Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a staircase structure provided in a house, and particularly relates to a staircase structure having a handrail wall suitable for a folded staircase having a handrail.
[0002]
[Background technology]
In the wooden panel method of building prefabricated houses by building walls, floors, roofs, etc. by assembling wooden wall panels, floor panels, roof panels, etc., the staircase part of the house is also a unit shape created in advance by a factory etc. The stairs can be constructed by assembling a plurality of subunits on site.
For example, in the case where a prefabricated house as described above is provided with a folding staircase that has a landing in the middle and the ascending / descending direction of the staircase bends 180 degrees between the upper part and the lower part of the staircase, for example, A stair unit, an upper stair unit placed above the lower stair unit in a folded state with respect to the lower stair unit, a landing unit that constitutes a landing between the lower stair unit and the upper stair unit, A handrail wall that joins a lower staircase unit to the lower part of the side surface and an upper staircase unit to the upper part of the other side surface, and separates the lower part of the staircase from the upper part of the staircase that is folded back with respect to the lower part of the staircase The panel (unit) and other units are assembled at the staircase installation position.
[0003]
If the staircase has such a structure, the staircase is constructed simply by assembling the above-described subunits, so that labor saving of construction of the staircase at the site and shortening of the construction period can be achieved.
In addition, the said handrail wall panel is a wall of a house, and has the structure similar to other wall panels fundamentally in a wooden panel construction method. Accordingly, the handrail wall panel includes a frame body, a saddle member arranged vertically and horizontally as needed in the frame body, and face plates attached respectively to both side surfaces of the frame body, almost like the wall panel. Is.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in a house with two or more stories, a staircase is necessary, but in a house with a limited floor area, it is difficult to take a large space for the staircase, and the right and left width of the staircase is limited. If the left and right widths of the stairs are too narrow, it will be inconvenient when a large baggage is lifted or lowered using the stairs. Therefore, even if the space for installing the stairs is limited, it is necessary to increase the width of the stairs that can be used effectively.
However, a general staircase is in a state where one side surface is joined to a wall and a handrail wall is disposed on the other side surface. Since the (partition wall) is in a state of being arranged, the left and right widths of the stairs are narrowed by the thickness of the handrail wall.
[0005]
In particular, in the wooden panel construction method, if the handrail wall has the same configuration as a normal wall panel, the handrail wall has almost the same thickness as the other walls of the house, and the effective left and right width of the stairs Is narrowed by a thick handrail wall.
In addition, as a countermeasure for elderly people, there is a case where a handrail of a round bar shape that is easy to grasp is provided on the wall along the staircase (or a handrail wall may be projected), but when such a handrail is provided Since the handrail protrudes from the wall to the stairs side, the effective left and right width of the stairs is narrowed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a staircase structure capable of expanding the effective left-right width of a staircase in a staircase provided in a limited space. .

【The invention's effect】
According to the staircase structure of the first aspect of the present invention, since the side surfaces of the stairs are directly joined to the lattice-shaped handrail wall, for example, there is a face plate attached to the frame like a conventional handrail wall. However, compared to the case where the frame and the staircase are joined via the face plate, the left and right width (thickness) of the handrail wall occupying the left and right width of the staircase is reduced, and the staircase provided in the limited space is more effective. The left and right width can be expanded. In addition, when joining the staircase to the lattice-shaped handrail wall, the saddle material is not concealed by the face plate as in the prior art, so the handrail wall can be easily joined to the staircase. .
In addition, by placing the lower stair unit and the upper stair unit on the left and right side surfaces of the handrail wall, a folding staircase is formed, and the handrail wall is connected to the lower staircase and the lower staircase. It becomes a partition wall with the upper stairs arranged in a folded state. And by making the partition wall as thin as the surface material as described above, or making the partition wall itself thin, the effective left and right width can be expanded on both the lower staircase side and the upper staircase side. be able to.
Moreover, the labor saving of field work can be achieved by unitizing the stair part.
[0048]
According to the staircase structure of the second aspect of the present invention, the horizontal fence member and the vertical fence member are thin in the direction perpendicular to the side surface of the handrail wall, that is, in the thickness direction of the handrail wall, so that the handrail wall can be thinned. It has become.
Further, the strength of the recumbent material and the vertical reed material is predetermined by preventing the thickness along the thickness direction of the handrail wall from being equal to or less than the predetermined thickness and increasing the width in the direction along the side surface of the handrail wall. Can be obtained.
That is, the handrail wall can be thinned with a predetermined strength, and the effective left and right width of the staircase provided in the limited space can be expanded by the thinning of the handrail wall.
