Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a surface fastener base sheet that can be attached to a thermoplastic resin base sheet by thermal fusion.
Specifically, in order to provide a hook-and-loop fastener (trade name Velcro) on the thermoplastic resin base sheet used for film products, the thermoplastic resin base sheet is provided on the back of either the male or female mold of the hook-and-loop fastener. The present invention relates to a hook-and-loop base material sheet lined with a fusible film.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It has hardly been put to practical use to attach a hook-and-loop fastener to a thermoplastic resin base sheet and provide a desorption mechanism to the thermoplastic resin base sheet.
Usually, the hook-and-loop fastener (trade name Velcro) has a female surface with a lot of flocking, such as a loop shape, and a male surface with a flocking, such as a key shape or bell shape, that is entangled with the loop shape. It works with the desorption mechanism.
The present invention relates to a surface fastener base sheet for a product having a detachable portion that can be used as a material base for thermoplastic resin film products such as thermoplastic resin packaging bags and thermoplastic resin files.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the surface fastener requires elasticity and rigidity in a thin flocked portion, a material having a high melting point such as nylon or polyester having a high melting point is used as the material of the surface fastener.
Therefore, the thermoplastic resin base sheet and the surface fastener resin are different in type, so that the surface fastener can be attached to the thermoplastic resin base sheet having a low melting point by fusing, with the thermoplastic on the back surface of the surface fastener. It is necessary to provide a resin film surface having the same quality as the resin base sheet. However, since the same type of film as the thermoplastic resin base sheet is different, it is difficult to fuse it to the back surface of the surface fastener.
As a result of diligent research, the inventor has attached a laminated film tape of a resin film of the same quality as the surface fastener, a thermoplastic resin base sheet, and a resin film of the same quality to the back surface of the surface fastener by thermal fusion, so that the thermoplasticity The invention of a hook-and-loop fastener base sheet backed by a laminated film tape of the same quality as the resin base sheet was completed.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises the following inventions.
(1) Heat at which the surface fastener tape is fused and fixed to the back surface of at least one of a pair of male and female thermoplastic resin surface fastener tapes, the same quality as the thermoplastic resin of the surface fastener tape. A laminated film tape of the same thermoplastic resin film B as that of the plastic resin base sheet is fused by fusing with a fusion line in which the thermoplastic film A side surface of the laminated film tape is aligned with the back surface of the surface fastener tape. It is fixed, and is formed by thermocompression bonding from the side of the laminated film tape by a heat roll having a convex surface with a pattern of a geometric line pattern, and the thermoplastic resin film B A surface fastener base sheet having a melting point lower than that of the thermoplastic resin film A.
(2) The surface fastener base sheet according to Item 1, which is a polyolefin resin film having the same quality as that of the polyolefin thermoplastic resin base sheet to which the thermoplastic resin film B is fused and fixed.
(3) The hook-and-loop fastener base sheet according to item 1, which is a vinyl chloride resin-type film having the same quality as the vinyl chloride resin-type thermoplastic resin base sheet to which the thermoplastic resin film B is fused and fixed.
[0005]
The surface fastener tape used in the present invention has a surface made of monofilaments having a high melting point such as nylon or polyester, and the back surface has a fabric weaving structure of the same resin monofilament.
The hook-and-loop fastener tape is a long tape having a width of 5 to 50 mm, preferably 10 to 20 mm, and the hook-and-loop fastener base sheet of the present invention can be used after being cut to an appropriate length depending on the application.
As the surface fastener tape used in the present invention, at least one of a pair of male and female thermoplastic resin surface fastener tapes is used. When only one of the male and female hook-and-loop fastener tape is used for the thermoplastic resin base sheet, and the other is fixed to the surface or wall surface of a molded product other than the thermoplastic resin base sheet, the other hook-and-loop tape is used as an adhesive. Or, it is fixed to a predetermined location other than the thermoplastic resin base sheet by fusion, for example, the surface or wall surface of the molded product, and between this sheet and the other article, the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention is fusion fixed. It is used with a removable function.
The thermoplastic resin substrate sheet to which the surface fastener substrate sheet of the present invention is fused and fixed is used as a material substrate for various sheet products, particularly packaging bags, various header portion substrate sheets, mount sheets and the like. Sheets or films can be used. As the thermoplastic resin base sheet, a thermoplastic resin base sheet used for a product formed from a film or a sheet can be used without particular limitation. In particular, as a general-purpose film or sheet, a polyolefin film or sheet and a vinyl chloride resin film or sheet can be used.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The laminated film tape F used for the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention is fused to the back surface of the surface fastener tape 1 as shown in the sectional view of FIG. The laminated film tape F used in the present invention is composed of a thermoplastic resin film A having the same quality as the thermoplastic resin of the hook-and-loop fastener tape 1, and a thermoplastic resin film B having the same quality as the thermoplastic resin base sheet to which the hook-and-loop fastener tape is fused and fixed. It is a long laminated film tape.
The laminated film tape F is an ordinary laminated film, and can be manufactured by applying a small amount of an adhesive or heat laminating in a semi-molten state of both films. The surface of the hook-and-loop fastener base sheet of the present invention is composed of male or female hook-and-loop fasteners 2 as shown in FIG.
The surface fastener base sheet of the present invention has a three-layer structure formed on the back surface of the surface fastener tape by heat-sealing the surface of the laminated film tape on the thermoplastic resin film A side toward the back surface of the surface fastener tape. Become.
The surface fastener substrate sheet of the present invention can be fused by a heat roll or a heat sealer that is thermocompression bonded from the laminated film tape side.
When the thermoplastic resin base sheet to which the surface fastener tape is fused and fixed is a resin having a lower melting point than the resin of the surface fastener tape, for example, a polyolefin film, one problem to be solved occurs.
