Description

【0001】

As shown in FIG. 5A, the dish member 31 includes a bottom wall surface 34 and a rising wall 32 that rises at a portion excluding the rear surface from the bottom wall surface 34, and the bottom wall surface 34 and the rising wall 32 provide prizes. A storage part 33 for storing balls is formed. The bottom wall surface 34 is formed as an inclined bottom wall surface 34 that inclines downward from the outer peripheral edge toward the front and slightly to the one side (right side in the drawing), and a circular dimple hole 35 is formed at the lowest position. Further, a mounting projection piece 36 is formed in a step shape on the upper end edge of the rising wall 32, and when the front cover member 50 described later is assembled, it overlaps with the lower surface of the edge portion of the dish member insertion recess 52. ing. Further, a positioning piece 37 that fits into the positioning hole 12 projects from the middle of the rising wall 32 on the rear end side of the dish member 31.
[0022]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, a spacing holding projection piece 38 is provided on the rear surface of the dish member 31 so as to form a space between the lower surface wall 59 of the front cover member 50. At the same time, an engagement insertion boss 39 to be inserted into the engagement recess 74 of the bottom cover body 70 to be inserted into the bottom cover plate insertion groove 61 of the front cover member 50 is projected. Further, on the left and right sides of the lower edge of the rear end edge of the dish member 31, the mounting piece 40 is vertically suspended at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 62 of the front cover member 50. The plate member 31 and the front cover member 50 are assembled together by screwing with screws 42 (see FIG. 2) in a state where the mounting holes 62 are aligned.
[0023]
  (2-2) Front cover member
Next, the front cover member 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4 and 6. The front cover member 50 covers the front surface of the above-described dish member 30, and as shown in FIG. 6, an upper surface wall 51 in which a dish member insertion recess 52 for inserting the dish member 30 is formed, and the upper surface A front wall 53 that is continuously formed vertically from the front edge of the wall 51 and a lower wall 59 that is continuously extended rearward from the lower edge of the front wall 53 are integrally formed. The front wall 53 is provided with an elliptical ball removal lever operation opening 54 at the substantially center thereof, and two guide rail protrusions 55 are vertically provided on the back side of the ball removal lever operation opening 54. ing. The guide rail protrusion 55 abuts the upper and lower surfaces of an elliptical operation member 81 of a ball removal lever device 80 described later to smooth the movement of the operation member 81 in the left-right direction. Since the operation member 81 is in a sealed state with respect to the extraction lever operation opening 54, entry of dust into the inside is prevented. Further, a locking projection piece 56 for preventing the shaft rod 22 from falling off is provided on the end of the upper guide rail projection piece 55 and on the ashtray mounting frame 21 side. Further, mounting bosses 57 for fixing the mounting frame 86 of the ball removal lever device 80 project from the upper, lower, left and right sides of the ball opening lever operation opening 54.
[0024]
In addition, on the left and right sides of the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50, there are engaging cutout portions 58 for engaging the overlapping engaging portion 23 of the ashtray mounting frame 21 and the overlapping engaging portion 28 of the mounting substrate 26. That is, when the front lower tray device 30 in a state in which the tray member 31 and the front cover member 50 are assembled is mounted on the frame base 2, the end portions of the ashtray mounting frame 21 and the handle mounting substrate 26 are attached to the front cover member 50. By covering with, a design sense of unity between the adjacent ashtray part and the handle part can be given.
[0025]
Furthermore, a bottom cover plate mounting notch 60 for mounting a bottom cover plate 70 to be described later is formed in the approximate center of the lower surface wall 59 of the front cover member 50. Therefore, bottom cover plate insertion grooves 61 for inserting the bottom cover plate 70 from the rear are formed at both ends of the bottom cover plate mounting cutout portion 60. Here, the bottom cover plate 70 will be described. The bottom cover plate 70 is formed in a substantially square shape as shown in FIG. 2, and a beading hole 71 corresponding to the beading hole 35 is formed on the front right side thereof. Is formed. Insertion protrusions 72 that can be inserted into the bottom cover plate insertion groove 61 protrude from the left and right sides of the bottom cover plate 70, and the front edge of the front cover edge of the bottom cover plate attachment notch 60 is provided at the front end edge thereof. An engaging protrusion 73 that overlaps with the lower surface protrudes. Further, on the left and right sides of the rear portion of the bottom cover plate 70, engagement recesses 74 into which the engagement insertion bosses 39 of the dish member 31 can be inserted are formed. Thus, with the bottom cover plate 70 inserted into the bottom cover plate mounting notch 60 of the front cover member 50, the mounting protrusion 36 of the dish member 31 is brought into contact with the lower peripheral edge of the dish member insertion recess 52. However, by engaging the lower engagement insertion boss 39 with the engagement recess 74, the plate member 31 and the front cover member 50 are temporarily fixed, and in this state, the attachment hole 41 and the attachment hole 62 are made to coincide with each other. By screwing the screws 42, the assembly of the plate member 31 and the front cover member 50 is completed. Further, in the state where the plate member 31 and the front cover member 50 are assembled, as shown in FIG. 3, the ball hole 35 of the plate member 31 and the ball hole 71 of the bottom cover plate 70 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance. A shielding valve 94 (to be described later) of the ball removal lever device 80 is positioned within the interval.
