Description

【0001】

【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of a pachinko machine 1 which is an example of a typical gaming machine, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a lower part of the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 of the pachinko machine 1 shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the lower part of the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 of the pachinko machine 1 shown in FIG.
[0007]
The pachinko machine 1 is formed by integrally molding a vertically-long rectangular outer frame 2 and a frame-shaped inner frame 3 with front and rear surfaces open with a synthetic resin, and a frame-shaped inner frame on one side (left vertical member) of the outer frame 2. 3 is attached so that it can be opened and closed by a hinge on the upper left and right. The inner frame 3 is provided with a game board 4 so as to close the window portion from the rear, and below the game board 4, a ball supply tray 5, a ball storage tray 6, a hitting ball firing operation section 7 and the like are arranged. Has been. Further, a low wall-shaped reinforcing material 8 is integrally formed on the lower front surface of the outer frame, and the upper end of the reinforcing material 8 is a lower opening edge of the outer frame front surface opening portion.
[0008]
2 and 3, the outer frame crime prevention member 9 is integrally molded over the entire inner width of the outer frame 2 at the lower opening edge of the front open portion of the outer frame 2 as described above. An inner frame security member 10 that prevents fraudulent acts together with the outer frame security member 9 is integrally molded across the width corresponding to the outer frame security member 9. The outer frame crime prevention member 9 and the inner frame crime prevention member 10 may be attached after being molded separately from the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3, but the one-piece molding is easier to manufacture.
[0009]
The outer frame security member 9 includes a floor portion 11 extending from the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 which is the lower opening edge of the open portion of the outer frame 2 toward the rear (back) of the outer frame 2, and the floor portion 11. The obstacle wall portion 12 that stands up from the front end portion, the ceiling portion 13 that extends from the upper end portion of the obstacle wall portion 12 to the front (front side) of the outer frame 2, and the drooping that hangs downward from the front end of the ceiling portion 13 The insertion opening 15 is formed between the lower end of the hanging part 14 and the floor part 11. A portion surrounded by the floor portion 11, the obstacle wall portion 12, the ceiling portion 13, and the hanging portion 14 functions as a foreign matter intrusion prevention region 16.
[0010]
On the upper surface of the floor portion 11, there is provided an inclined portion 17 that gently inclines and inclines from the front side of the outer frame 2 toward the rear (back) of the outer frame 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the inclined portion 17 may be a part of the width of the floor portion 11, or may be formed to the full width. Further, on the rear surface of the drooping portion 14 formed at the front end portion of the ceiling portion 13, a tapered portion 18 (in the first tapered portion in the present invention) that inclines upward from the front side of the outer frame 2 toward the inner portion of the outer frame 2. Equivalent) .
[0011]
On the other hand, the inner frame security member 10 includes a plate-like engaging portion 19 extending rearward from the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and a convex portion protruding above the inner frame 2 from the tip of the engaging portion 19. 20, which have a length corresponding to the left and right length of the outer frame security member 9, that is, substantially the same left and right length as the inner method of the outer frame 2 leaving the thickness of the vertical member of the outer frame 2. Is formed. Further, the thickness of the tip portion of the inner frame security member 10 including the convex portion 20 is set slightly smaller than the vertical length of the insertion opening 15 of the outer frame security member 9, and the length in the front-rear direction is set. Is set to a length substantially the same as the length from the front end of the outer frame crime prevention member 9 (the front surface of the reinforcing member 8) to the obstacle wall portion 12. A tapered portion 21 (corresponding to the second tapered portion in the present invention) is formed in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the convex portion 20 so as to incline backward from the front side of the inner frame 2.