When the laminated film tape is fused to the back surface of the surface fastener tape, a heat roll is pressed from the low melting point thermoplastic resin film B side, and the thermoplastic resin film A is fused to the back surface of the surface fastener tape.
[0007]
At this time, since it is necessary to raise the temperature of the heat roll from the high melting point film A, the low melting point thermoplastic resin film B inevitably melts. However, in accordance with the melting point of film A and film B and the difference between them, the laminated film tape is fused to the hook-and-loop tape by adjusting the temperature of the hot roll and the thermocompression bonding time strictly in combination. When cooled after the deposition process, a laminated state in which a thermoplastic resin film layer having a low melting point is almost present on the outer surface and the thermoplastic resin film A is present in the inner layer can be maintained.
As described above, when the laminated state of the laminated film tape is maintained after the fusing process, when the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention is fused to the thermoplastic resin base sheet, the side of the thermoplastic resin base sheet is used. Thus, the laminated film tape of the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention and the thermoplastic resin base sheet can be fused by a heat sealing step at a temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin film B.
As a particularly preferable method for fusing the laminated film tape used in the present invention, it is easy to construct a partial pressure bonding with a laminated film tape only on a part of the back surface of the surface fastener tape (partial fusion). It is desirable from the viewpoint of fusion processability of the surface fastener base sheet.
As the fusion part of the surface fastener tape, when heat fusion is performed on a relatively wide fusion line 3 only on both side edges of the tape (FIG. 3 a), 1 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate part on the back surface of the surface fastener tape. Alternatively, when performing heat fusion on a plurality of parallel fusion wires 3 (FIG. 3b), heat fusion is performed only on parallel fusion horizontal three wires at a fixed interval perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the surface fastener tape. In the case of wearing (FIG. 3c), heat fusion on the parallel fusion line 3 inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction or heat fusion on the lattice-like fusion line 3 made of inclined parallel lines perpendicular to the longitudinal fusion line. It is possible to apply a thermal fusion of a geometric line pattern of a certain repetitive pattern with respect to the longitudinal direction such as wearing (FIG. 3d).
The fusion line of the present invention can be a straight line or a curve having a width of 1 to 10 mm, preferably 2 to 6 mm.
Further, as another fusion mode of the repetitive pattern for partial area fusion of the present invention, a fusion pattern in which island-like fusion parts having an average diameter of 5 to 20 mm are scattered on the back surface on the average is used. Can do.
[0008]
In the case of the partial heat fusion of the geometric line pattern of the present invention, it is not necessary to set a strict heat roll and a thermocompression bonding time in the heat fusion process, and the laminated film tape is attached to the surface fastener with a high temperature heat roll. It can be fused to the back of the tape.
In the fusion process on the line of the geometric pattern, the thermoplastic resin film A of the laminated film tape is deposited on the surface, and the fusion strength with the thermoplastic resin base sheet is the partial fusion line 3 in FIG. Although the low melting point resin layer of the laminated film tape is completely outside on the non-fusion surface 4 other than the fusion line 3 in FIG. 3, the thermoplastic resin base sheet and The heat fusion with the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention becomes sufficiently strong by the fusion with the non-fused surface 4. The non-fused surface 4 and the thermoplastic resin base sheet can be fused completely or partially, for example, only on the peripheral edge of the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention.
Since the partial melt | fusion part of this invention is a geometric pattern of a repeating pattern with respect to a longitudinal direction, it can cut | disconnect and use the elongate this invention surface fastener base material sheet for desired length suitably.
The surface fastener base sheet of the present invention is formed by laminating a laminated film tape F and a surface fastener tape 1 with a guide roll G on a thermocompression table H, and by crimping with a rotating thermal roll S as shown in FIG. The laminated film tape F and the hook-and-loop fastener tape 1 are continuously thermocompression bonded to bond them together.
The surface of the heat roll S can be used in which convex ribs having a geometric line pattern or other desired pattern shown in FIG. 3 are provided.
Moreover, in the case of a parallel line pattern in the longitudinal direction, a necessary number of normal known heat sealers can be used to apply heat fusion on the parallel line.
[0009]
The mode of use of the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention can be used for various applications depending on the usage form of the thermoplastic resin base sheet to which the surface fastener base sheet is fused and fixed.
For example, when it is applied to a known continuous bag making process and continuously supplied instead of the adhesive tape with release paper useful for the opening and closing mechanism of the bag opening, there is a male surface fastener 5 at the opening edge 8 in FIG. What provided the female surface fastener 6 in the front-end | tip of the sealing piece 7 can be obtained. This can produce a packaging bag that has no adhesive and has an openable / closable opening by a hook-and-loop fastener removal mechanism.
Moreover, what provided this invention male hook-and-loop fastener 5 in the upper back surface side of the packaging bag of FIG. 5 will stick to the position if a female hook-and-loop fastener is stuck to the arbitrary positions of a wall surface or the side surface of furniture with an adhesive agent. The packaging bag can be stably locked for a long time.
The surface fastener base sheet of the present invention is fused to a thermoplastic resin base sheet of various products, and enables the surface fastener to be attached to products of various thermoplastic resin base sheets.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention achieves the introduction of the advantages of a hook-and-loop fastener removal mechanism into various film products by backing with a laminated film tape, and its practical utility is great. Moreover, since the surface fastener base sheet of the present invention can be cut and used as appropriate, it can be applied as a base sheet to a conventional continuous bag making process or the like.
In addition, the present invention can facilitate the conditions of the backing process of the laminated film tape by forming a partial geometric line pattern for the fusion for backing the laminated film tape. Moreover, there exists an effect which improves the smooth melt | fusion property with respect to the thermoplastic resin base material sheet base material of this invention surface fastener base material sheet.