[0026]
Further, mounting holes 62 are formed in the lower surface wall 59 of the front cover member 50 at positions corresponding to the mounting holes 41 of the mounting pieces 40 on the left and right of the bottom cover plate cutout 60. Further, on the inner left and right sides of the upper surface wall 51 and the lower surface wall 59 of the front cover member 50, mounting screw embedded bosses 63 for embedding the mounting screws 64 are integrally formed. As shown in FIG. 6B, the mounting screw 64 embedded in the mounting screw embedded boss 63 protrudes rearward from the rear end edge of the front cover member 50, and the mounting screw 64 is attached to the frame base 2. The front lower pan device 30 is firmly fixed to the frame base 2 by being inserted into the mounting holes 11 to be formed and fastening nuts 65 (see FIG. 4) from the back side of the frame base 2. At this time, the front end portion of the mounting screw embedded boss 63 also protrudes slightly rearward from the rear end edge of the front cover member 50. As shown in FIG. 3, this slight protrusion portion serves as a frame base as an engaging portion 63a. It is adapted to be engaged with an engaging recess 11 a formed around the front surface of the two mounting holes 11. In this way, the front lower pan apparatus 30 is attached to the frame base 2 by attaching the mounting screw 64 fixed to the front lower pan apparatus 30 toward the rear through the mounting hole 11 formed in the frame base 2. This is done by fastening with a nut 65 from the back surface of the base 2, and an engaging portion 63 a at the tip of the mounting screw embedded boss 63 for embedding and fixing the mounting screw 64 is formed around the mounting hole 11 of the frame base 2. By fitting in the engaging recess 11a, it is possible to simplify the assembling work of the front lower pan device 30 to the frame base 2 (easy positioning) and improve the assembling strength. It is. As a structure for improving the same assembling strength, there is a structure in which the lower rear end side of the front cover member 50 is placed in the mounting recess 7 of the frame base 2 as shown in FIG. This also makes it possible to simplify the assembly work of the front lower pan apparatus 30 to the frame base 2 (easy positioning) and improve the assembly strength.
[0027]
When the dish member 31 is assembled to the front cover member 50 configured as described above, a relatively large space portion 100 is formed between the rising wall 32 of the dish member 31 and the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50. Is done. Further, a lower space portion 101 (see FIG. 3) communicating with the space portion 100 is also formed between the inclined bottom wall surface 34 of the dish member 31 and the lower surface wall 59 (including the bottom cover plate 70) of the front cover member 50. Is done. Therefore, a ball removal lever device 80 is provided in the space portion 100.
[0028]
  (2-3) Ball removal lever device
Therefore, the ball removal lever device 80 will be described with reference to FIGS. The ball removal lever device 80 slides and guides the operation member 81, attaches the operation member 81 to the space 100, and is fixed to the operation member 81 and opens and closes the ball removal hole 35. And a shielding valve 94. The operation member 81 is formed in an elliptical shape so as to correspond to the ball removal lever operation opening 54, and a finger hooking portion 82 as an operation portion for hooking a player's finger on the front surface of the operation member 81 projects from the center. In addition, the base portion of the finger hook portion 82 is a movement restricting projection 83 that can enter the opening edge of the ball removal lever operation opening 54. The movement restricting projection 83 abuts against the left end of the operation opening 54 when the operation member 81 is moved in the left direction in FIG. Further, a shielding valve mounting portion 84 for fixing the shielding valve 94 with a screw 96 is provided on the back surface side of the operation member 81, and a spring accommodating portion 85 for accommodating one end of a spring 93 described later is formed. Yes.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the mounting frame 86 has upper and lower restricting protrusions 87 protruding vertically so as to accommodate the operation member 81, and a contact surface that contacts the upper and lower side back surfaces of the operation member 81. 90 is formed. Further, the center of the mounting frame 86 is formed in a concave shape, and a laterally long through hole 91 is formed in the concave portion so as to penetrate the shielding valve mounting portion 84 rearward. The other end of the spring 93 is formed at the end of the concave portion. A spring locking rod 92 into which is inserted is projected. Further, on the upper and lower sides of the attachment frame 86, an attachment portion 88 for fixing the attachment frame 86 to the attachment boss 57 on the back surface of the front cover portion 50 is projected. Further, the shielding valve 94 attached to the above-described shielding valve attachment portion 84 is an L-shaped plate material as shown in FIG. 2, and an attachment portion 95 corresponding to the shielding plate attachment portion 84 is formed on the short side portion thereof. The shield valve 94 is attached to the operation member 81 by aligning the attachment portion 95 and the shield plate attachment portion 84 and fastening them with screws 96.
