本発明は、カ−トリッジフィルタをセルプレートに対して装着するカ−トリッジフィルタの取付機構に関する。

従来、バグフィルター式の集塵装置では、カ−トリッジフィルタはセルプレートの装着穴より垂下したうえ上端の鍔部を数本のボルトでセルプレートに締結して取り付けたり、クリップバンドのような締付金具でリテーナに締付け固定して取り付けたりしている。しかし、ボルトやクリップバンド等で固定するのは面倒な手作業であり、カ−トリッジフィルタの着脱に長時間要するという問題点があった。

そこで本願出願人は、弾力性を有する合成樹脂で形成され上縁部にフランジ部を有する筒体を上部に一体的に設けたカ−トリッジフィルタ本体を、セルプレートの穴部に前記フランジ部をもって吊り下げ、前記筒体の内径よりも大きな外径の膨出部を設けた鍔付きの管状リテーナを筒体内に嵌挿して、該膨出部により筒体を外側へ拡開させセルプレートの穴部に密着状態としてカ−トリッジフィルタをセルプレートに取り付けたカ−トリッジフィルタの取付機構を提案している(特開2001−269527号公報)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図2に示すように、フィルタ11Aの上部に筒体13を固着したカ−トリッジフィルタ11の取付機構は、カ−トリッジフィルタ11の装着に際して筒体13をセルプレート12の穴部12Aに嵌挿し、フランジ部13Aをもってセルプレート12に吊り下げた状態とする第1工程と、次いで、リテーナ14を筒体13内に嵌挿する第2工程からなる。したがって、改善されたとはいえカ−トリッジフィルタの着脱にまだ多少の時間を要するという問題点があった。

本発明は以上のような問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、本発明は、カ−トリッジフィルタの着脱作業を更に効率よくワンタッチで脱着できるカ−トリッジフィルタの取付機構を提供することを目的とする。

上記の目的を達成するために本発明におけるカ−トリッジフィルタの取付機構は、集塵機内に水平に固定されたセルプレ−トの通気穴の下部に外面下細り状の筒継手を一体的に固着して設ける一方、昇降可能に支持された円筒フィルタの上端に合成樹脂製で弾力性を有する筒体を固着したカ−トリッジフィルタにおいて、前記筒体の内穴面が前記筒継手の外面傾斜と平行にされかつ前記筒継手の外面よりも若干小さく構成されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図1に基づいて詳しくを説明する。図1は、バグフィルタ式集塵機におけるカ−トリッジフィルタのセルプレートへの取り付け状態を示す。
図示されない集塵機内にはカ−トリッジフィルタ1を着脱させるセルプレ−ト2が水平に固定されており、該セルプレ−ト2には多数(図1では1個のみの表示になっている)の通気穴3が開口され、該通気穴3の下部には下細り状の筒継手4が一体的に固着してある。

一方カ−トリッジフィルタ1は、円筒フィルタ1Aの上端に合成樹脂製で弾力性を有する筒体1Bが固着されており、該筒体1Bは、その内穴面1Cを前記筒継手4の外面傾斜と平行にされている。
さらに筒体1Bの内穴面には上下に間隔をおいた2条の凸帯リング1D、1Eが一体的に形成され、その内周面が前記筒継手4の対応する外面よりも若干小さくなる構成にされている。

このように構成されたものは、下細り状の筒継手4を設けたセルプレ−ト2に対し、円筒フィルタ1Aの上端に筒体1Bを固着させたカ−トリッジフィルタ1を装着するには、カ−トリッジフィルタ1の筒体1Bの逆円錐形状の内穴を前記セルプレ−ト2の筒継手4に対向させた状態にした後、カ−トリッジフィルタ1全体を図示されないフィルタ支持体を介して上昇させ、その状態を保持させる。

この際筒継手4が相対的に筒体1Bの内穴に挿入されてゆく状態となり、筒継手4が凸帯リング1D、1Eに接触され、さらに筒体1Bの内穴が押し開かれてゆき挿入装着されて図1のように両者が密着クランプ状態になる。
またカ−トリッジフィルタ1をセルプレ−ト2から取り外す場合は、図示されないフィルタ支持体のクランプを外し、筒体1Bを筒継手4から引き抜くだけで簡単に分離させて取り外すことができる。

なお筒体1Bの材質として弾力性を有する合成樹脂製としたがそれにはウレタン樹脂が好適であるがその材質は問わない。また前記筒体1Bはその内穴面1Cが筒継手4の傾斜外面と平行(すなわち摺り鉢状)になっていればよく外周部の形状は問わない。
さらに筒体1Bの内穴面の凸帯リング1D、1Eは削除し、内穴面1Cだけでもよい。この場合筒継手4の外面と筒体1Bの内穴面1Cが接触して筒体1Bを押し開くようになって密着される。

以上の説明からも明らかなように、本発明のカ−トリッジフィルタの取付機構は、集塵機内に水平に固定されたセルプレ−トの通気穴の下部に外面下細り状の筒継手を一体的に固着して設ける一方、昇降可能に支持された円筒フィルタの上端に合成樹脂製で弾力性を有する筒体を固着したカ−トリッジフィルタにおいて、前記筒体の内穴面が前記筒継手の外面傾斜と平行にされかつ前記筒継手の外面よりも若干小さく構成されていることから、カ−トリッジフィルタをセルプレートに対して簡単かつ確実にワンタッチで取り付けができ、カ−トリッジフィルタの着脱作業を効率よくできるなど、産業界の発展に寄与するところは極めて大である。
