本発明は、圃場にて成育した大根や人参等の根菜を収穫する根菜収穫機であって、掘り取った根菜を収納したコンテナを地面上に降ろす装置に関するものである。

従来、走行機台上の右側に操縦部を左側に根菜の茎葉部を挟持して後方斜め上方に引き上げる引抜搬送帯を配設し、引抜搬送帯の終端部下方に始端部を位置させて搬送物を受継ぎ操縦部後方の右側に送る横搬送帯を横設し、操縦部と横搬送帯の間にコンテナを載置するフォ−ク状の受け部材と作業者用のステップを前後にして配置し、前記受け部材を横移動手段により機体の右側方に横移動可能にするとともに、受け部材を横移動手段に対して上下動自在にしてコンテナを地面に降ろす形態にした根菜収穫機は開発されている。また、白菜収穫機の回収部にコンテナの載置スペースと該コンテナに白菜を運ぶ作業場を設け、コンテナを旋回張り出しと昇降自在に移動させるレイアウトにするとともに、前記コンテナをキャッチするフォーク爪を機体外側から内方向に向けた配置にし、これを昇降させる油圧シリンダーを支持する支持フレームを前記回収部の後方側端に立設させ、昇降シリンダーを若干伸長させてコンテナを少し持上げてから90度回動し、地面にコンテナを接地させるものが特開平09−163843号公報に記載されている

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、この開発によるものは、コンテナを載置する受け部材を横移動手段により機体の右側方に横移動するときに、コンテナの脚部が走行機台に引っ掛かったり、また側方に横移動したものを下降して地面上に接地させるとき、走行機台の右側部に当たって変形し損傷するなど降ろす場合に問題点があるから、本発明はこの場合にコンテナが走行機台に干渉することなく円滑に降ろすことができるものにし、また作業時に細心の注意を払わなくても作業を安全に行えるものを提供するものである。

この発明の根菜収穫機は、走行機台(1)上の右側に操縦部(A)を左側に根菜の茎葉部を挟持して後方斜め上方に引き上げる引抜搬送帯(2)を配設し、該引抜搬送帯(2)の終端部下方に始端部を位置させて搬送物を受継ぎ、操縦部(A)後方の右側に送る横搬送帯(3)を横設し、前記操縦部(A)と横搬送帯(3)の間にコンテナ(4)を載置する走行機台(1)の前側から後方に向けて延出したフォ−ク状の受け部材(5)と作業者用のステップ(6)を前後にして配置し、前記受け部材(5)を操縦部(A)の背後から機体の左側にかけて走行機台(1)上に立設した横移動手段(B)により機体の右側方に横移動可能にするとともに、該受け部材(5)を前記横移動手段(B)に対して上下動自在にしたものにおいて、前記受け部材(5)を走行機台(1)上の一定高さ位置に浮上させてから右側方に所定距離横移動したのち受け部材(5)を地面(G)上に接地させる構成にしたことから、コンテナを載置する受け部材を横移動手段により機体の右側方に横移動するときに、コンテナの脚部が走行機台に引っ掛かったり、また側方に横移動したものを下降して地面上に接地させるとき、走行機台の右側部に当たらず円滑にして安全に地面上に降ろすことができるようになる。
