【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の構成のスイッチでは、内ケース22に設けたカム25の支持部26や端子板29の支持部31は、スナップフィットが可能なように樹脂の弾性変形域を利用しているため、強度的に非常に弱く、また、図5のC−C断面を示した図6、同D−D断面を示した図7に示すように、外ケース33と内ケース22の保持部は成形時の影響による寸法ばらつきを考慮し、嵌合面積の少ないガイド部34で保持を行い、それ以外の箇所は意図的に外ケース33の内壁面と内ケース22の外壁面との間にすき間を設けていた。よって悪環境の中における経時的形状変化や異常な扱いによる組付時の変形、成形条件のばらつきによる形状変化、外部衝撃による一瞬の変形などにより、支持部と支持されている部品とのかかり量がなくなり、部品が保持できなくなり脱落してしまう危険性があった。
