Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor support member suitable for installing an exterior floor material on an underlying floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, wooden floor materials are used not only indoors but also as wooden decks etc. outside buildings by using highly durable wood. When installing this flooring on a rooftop or the like, as shown in FIG. 6, a waterproof layer 52 is applied to a housing surface 51 such as a rooftop, and concrete 53 is laid on the top surface to protect it. A hole 54 is drilled in the concrete 53. The hole 54 is filled with an adhesive such as epoxy, and a bolt or the like that becomes the leg 55 is vertically fixed to the concrete 53 and fixed to the concrete 53, and then a joist material 56, a large pulling material or the like is attached to the upper portion of the leg 55, The wooden deck material 57 is fixed to the upper surface with nails, screws or the like and assembled.
For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are known technical documents of such floor support members.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-227089 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-120253
However, recently, there is a case where the waterproof layer is left exposed without laying concrete on the waterproof layer in order to reduce the weight of the building or shorten the construction period. In such a case, if a bolt or the like that becomes a leg is stood up, a hole is formed in the waterproof layer, which causes water leakage.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, a bolt or the like serving as a leg 63 is inserted and fixed to a rectangular base material 62 having a hole 61, and the base material 62 is fixed onto the waterproof layer 64 with an adhesive or the like. A method of fixing the legs 63, a so-called laying method is employed. In addition, there are increasing cases of adopting a double floor system in order to improve floor sound insulation performance and floor heating in the room. After installing the fixed base material on the frame surface, the flooring method is adopted in which the joist is fixed on the upper part and the wooden or PVC flooring is stretched.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned laying method can be easily constructed without damaging the housing surface, but the top surface of the rooftop is often provided with a water gradient so that rainwater etc. can flow easily. There are uneven surfaces or cracks, and if a base material is installed at such a location, the bolts that become the legs will also tilt.
Therefore, in order to install the flooring horizontally, for example, a wedge-shaped spacer was inserted on the lower surface of the base material, or mortar was poured on the housing surface to adjust it to be horizontal. In this case, there is a possibility that the spacer may come off due to vibration or an external force, and there is a problem that construction takes time.
[0006]
In view of the above problems, the present invention can be laid without embedding and fixing bolts or the like on the frame surface, and even if the frame surface has an inclination such as a water gradient, unevenness or cracks, the legs can be easily placed vertically. A floor support member that can be held in a horizontal direction and can be applied horizontally to a flooring is provided.
[0007]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention forms a through-hole through which a leg member can be loosely inserted in a base material serving as a leg seat in the vertical direction, and slides the upper and lower surfaces around the through-hole in a spherical or arcuate shape. An upper sliding member that is formed as a surface portion, has a leg member inserted into the through-hole, and has a lower surface corresponding to the sliding surface, and a lower sliding member that has the upper surface corresponding to the corresponding sliding surface. In the floor support member configured to press the upper and lower surfaces around the through hole of the base material, the periphery of the opening of the through hole on the lower surface of the base material is recessed upward in a square hole shape, and the inside of the depressed bottom surface is spherical or thru The floor supporting member is formed by forming a downward sliding member that is formed in an arcuate surface shape and is fitted in the recessed portion into a square shape.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the present invention has a structure in which the periphery of the opening of the through hole on the upper surface of the base material is recessed into a square hole shape, and the inside of the recessed bottom surface is formed into a spherical or arcuate surface and is fitted into the recessed portion. The sliding member is also formed in a square shape.
Further, in addition to the above configuration, a downward sliding member is attached to the lower end portion of the leg member, and a rectangular groove into which a nut can be fitted is formed on the lower surface of the downward sliding member.
[0008]
In this way, the leg member can be fixed at an appropriate angle with respect to the base material, and the leg member can be held vertically even when the base material is installed at an inclination.
Also, when changing the angle between the base member and the leg member, the leg member can be firmly fixed to the base member by clamping the base member with a nut using a sliding member.
The through hole of the base material is preferably formed so as to be a long hole in at least one direction, or formed with a diameter through which the leg member is loosely inserted in the entire circumferential direction.
Further, the leg member and the sliding member, in particular, the lower sliding member may be integrally formed, thereby reducing the number of parts and obtaining the same effect as described above.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of the floor support member of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing a mounting state of the floor support member of FIG. 1, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are floors of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing another example of the base material.
