カード１のマーキング作業を行うときは、マーキングカバー３０において、投票カード１にある複数の記入領域ごとにそれぞれ対応する開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒに装着されているマーカーボタン４０に指を触れてスライドさせ、その下の記入領域における所望のマーク欄に重なるマーク孔３４を塞ぐ位置まで動かす。

マーカーボタン４０を開口溝３３ａ〜３３ｒに沿ってスライドさせるとき、図１４において、各マーク孔３４に対応する位置ごとに、所定間隔おきに並ぶ位置決め突部３５ａがマーカーボタン４０の収納部４１ａに間欠的に係脱するので、視覚だけに頼ることなくクリック感も相俟って、所望のマーク欄上のマーク孔３４に対するより正確な位置合わせが可能となる。

また、マーカーボタン４０がスライドしている最中、マーカーボタン４０の下端にあるスタンプ部４９は、下凹部３６の底面に接することなく、各マーク孔３４を横切るようにして底面よりさらに一段凹むマーカー回避溝３６ａ内を移動するので、スタンプ部４９のインクが下凹部３６の底面に付着するおそれはない。各マーク孔３４が重ならない投票カード１の紙面上は下面カバー３２で覆われているので、下面カバー３２のマーク孔３４以外の箇所にスタンプ部４９のインクが付着するおそれもない。
