本発明は、染毛剤、パーマネントウェーブ用剤等として用いられる毛髪化粧料組成物に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に毛髪を染毛剤やパーマネントウェーブ用剤で処理すると、髪本来の弾力性が低下することが知られている。また、生まれつきの軟毛、加齢に伴う軟毛化により毛髪の弾力性が低下することや、日常的な洗髪やブラッシング、ドライヤの熱、さらには紫外線によっても毛髪の弾力性の低下が進行することが知られている。

そこで、毛髪に弾力性を付与してやることによって毛髪の弾力性を回復させることのできる毛髪化粧料組成物として、例えば特開昭５９−１０１４１２号公報の生薬配合毛髪保護用化粧料組成物や特開平１１−５７１９号公報の毛髪化粧料が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記公報に開示された毛髪化粧料組成物で処理された毛髪を調べると、処理直後は良好な弾力性を有しているものの、処理後しばらく経過すると元の弾力性の低い状態に戻ってしまい、持続性については満足いくものでなかった。

本発明は、上記のような従来技術に存在する問題点に着目してなされたものである。その目的とするところは、毛髪に弾力性を付与することができるとともに、その持続性にも優れた毛髪化粧料組成物を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、アルミニウム化合物と、サポニンとを含有し、前記アルミニウム化合物は、硫酸カリウムアルミニウム、硫酸アンモニウムアルミニウム、硫酸ナトリウムアルミニウム、酢酸アルミニウム、ベヘン酸アルミニウム、クエン酸アルミニウム、カプロン酸アルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム、塩酸アルミニウム、アラントインクロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、アラントインジヒドロキシアルミニウム、ジミリスチン酸アルミニウム、ジ−ｄｌ−ピロリドンカルボン酸アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、イソステアリン酸アルミニウム、グリシンアルミニウム、ラノリン酸アルミニウム、モノステアリン酸アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム、アルミニウムセスキクロロハイドレート、アルミニウムセスキクロロハイドレックスＰＥＧ、アルミニウムセスキクロロハイドレックスＰＧ、硫酸アルミニウムから選ばれる少なくとも一種であることを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体化した実施形態について説明する。
本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物には、アルミニウム化合物及び亜鉛化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種（Ａ成分）と、サポニン（Ｂ成分）と、芳香族アルコール（Ｃ成分）と、ポリフェノールを含む植物エキス（Ｄ成分）とが含有されている。

はじめに、アルミニウム化合物について説明する。

まず、本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物の用途としては、染毛剤、毛髪脱色剤、パーマネントウェーブ用剤、シャンプー剤、ヘアトリートメント剤、ヘアスタイリング剤、染毛用の前処理剤、同後処理剤、パーマネントウェーブ用の前処理剤、同中間処理剤、同後処理剤などが挙げられる。また、本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物の剤型としては、液状、ゲル状、クリーム状、フォーム状、スプレー状などが挙げられる。

本実施形態によって得られる効果について、以下に記載する。

（１）アルミニウム化合物及び亜鉛化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種と、サポニンとを含有しているため、本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物によれば、毛髪に弾力性を付与することができる。すなわち、本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物で毛髪を処理すれば、毛髪の弾力性を回復させることができる。

（２）アルミニウム化合物及び亜鉛化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種と、サポニンとを含有しているため、本実施形態の毛髪化粧料組成物によって毛髪に付与される弾力性は比較的長期間にわたって維持されるものであって、持続性に優れている。

【実施例】
次に、実施例及び比較例を挙げて本発明をさらに具体的に説明する。
＜実施例１〜７及び比較例１〜８＞
下記表１に示す組成からなる毛髪化粧料組成物（ヘアトリートメント剤）をそれぞれ調製した。各例の毛髪化粧料組成物を、ブリーチ処理した２０代女性の健常な毛髪に塗布し、室温にて３０分間放置した後、水洗、乾燥した。このとき、「弾力性付与率」「持続性」「風合い」に関して以下のようにして測定・評価を行なった。その結果を表１に併せて示す。

各例の毛髪化粧料組成物で処理する前後の毛髪について、引張試験機（テンシロンＵＴＭ−II；東洋ボールドウィン社製）を用いて破断応力値を測定し、その値を毛髪強度とした。そして、次式により弾力性付与率を求めた。
