【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、外枠に開閉可能に取り付けた内枠を有する遊技機に関し、特に外枠と内枠の隙間からピアノ線等を侵入させて不当な利益を得る不正行為を防止できるようにした遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機に代表される遊技機５０は、図９に示すように、前後面が開放した外枠５１の一側に、遊技盤等を装着する内枠５２の一側を蝶番により開閉可能に取り付けてある。そして、外枠５１の下部前面には、低い壁状の補強材５３を固定することにより外枠５１を強化している。
このような構成からなる外枠５１に内枠５２を開閉可能に取り付ける場合には、外枠５１の補強材５３上に内枠５２があまりにきっちりと嵌まり込むように構成すると、内枠５２の開閉が困難となる。そこで、外枠５１の補強材５３と内枠５２との間にはある程度の余裕を設ける必要があり、外枠５１の補強材５３の上端縁と内枠５２の下端縁との間に隙間が生じてしまう。そして、従来の遊技機においては、上記した隙間を塞ぐ手段が何ら設けられていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、この外枠と内枠との隙間から、遊技機内にピアノ線等を侵入させ、遊技機内に設けた入賞球処理装置を操作して不当に賞球を獲得する等の不正行為が行われることがあった。特に、近年の電子式入賞処理装置を使用した遊技機においては、光学式センサにより入賞球を検出しているので、ピアノ線等を用いた不正行為を容易に行うことができるという問題が新たに発生してきた。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑み提案されたもので、その目的とするところは、外枠と内枠との隙間からピアノ線等を侵入させて不当な利益を得る不正行為を防止できる遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記した目的を達成するために提案されたもので、請求項１に記載のものは、少なくとも前面を開放した外枠と、該外枠の前面開放部分を塞ぐようにして外枠の一側に開閉可能に取り付けた内枠と、を有する遊技機において、
上記外枠の前面開放部分の下開口縁には、外枠防犯部材を設け、
上記内枠の裏面下部には、上記外枠防犯部材に対応させて内枠防犯部材を設け、
上記外枠防犯部材は、
上記外枠の前面開放部分における下開口縁の上端縁から後方に向かって延在するとともに、上面には後方に向かって登り傾斜する傾斜部を設けた床部と、
該床部の先端部から起立した障害壁部と、
該障害壁部の上端部から前方に延在する天井部と、
該天井部の前端から下方に垂下した垂下部と、
を有し、
該垂下部の下端と上記床部との間に、上記内枠防犯部材を挿入する挿入開口部を形成し、
上記内枠防犯部材は、
上記内枠の下端縁から後方に向かって延設した係合部と、
該係合部の先端から上方に突出した凸部と、
からなり、
上記垂下部は、
後面に、奥部へ向かって登り傾斜する第１テーパー部を形成し、
上記凸部は、
上端部に、後方へ向かって登り傾斜する第２テーパー部を形成し、
上記係合部の先端下端が上記傾斜部に当接して、上記内枠防犯部材が上昇しながら上記外枠防犯部材の挿入開口部に挿入されても、上記第１テーパー部および第２テーパー部により上記凸部と垂下部とが衝突しないようにしたことを特徴とする。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面にもとづいて説明する。
図１は代表的な遊技機の一例であるパチンコ機１の斜視図、図２は図１に示したパチンコ機１の外枠２及び内枠３の下部を示した斜視図、図３は図２に示したパチンコ機１の外枠２及び内枠３の下部の縦断面図である。

パチンコ機１は、前後面が開放した縦長長方形の外枠２及び額縁状の内枠３をそれぞれ合成樹脂で一体成型し、外枠２の一側（左縦材）に、額縁状の内枠３を左側上下の蝶番によって開閉可能に取り付けてある。この内枠３には、窓部を後方から塞ぐようにして遊技盤４が設けてあり、遊技盤４の下方には球供給皿５、球貯留皿６、打球発射操作部７等が配設されている。また、外枠の下部前面には低い壁状の補強材８を一体成型し、該補強材８の上端が外枠前面開放部分の下開口縁になっている。