[0012]
When the inner frame 3 provided with the inner frame crime prevention member 10 is rotated and closed, the lower end of the front end of the engaging portion 19 of the inner frame crime prevention member 10 comes into contact with the inclined portion 17 and further closes the inner frame 3 in the closing direction. When the inner frame 3 rotates, the lower end of the front end of the engaging portion 19 rises while sliding on the inclined portion 17 as the inner frame 3 moves forward, that is, the inner frame security member 10 is lifted by the inclined portion 17. As a result, the inner frame 3 moves upward while slightly rising until the inner frame security member 10 is inserted into the insertion opening 15 of the outer frame security member 9 until the inner frame 3 contacts the front edge of the outer frame 2. When fully pressed to the outer frame side, the front end of the inner frame crime prevention member 10 comes close to or comes into contact with the obstacle wall 12 and stops. Even if the inner frame 3 moves forward while being lifted by the inclined portion 17, tapered portions 18 and 21 are formed on the convex portion 20 of the inner frame security member 10 and the hanging portion 14 of the outer frame security member 9, respectively. Therefore, the convex part 20 and the hanging part 14 do not collide and prevent the inner frame 3 from moving forward. Further, when the front end of the engagement portion 19 of the inner frame 3 moves forward while sliding on the inclined portion 17, the entire lower surface of the engagement portion 19 can rotate more lightly than when sliding on the floor portion 11. In addition, even if the inner frame 3 is slightly lowered on the free end side due to the weight of the game board 4 or other equipment, it can be closed at a predetermined height when it is closed.
[0013]
When sufficiently advanced to the above-described state, the inner frame 3 and the inner frame security member 10 are lifted by the height of the inclined portion 17, whereby the upper end of the convex portion 20 of the inner frame security member 10 becomes the outer frame security member 9. In a state of being positioned higher than the lower end of the drooping portion 14, the foreign matter enters the foreign matter intrusion prevention region 16 and stops. When the inner frame 3 is sufficiently pressed against the outer frame 2 until this state, a locking device (not shown) locks and locks the inner frame 3 in a closed state with respect to the outer frame 2. Therefore, the inner frame 3 maintains the state in which the inner frame security member 10 is housed in the foreign matter intrusion prevention region 16 of the outer frame security member 9.
[0014]
In the closed state of the inner frame 3, a gap having a vertical width substantially the same as the inclined height of the inclined portion 17 is generated between the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and the floor portion 11 of the outer frame 2. Even if a fraudulent tool (foreign material) such as a piano wire is inserted through this gap, the tip of the fraudulent tool abuts against the obstacle wall portion 12 of the outer frame crime prevention member 9 even if it moves forward on the floor portion 11. Will be prevented from moving forward.
[0015]
If the illegal tool is fortunately turned up by operating the illegal tool and the illegal tool is inserted further deeply in this state, the distal part of the illegal tool rises along the obstacle wall portion 12, but the ceiling portion immediately 13, and thereafter the rise is prevented.
[0016]
In this state, it is virtually impossible to deliberately point the tip toward you even if you operate the hand of the fraudulent tool. When it is inserted, the tip portion proceeds slightly forward along the ceiling portion 13, but immediately comes into contact with the hanging portion 14 and is prevented from proceeding thereafter. In this state, no further unauthorized tool can be inserted by operating the hand of the unauthorized tool. Therefore, even if an unauthorized tool is inserted through the gap between the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and the floor 11 of the outer frame 2, the tip portion of the unauthorized tool is stopped by the foreign matter intrusion prevention region 16, and the winning device It can be reliably prevented from reaching the sensor or the like.
[0017]
Further, when the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are integrally formed of synthetic resin, the unauthorized tool is heated by the lighter flame, and the outer frame security member 9 may be penetrated by this heat. Therefore, in this embodiment, the metal plate 22 is screwed to the back of the outer frame crime prevention member 9 and screwed to the boss 23, or the protrusion 24 is inserted into the hole and the protrusion tip is crushed by heat. is there. Therefore, even if the outer frame crime prevention member 9 is penetrated, the metal plate 22 can prevent the intrusion of the unauthorized tool, and the illegal action can be prevented in a two-stage manner.
