Description

【Technical field】

The present invention relates to a lid locking structure for a sealed container.
[Background]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many types of containers in which a container neck and a cap are screwed have a structure in which a male screw and a female screw are simply fitted. Furthermore, for the purpose of manufacturing and processing at a low cost and ease of handling, both the container and the cap are made of a male screw and a female screw made of a synthetic resin.
However, in the container as described above, over-tightening or under-tightening of the cap depends on the sense of the user, and a complete screwed state is not always obtained. In addition, since the screw thread is worn due to repeated use, a problem occurs in the screwing, and the above-described phenomenon becomes more prominent as time passes.
Furthermore, for the reasons described above, the same side surface or the same region of the cap does not always correspond to the container body. For example, even if an attempt is made to design the container body and the cap as one body, Since there is often a gap between the two, the design has been applied separately and the cap has been excluded from the design.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention improves the sealing performance of the cap, and always makes the cap and the container main body correspond to each other in a certain area, so that a completely screwed state can be obtained without depending on the sense of the user. An object of the present invention is to provide a lid locking structure for a sealed container that can be always obtained and does not cause a displacement due to a tightening condition of a cap, or a displacement or a defect due to aged wear.

The sealed container (1) in this reference example has one side of 55 mm and a total length of 140 mm, and the height of the inner lid is 30 mm.
The container body (5) is made of polyethylene and the lid body (2) is molded of polystyrene. The lid body (2) is harder than the container body (5). As long as the material does not impair the characteristics of the present application, other synthetic resins or the like may be used.
With the gripping part (3) as a clue, the male screw (10) of the container main body neck part (9) is fitted into the female screw (11) provided on the inner periphery of the cap part (4), and the screwing is further advanced. As shown in the drawing, when the notch (6) on the end wall of the cap part is substantially in contact with the notch (13) provided in the direction orthogonal to the thread of the neck portion of the container main body (12). Is completed.
Since the container body is formed of a material softer than the lid, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner wall of the container body neck advances and engages with the annular skirt (8). It is possible to further improve the sealing performance by slightly deforming radially outward along the outer slope (14) of the annular skirt portion (8) and engaging with the seal.
From the above , according to the present reference example , not only can the sealing performance of the container be improved, that is, the notch portion (6) on the end wall of the cap portion peripheral wall and the notch portion of the neck portion of the container body neck base portion (12). (13) is the time when the screwing is completed, and the closing operation can be easily performed without depending on the user's sense. Even if the container is made of synthetic resin, it can be used for many years. Therefore, there is no problem of screwing due to wear of the screw thread, and one side of the lid always corresponds to one side without deviation from one side of the container body when the screwing is completed. It is possible to apply a design that captures this as one.
Furthermore, if the position of the notch part (6) provided in the cap part and the notch part (13) provided in the container body neck base build-up part is determined in the vicinity of the center of the side surface to be determined as the container body front, Even if the main body (5) and the lid body (2) are separated, it is clear which side is the front and is convenient for handling.
