この種のコンロバーナとして、例えば図1に示したような、バーナボディaに円筒形のバーナヘッドbを取り付け、該バーナヘッドbの内部には該バーナボディa内に連なる環状の分布室cと、該バーナヘッドbの外周へ該分布室cから放射状に延びるガス通路dを形成し、該ガス通路dの外端を炎口eに構成したものが知られている。該バーナボディaに供給される混合ガスの量が減少すると、炎口eの炎が不安定になり消える不都合があるので、これを防止するため炎口eの外周側下方のバーナボディaに板金製のL字突起fを設けることも行われている(実開平3−104613号明細書)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したL字突起fを設けることで炎口eから噴出した混合ガスが該突起fにより減速され、リフト炎の発生を抑制できる。また、混合ガスの量が少ない弱火力のときには、該突起fにより炎口直近への2次空気の供給を抑え、炎口eと突起fとの間のガス濃度の濃い混合気により安定した火炎が保たれ、絞り性能を向上させることができる。しかし、該L字突起fは、取り外しできないバーナボディaに設けられているため、これに汚れが付着した場合の清掃が容易でなく、また、板金製であって溶接作業を伴うので製作も容易でなく、衝撃による変形を生じやすく耐久性も乏しいという不都合があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明では、上記の目的を達成すべく、バーナボディに取り付けた金属ブロック製のバーナヘッドの内部の環状の分布室から外周へ放射状に延びてその外端を炎口に構成したガス通路を有するコンロバーナに於いて、該バーナヘッドを、該ガス通路の上方を開放したバーナヘッド本体とこれに載置されて該ガス通路の上方の開放部を塞ぐバーナキャップでとで構成し、該バーナヘッド本体の外周部の全周に、その炎口の下方から外周方向へ進出する進出部を設けてその上面に外周方向へ向かって下方に傾斜した傾斜面を形成し、該傾斜面に各炎口の外周方向に対向する位置のみに該炎口から噴出する空気混合ガスの流れを押し上げる突起を一体成形で形成した。また、該バーナキャップに、該突起の上方を覆う庇部を設けておくことにより、清掃が一層容易になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面に基づき本発明の実施の形態を説明すると、図2に於いて、符号1は、板金製のバーナボディ2と、これの開口部3に着脱自在に取り付けられた円筒状の鍛造物や鋳造物からなる金属ブロック製のバーナヘッド4とで構成されたコンロバーナを示す。該バーナヘッド4の内部には、該バーナボディ2の内部へ連通して空気混合ガスを一様な圧力分布とする環状の分布室5と、該分布室5から該バーナヘッド4の外周へ放射状に延びたガス通路6が形成され、各ガス通路6の外端を炎口7に構成した。

こうした構成は従来のコンロバーナと特に変わりがなく、該炎口7から噴き出す空気混合ガスに点火されて燃焼するが、このときのリフト炎の発生を抑制するため、該バーナヘッド4を、該ガス通路6の上方が図3のように開放部8により開放されたバーナヘッド本体4aと、該バーナヘッド本体4aに載せられて該開口部8を塞ぐバーナキャップ4bとで構成し、その本体4aに、該炎口7の外周方向に対向して該炎口7から噴出する空気混合ガスの流れを押し上げる突起11を一体成形で形成した。該突起11の幅は、該炎口7から噴き出す空気混合ガスを押し上げ得る幅、例えば炎口7と同幅に形成される。

図2に示す構成のコンロバーナ1の作動を説明すると、バーナボディ2からバーナヘッド4の分布室5へ流入した空気混合ガスはガス通路6の炎口7から噴出して燃焼するが、該バーナヘッド4がガス通路6の上方に開放部8を有するバーナヘッド本体4aと、該開放部8を塞ぐ該バーナキャップ4bとに分割構成され、該炎口7の外周側には傾斜面10を備えた進出部9を設けてその外周端に空気混合ガスの流れを押し上げる突起11を一体に成形したので、製作が容易で炎口7と突起11の位置関係が正確になり、耐久性も良く、ガスの噴出速度を減速してリフト炎を抑制すると共に2次空気の供給が抑えられて絞り性能が向上し、火炎角度が上向きとなって熱効率が向上する。また、煮汁等は傾斜面10を伝ってバーナヘッド4の外部へ排除されるから汚れにくく清掃が容易になる。該突起11の形状は、四角柱状に限らず球状であってもよい。
