本発明は、商品収納庫を区画する仕切板を有する自動販売機に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種自動販売機としては、特開平5−334542号公報に開示されているものがある。この自動販売機は、商品収納庫の容積を可変にするために、商品収納庫を区画する仕切板の取り付け位置を変更可能にしたものであって、商品収納庫内に仕切板を案内する取付レールを複数設け、取付レールを任意に選択して仕切板を取り付けることによって、区画された左右の商品収納庫の容積が変更されるものである。

図13はこうした従来の構成の自動販売機の平面図である。図13に示すように、この自動販売機100は、外箱2と、この外箱2に外ヒンジ6で軸支され外箱を開閉する外扉4と、外箱2の内側に形成された商品収納庫3と、商品収納庫3に内ヒンジ7で軸支され商品収納庫3を開閉する収納扉5と、商品収納庫3の天面と下面に配設された取付レール9と、この取付レール9に取り付けることにより商品収納庫3を左右に区画する仕切板108を備えて構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、自動販売機100の側方に壁等の障害物があって外扉4及び収納扉5が大きく開放できない場所においては、図10(a)のように内ヒンジ7から離れた位置の仕切板108の着脱は可能であるが、図10(b)のように内ヒンジ7に近い位置では商品収納庫3と収納扉5との間隔が狭いために、仕切板108を取付レール9に着脱することができないという不具合を有していた。

