Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting the wear of a lining liner of a housing in a centrifugal projector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When inspecting the wear state of the liner of the housing in the centrifugal projector, it is common to periodically open the cover of the housing and visually check the liner. In this case, if the inspection time is lost, the liner is perforated and the housing is damaged, and the blasting material is scattered outside the machine, resulting in a very dangerous state. Therefore, periodic inspections must be performed frequently and are troublesome. In addition, the replacement of the liner is performed before a hole is made in the liner for safety reasons, resulting in an increase in running cost.
Recently, in order to solve such a problem, a wear plate wear detecting device as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-95872 has been devised. This device embeds a signal line on the back of a wear plate stretched in a housing of a centrifugal projector and links it to an alarm device of a control circuit, and constantly applies a signal current to the signal line. The alarm device is activated when the signal line is cut due to the progress of wear. However, the above-mentioned prior art has a risk that a spark generated when the signal line is disconnected may ignite the scouring fine powder floating in the housing of the centrifugal projector and cause a fire. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a device capable of automatically detecting wear of a liner without risk of fire. .
[0004]
[Means of order to that to solve the problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is to automatically detect wear of a liner without using electrical means. That is, the present invention relates to a liner wear detecting device, a housing and a lid, a liner attached with a predetermined gap between inner walls of the housing and the lid, and a heat-resistant sheet attached to the back surface of the liner 4. 6, a projection material indicator disposed above the lid and communicating with a space defined by the housing, the lid and the heat-resistant sheet, and a centrifugal projector filled in the space and the projection material indicator consists of a same projection member and the projection member for projecting, as the amount of shot material in the space by perforated of the liner and the heat resistant sheet is reduced, the projection member of the projection member in the indicator which communicates with the space is also reduced by the remaining amount of the shot material S, it is characterized that you have been configure for detecting the wear of the liner.
[0005]
[Example 1]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a centrifugal projection apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
[0006]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an impeller for projecting a projection material such as a steel grain onto an object to be scanned by rotational centrifugal force. The impeller 1 is surrounded by a housing 2 and a lid 3 except for the projection direction. . A wear-resistant liner 4 is provided on the inner wall of the side plate portion on the projection surface side of the housing 2 and the lid 3, and a wear-resistant liner 5 is provided on the inner wall of the opposite side plate portion other than the projection surface side of the housing 2. , Each is attached. The liner 4 is formed in an arc shape along the circumferential side of the impeller 1, the back portions at both ends are in close contact with the inner wall of the housing 2, and the back portions other than both ends are the housing 2 and the lid 3. The inner wall is attached with a slight gap.
[0007]
On the back surface of the liner 4, a heat-resistant sheet (for example, asbestos sheet) 6 that hardly conducts heat is attached to the entire surface. The left and right ends of the sheet 6 in FIG. 2 are in close contact with the inner wall of the opposite side plate portion other than the projection surface side of the housing 2, and a space B having a predetermined volume is formed by the sheet 6, the housing 2 and the lid 3. It is made to be done. Further, a heat resistant rubber sheet 7 containing magnet powder is attached to the back surface of the sheet 6. The heat-resistant rubber sheet 7 may be any material as long as it has magnetism, and a magnet bar may include a magnet wire.
[0008]
A projection material indicator 8 is installed above the lid 3. The indicator 8 is composed of a projection material container 9 and a pipe 11 that is vertically attached through the bottom of the container 9, and the lower end of the pipe 11 penetrates the lid 3 into the space B. I'm here.
[0009]
The space B and the projection material indicator 8 are filled with the same projection material S as the projection material projected by the centrifugal projector. The projection material container 9 of the indicator 8 has a scale for detecting the remaining amount of the projection material S or a remaining amount detection sensor (not shown), and the scale or sensor is electrically connected to an alarm device (not shown) of the control circuit. Connected. When the remaining amount of the projection material S in the container 9 is lowered to a predetermined level, an alarm device such as a buzzer or a lamp is activated.
[0010]
In the centrifugal projector configured as described above, the impeller 1 is rotationally driven to project the projection material, and as the cleaning work is performed, the liner 4 gradually wears due to the projection material scattered from the impeller 1, and finally. Has a hole in it. Subsequently, the heat-resistant sheet 6 and the magnetic heat-resistant rubber sheet 7 are worn and holes are also formed. When the magnetic heat-resistant rubber sheet 7 is perforated, the projection material S filled in the space B spills from the perforated part to the impeller 1 side. At this time, the dropping speed of the projection material S becomes gentle under the influence of the magnetic force (adsorption force) of the magnetic heat resistant rubber sheet 7, and gradually falls down.
[0011]
As the projection material S in the space B starts to gradually decrease in this way, the projection material S in the projection material indicator 8 also begins to decrease gradually. When the remaining amount of the projection material S in the indicator 8 is lowered to a predetermined level, the alarm device is activated. Thereby, it can be seen that the liner 4 has a hole.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a liner with a predetermined gap provided between the inner walls of the housing and the lid, and a heat-resistant sheet on the back surface of the liner. The space defined by the above is filled with blasting material, and when the liner and heat-resistant sheet are perforated and the internal blasting material flows out, this is detected. This eliminates the hassle of visual inspection. Further, since a hole is formed in the liner and this can be detected soon, it is not necessary to replace the liner early in view of safety, and the running cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since the present invention does not employ electrical detection means, there is no risk of fire due to sparks generated when the signal line is cut.
