【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper, a sanitary napkin, an incontinence pad, and the like that has excellent fit, and excellent anti-skin and anti-leakage properties.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, as an absorbent article, a liquid-permeable skin contact surface, a liquid-impermeable non-skin contact surface, and a liquid retention interposed between the skin contact surface and the non-skin contact surface A sanitary napkin or the like that has an absorbent portion and is substantially vertically long is widely used.
However, since such an absorbent article was in a flat (flat) form, there was a problem such as poor adhesion to the mounting part at the time of mounting, poor fit, twisting, and leaking. .
[0003]
Therefore, various proposals have been made to make the absorbent article elastic or elastic, thereby making it difficult to bend, curving, improving adhesion, and improving fit and absorption performance (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open (JP-A)). JP-A-59-225058, JP-A-2-11138, JP-A-6-54879, JP-A-6-319769, and JP-A-6-237756).
However, in these proposals, the above-mentioned problems have not been sufficiently solved, and when the absorbent article is attached to the crotch and receives a deformation force from the side, the attached absorbent article is deformed into various shapes. However, there are problems such as inadequate fit and warping prevention performance, and increased discomfort.
For this reason, there is a demand for the development of an absorbent article that has no sense of incongruity, is superior in fit, and has a high twist preventing power.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article having excellent fitting properties, excellent anti-slipping properties and anti-spilling properties, and good mounting properties without any discomfort during mounting.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have achieved the above-described object by using an elastic member having different rigidity between a pair of longitudinal side edges and a longitudinal center. I found out that it was possible.
[0006]
The present invention has been made based on the above findings, and is a liquid-permeable skin contact surface, a liquid-impermeable non-skin contact surface, and between the skin contact surface and the non-skin contact surface. In the absorbent article having a liquid-retaining absorbent part interposed between the absorbent part and a substantially vertically long absorbent member, on the non-skin contact surface side of the absorbent part , an elastic member is provided between the absorbent part and the non-skin are bonded are arranged so as to be positioned between the contact surface, the elastic member in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, which is divided into a pair of left and right side edge portions and the central portion, said side edge of the rigidity and Ri rigidity and the Do different in the central portion, the skin contact surface, the absorbent portion, the elastic member and the non-skin contact surface are integrated by the grooves, respectively, and wherein the An absorbent article is provided.
[0007]
Moreover, this invention provides the said absorbent article with the rigidity of the said side edge part larger than the rigidity of the said center part.
Moreover, this invention provides the said absorbent article whose width of the said absorption part is below the width of the said elastic member .
Also, the present invention, the ratio of the rigidity of the said central portion of said side edge portions (rigidity of / the central portion of the side edge portion), which provides the absorbent article is 1.2 or more It is.
Moreover, this invention provides the said absorbent article whose bulk restoring force of the said elastic member is 10-50 cN.
[0008]

(Rigidity measurement method)
The nonwoven fabric was cut into a length of 20 cm and a width of 10 cm, and this was used as a sample piece, and the bending moment with respect to the bending curvature was measured using KES-FB2 (trade name) manufactured by Kato Tech.
After fixing both long sides of the sample piece to the chuck (distance between chucks of about 1 cm), and increasing the curvature (bending deformation speed) at 0.5 cm / sec until the curvature reaches 2.5 cm −1. The curvature was returned to 1.5 cm −1 (recovered). The bending moment at this time was measured and used as the value of bending rigidity. In addition, when the length of the long side of the sample piece was shorter than 20 cm, the value converted into the length of 20 cm was used as the value of bending rigidity.

The elastic member is formed of, for example, a foam sheet, a nonwoven fabric, a film, or the like.
Examples of the material of the foam sheet include polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene, vinyl chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, polyester, polyurethane, silicon elastomer, polyvinyl alcohol sponge, and cellulose sponge. Examples of the material of the nonwoven fabric include synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene, and polyester. Furthermore, examples of the material for the film include polyethylene, polybutylene, and polyester.
[0020]
The elastic member has a bulk restoring force of preferably 2 cN or more, and more preferably 10 to 50 cN. If the restoring force is less than 2 cN, the effect of preventing the warping of the napkin may be small, which is not preferable.
In the present specification, the “bulk restoring force” refers to 75% (75% with respect to the initial thickness of the sample in the compression direction) and 25% after compression (25% with respect to the initial thickness of the sample in the compression direction). ) Resilience at the time of deformation. More specifically, it is measured as follows.
(Measurement method of bulk restoring force)
The elastic member is cut into a size of 30.0 mm × 150.0 mm and used as a sample. After the two longitudinal ends of this sample are overlapped by 2 mm to form a ring shape, the sample is placed on a sample stand of Tensilon RTM-25 [manufactured by Toyo Baldwin Co., Ltd.] with the longitudinal direction (one surface) of the sample being the lower surface. After installation, in the compression test mode, the sample is compressed 75% (75% with respect to the initial thickness of the sample in the compression direction) at a measurement speed of 10 mm / min, and then 25% (with respect to the initial thickness of the sample in the compression direction). 25%) is recovered to compression, the recovery force at this time is measured, and this is defined as the bulk restoring force.