[0030]
In order to assemble the ball removal lever device 80 having the above-described configuration, first, with one end of the spring 93 stored in the spring storage portion 85, the other end of the spring 93 is shielded while being inserted into the spring locking rod 92. The valve mounting portion 84 is inserted into the through hole 91. In this state, the assembly is completed by screwing the screw 96 with the mounting portion 95 of the shielding valve 94 corresponding to the shielding valve mounting portion 84. In order to fix the ball removal lever device 80 that has been assembled to the back surface of the front cover member 50, the mounting portion 88 is made to correspond to the mounting boss 57 and then fixed with a screw 89 (see FIG. 2). The ball removal lever device 80 can be disposed in the space 100.
[0031]
In the state where the ball removal lever device 80 is disposed in the front space portion 100 formed by the dish member 31 and the front cover member 50 as described above, the operation member 81 has a guide rail protrusion on the back surface of the front cover member 50. While being held in the front-rear direction by the piece 55 and the contact surface 90 of the mounting frame 86 (the vertical direction is regulated by the vertical regulation protrusion 87), the finger hooking portion 82 as an operation portion is also provided. Is slightly protruded outward from the ball removal lever operation opening 54. The shield valve 94 is located in the lower space 101 between the ball hole 35 of the dish member 31 and the ball hole 71 of the bottom cover plate 70 by the biasing force of the spring 93 to shield the ball hole 35. is doing. In such a state, when the player places his finger on the finger hook 82 and moves the operation member 81 against the urging force of the spring 93, the operation member 81 contacts the guide rail protrusion 55 and the contact surface 90. And move smoothly. Then, since the shielding valve 94 that has shielded the ball hole 35 is also moved, the shielding state is released, and the prize balls stored in the storage portion 33 of the dish member 31 are moved downward from the ball holes 35 and 71. Fall towards you.
[0032]
Thus, as described above, in the present embodiment, the front lower pan device 30 includes the inclined bottom wall surface 34 and the rising wall 32 rising from the inclined bottom wall surface 34 excluding the rear surface. A front surface having a dish member 31 having a ball hole 35 formed in 34 and a front wall 53 covering the front surface of the dish member 31 and forming a space portion 100 between the front wall 53 and the rising wall 32. A cover member 50, and a ball removal lever device 80 that opens and closes the ball removal hole 35 is provided in the space 100, and an operation opening 54 is formed in the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50. 54, since the finger hooking portion 82 as the operation portion of the operation member 81 of the ball removal lever device 80 is faced, the finger hooking portion 82 does not protrude significantly from the operation opening 54. Can put a heavy load , Therefore without finger rest 82 is damaged, it can be used for a long period of time. Moreover, since the ball removal lever device is not attached to the back surface of the front lower pan device 30, there is no obstacle when the ball box is put in and out.
[0033]
In addition, although the operation member 81 in the ball removal lever device 80 in the above-described embodiment is slid in the horizontal direction, it may be configured as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. FIG.7 and FIG.8 is a horizontal sectional view of the front lower pan apparatus which shows the thing of a different structure of a ball removal lever apparatus. First, the beading lever device 110 shown in FIG. 7 will be briefly described. The beading lever device 110 disposed in the space between the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50 and the rising wall 32 of the dish member 31 is as follows. , A circular operation rotating body 111 facing the operation opening 54 of the front wall 53, and a slide member that meshes with the operation rotating body 111 and moves along a movement groove 114 formed in the lower surface wall 59 of the front cover member 50. 115 and a shielding valve 94 fixed to the slide member 115. The operation rotator 111 is always urged clockwise by an urging spring 112 wound around a central axis, and a part of the rear is formed as a gear portion 113. Further, only a part of the circular shape protrudes from the operation opening 54 to the outside. A gear portion 116 is also formed on one side of the slide member 115, and the gear portion 116 meshes with the gear portion 113 of the operation rotating body 111. A mounting portion 117 for fixing the shielding valve 94 is formed on the other side of the slide member 115.
