Description

【0001】

As shown in FIG. 2, the leg 3 includes a frame plate 6 formed in a rectangular plate shape by providing a protrusion 6 a at the top edge portion, and tip portions that are curved in a cross-sectional arch shape. It consists of the same two leg plates 7 and 8 which are provided so as to be able to engage with each other and have the former end as a connecting portion, and shaft holes (not shown) at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the frame plate 6 The connecting portions 6b and 6c are provided with a plurality of pivot supporting projections 31a having protrusions, and both the connecting portions 6b and 6c have a fitting groove 31b and a shaft hole (not shown). The connecting portions 7a and 8a of both leg plates 7 and 8 formed so as to correspond to the pivot support protrusion 31a are mutually fitted, and the pivot support protrusion 31a and the pivot support protrusion 31b are connected to the shaft 32. It is pivotally supported by and attached.
[0011]
A dive prevention member receiving portion 9 is provided on both side surfaces of the leg plates 7 and 8 of the leg 3 so as to be within the range of the plate thickness.
The dive prevention plate receiving portion 9 is formed by opening the side surfaces of the leg plates 7 and 8 so as to substantially match the cross-sectional shape of the dive prevention plate 10, and the diving prevention plate 10 having a W-shaped cross section has an appropriate depth in the leg plate. And can be supported so as not to swing. With the diving prevention plate 10 inserted into the diving prevention plate receiving portion 9, the diving prevention plate 10 is accommodated in the leg plates 7 and 8, and is not exposed to the outside.
The dive prevention plate receiving portion 9 can be provided in an appropriate shape that matches the cross-sectional shape and dimensions of the dive prevention plate 10 so that the dive prevention plate 10 can be reliably supported and fixed.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the front ends of the leg plates 7 and 8 are recessed grooves 7b and 8b and protrusions 7c and 8c on one side with a central axis O dividing the short width into two equal parts. However, projections 7d and 8d having a width that can be fitted into the concave groove and concave grooves 7e and 8e having a width that can fit the projection are respectively formed on the other side, and the leg plates 7 and 8 face each other. In this state, the protrusions 7d and 8d corresponding to the positions and the concave grooves 7b and 8b, and the protrusions 7c and 8c and the concave grooves 7e and 8e are provided so as to be concavo-convexly fitted. In addition, the openings 7f and 8f and the openings 7g and 8g are formed on the side portions of the protrusions 7d and 8d and the protrusions 7c and 8c, respectively, so as to be concentrically overlapped in the uneven fitting state.
[0013]
The protrusions 7d and 8d are formed in a hollow shape, and recessed portions 7h and 8h are provided on the outer surface side of the leg plate so as to be connected to the hollow portion, and the engagement between the tip portions of both leg plates is fixed in the recessed portion. A lock member 50 is attached. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the locking member 50 includes a hook-shaped frame portion 50 b in which locking protrusions 50 a and 50 a (see FIG. 5) are arranged in parallel at the bottom, and the locking protrusion 50. The rod-like protrusions 50c extending in parallel with each other are formed integrally and continuously so that the tip part protrudes outward from the frame part side edge 50d.
Within the recesses 7h and 8h, the lock member 50 has a rod-like protrusion 50c disposed in the hollow part of the protrusions 7d and 8d, and the protrusions 50a and 50a are formed in the recesses parallel to the leading edges of the leg plates 7 and 8. The frame 50b and the rod-shaped protrusion 50c are attached so as to be slidably moved along the grooves by being press-fitted into the grooves 7i and 8i, and the frame 50b is on the center O side of the leg plate. When the rod-like protrusion 50c is positioned in the protrusions 7d and 8d (FIG. 4A), and when the frame 50b is on the edge side of the leg plate, the tip of the rod-like protrusion 50c is the protrusions 7d and 8d. Are provided so as to protrude from the openings 7f and 8f into the concave grooves 7e and 8e (FIG. 4B).
Therefore, when engaging the both leg plates 7 and 8, the lock member 50 is operated so that the tip end portions of the rod-like protrusions 50c do not protrude into the concave grooves 7e and 8e. When the lock member 50 is slid and moved so that the frame 50b is positioned on the edge side of the leg plate after that, the tip of the rod-like protrusion 50c protrudes from the openings 7f and 8f of the protrusions 7d and 8d. The locking member 50 is inserted into the openings 7g and 8g of the portions 7c and 8c, and both protrusions are locked to fix the concave-convex engagement of the tip portion, while the frame portion 50b is positioned on the center O side of the leg plate. The rod-like protrusion 50c is extracted from the protrusions 7g and 8g, the fixing is released, and both the leg plates 7 and 8 engaged with the concave and convex portions can be rotated.
The leg plates 7 and 8 may have the same shape.
[0014]
The dive prevention plate 10 is a long plate having a W-shaped cross section, and is laid between the legs 3 adjacent to each other in the direction perpendicular to the rotation surface of the leg plates 7, 8, that is, the short direction of the pool floor 1. As shown in FIG. 3, after the end portion is inserted into the dive prevention plate portion receiving portion 9, the end portion is integrally fixed to the leg plates 7 and 8 by a fixing tool 40 such as a rivet.
[0015]
The pool floor 1 of this embodiment has a leg 3 attached to the floor board 2 and further prevents the leg board 7 or 8 between the leg bodies 3 and 3 disposed adjacently along the edge of the floor board 2 in the short direction. It is constructed by spanning the plate 10.
As shown in FIG. 6, the leg plates 7 and 8 are raised from the frame plate 6, rotated to an appropriate angle so that the tip portions thereof are engaged with each other, the lock member 50 is operated, and the leg plates 7 and 8 are operated. If the base plate 8 is fixed so as not to rotate, the floor plate 2 is stably supported at an appropriate height, and the gap between the legs 3 and 3 at the edge of the pool floor 1 is shielded by the dive prevention plate 10.
Further, if the leg plates 7 and 8 of the leg 3 are rotated inward toward the frame plate 6, the entire pool floor 1 can be folded while the dive prevention plate 10 is attached.
[0016]
In the state in which the legs 3 are folded, as shown in FIG. 7, the dive prevention plate 10 is located within the thickness of the lower leg plate 8 and does not protrude upward, so that the upper and lower leg plates 7 and 8 are Are superimposed in parallel with each other. As a result, a plurality of pool floors 1 can be stacked horizontally.
[0017]
In the illustrated embodiment, the diving prevention plate is inserted into the lower leg plate, but the same applies to the case where the diving prevention plate is inserted into the upper leg plate. It is possible to stack the floors horizontally.
In addition, although a dive prevention plate receiving portion is provided on either side of either of the pair of leg plates, if the dive prevention plate is configured to span between adjacent legs, only one side or one side of one leg plate is provided. You may make it provide a diving prevention board receiving part only in the side surface.
In addition, the leg which has a dive prevention board receiving part in a leg board should just be arrange | positioned only along the edge part of the transversal direction or the longitudinal direction of the floor for pools which installs a dive prevention board.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the pool floor of the present invention, the floor plate can be stably supported by the legs when used, and the gap between the legs can be shielded by the dive prevention plate, and the plate material for preventing dive when not in use. It is possible to fold it up small and keep the pool floors stacked horizontally.