[0023]
As the absorbent sheet, a normal absorbent sheet made of the above-mentioned materials can be used as appropriate. Examples of the hydrophilic fibers include cellulose fibers such as pulp, rayon, and cotton, and synthetics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester. Examples of the heat-meltable adhesive fibers include those obtained by dissolving them in polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polyethylene / polyethylene terephthalate composite fibers, and hot water. Examples of the paper strength reinforcing agent include polyamine, epichlorohydrin fiber, dialdehyde starch, sponge, carboxymethyl cellulose, and the like. Examples of the superabsorbent polymer include: Starch, cross-linked carbox Methylation cellulose, polymers or copolymers of acrylic acid or acrylic acid alkali metal salt. Moreover, in the said absorption sheet, although the mixture ratio of each material, etc. are arbitrary, it is preferable that the compounding quantity of the said superabsorbent polymer shall be 20-70 g / m < 2 > by a spraying basic weight.
[0024]
Further, the thickness b (see FIG. 2) of the absorbent sheet is preferably 0.3 to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 1.2 mm. If the thickness is less than 0.3 mm, the ability to absorb the liquid is poor and is not preferable. If the thickness exceeds 1.5 mm, the absorbent sheet may be too hard, or the absorbent article may be too thick, resulting in a sense of discomfort. There is not preferable.

In addition, the absorbent article of this invention is not restrict | limited at all to the above-mentioned form, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
For example, the central portion can be a high rigidity region, and the side edge can be a low rigidity region.
In addition, the absorbent article of the present invention only needs to be formed substantially vertically long, and if formed so as to be used in the same manner as a normal sanitary napkin or the like, its size, shape, thickness, etc. There is no particular restriction.
Furthermore, the absorbent article of the present invention can be applied to a desired form according to the use of the absorbent article such as disposable diapers for adults and infants, incontinence pads, etc., in addition to the sanitary napkin.
Moreover, when using a nonwoven fabric as said elastic member, the fiber density of a side edge part may be made high, and both rigidity may be made to differ by making the fiber density of a center part low.
Furthermore, if necessary, the rigidity of the elastic member at a position where the absorbent article is easily twisted can be increased.
Further, when the elastic member is liquid permeable, it may be adhered to the skin contact surface side of the absorbing portion.

【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example and a comparative example demonstrate this invention further more concretely, this invention is not limited to these.
[0034]
[Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1]
A sanitary napkin as an absorbent article shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 was produced using the materials shown in [Table 1] as elastic members.
And about the obtained sanitary napkin, the following napkin performance was evaluated. The results are shown in [Table 1].
[0035]
<Napkin performance>
<Yole rate>
8 g of equine defibrinated blood is injected in advance into the sanitary napkins obtained in the examples and comparative examples, and attached to a dynamic human body model whose legs move back and forth and walked for 60 minutes. After this, gently remove the napkin and measure the minimum width of the napkin. This is compared with the width of the napkin before mounting, and the deflection rate is calculated from the following [Equation 1]. The measurement is performed 5 times, and the average value is taken as the deflection rate. As a rough guide, the deflection rate in this measurement method for napkins that are difficult to twist in actual use often has a value of 25% or less, and in the case of a napkin that is easy to twist, it often has a value of 30% or more.
[0036]
[Expression 1]
[0037]
<Evaluation of use (Yole Nikusa)>
Thirty-five monitor women wore each napkin for 2 hours, and asked them to select the number closest to their feelings from the following expressions.
1 ... Difficult to twist 2 ... Difficult to twist 3 ... Neither 4 ... Slightly twisted 5 ... Slightly twisted ... The average value of this evaluation, which is easy to twist, is taken to be difficult. The evaluation result means that the smaller the value (closer to 1), the less likely it is to twist, and the larger (close to 5) the easier it is to twist.