そして、図２、図３に示すように、上記した外枠２の前面開放部分の下開口縁に、外枠防犯部材９を外枠２の内法の全幅に亘って一体成型し、内枠３の裏面下部には、外枠防犯部材９と共に不正行為を防止する内枠防犯部材１０を上記外枠防犯部材９に対応する幅員に亘って一体成型する。なお、外枠防犯部材９および内枠防犯部材１０は、外枠２や内枠３とは別個に成形してから取り付けてもよいが、一体成型した方が製造が容易である。

外枠防犯部材９は、外枠２の開放部分の下開口縁である補強材８の上端縁から外枠２の後方（奥）に向かって延在する床部１１と、この床部１１の先端部から起立した障害壁部１２と、この障害壁部１２の上端部から外枠２の前方（前面側）に延在する天井部１３と、該天井部１３の前端から下方に垂下した垂下部１４とを有し、該垂下部１４の下端と床部１１との間に挿入開口部１５が形成されている。この床部１１と、障害壁部１２と、天井部１３と、垂下部１４とによって囲まれた部分が異物侵入阻止領域１６として機能する。

上記した床部１１の上面には、外枠２の前面側から外枠２の後方（奥）に向かって緩やかに登り傾斜する傾斜部１７が設けてある。この傾斜部１７は、図２に示すように、床部１１の幅の一部分でもよいが、全幅に形成してもよい。また、天井部１３の先端部に形成した垂下部１４の後面には、外枠２の前面側から外枠２の奥部に向かって登り傾斜するテーパー部１８（本発明における第１テーパー部に相当）を形成してある。

一方、内枠防犯部材１０は、内枠３の下端縁から後方に向かって延設した板状の係合部１９と、この係合部１９の先端から内枠２の上方に突出した凸部２０とからなり、これらは外枠防犯部材９の左右長さに応じた長さ、即ち外枠２の縦部材の板厚を残した外枠２の内法とほぼ同じ左右長さに亘って形成されている。また、上記凸部２０を含めた内枠防犯部材１０の先端部分の厚さは、前記外枠防犯部材９の挿入開口部１５の上下長さよりも少し小さく設定してあり、前後方向の長さは、外枠防犯部材９の前端（補強材８の前面）から障害壁部１２までの長さとほぼ同じ長さに設定してある。そして、凸部２０の上端部近傍には、内枠２の前面側から後方に向かって登り傾斜するテーパー部２１（本発明における第２テーパー部に相当）が形成してある。

上記した内枠防犯部材１０を備えた内枠３を回動して閉じると、内枠防犯部材１０の係合部１９の先端下端が傾斜部１７に当接し、さらに内枠３を閉じる方向に回動すると、内枠３の前進回動に伴って係合部１９の先端下端が傾斜部１７上を摺動しながら上昇し、即ち傾斜部１７によって内枠防犯部材１０が持ち上げられるようにして進み、これにより内枠３が僅かに上昇しながら進んで内枠防犯部材１０が外枠防犯部材９の挿入開口部１５内に挿入され、内枠３が外枠２の前端縁に当接するまで十分に外枠側に押圧すると、内枠防犯部材１０の先端が障害壁部１２に近接乃至当接して停止する。なお、内枠３が傾斜部１７によって持ち上げられながら前進しても、内枠防犯部材１０の凸部２０と外枠防犯部材９の垂下部１４にはそれぞれテーパー部１８，２１が形成してあるので、凸部２０と垂下部１４とが衝突して内枠３の前進を妨げることはない。また、内枠３の係合部１９の先端が傾斜部１７に摺動しながら前進すると、係合部１９の全下面が床部１１上を摺動する場合に比べて軽く回動することができると共に、内枠３が遊技盤４や他の機器の重量で自由端側が多少下降していても、所定の閉止時には所定の高さで閉じることができる。

上記した状態まで十分に前進させると、傾斜部１７の高さ分だけ内枠３と内枠防犯部材１０が持ち上げられ、これにより内枠防犯部材１０の凸部２０の上端が外枠防犯部材９の垂下部１４の下端よりも高い位置に位置した状態で異物侵入阻止領域１６内に収まって停止する。また、この状態まで十分に内枠３を外枠２に押圧すると、施錠装置（図示せず）が施錠して内枠３を外枠２に対して閉じた状態でロックする。したがって、内枠３は、内枠防犯部材１０が外枠防犯部材９の異物侵入阻止領域１６内に収納された状態を維持する。