[0018]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the outer frame crime prevention member 9 is provided to the full width for completeness, but in particular, foreign objects such as piano wires enter and operate the equipment inside the gaming machine. The outer frame crime prevention member 9 may be provided only in a part of the outer frame 2 in order to close the gap in a portion where there is a great possibility.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are made of synthetic resin, the outer frame security member 9 is molded integrally with the outer frame 2 with synthetic resin, and the inner frame security member 10 is combined with the inner frame 3. Although integrally molded with synthetic resin, the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are made of other members, for example, wood, and the outer frame security member 9 and the inner frame security member 10 configured separately are attached thereto. It may be.
[0019]
A second embodiment of the gaming machine will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this pachinko gaming machine 1, an outer frame security member 9 made of a metal plate is attached to the back surface of a reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2.
The outer frame crime prevention member 9 described above has an obstacle wall portion 12 higher than the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 and a ceiling obstacle portion 25 that slightly protrudes forward from the upper end of the obstacle wall portion 12. A part of the lower side of the obstacle wall portion 12 is cut out in a rectangular shape and bent forward at a substantially right angle to form an attachment piece 26. The obstacle wall portion 12 and the attachment piece 26 have a plurality of nail insertion holes. Has been established. The outer frame security member 9 preferably has a left and right length that covers almost the entire inner width of the outer frame. Further, it is desirable that the protruding length of the ceiling obstacle 25 is set to be substantially the same as the thickness of the rear standing wall of the auxiliary member described later.
[0020]
In order to attach the outer frame security member 9 to the outer frame 2, the obstacle wall 12 is positioned on the back surface of the outer frame 2, and the mounting piece 26 is placed on the upper end surface of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2. Insert fasteners such as nails and screws into the insertion holes and fix them. In addition, you may form the inclination part 17 which inclines and inclines toward the innermost part of the outer frame 2 from the front side of the outer frame 2 in the front-end | tip part of the attachment piece 26. FIG.
[0021]
On the other hand, a metal plate auxiliary member 27 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is fixed to the entire length of the lower edge of the inner frame by nail or the like so as to wrap the lower side of the inner frame 28.
[0022]
In addition, when the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are made of synthetic resin, to attach the outer frame crime prevention member 9 to the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2 or to attach the auxiliary member 27 to the lower end edge of the inner frame 3, What is necessary is just to attach by screwing or adhesion | attachment etc., without using a nail. Further, the auxiliary member 27 may not be provided over the entire length of the inner frame 3 but may be only a part of the auxiliary member 27 in accordance with the position overlapping the mounting piece 26 of the outer frame security member 9 described above.
[0023]
When the inner frame 3 is rotated and closed to the outer frame 2 side, the lower end of the tip of the auxiliary member 27 of the inner frame 3 comes into contact with the inclined portion 17 of the mounting piece 26 of the outer frame security member 9 and further closes the inner frame 3. When the inner frame 3 is rotated in the direction, the lower surface of the auxiliary member 27 advances while sliding on the mounting piece 26 from the inclined portion 17 as the inner frame 3 moves forward, that is, the auxiliary member 27 is lifted by the inclined portion 17. Then, when it advances on the mounting piece 26 and is sufficiently pressed to the outer frame 2 side until the inner frame 3 comes into contact with the front edge of the outer frame 2, the rear standing wall of the auxiliary member 27 becomes the obstacle wall portion of the outer frame crime prevention member 9. 12, and the rear surface of the inner frame 3 comes close to or comes into contact with the tip of the ceiling obstacle 25 and stops. If the lower surface of the metal auxiliary member 27 of the inner frame 3 moves forward while sliding on the metal mounting piece 26, the inner frame 3 can be rotated lightly, and the inner frame 3 can be used for the game board 4 and others. Even if the free end side is slightly lowered due to the weight of the device, it can be closed at a predetermined height when it is closed.
[0024]
When the inner frame 3 is sufficiently closed as described above, a portion surrounded by the obstacle wall portion 12, the ceiling obstacle portion 25, the inner frame rear surface, and the upper end of the auxiliary member 27 is formed as the foreign substance intrusion prevention region 16. When the inner frame 3 is sufficiently pressed against the outer frame 2 until this state, a locking device (not shown) locks and locks the inner frame 3 in a closed state with respect to the outer frame 2.