[0010]
The floor support member 1 of the present invention includes a base material 2, an upper sliding member 3, a lower sliding member 4, and a leg member 5 as main components.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the base material 2 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape of an appropriate size that can function as a leg seat, and a through hole 6 is formed in the vertical direction in the approximate center. An upper sliding surface portion 7 and a lower sliding surface portion 8 are provided as sliding surface portions around the openings of the through holes 6 on the upper surface and the lower surface of 2.
The material of the base material 2 may be plastic, wood, metal or the like, and is not particularly limited.
In the present embodiment, the base material 2 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, but may have a substantially columnar shape, a substantially cross shape, or the like, and may be deformed according to the use situation.
[0012]
The diameter of the through hole 6 is formed so as to be larger than the diameter of the leg member 5 so that the leg member 5 can be inclined with a slight angle with respect to the base material 2.
Since the through-hole 6 only needs to be able to incline the leg member 5 at an appropriate angle, in addition to the through-hole 6 having the same diameter as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form the shape.
Moreover, it can also form in the taper shape of a downward expansion according to the shape of the upper sliding surface part 7 and the lower sliding surface part 8, and this is mentioned later.
In the present embodiment, the through hole 6 is drilled in the approximate center of the base material 2, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the base material 2 may be drilled at the end.
[0013]
The upper sliding surface portion 7 is formed in a spherical shape in which the periphery of the opening portion of the through hole 6 on the upper surface of the base material 2 is depressed into a substantially rectangular shape, and the bottom surface thereof protrudes upward. The upper sliding surface portion 7 is formed to have a spherical shape centered on one point below the center line of the through hole 6 and the point A shown in FIG.
[0014]
The lower sliding surface portion 8 is formed in a spherical shape in which the periphery of the opening portion of the through hole 6 on the lower surface of the base material 2 is recessed into a substantially rectangular shape and the bottom surface is recessed upward. The lower sliding surface portion 8 is formed to have a spherical shape centered on the same center point as that of the upper sliding surface portion 7, that is, the point A shown in FIG.
Further, the lower sliding surface portion 8 is provided at such a depth that the lower end of the leg member 5 does not protrude downward when the leg member 5 is attached.
[0015]
In this embodiment, the upper sliding surface portion 7 is projected upward, and the lower sliding surface portion 8 is recessed upward. However, the shape centered on one point on the center line of the through hole 6 may be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper sliding surface portion 7 is recessed downward with the one point B on the center line of the through-hole 6 and the point B as the center, and the lower sliding surface portion 8. 4 may be formed to project downward, and as shown in FIG. 4, the upper sliding surface portion 7 is projected upward with one point on the center line in the through-hole 6 and the point C as the center. The moving surface portion 8 may be protruded downward so that both sliding surface portions form a part of one sphere.
Moreover, when it is set as such a shape, as shown in each figure (B) of FIGS. 2-4, as the shape of the said through-hole 6, in addition to drilling to the same diameter, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (C), the taper can be tapered downward, and as shown in FIG. 4, the middle of the through hole 6 is narrowed as shown in FIG. 4 (C), and the taper is widened toward both openings. It can be formed like a shape.
[0016]
Further, FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the base material 2 different from the above, in which the upper and lower sliding surface portions 7 and 8 are formed as curved surfaces curved in an arc shape only in one direction. This one direction can be used according to the water gradient direction of the housing surface.
Such a curved surface shape in one direction is formed in a depressed manner like the spherical shape, the upper sliding surface portion 7 is formed in an arc shape protruding upward, and the lower sliding surface portion 8 is a circle recessed upward. Although not shown, the upper sliding surface portion 7 may be recessed downward in an arc shape and the lower sliding surface portion 8 may be protruded downward, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the lower sliding surface portion 8 may be protruded in a circular arc shape and protruded upward in an arc shape.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the upper sliding member 3 has a lower surface of a substantially rectangular plate material recessed in a spherical shape that can contact the upper sliding surface portion 7, and slides on the upper sliding surface portion 7. An insertion hole 9 having a diameter that allows the leg member 5 to be inserted without rattling is formed in the approximate center.