この内枠３の閉止状態では内枠３の下端縁と外枠２の床部１１との間には、傾斜部１７の傾斜高さとほぼ同じ上下幅の隙間が生じる。この隙間からピアノ線等の不正用具（異物）を差し込んだとしても、この不正用具の先端部分は床部１１上を前進しても外枠防犯部材９の障害壁部１２に当接するので、その後は前進が阻止される。

不正用具を操作することにより運良く先端部分が上を向いて、この状態で不正用具を更に深く挿入した場合、不正用具の先端部分は障害壁部１２に沿って上昇するが、すぐに天井部１３に当接し、その後は上昇が阻止される。

この状態になると、不正用具の手元を操作しても先端部分を意図的に手前に向けることは事実上不可能であるが、万一、手前に向いてしまい、この状態で更に深く不正用具を差し込むと、先端部分が天井部１３に沿って少し手前側に進むが、すぐに垂下部１４に当接してその後の進行が阻止される。この状態になると、不正用具の手元を操作しても、それ以上不正用具を差し込むことができない。したがって、内枠３の下端縁と外枠２の床部１１との間の隙間から不正用具を差し込んだとしても、この不正用具の先端部分は異物侵入阻止領域１６で止められてしまい、入賞装置のセンサ等に到達することを確実に阻止することができる。

また、外枠２や内枠３を合成樹脂で一体成形した場合、不正用具をライターの炎で加熱し、この熱によって外枠防犯部材９が貫通される虞れがある。そこで、本実施例では、外枠防犯部材９の背面に金属板２２を、ボス２３にネジ止めしたり、或は突起２４を孔内に挿通して突起先端を熱で潰すなどして取り付けてある。したがって、外枠防犯部材９が万一貫通されても、金属板２２が不正用具の侵入を阻止することができ、二段構えで不正行為を阻止することができる。

なお、図２、図３に示した実施例では、外枠防犯部材９を全幅に設けて完全を期したが、特にピアノ線等の異物等が侵入して遊技機内部の機器を操作されるおそれが大きい部分の隙間を閉鎖するため、外枠防犯部材９を外枠２の一部にのみ設けてもよい。
また、上記した実施例では、外枠２及び内枠３を合成樹脂製とし、外枠防犯部材９を外枠２と一体に合成樹脂で成型するとともに、内枠防犯部材１０を内枠３と一体に合成樹脂で成型してあるが、外枠２及び内枠３を他の部材、例えば木材により構成し、これに別体として構成した外枠防犯部材９及び内枠防犯部材１０を取り付けるようにしてもよい。

図４、図５にもとづき、遊技機の第２実施例を説明する。
このパチンコ遊技機１は、外枠２の補強材８の裏面に、金属製の板材からなる外枠防犯部材９を取り付けたものである。
上記した外枠防犯部材９は、補強材８の上端縁よりも高い障害壁部１２と、該障害壁部１２の上端から前方に少し突出した天井障害部２５とを有する断面略逆Ｌ字状の金属板材であり、障害壁部１２の下側の一部を矩形状に切り欠いて前方にほぼ直角に折り曲げて取付片２６とし、障害壁部１２及び取付片２６には複数の釘挿通孔が開設してある。なお、この外枠防犯部材９は、外枠の内法のほぼ全幅を覆う左右長さであることが望ましい。また、天井障害部２５の突出長さは、後述する補助部材の後方起立壁の厚みとほぼ同じ長さに設定することが望ましい。

この外枠防犯部材９を外枠２に取り付けるには、障害壁部１２を外枠２の背面に位置させ、取付片２６を外枠２の補強材８の上端面に載置して、釘挿通孔に釘やネジ等の止着具を挿通して固定する。なお、取付片２６の先端部分には外枠２の前面側から外枠２の奥部に向かって登り傾斜する傾斜部１７を形成してもよい。