[0025]
In the closed state of the inner frame, a gap having a vertical width substantially the same as the plate thickness of the mounting piece 26 is generated between the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2. Even if an unauthorized tool (foreign material) such as a piano wire is inserted through this gap, the tip of the unauthorized tool abuts against the obstacle wall 12 of the outer frame crime prevention member 9, so that the forward movement is prevented thereafter.
[0026]
If the illegal tool is fortunately turned up by operating the illegal tool and the illegal tool is inserted further deeply in this state, the distal end portion of the illegal tool rises along the obstacle wall 12 but immediately becomes a ceiling failure. It abuts against the portion 25, and thereafter the rise is prevented.
[0027]
In this state, it is practically impossible to deliberately point the tip portion toward the front even if the hand of the unauthorized tool is operated. Therefore, even if an unauthorized tool is inserted through the gap between the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2, the tip portion of the unauthorized tool is stopped by the foreign matter intrusion prevention region 16, and the winning device It can be reliably prevented from reaching the sensor or the like.
[0028]
Next, based on FIG. 6, FIG. 7, 3rd Example of a gaming machine is described.
This pachinko gaming machine 1 has an upper end surface of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2 formed in a stepped shape that rises and inclines toward the inner part of the outer frame 2, and a lower end surface of the inner frame 3 is formed on the outer frame described above. 2 is formed in a reverse staircase shape corresponding to the upper end surface. In other words, a lower wall-shaped reinforcing member 8 is provided on the lower front surface of the outer frame 2, and an outer frame obstacle step portion in which the staircase upper surface 32 on the rear side is positioned higher than the front staircase upper surface 31 on the upper end of the reinforcing member 8. 33 is formed, and the rear end of the lower staircase upper surface 31 and the front end of the upper staircase upper surface 32 are connected by a vertical upright surface 34, and the lower end of the inner frame 3 has a staircase on the rear side with respect to the lower surface 35 on the front side. An inner frame obstacle step 37 that engages with the outer frame obstacle step 33 is formed with the lower surface 36 positioned high, and the rear end of the lower staircase upper surface 35 and the front end of the upper step upper surface 36 are connected by a vertical standing surface 38. It is.
[0029]
The outer frame 2 is made of a metal plate, and is provided between a pair of mounting wall portions 40 and 40 that sandwich the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2 from the front and rear, and the mounting wall portions 40 and 40. Further, a lower metal fitting 42 composed of a staircase portion 41 having a step shape substantially similar to the outer shape of the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 is attached so as to wrap up the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8. In order to attach the lower metal fitting 42 to the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2, a nail is inserted into the nail insertion holes formed in both the mounting wall portions 40, 40 of the lower metal fitting 42, and the tip of the nail is attached to the reinforcing member 8. Just type in.
[0030]
Similarly, the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 is made of a metal plate, and is provided between a pair of mounting wall portions 43 and 43 that sandwich the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 from the front and rear, and the mounting wall portions 43 and 43. Further, an upper metal fitting 45 composed of a reverse staircase portion 44 having a reverse staircase shape substantially similar to the outer shape of the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 is attached so as to wrap around the lower end edge of the inner frame 3. In order to attach the upper metal fitting 45 to the lower end edge of the inner frame 3, the nail is inserted into the nail insertion holes provided in the two attachment wall portions 43, 43 of the upper metal fitting 45 and the tip of the nail is driven into the inner frame 3.
[0031]
When the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are made of synthetic resin, the lower bracket 42 is attached to the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2, or the upper bracket 45 is attached to the lower end edge of the inner frame 3. What is necessary is just to attach by screwing or adhesion | attachment etc., without using a nail.
Further, when the corners of the staircase portion 41 of the lower metal fitting 42 and the reverse staircase portion 44 of the upper metal fitting 45 are formed in a curved surface shape, the inner frame 3 is similar to the inclined portion 17 in the first and second embodiments described above. Even if the free end side of the inner frame 3 is slightly lowered due to its own weight, the free end side of the inner frame 3 is lifted to a predetermined height by contact between the metal fittings whose corners are curved, and the friction resistance due to the sliding of the metal fittings. Therefore, the inner frame 3 can be easily opened and closed, especially when closing.
