Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lid device for a high-pressure container such as a so-called high-pressure steam sterilizer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of steam sterilizer was specially developed for physics and chemistry. The container was placed in a vertical position, and a basket containing a flask or the like was placed in the container from the opening provided at the top, and then the lid was closed. Is closed and the lock device prevents it from opening.
[0003]
The method of opening and closing the lid has long been pivoted in the horizontal direction by pivotally supporting a part of the outer periphery of the lid, but when opened, the lid pops out larger than the outer surface of the sterilizer body, and other items In this case, the lid cannot be fully opened and the lid may be damaged if it is opened strongly.
[0004]
For this reason, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-75002, there has been proposed one in which one side of the lid is pivotally attached to the main body so as to be freely opened and closed (turned).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described prior art, a lock pin that is movable in the horizontal direction is provided outside the wall surface of the chamber, and a lock hole is provided in the outer peripheral portion of the lid. When the lid is applied, the operation ring linked to the lock pin is rotated to rotate the lock. Engage the pin with the lock hole to complete the lock.
[0006]
Further, when the cover is opened, the operation ring is rotated so that the lock pin is detached from the lock hole and the locked state is released.
[0007]
However, since the lock pin is engaged and disengaged by the movement of the lock pin as described above, the hole diameter of the lock hole is increased in consideration of play at the position where the lid is attached (pivot attachment) and variations in the dimensions of each part. It is necessary to set large.
[0008]
As a result, the lock pin and the lock hole are repeatedly engaged and disengaged, and the hole edge of the lock hole is deformed due to pressurization by the high pressure in the chamber, and the lock pin does not reliably engage the lock hole.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 3 of the prior art, the engaging portion of the lock pin and the lock hole is below the edge of the opening of the chamber (container) and holds the lock pin attached to the chamber side. The groove forming member has a concave cross section, and the overlapping portion between the outer peripheral portion of the lid and the chamber becomes large. As a result, the weight of the lid increases and the opening and closing is troublesome.
[0010]
The present invention provides a locking position between the lid and the high-pressure vessel above the opening of the high-pressure vessel, eliminates the need for a concave groove into which water or dust can enter, reduces the weight of the lid, and externally. The locked state can be confirmed.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a high-pressure vessel having an opening at the top, a lid that is pivotally supported in the vertical direction and seals the opening when closed, and projects outwardly at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the lid A plurality of protrusions, a plurality of locking bodies positioned on the side of the high-pressure vessel so as to oppose these protrusions, and arranged around the high-pressure vessel so as to be rotatable in a circumferential direction. e Bei a rotating ring to operate in conjunction with the locking body between a locked position and an unlocked position by rotation operation to, the locking member, movably pivoted in and out direction by a shaft pin, and A side surface shape that engages with the projecting portion is formed at the upper end portion to form a U-shaped locking portion, and a lower part than a pivot point by the shaft pin of the locking body is brought into contact with the guide member of the rotating ring. Thus, the rotation operation of the rotating ring and the locking body are interlocked .
