Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a surgical gauze ball for exfoliating a tissue or absorbing blood or body fluid during a surgical operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in surgical operations, surgical gauze balls in which blood or body fluid is absorbed and gauze fabric is rounded into a spherical shape are sometimes used for morphological stability after liquid absorption. However, this gauze ball may be forgotten to be collected due to the color of blood absorbed after use, and if gauze balls with X-ray contrast yarns woven to prevent this are used, If it is left behind, it can be found by post-operative X-ray examination.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this conventional surgical gauze ball woven with X-ray contrast yarn is simply wound in a spherical shape on a gauze fabric woven with X-ray contrast yarn on a cotton fabric. A part of is exposed.
[0004]
Usually, a fiber such as polypropylene that does not have X-ray permeability is used as the X-ray contrast thread, and it is not preferable that the X-ray contrast thread of this material comes into contact with a patient's nerve tissue or the like during surgery. Alternatively, it is necessary to avoid leaving it in the body and keeping it in contact with nerve tissue or the like for a long time.
[0005]
The objective of this invention is providing the manufacturing method of the gauze ball | bowl for surgery which solves the above-mentioned subject and manufactures so that an X-ray contrast thread may not be exposed to an outer peripheral surface.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A method for producing a gauze ball for surgery according to the present invention for achieving a steam purpose has substantially square shapes having corners A, B, C, and D, where the corners A and C and the corners B and D face each other. of the gauze fabric, interrupt woven X-ray opaque filament in a position substantially parallel with該辺portion in the vicinity of one side portion connecting the corners a and B adjacent, and the corner portion a and C of the gauze fabric Fold the gauze dough into two triangles along the line to be connected , fold the two-folded portion several times to form a folded portion, and the surface of the gauze dough on which the X-ray contrast yarn appears as the inner, the folded portion entangled with each other after the close of the corner portion a and C is an end portion of the folded portion forms a funnel-shaped tube portion comprising a top edge, the corner B of hanging downward And D are lifted upward, and the corners A and C are entangled. The said sagging portion as involving rounded with renormalization in the inside of the tubular portion, and forming a spherical so that the X-ray opaque filament is housed in the not exposed to the outside.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, in order to form a surgical gauze ball, for example, a piece of gauze cloth 1 made of a cotton material with a side of 10 cm is used as a material, and from the side connecting the corner A and the corner B, For example, a material in which one X-ray contrast thread 2 is woven in parallel with the side at a position within about 20% of the length of the side is used. The X-ray contrast yarn 2 is made of, for example, polypropylene fiber and has a property of blocking X-rays. The X-ray contrast yarn 2 appears on both sides of the gauze fabric 1.
[0008]
2-7 has shown the manufacture schematic diagram, First, the gauze cloth | dough 1 is folded in half along the line segment which connects the corner | angular parts A and C, and is made into a triangular shape as shown in FIG. 2 (a) and 2 (b) show plan views as seen from the front and back surfaces of the gauze dough 1, respectively. At this time, since the X-ray contrast thread 2 exists at a position within about 20% of the length of one side, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), most of the X-ray contrast threads 2 are It appears on the fabric 1a on the near side folded in a triangular shape, and appears only on a part of the corner A on the fabric 1b on the back side.
[0009]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the side part along the line segment connecting the corners A and C is folded several times so as to be rounded to the back side to form the folded part 1c. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the corners A and C are rounded and twisted so that the fabric 1 a on which the X-ray contrast yarn 2 of the gauze fabric 1 having a triangular shape appears is inside. Get closer. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the corner portions A and C are entangled to form a funnel-shaped cylindrical portion.
[0010]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the corners B and D of the gauze fabric 1 that hangs downward are lifted upward, and the entangled portions of the corners A and C are rolled up so that the sagging portions of the fabrics 1 a and 1 b When formed into spherical Yuki convolutionally inside of the cylindrical portion, the surgical gauze balls 3 are X-ray opaque filament 2 as shown in FIG. 7 is not exposed to the outer surface Ru formed. In this case, it is preferable to use a jig to increase the density of the gauze balls 3 and harden them.
[0011]
As described above, since the X-ray contrast yarn 2 is accommodated in the surgical gauze ball 3, even when the gauze ball 3 is applied to the surgical affected area in order to absorb blood or the like, it is left in the body temporarily. X-ray opaque filament 2 never directly continue to contact the surgical affected area also.
[0012]
In the present embodiment, the gauze dough 1 has a size of about 10 cm on a side, but the gauze balls 3 having various sizes suitable for the size of the affected area are formed by using gauze fabrics of various other sizes. can do.
[0013]
Further, in order to further ensure the X-ray contrast, a plurality of X-ray contrast threads 2 are woven as shown in FIG. 8, or the two X-ray contrast threads 2 are at the ends as shown in FIG. You may weave so that it may orthogonally cross.
[0014]
Alternatively, the gauze fabric 1 woven with the X-ray contrast yarn 2 may be covered with a normal gauze fabric. Furthermore, without using the gauze cloth 1 in which the X-ray contrast thread 2 is woven, the X-ray contrast thread 2 made of a single thread can be included in the normal gauze cloth.
[0015]
In the present embodiment, polypropylene is used as the X-ray contrast yarn 2. However, other than polypropylene, there is little influence on the human body, and a material that has an X-ray transmittance lower than that of gauze fabric and that contrasts with X-rays may be used.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the method of manufacturing a surgical gauze ball according to the present invention is manufactured so that the X-ray contrast yarn is accommodated inside the ball without being exposed to the outside, so that the X-ray contrast yarn is stored in a nerve tissue or the like. It can reduce adverse effects on
