上記の目的を達成するために本発明では次のような手段を講じた。即ち、本発明の中継用接続部の構造にあっては、電線若しくは電気機器Bに接続された棒端子1と、この棒端子1を着脱自在に受け入れる端子挿入孔2を備えたコネクタAとを含み、前記棒端子1が、その周側面に軸方向に沿った平らな接触面1aとその先端部に係合突起1bを備え、前記コネクタAの端子挿入孔2に、前記棒端子1の平らな接触面1aに弾力的に面接触する部分と反り上げた先端部分3aを有する導体板バネ製の接触子3が設けられ、棒端子1を端子挿入孔2に挿入したときに係合突起1bが接触子3の先端部分3aに弾力的に係合するように形成され、前記接触子3がコネクタ外部から操作できるビス4によって止着されており、このビス4の先端が挿入された棒端子1の周面に圧着できるように螺進可能に形成されている構造とした。このような構成とすることにより、棒端子1を端子挿入孔2に挿入することにより接触子3が平らな接触面に弾力的に面接触で圧接し、簡単にかつ確実に接続することができる。