本発明は、こうした課題を解決するためになされたものであり、収納扉が大きく開放できなくても仕切板の着脱が可能な自動販売機を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明に係る自動販売機は、前面に開口部を備えた商品収納庫と、当該開口部を開閉する収納扉と、開口部から商品収納庫に挿脱可能で商品収納庫を区画する仕切板とを備えた自動販売機において、前記仕切板に関節部を設け、前記仕切板を前記商品収納庫に挿脱する際に当該関節部にて屈曲可能に構成したものである。
この構成によれば、仕切板を商品収納庫に挿脱する際に関節部にて屈曲可能であるので、商品収納庫の前方に大きな空間がなくても仕切板を屈曲させて挿脱することができる。
請求項2の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1の構成において、前記商品収納庫は天面及び底面に前記仕切板を保持する保持部材を備え、前記関節部は前記仕切板を上下方向に縦断するように形成されたものであって、前記仕切板は前記関節部にて左右方向に屈曲可能に構成されているものである。
この構成によれば、関節部が仕切板を上下方向に縦断するように形成されているので、仕切板の挿脱の際に左右方向に大きく屈曲させることができる。
請求項3の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1または請求項2の構成において前記仕切板に前記間接部を複数設けたものである。
この構成によれば、仕切板が複数の関節部で屈曲するので、より大きく屈曲させることができる。
請求項4の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1乃至請求項3の構成において、前記仕切板は複数の板部材を備えるとともに、前記関節部は軸部と、この軸部に嵌合して摺動可能な軸受部とで形成されたものであって、前記複数の板部材は、当該軸部と当該軸受部を介して連結されているものである。
この構成によれば、軸部と軸受部とによって仕切り板が屈曲可能となる。
請求項5の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項4の構成において、前記軸部と前記軸受部とは着脱可能に嵌合するものであって、前記複数の板部材はそれぞれ一端部に軸部を備え、当該一端部と対向する他端部に軸受部を備えてなり、一方の板部材の軸部と他方の板部材の軸受部とを嵌合させることにより複数の板部材を任意に連結可能に構成したものである。
この構成によれば、複数の板部材の連結数を変えることで、仕切板の奥行きを容易に変更することができ、奥行き寸法の異なる商品収納庫にも対応させることができる。
請求項6の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項5の構成において、前記商品収納庫と前記扉と前記仕切板はそれぞれ断熱性を有したものであって 、仕切板で区画された商品収納庫の一方を加温し他方を冷却する冷熱装置と、前記収納扉を閉じた際に当該収納扉の裏面と前記仕切板の前端部との隙間をシールするシール部材とを備え、当該シール部材は後部に前記軸受部を有するものである。
この構成によれば、区画した庫内間の断熱を行うことができるとともに、仕切板前端部に位置する板部材を特殊な形状にしなくてもシール部材を取り付けることができ、板部材の標準化を図ることができる。
請求項7の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1乃至請求項3の構成において、前記仕切板は複数の板部材を備えるとともに、前記関節部は弾性樹脂によって形成されたものであって、前記複数の板部材は当該弾性樹脂を介して連結されているものである。
この構成によれば、弾性樹脂によって仕切板が屈曲可能となる。
請求項8の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1乃至請求項3の構成において、前記仕切板は複数の板部材備えるとともに、前記関節部は屈曲可能なシート部材によって形成されたものであって、前記複数の板部材は、互いの片側表面同士をつなぐように貼りつけられた前記シート部材によって連結されているものである。この構成によれば、複数の板部材が互いの片側表面同士をつなぐように貼りつけられたシート部材によって連結されているので、仕切板が板部材同士の連結部にて屈曲可能となる。
請求項9の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1乃至請求項3の構成において、心材と、この心材の両面に貼りつけられた屈曲可能なシート部材とにより構成された一枚の板部材の前記心材と一方の面のシート部材とを切断して、他方の面のシート部材を残すことにより、前記一枚の板部材に前記関節部を形成したものである。
この構成によれば、一枚の板部材を切断することで関節部を形成するものであるので、生産性に優れている。
請求項10の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項9の構成において、前記心材は発泡ウレタンであるとともに、前記シート部材は防湿シートであって、心材の切断部に防湿カバーを配設して前記関節部を屈曲させたときにも前記心材が露出しないようにしたものである。
この構成によれば、仕切板に断熱性を持たせることができるとともに、仕切板を屈曲させたときにも心材が露出しないので、発泡ウレタンが湿気等によって加水分解することを防ぐことができる。
請求項11の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項1乃至請求項3の構成において、心材と、この心材の両面に貼りつけられた屈曲可能なシート部材とにより構成された一枚の板部材の前記心材に間隙を形成し、当該間隙に可撓性を有する軟質部材を埋設することにより、前記一枚の板部材に前記関節部を形成したものである。
この構成によれば、心材の間隙に埋設した軟質部材によって、仕切板が屈曲可能となる。
請求項12の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項11の構成において、前記軟質部材は、前記仕切板の屈曲の起点として作用する切り欠き部を備えているものである。
この構成によれば、仕切板が屈曲する箇所の位置決めができる。
請求項13の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項11または請求項12の構成において、前記板部材と前記軟質部材とを同時押し出し成形により形成したものである。
この構成によれば、板部材と軟質部材とを同時押し出し成形により形成するので、屈曲可能な仕切板の生産をきわめて簡単迅速に行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態を詳細に説明する。図1は、本発明の自動販売機の斜視図である。なお、従来の構成と同じものについては、従来の技術にて説明した符号と同一符号を付している。

図1に示すように、本発明の自動販売機1は、外箱2と、この外箱2に外ヒンジ6で軸支され外箱2を開閉する外扉4と、外箱2の内側に形成され前面に開口部30を備えた商品収納庫3と、商品収納庫3に後述する内ヒンジ7で軸支され商品収納庫3の開口部30をを開閉する収納扉5とを備えて構成されている。外扉4には、投入された金銭を処理する金銭処理装置41と、自動販売機1の電装部品を統轄制御する主制御装置42と、商品収納庫3側から搬出された商品を受け入れ、外扉4の前面に形成された取出口(図示せず)から商品を取り出す際の受け入れ箱である商品受入箱43などか配設されている。収納扉5には、後述する内ヒンジ7と反対側に設けられ収納扉5を閉じた時のロックを行うロックレバー52と、収納扉5の下方に複数形成された開閉扉であって商品収納庫3から搬出された商品の自重によって開放して商品の通過を許容する搬出扉51が設けられている。

