Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
In recent years, gas stations have become gorgeous to attract customers with the image of the whole gas station. And there are many places which install the large-sized thing which attached the lighting fixture etc. conspicuously also about the oil supply apparatus installed here. As such a fueling device, as shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 6-228997, a lighting fixture made of a fluorescent lamp is provided in an upper case at a high place, and a translucent member for illuminating light is provided below. It is used for lighting related to work in the refueling area at night or to appeal the presence of the refueling device to cars traveling on the road from the lower case.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when replacing the fluorescent lamp of the lighting fixture, the lower case must be removed using a stepladder or the like because it is installed at a high place. If the lower case is removed from the housing of the upper case when it is removed, it must be held by another worker or placed on a stepladder so that it does not take time to remove the lower case. Because it is installed at a high place, there was a disadvantage that it was dangerous to remove.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fueling device that can easily replace a fluorescent lamp installed at a high place without removing the lower case. It is to be.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention relates to a fueling device having a lower case housing a fueling mechanism and an upper case housing a lighting fixture made of a fluorescent lamp through a support column extending upward from the lower case. The upper case includes an upper case main body and a lower case having a translucent member. The upper case main body is fixed with one of the brackets at a position spaced from the mounting end of the fluorescent lamp. The letter-shaped bracket is provided at the center position in the width direction of the upper case body so that the protruding portions at both ends face each other in the length direction of the upper case body, and the bracket is at a position shifted from the center position, at symmetrical positions with respect to the center position, to form a long hole in a vertical direction, smaller in diameter than the long hole of the guide member is inserted through the elongated hole of the bracket, one end of said guide member Secured to respectively the lower surface case, the lower surface case is to the subject matter that is attached by fitting fixed to the other of the bracket.
[0006]
According to the present invention, the lower case is held in the long hole of the bracket via the guide member. The bracket is attached to a center position in the width direction of the upper case body, and the elongated hole is provided at a position shifted from the center position and symmetrical with respect to the center position. Therefore, if the heights in the long holes of the guide members are different from each other, the lower case is displaced in the center of gravity and tilted to one side to form an opening between the upper case body and the lower case, so that the fluorescent lamp can be easily replaced. Become.
[0007]
Further, since the two elongated holes of the bracket are provided at positions symmetrical with respect to the center position , an opening may be formed between the upper case main body and the lower case on either one of the front and rear sides of the fueling device. it can.
[0008]
Further, since the bracket is formed in a U-shape and is fixed to the upper case body so that the protruding portions at both ends face each other, the load applied to the position where the end portion of the lower case and the guide member are fixed can be reduced, When the lower surface case is held by the bracket via the guide member, the lower surface case can be prevented from dropping.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, for example, in order to supply high octane gasoline, regular gasoline, light oil, etc., an oil supply hose 2 having an oil supply nozzle 1 at its tip is suspended from a retractor 3 through a wire 4 in a reverse U shape. An oil supply mechanism for supplying each oil type is accommodated in the lower case 5, and a column 6 is erected vertically along one end side of the lower case 5. The upper part is composed of an upper case body 8 to which a lighting fixture having a fluorescent lamp 7 and the like for illuminating a fueling area is attached, and a lower case 10 incorporating a panel 9 having a translucent member formed of acrylic resin or the like. An upper case 11 is attached. In addition, the code | symbol 12 in a figure is a display which displays the amount of oil supply.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, a U-shaped bracket 23 is fixed to the upper case body 8 at a position separated from a socket 21 that is an attachment end of the fluorescent lamp 7 .
[0011]
The bracket 23 is provided at the center position of the upper case body 8 in the width direction X, and is fixed so that the protruding portions 24 at the ends face each other in the length direction of the upper case body .
[0012]
The bracket 23 is formed with two elongated holes 22 in the vertical direction at positions shifted from the center position in the width direction X of the upper case body 8 and symmetrical to the center position.
[0013]
The guide member 25 is inserted into one of the long holes 22 and the end thereof is fixed to a fixing portion 26 that matches one of the positions of the long holes 22 formed in the bracket 23. The lower case 10 can be moved up and down via the guide member 25. In the figure, reference numeral 27 denotes a retaining member for preventing the guide member 25 from coming out of the long hole 22.
[0014]
The other of the bracket 23 is fixed by fasteners such as nuts 29 inserted through the screw 28 in contact with the lower surface case 10 equivalents.
[0015]
Next, the operation | work which replaces the fluorescent lamp 7 of the oil supply apparatus of this invention is demonstrated in FIG. 2, FIG. First, when the two screws 28 at the bottom of the lower case 10 are removed, the lower case 10 is detached from the upper case main body 8 to the lower end of the long hole 22 of the bracket 23 fixed to the upper case main body 8 through the guide member 25. The lower case 10 descends and is held with an opening formed between the upper case body 8 and the lower case 10. At this time, if the distance between the bracket 23 and the fixing portion 26 of the lower case 10 is shortened, the force applied to the fixing portion 26 can be reduced.
[0016]
Since the long hole 22 is formed at a position deviated from the center, the center of gravity of the lower case 10 is deviated and tilted toward the front side of the fueling device to form a large opening. Further, if it is desired to tilt the lower case 10 toward the back side, the guide member 25 may be inserted into the other of the long holes 22. The fluorescent lamp 7 is exchanged by putting a hand through this opening. After the work is completed, the lower case 10 is lifted and brought into contact with one of the brackets 23 to tighten the screws 28, thereby the upper case body 8 and the lower case 10 are replaced. And are fixed.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
The oil supply device according to the present invention is as described in detail above, and when replacing a fluorescent lamp provided at a high place, an opening is formed between the upper case main body and the lower case to hold the lower case. Therefore, the trouble of removing the lower case can be saved and the replacement can be easily performed.
[0018]
Further, when the lower case is attached opposite to the length direction of the upper case, the opening of the lower case and the upper main body case is formed on the opposite side, so that it can be exchanged from either the front or the rear of the fueling device. Furthermore, if the distance between the bracket and the fixing portion of the lower case is shortened, the force applied to the fixing portion can be reduced, so that it is possible to prevent an accident that the lower case falls when the fluorescent lamp is replaced.