[0034]
Therefore, also in the ball removal lever device 110 having the above-described configuration, the ball removal lever device 110 that opens and closes the ball removal hole 35 is provided in the space portion 100, and the operation opening 54 is formed in the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50. Since a part of the outer periphery of the operation rotating body 111 of the ball removal lever device 110 is exposed to the operation opening 54, the operation rotating body 111 does not protrude significantly from the operation opening 54. Therefore, the operation rotating body 111 is not damaged and can be used for a long period of time. Moreover, since the ball removal lever device is not attached to the back surface of the front lower pan device 30, there is no obstacle when the ball box is put in and out.
[0035]
Next, the beading lever device 120 shown in FIG. 8 will be briefly described. The beading lever device 120 disposed in the space between the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50 and the rising wall 32 of the dish member 31. Is composed of a pressure lever 121 facing the operation opening 54 of the front wall 53, a shielding valve 94a attached to the tip of the pressure lever 121, and a spring 122 that urges the pressure lever 121 forward. A part of the tip of the pressing lever 121 protrudes outward from the operation opening 54, and both inner end portions thereof are urged forward by springs 122. The shielding valve 94a is formed with an oval ball-out hole 94b at its rear part. In addition, the bead hole 35 formed in the dish member 31 is also elliptical. In the ball removal lever device 120 configured as described above, the ball removal hole 35 of the dish member 31 is normally shielded by the tip end portion of the shielding valve 94a, but the player resists the biasing force of the spring 122. When the pressing lever 121 is pressed, the ball hole 94b formed in the rear part of the shielding valve 94a matches the ball hole 35 of the dish member 31, and the prize balls stored in the storage part 33 of the dish member 31 are moved downward. It is possible to drop the ball toward the head and perform a ball removal operation.
[0036]
Therefore, the ball removal lever device 120 having the above-described configuration also includes the ball removal lever device 120 that opens and closes the ball removal hole 35 in the space portion 100, and the operation opening 54 is formed in the front wall 53 of the front cover member 50. Since the tip end portion of the pressing lever 121 of the ball removal lever device 110 is exposed to the operation opening 54, the pressing lever 121 does not protrude significantly from the operation opening 54, so that an excessive load is applied to the pressing lever 121. Therefore, the pressing lever 121 is not damaged and can be used for a long period of time. Moreover, since the ball removal lever device is not attached to the back surface of the front lower pan device 30, there is no obstacle when the ball box is put in and out.
[0037]
In the above-described embodiment, a part of the operation member of the ball removal lever device 80, 110, 120 faces the operation opening 54 to prevent the operation member from being damaged. However, if these strengths are sufficient, It may be a protruding one. Even in the case of such a large protrusion, the operation member does not get in the way when the ball box is put out.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, in the present invention, the front lower pan apparatus is composed of a bottom wall surface and a rising wall that rises at a portion excluding the rear surface from the bottom wall surface, and a hole is formed in the bottom wall surface. A formed dish member, and a front cover member that has a front wall covering the front surface of the dish member and forms a space between the front wall and the rising wall;A bottom cover plate attached to the front cover member to form a lower space portion communicating with the space portion between the bottom wall surface and an opening corresponding to the beading hole; and the beading hole, A ball removal lever device that opens and closes;Consisting ofThe ball removal lever device includes an operation member and an abutment that is attached to a rear surface of the front wall of the front cover member and is in contact with upper and lower side rear surfaces of the operation member in order to slide and guide the operation member in the left-right direction. A mounting frame on which a surface is formed, and a shielding valve that opens and closes the ball removal hole as the operating member slides.in frontBeforeOperation opening is formed in the front wall of the surface covering memberAnd a guide rail protrusion on the back surface of the front wall and above and below the operation opening,Before operation openingWritingFace the operation partIn addition, the front and rear surfaces of the operation member are brought into contact with the guide rail protrusion and the contact surface, and the operation opening is closed by the corresponding contact state. Therefore, since the operation part does not protrude significantly from the operation opening, it is not possible to apply an excessive load to the operation part, and therefore the operation part is not damaged and used for a long period of time. be able to. Moreover, since the ball removal lever device is not attached to the back surface of the front lower dish device, there is no obstacle when the ball box is put in and out.