図2は、外扉4及び収納扉5を取り外した状態の自動販売機1の正面図である。図2に示すように商品収納庫3の内部には、商品を収納する商品ラック10が左右方向に所定の間隔Pを開けながら複数(本例では5つ)配設されており、この商品ラック10の下方には複数の商品ラック10に対応してシュート11が複数設けられている。商品ラック10には収納された商品を販売指示に基づき1つづつ搬出するための搬出装置10aが設けられており、商品の販売指示があるとその商品に対応する搬出装置10aが駆動され商品がシュート11へ搬出される。シュート11は搬出された商品を図1に示す収納扉5の搬出扉51へと導き、商品は搬出扉51を通過して外扉4の商品受入箱43へ搬出されるように構成されている。また、図2に示すように商品収納庫3の天面3aおよび底面3bには商品ラック10の間隔P毎に仕切板8の挿入をガイドするとともに仕切板8を取り付けるための取付レール9(保持部材)が4つ設けられており、また、右端の商品ラック10と商品収納庫3の内壁3cとの間にも間隔Pが設けられ、この部分にも取付レール9が設けられている。仕切板8は取付レール9にその上下端をガイドされながら間隔Pに挿入可能に構成されたものであって、複数の間隔Pのうち任意の間隔Pに挿入可能になっている。また、商品収納庫3内の右下端及び左下端には破線で示す冷熱器12が設けられており、商品収納庫3内を冷却、加温するようになっている。冷熱器12は蒸発器12aおよび電気ヒータ12b等を備えて構成されたものであり、蒸発器12aは、機械室20に設けられたコンプレッサーユニット21から供給された冷媒を蒸発させることによって庫内を冷却するものである。そして、仕切板8を任意の間隔Pに挿入することにより、商品収納庫3が左右に区画され、左右庫内31、32で独立した冷却加温ができ、仕切板8の移動によって左右庫内31、32の容積を任意に変更できるように構成されている。

以上の構成において、左の3つの商品ラック10を冷却し、右の2つの商品ラック10を加温する例について説明する。図2に示すように、仕切板8を左から3番目の間隔Pに挿入して取付レール9に取り付ける。これによって商品収納庫3は、左の3つの商品ラック10を収納する左庫内31と、右の2つの商品ラック10を収納する右庫内32とに区画される。その後、主制御装置42にて左庫内31を冷却、右庫内32を加温するように設定入力すると、左庫内31は蒸発器12aが、右庫内32はヒータ12bがそれぞれ運転制御され、庫内毎に冷却加温制御がなされるようになっている。

次に、仕切板8を屈曲可能とした具体的構成について説明する。

図3乃至図6は本発明の第1の実施の形態を示した図である。第1の実施の形態では、図3乃至図5に示すように、仕切板8は3つの板部材81を連結し、その前端部にシール部材82を取り付けて構成したものである。板部材81はその外郭を成すケース81aと、ケース81a内に充填された発泡ウレタン81bとにより構成されている。このケース81aはポリプロピレン等の樹脂を押し出し成形したものであり、その前端にはパイプ状に形成された軸部81cと、その後端には湾状に開口して軸部81cと摺動可能に嵌合する軸受部81dが形成されている。また、シール部材82は塩ビ樹脂等の硬質樹脂と軟質樹脂の2重押し出し成形にて形成されたものであり、前方には軟質樹脂で形成され収納扉5の内面と仕切板8とのシールを行うためのシール部82aが設けられ、後方には、前記軸受部81dと略同型状に形成され、仕切板8の軸部81cと嵌合する取付部82bが設けられている。

こうした構成の仕切板8を組み立てる場合、まず、板部材81にシール部材82を取り付けるには、図3矢印Aの如く、シール部材82の取付部82bの下端を仕切板8の軸部81cの上端から下方へスライド挿入して嵌合させ、次に、板部材81同士を連結するには、図3矢印B、Cの如く、前方の板部材81の軸受部81dの下端を後方の板部材81の軸部81cの上端からスライド挿入させて嵌合させる。このように、板部材81はそれぞれ前端に軸部81c、後端に軸受部81dを備えて構成されている故、板部材81の連結の数を任意に変更可能であり、奥行き異なる商品収納庫3への対応も容易に可能である。また、シール部材82に仕切板8の軸部81cと嵌合する取付部82bを設けて構成したので、特別な取り付け部品等を用いなくても、シール部材82の取り付けを行うことができるものである。

