Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an active noise control technology that includes a heat engine such as an engine or a gas turbine as a noise source, and silences noise generated from an exhaust duct or the like through which high-temperature and high-humidity gas flows.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an apparatus for silencing noise, there is an active noise control apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-23755.
First, the silencing principle will be described with reference to the drawings of the configuration of the present application. FIG. 1 shows an example in which the active

[0003]
Now, such an active noise control device needs to be adapted to an engine or a fan duct through which high-temperature gas flows. Therefore, regarding such conditions, it is necessary to protect the speaker as the additional sound source S and the microphone as the detector from heat.
Therefore, it is conceivable to use a heat-resistant speaker or microphone in order to cope with such environmental conditions and to compensate for the insufficient output of the speaker.
On the other hand, in the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-257383, instead of using such a special device, as shown in FIG. 4, the duct is laterally extended from the duct. A technique for providing a
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a special heat-resistant speaker or microphone is used, the cost of the apparatus is increased.
Furthermore, in the conventional technique described above (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-257383), the structure of the sound transmission heat insulator is complicated and construction and maintenance are difficult.
In addition, in a case where a heat engine such as an engine or a gas turbine has a noise source, since such a heat engine is accompanied by combustion of hydrocarbons, the exhaust gas is hot and a considerable amount of moisture ( Humidity). Therefore, when the conventional technology is applied as it is, there is a problem that a microphone, a speaker, and the like are affected by high humidity, causing a problem in durability.
Furthermore, as a matter of course, when heat and moisture resistance measures are taken for such an acoustic device, it is important not to have a great influence on the sound deadening performance.
An object of this invention is to provide the active noise control apparatus which solves these subjects.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention includes a detector for detecting noise in the duct, and an additional sound source that radiates a sound wave having the same phase and opposite phase as the noise detected by the detector into the duct. The characteristic configuration of the active noise control device provided with the detection device or the acoustic device as the additional sound source in the lead-out pipe having the pipe inner space connected to the space in the duct, respectively, Partitioning into a first space facing the working part and a second space communicating with the space in the duct, and a partition layer having sound permeability, heat insulation and humidity non-permeability is provided in the outlet pipe ;
The partition layer is a single film having a three-layer structure in which a nylon film and a linear low-density polyethylene film are bonded with a polyethylene layer.
[0006]
In this apparatus, a partition layer is provided in the outlet pipe, and the internal space is divided into a first space and a second space by the partition layer. Therefore, the high-temperature, high-humidity (moisture) gas flowing in the duct does not directly come into contact with the device operating unit of the audio device, and the audio device can be prevented from malfunctioning in terms of temperature and humidity. Furthermore, the life of the audio equipment can be extended. Furthermore, since the second space is provided, the heat insulating function can be exhibited also by this space.
[0007]
Furthermore, the partition layer is a single film film having both high heat resistance and humidity impermeability by forming a single film having a three-layer structure in which a nylon film and a linear low density polyethylene film are bonded with a polyethylene layer. By partitioning the inside of the outlet pipe, the influence of heat and humidity (moisture) on the acoustic device can be easily cut off with little influence on the noise control performance.
[0008]
Here, it is preferable that the partition layer includes the nylon film on the duct side and the linear low-density polyethylene film on the acoustic device side.
[0009]
Nylon film has high heat resistance, and can be prevented from melting and breaking even when contacted with high-temperature gas, and can exhibit heat insulation performance. On the other hand, a polyethylene film is rich in moisture impermeability, and even when it comes into contact with a high humidity gas, it does not transmit moisture and can effectively block moisture transmission. Further, by separately providing films having different functions as described above, high performance can be exhibited both in terms of heat insulation and humidity non-permeability.
In addition, since these films are films, the sound transmission is not hindered and the noise control performance is not significantly lowered.
The polyethylene film has a low melting point and may be affected when it comes into contact with high-temperature gas. However, the polyethylene film should be protected by providing a nylon film with a high melting point on the duct side of the film. It is possible to maintain heat insulation and moisture non-permeability over a long period of time. Furthermore, the adaptive temperature range of this technique can be further expanded.
[0010]
Furthermore, it is preferable that cooling fluid circulation means for circulating the cooling fluid is separately provided on the outer periphery of the outlet pipe by a blower or the like.
By providing such a cooling fluid circulation means, the inside of the outlet pipe can be cooled, and the influence of heat on the acoustic device can be suppressed.
[0011]

With the configuration described above, the noise from the noise source 2 was reduced.
Describing the results, it was possible to reduce the sound of about 130 dB detected at the site where the first microphone M1 was provided to 80 dB at the site where the second microphone M2 was installed. Here, the distance from the first microphone M1 placement position to the speaker was 1 m, and the distance from the speaker to the second microphone M2 placement position was 30 cm.
Furthermore, it was possible to operate for 5 months without problems at a temperature of 130 ° C. and a humidity of 100% of the gas flowing in the duct.

[Another embodiment]
In the structure of the present application , since the outlet pipe has a configuration protruding in the lateral direction from the duct, the outlet pipe is provided with cooling fluid circulation means (for example, a fan) for circulating the cooling fluid on the outer periphery. It is also possible to cool the outlet pipe.
In the above example, the first microphone M1 has been mainly described. However, as shown in FIG. 1, it is natural that the
