従来、水平偏向コイルと直列に接続されてスクリーンセンター線の左右端の垂直方向の色ズレを調整する装置としてアンプコイル装置と呼ばれるものがある。図5は従来のアンプコイル装置の分解斜視図、図6は従来のアンプコイル装置の要部断面図である。図5および図6において、1はコイルケースである。2は板状磁性体、3aおよび3bはドラム型コア、4は回転マグネットである。ドラム型コア3a,3bに銅線を巻回し、補助コイル3(第1補助コイル及び第2補助コイル)が構成されている。これら板状磁性体2、ドラム型コア3a,3b、回転マグネット4を成形品の箱すなわちコイルケース1に組み込んでいる。従来、コイルケース1は各部品がきっちり組み込まれる構造をとっていた。なお図6においてドラム型コア3a,3bは側面図で示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記従来の様に構成されたコイルケースでは、各部品の寸法がばらついた時、組み込み困難で回転マグネットが回らない等の不具合が生じていた。

本発明は上記課題を解決するものであり、部品寸法のばらつきを吸収出来るアンプコイル装置を提供する事を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決する為に、本発明のアンプコイル装置は、回転マグネットを含めて各部品を組み込む凹形の部品保持用の支持枠と、支持枠を覆うとともに回転マグネットを含めて各部品を固定する為のカバーとを備え、このカバーに部品寸法のばらつきを吸収する為のばね機構となるツメを設けるとともに、該ツメ間に回転マグネットを回転させるための穴を配置し、支持枠に板状磁性体、第1補助コイル、第2補助コイル、回転マグネットを組み込み、支持枠をカバーで覆い、ツメを回転マグネットに当てて回転マグネット、第1補助コイル、第2補助コイル、板状磁性体を押さえつけ、穴を通して該回転マグネットを回転させることを特徴とする。

このように、部品保持用の凹形の支持枠とカバー(2つのカバーで固定するものを除く)の2つから構成し、カバーに備わったツメは各部品を上から押さえつけ、このツメにより各部品寸法ばらつきが大きくてもそのばらつきを吸収し、回転マグネットをスムーズに回転させる事が出来る。

以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に沿って説明する。図1は本実施例におけるアンプコイル装置の分解斜視図、図2は同アンプコイル装置を図1に示す線A−A’で切断した要部断面図である。なお図2においてドラム型コア3a,3bは側面図で示す。

図において、6は各部品を保持するための凹形の支持枠、7は支持枠6を覆うとともに各部品を固定する為のカバーである。このようにコイル収納用のケースは部品保持用の支持枠6とカバー7からなり、板状磁性体2、回転マグネット4を順に支持枠6に挿入し、カバー7によって押さえるようになっている。

本実施例はこのように各部品を下から順にのせて組み立てる構成としたため、従来のコイルケースにあった補助コイルと回転マグネットを固定する為のツメが必要なくなっている。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明は、回転マグネット等の各部品を組み込む凹形の部品保持用の支持枠と、この支持枠を覆うとともに各部品を固定する為のカバーを備え、このカバーに部品寸法ばらつきを吸収する為のばね機構となるツメを設けたことにより、カバーに備わったツメは各部品を上から押さえつけ、部品が寸法ばらつきが大きくてもそのばらつきを吸収し、回転マグネットをスムーズに回転させる事が出来、従来のコイルケースのように部品寸法により作動出来ないという事がなくなり、しかも各部品を強固に保持固定できるものである。