図4は組み立てられた状態の仕切板8の斜視図であり、図5は組み立てられた状態の仕切板8の平面図であって、(a)は屈曲していない状態の平面図、(b)は屈曲させた状態の平面図である。図4のように3枚の板部材81が連結された仕切板8においては、板部材81同士の連結部が関節部800として作用し、軸部81cに嵌合した軸受部81dが軸部81cに対して摺動することで、図5(b)に示すように仕切板8が屈曲する。このとき、軸部81cと軸受部81dとの可動角度範囲によって仕切板8の屈曲角度が決まるが、例えば、図5に示すように軸部81cと軸受部81dとが一方へ15度可動できるように構成すれば、2つの関節部800によって先端の板部材は30度の角度に屈曲可能となる。そして、このように仕切板8が屈曲することによって、仕切板8を挿脱する際に商品収納庫3の前方に必要なスペースが小さくてすみ、図6に示すように仕切板8を収納扉5に沿うように屈曲させれば、収納扉5を大きく開放させなくても内ヒンジ7に近い部分の仕切板8の着脱が可能となる。

なお、図3及び図4に示すように、仕切板8の前方下端にレバー部材14をビス15にて回動可能に取り付けて、商品収納庫3下端にはこのレバー部材の先端部14aを検出するセンサ13を図2に示すように間隔P毎に配設しておけば、このレバー部材14の取付位置によって、冷却加温の切換をさせることが可能である。例えば、左庫内31が冷却専用庫内で、右庫内32が冷却加温設定可能な庫内の自動販売機の場合、レバー部材14を回動させ先端部14aを下方に突出させたとき、すなわちセンサ13が先端部14aを検出したときには右庫内を加温設定とし、先端部14aを下方に突出させないとき、すなわちセンサ13が先端部14aを検出しないときは右庫内を冷却設定として冷熱器12を制御させるようにすることで、仕切板8の挿入取付と同時に右庫内の設定切換を行うことができる。

次に、図7と図8を用いて第2の実施の形態を説明する。第2の実施の形態では、図7に示すように、仕切板8は3つの板部材83を2つの弾性部材84で連結し、その前端部にシール取付部材85を取り付けて構成したものである。板部材83はそ押し出し成形された断熱パネルであり、心材に硬質の発泡ウレタン83bを備え、表裏面に防湿層を形成するアルミシート83aが貼りつけられたものである。このアルミシート83aはアルミ箔、ポリエチレンフィルム、Kライナー紙等が貼り合わさって構成されたものであり、防湿性に優れ、屈曲可能でなおかつ曲げ強度や引っ張り強度を十分に備えたものである。弾性部材84は、塩ビ樹脂等の硬質樹脂と軟質樹脂の2重押し出し成形にて形成されたものであり、中央に軟質樹脂で形成された屈曲部84aと、この屈曲部84aの両端に硬質樹脂で断面コ字状に形成され板部材83の端部と嵌合して接続される接続部84bとを備えて構成されている。シール取付部材85は、塩ビ樹脂等の硬質樹脂を押し出し成形したものであって、その後部に弾性部材84の接続部84bと略同形状に形成された取付部85bを備え、前部に前述したシール部材82を取り付けるための取付軸部85aを備えて構成されている。なお、この第2の実施の形態に示す構成の仕切板8においても、弾性部材84と板部材83の数を増減させることで、仕切板8の奥行き寸法や関節部800の数を簡単に変更することが可能となる。

また、第2の実施の形態の構成では、汎用の断熱パネルを所定寸法に裁断するだけでも板部材83を構成することができ、この板部材83に弾性部材84あるいはシール取付部材85を取り付けるだけで仕切板8を作ることができるので、生産工程が非常に簡素になる。

次に、図9と図10を用いて第3の実施の形態を説明する。ここで、図9は本実施の形態の仕切板8の斜視図であり、図10は本実施の形態の仕切板8の平面図であって、(a)は屈曲していない状態の平面図、(b)は屈曲させた状態の平面図である。第3の実施の形態では、仕切板8は、図9に示すように板部材86と、この板部材86の前端に取り付けられた第2の実施の形態と同様のシート取付部材85とを備えて構成されている。板部材86は、第2の実施の形態で説明した板部材83と同様、心材に発泡ウレタン86b、表裏面にアルミシート86aが貼りつけられた押し出し成形の断熱パネルである。そして、この一枚の板部材86を片面側86cのアルミシート86aを残した状態で、反対面側86dの2カ所においてアルミシート86a及び発泡ウレタン86bを切断して3つの板部材861、862、863に分割することで、図10(b)に示すように2カ所の切断部87を関節部800として屈曲できるように構成している。