The material of the upper sliding member 3 is not particularly limited, such as plastic, wood and metal. In this embodiment, the upper sliding member 3 has a substantially rectangular shape. However, the upper sliding member 3 is not limited to this, and may have a polygonal shape such as a substantially circular shape or a hexagonal shape. In order to fix firmly, it is preferable to make it the shape which can take the ground contact surface with the upper sliding surface part 7 widely.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the upper sliding surface portion 7 is recessed, the upper sliding member 3 is protruded in a spherical shape correspondingly, and as shown in FIG. When the surface portion 7 is convexly formed in an arc shape, the upper sliding member 3 is formed in a concave shape in an arc shape correspondingly.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the lower sliding member 4 has a spherical surface that protrudes in a spherical shape that can contact the lower sliding surface 8 and slides on the lower sliding surface 8. An insertion hole 10 having a diameter that allows the leg member 5 to be inserted without rattling is formed in the approximate center. A square groove 11 into which a nut 15 or the like can be fitted is provided on the lower surface side of the insertion hole 10.
The material of the lower sliding member 4 is the same as that of the upper sliding member 3. Further, the shape may be a polygonal shape such as a substantially circular shape or a hexagonal shape in addition to a substantially rectangular shape. In order to firmly fix the leg member 5 and the base material 2, a grounding surface between the lower sliding surface portion 8 is provided. It is preferable to have a wide shape.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the lower sliding surface portion 8 is projected downward, the lower sliding member 4 is recessed in a spherical shape correspondingly, and as shown in FIG. In the case where the sliding surface portion 8 is recessed upward in an arc shape, the lower sliding member 4 is formed so as to project in an arc shape correspondingly.
[0019]
The leg member 5 is a bolt having an appropriate length. In this embodiment, the screw is cut over the entire length, but the screw may be cut only upward and downward.
The leg member 5 and the downward sliding member 4 may be formed integrally.
[0020]
Below, the construction method of a wooden deck is demonstrated as an example which uses the said floor supporting member 1. FIG.
The nut 12 is screwed from below the leg member 5 and moved to a predetermined position. After the washers 13 and 14 are interposed, the upper sliding member 3 is attached to the leg member 5. Then, the leg member 5 is inserted into the through hole 6 of the base material 2, the lower sliding member 4 is attached to the leg member 5 from the lower surface side of the base material 2, and fastened with the nut 15. In this way, the nut 15 is fitted into the square groove 11, and the lower end of the leg member 5 is prevented from protruding from the lower surface of the base material 2. At this time, the nut 12 is lightly fastened so that the upper sliding member 3 and the lower sliding member 4 can slide, and the leg member 5 can be adjusted to an appropriate angle.
When the leg member 5 and the downward sliding member 4 are integrally formed, the base member 2 may be attached from above the leg member 5 and a nut may be screwed through a washer.
[0021]
Above the leg member 5, a nut 16 is screwed and moved to a predetermined position, and a flange-shaped disk 17 and a joist support member 18 with an insertion hole 19 are inserted therethrough and attached thereto. The joist 20 is supported.
The shape of the joist support member 18 is not particularly limited, and may be a plate material bent into a substantially U-shaped cross section.
A plurality of sets of such floor support members 1 are prepared, and on the frame surface (in FIG. 2, a waterproof layer 22 is laid on the roof 21 of the building and has a water gradient of about 1/50). Are arranged at predetermined intervals. The arrangement locations may be arranged at appropriate intervals. For example, when constructing a wooden deck, they are arranged at intervals of 900 mm in one direction and at intervals of 450 mm in the orthogonal direction.
At the time of arrangement, an adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like can be applied to the lower surface of the base material 2 and fixed to the housing surface.
[0022]
When the floor support member 1 has been arranged, the joist material 20 is bridged over a plurality of joist support members 18 installed above the leg members 5, and the nut 16 is rotated to adjust the joist material 20 so that the height of the joist material 20 is uniform. Further, the angle of the leg member 5 is adjusted using a level or the like so that the joist 20 is horizontal. At this time, since the upper sliding surface portion 7 and the lower sliding surface portion 8 are formed in a spherical shape or an arc shape having the same center point, the upper sliding member 3 and the lower sliding member 4 can freely move on the surface. Can slide.
When the joist member 20 is leveled, the leg member 5 can be held vertically and fixed to the base member 2 by firmly fastening the nut 12 that has been lightly fastened.
When all the leg members 5 are fixed to the base material 2 in this way, the nuts 25 are fastened with the washers 23 and 24 from above the joist material 20 to fix the joist material 20. A wooden deck can be constructed by laying a plurality of wooden deck materials 26 on the joists 20 and fixing them to the joists 20 with nails, screws or the like.
In addition, this invention is used as a floor supporting member which comprises the floor surface of the exterior of various materials other than a wood type.
[0023]