[0032]
In the gaming machine described above, when the inner frame 3 is closed to a predetermined position, the upper metal fitting 45 attached to the lower edge of the inner frame 3 is attached to the stepped portion 41 of the lower metal fitting 42 attached to the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2. The outer frame obstacle step 33 of the outer frame 2 and the inner frame obstacle step 37 of the inner frame 3 mesh with each other at the portion where the reverse staircase portion 44 abuts and is not covered with the metal fittings 42 and 45. Further, when the inner frame 3 is closed, the locking device is operated to maintain the closed state of the inner frame 3. Even if the inner frame 3 is closed in this manner, a slight gap is generated between the lower end edge of the inner frame 3 and the upper end edge of the reinforcing member 8 of the outer frame 2. Even if an unauthorized tool such as a piano wire is inserted from this gap, the tip abuts against the upright surface 34 of the outer frame obstacle step portion 33 and further intrusion is prevented. In addition, even if the tip of the fraudulent tool is manipulated fortunately and the tip is turned upward, even if it is inserted further deeply in this state, the tip hits the upper step top surface 36 of the inner frame obstacle step portion 37 and further intrusion is prevented. Is done. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the entry of foreign objects such as unauthorized tools.
[0033]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the standing surface 34 which connects the upper surface on the front side and the upper surface on the rear surface side of the outer frame obstacle stepped portion 33 is formed by overhanging the upper end side on the front side, and this overhang. The upright surface 38 of the inner frame obstacle step 37 that faces the angle may be inclined. In this way, when the standing surface 34 is overhanged, when the tip of the inserted unauthorized tool comes into contact with the standing wall, the tip of the unauthorized tool is further prevented from entering further upward. be able to. In addition, there is no problem in opening and closing the inner frame 3, and since only the rising surface 34 is inclined, the structure is simple and the manufacture is easy.
[0034]
Although the above embodiment has been described with respect to a pachinko machine that is a typical gaming machine, the present invention is not limited to a pachinko machine, and is a gaming machine in which the inner frame 3 is attached to the outer frame 2 so as to be opened and closed. Any gaming machine having any content or structure may be used, for example, a pachislot gaming machine or an arrangement ball type gaming machine.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, as described above, in the first aspect of the present invention , the outer frame security member is provided at the lower opening edge of the front open portion of the outer frame, and the outer frame is disposed at the lower part of the rear surface of the inner frame. An inner frame security member is provided in correspondence with the frame security member, and the outer frame security member extends rearward from the upper edge of the lower opening edge in the front open portion of the outer frame, and the upper surface is rearward. A floor portion provided with an inclined portion that inclines upward, an obstacle wall portion standing upright from a tip portion of the floor portion, a ceiling portion extending forward from an upper end portion of the obstacle wall portion, and a front end of the ceiling portion An insertion opening for inserting the inner frame security member is formed between the lower end of the hanging portion and the floor, and the inner frame security member From the engaging part extended toward the rear from the lower end edge of the frame, and the convex part protruding upward from the tip of the engaging part Therefore, when the convex part enters the inside of the outer frame crime prevention member, it becomes a staggered positional relationship with the hanging part, and even if an unauthorized tool is inserted from the gap between the lower edge of the inner frame and the floor part of the outer frame, It is possible to prevent the tip portion of the fraudulent tool from reaching the sensor or the like of the winning device, and to prevent fraud.
In addition, the hanging portion forms a first tapered portion that slopes upward toward the back on the rear surface, and the convex portion forms a second tapered portion that slopes upward toward the rear at the upper end, Even if the lower end of the front end of the engaging portion abuts on the inclined portion and the inner frame security member is raised and inserted into the insertion opening of the outer frame security member, the first tapered portion and the second tapered portion Therefore, when the inner frame is rotated and closed, the forward movement of the inner frame is not hindered.