一方、内枠の下端縁の全長には、断面略コ字状の金属板製補助部材２７を、内枠２８の下辺を包み込むようにして釘止め等により固定する。

なお、外枠２及び内枠３が合成樹脂製の場合には、外枠２の補強材８に外枠防犯部材９を取り付けたり、内枠３の下端縁に補助部材２７を取り付けるには、釘を用いることなく、ネジ止めあるいは接着等により取り付ければよい。また、補助部材２７は、内枠３の全長に設けずに、前記した外枠防犯部材９の取付片２６に重なる位置に合わせて一部分だけにしてもよい。

内枠３を外枠２側に回動して閉じると、内枠３の補助部材２７の先端下端が外枠防犯部材９の取付片２６の傾斜部１７に当接し、さらに内枠３を閉じる方向に回動すると、内枠３の前進回動に伴って補助部材２７の下面が傾斜部１７から取付片２６上を摺動しながら前進し、即ち傾斜部１７によって補助部材２７が持ち上げられるようにして取付片２６上を進み、内枠３が外枠２の前端縁に当接するまで十分に外枠２側に押圧すると、補助部材２７の後方起立壁が外枠防犯部材９の障害壁部１２に近接乃至当接するとともに、内枠３の背面が天井障害部２５の先端に近接乃至当接して停止する。なお、内枠３の金属製補助部材２７の下面が金属製取付片２６上を摺動しながら前進すると、内枠３を軽く回動することができると共に、内枠３が遊技盤４や他の機器の重量で自由端側が多少下降していても、所定の閉止時には所定の高さで閉じることができる。

上記のようにして内枠３を十分に閉じると、障害壁部１２と天井障害部２５と内枠背面と補助部材２７上端とに囲まれた部分が異物侵入阻止領域１６として形成される。また、この状態まで十分に内枠３を外枠２に押圧すると、施錠装置（図示せず）が施錠して内枠３を外枠２に対して閉じた状態でロックする。

この内枠閉止状態では内枠３の下端縁と外枠２の補強材８との間には、取付片２６の板厚とほぼ同じ上下幅の隙間が生じる。この隙間からピアノ線等の不正用具（異物）を差し込んだとしても、この不正用具の先端部分は外枠防犯部材９の障害壁部１２に当接するので、その後は前進が阻止される。

このパチンコ遊技機１は、外枠２の補強材８の上端面を、外枠２の奥部に向かって登り傾斜する階段状に形成するとともに、内枠３の下端面を、上記した外枠２の上端面に対応した逆階段状に形成してある。即ち、外枠２の下部前面に低い壁状の補強材８を設け、該補強材８の上端に、前面側の階段上面３１よりも後面側の階段上面３２が高く位置する外枠障害段部３３を形成して下階段上面３１の後端と上階段上面３２の前端とを垂直な起立面３４で接続し、内枠３の下端には、前面側の階段下面３５よりも後面側の階段下面３６が高く位置して上記外枠障害段部３３に噛み合う内枠障害段部３７を形成して下階段上面３５の後端と上階段上面３６の前端とを垂直な起立面３８で接続してある。

そして、外枠２には、金属製の板材からなり、外枠２の補強材８の上端縁を前後から挟み込む一対の取付壁部４０，４０と、この取付壁部４０，４０の間に設けた、補強材８上端縁の外形形状とほぼ同様の階段形状をなした階段部４１とからなる下金具４２を、補強材８の上端縁を包み込むようにして取り付けてある。この下金具４２を外枠２の補強材８の上端縁に取り付けるには、下金具４２の両取付壁部４０，４０に開設した釘挿通孔に釘を挿通し、釘の先端を補強材８に打ち込めばよい。

同様に、内枠３の下端縁には、金属製の板材からなり、内枠３の下端縁を前後から挟み込む一対の取付壁部４３，４３と、この取付壁部４３，４３の間に設けた、内枠３の下端縁の外形形状とほぼ同様の逆階段形状をなした逆階段部４４とからなる上金具４５を、内枠３の下端縁を包み込むようにして取り付けてある。内枠３の下端縁に上金具４５を取り付けるには、上金具４５の両取付壁部４３，４３に開設した釘挿通孔に釘を挿通し、釘の先端を内枠３に打ち込めばよい。