この構成によれば、3つの板部材861、862、863が片面側86cのアルミシート83aのみによって接続された状態であるので、仕切板8を片面側86cの方向には最大180度まで屈曲させることも可能であり、より狭いスペースでの仕切板8の挿脱が可能である。また、押し出し成形された板部材86の片面を切断するだけで関節部800を形成することができるので製造が容易であるとともに、部品点数が少なく安価である。さらに、切断部87の数を変えるだけで関節部800の数を容易に変更できるものである。

なお、図10に示すように切断部87にその端面が露出しないようにアルミシート等の防湿シート87aを貼りつけておけば、仕切板8を屈曲させた際にも、心材の発泡ウレタン86bが露出することがないので、発泡ウレタン86bの加水分解を防ぐことができる。また、本例では、押し出し成形された一枚の板部材86を切断して関節部800を形成する例について説明したが、予め分割された板部材861、862、863を並べて、その片側表面にアルミシートを貼りつけて板部材861、862、863を連結させるようにすることも可能である。

この板部材88は片側88cの2カ所においてアルミシート88aと発泡ウレタン88bが所定間隔分断されるようにして押し出し成形されたものであって、3つの板部材881、882、883が所定間隔を配しながら片面をアルミシート88a接続された状態で押し出し成形される。そして、この2カ所の分断部分89にはその間隙を埋めるように軟質部材89aが配設され、さらに、片側86cの表面には分断されたアルミシート88aを接続するとともに、軟質部材89aを覆うアルミシート等の防湿カバー89cが貼りつけられている。

こうした構成によって、図12(b)に示すように2カ所の分断部分89を関節部800として軟質部材89を押しつぶしなから屈曲できるようになっている。そして軟質部材89aの屈曲側には、図12に示すようにV字状の切り欠き部89bが形成されており、仕切板8を屈曲させる際に応力集中によって位置決めおよびきっかけを作る起点となるとともに、図12(b)に示すように仕切板8を屈曲させたときに防湿カバー89cの撓み分を切り欠き部89bに取り込ませることができる。

この構成によれば、第3の実施の形態の板部材86と同様に、板部材88が一枚の押し出し成形された板材を基に構成されたものであるので、生産効率が非常に良い。さらに、軟質部材89aを板部材88と同時に押し出して同時成形することも可能であり、このように成形すれば生産工数をより少なくできる。また、このように軟質部材89aを同時に押し出すようにした場合には、片側86cのアルミシート86aを分断する必要がない。すなわち、軟質部材89aを発泡ウレタン88bと同様にアルミシート88a間にインサートさせて一度に押し出し成形することができるので、よりいっそう生産工数を減らすことができるとともに、板部材88の表裏面とも全面がアルミシート86aで覆われているので防湿性に優れ、防湿カバー89cの構成が不要となる。

なお、以上第1乃至第4の実施の形態では、仕切板8に関節部800を2つ設けた例を主体に説明したが、当然関節部800は2つに限られたものではなく、1つ或いは3つ以上でも良い。また、仕切板8の心材を発泡ウレタンを例に説明したが、心材は発泡ウレタンに限られたものではなく、発泡スチロール等他の断熱素材でも構成できる。また、心材の発泡ウレタンを覆う防湿シートはアルミシートに限らず、その他の金属薄板材や、樹脂シートなどでも構成できる。また、仕切板8が1枚の場合の自動販売機1について説明したが、商品収納庫3に配設される冷熱器12の数次第で、商品収納庫3の区画可能数は変わるので、仕切板8の数は1枚に限られたものではない。また、仕切板8が商品収納庫3を左右方向に区画する例について説明したが、商品収納庫3を上下方向に区画する自動販売機も当然容易に構成できる。