なお、外枠２及び内枠３が合成樹脂製の場合には、外枠２の補強材８上端縁へ下金具４２を取り付けたり、内枠３の下端縁へ上金具４５を取り付けるには、釘を用いることなく、ネジ止めあるいは接着等により取り付ければよい。
また、下金具４２の階段部４１及び上金具４５の逆階段部４４の角部を曲面状に成形すると、上記した第１実施例及び第２実施例における傾斜部１７と同様に、内枠３の自由端側が自重で多少下降していても、角部が曲面状に成形した金具同士が接することにより内枠３の自由端側が所定の高さまで持ち上げられ、しかも金具同士の摺動で摩擦抵抗が少ないので、内枠３を容易に開閉でき、特に閉じる際に容易である。

上記した遊技機では、内枠３を所定位置まで閉じると、外枠２の補強材８に被着した下金具４２の階段部４１に、内枠３の下端縁に被着した上金具４５の逆階段部４４が当接し、金具４２，４５に覆われていない部分では、外枠２の外枠障害段部３３と内枠３の内枠障害段部３７とが噛み合う。また、内枠３を閉じると、施錠装置が作動して内枠３の閉止状態を維持する。そして、この様にして内枠３を閉じても、内枠３の下端縁と外枠２の補強材８の上端縁との間には、噛み合った僅かな隙間が生じる。この隙間からピアノ線等の不正用具を差し込んでも、先端が外枠障害段部３３の起立面３４に当接して、それ以上の侵入が阻止される。また、不正用具の手元を操作して運良く先端が上に向いて、この状態でさらに深く差し込んでも、先端は内枠障害段部３７の上階段上面３６に当って、それ以上の侵入が阻止される。したがって、不正用具など異物の侵入を確実に阻止することができる。

なお、図８に示すように、外枠障害段部３３の前面側の上面と後面側の上面とを接続する起立面３４を、上端側を前面側にオーバーハングさせて形成し、このオーバーハングの角度に対応して内枠障害段部３７の対向する起立面３８も傾斜させてもよい。この様に、起立面３４をオーバーハングさせると、差し込まれた不正用具の先端が起立壁に当接した際に、この不正用具の先端が上に向いて更に侵入することを一層確実に阻止することができる。しかも、内枠３の開閉には何等の支障がなく、また、起立面３４を傾斜させるだけなので、構造が簡単であり製造も容易である。

上記した実施例は代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ機について説明したが、本発明はパチンコ機に限定されるものではなく、外枠２に対して内枠３を開閉可能に取り付けた遊技機であればどのような遊技内容あるいは構造の遊技機であってもよく、例えばパチスロ遊技機、アレンジボール式遊技機などでもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したように本発明によれば、請求項１記載の発明では、外枠の前面開放部分の下開口縁には、外枠防犯部材を設け、内枠の裏面下部には、上記外枠防犯部材に対応させて内枠防犯部材を設け、上記外枠防犯部材は、上記外枠の前面開放部分における下開口縁の上端縁から後方に向かって延在するとともに、上面には後方に向かって登り傾斜する傾斜部を設けた床部と、該床部の先端部から起立した障害壁部と、該障害壁部の上端部から前方に延在する天井部と、該天井部の前端から下方に垂下した垂下部とを有し、該垂下部の下端と上記床部との間に、上記内枠防犯部材を挿入する挿入開口部を形成し、上記内枠防犯部材は、上記内枠の下端縁から後方に向かって延設した係合部と、該係合部の先端から上方に突出した凸部とからなるので、凸部が外枠防犯部材の内部に入り込むと垂下部と互い違いの位置関係になり、内枠の下端縁と外枠の床部との間の隙間から不正用具を差し込んだとしても、この不正用具の先端部分が入賞装置のセンサ等に到達することを阻止することができ、不正行為を防止することができる。
また、上記垂下部は、後面に、奥部へ向かって登り傾斜する第１テーパー部を形成し、上記凸部は、上端部に、後方へ向かって登り傾斜する第２テーパー部を形成し、上記係合部の先端下端が上記傾斜部に当接して、上記内枠防犯部材が上昇しながら上記外枠防犯部材の挿入開口部に挿入されても、上記第１テーパー部および第２テーパー部により上記凸部と垂下部とが衝突しないようにしたので、上記内枠を回動して閉じる際に、内枠の前進を妨げることがない。
