[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object of the present invention is a corrugated tube clip for positioning and fixing a corrugated tube inserted through the electric wire group at a predetermined position of the electric wire group,
The tube fixing portion that fits and holds the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the corrugated tube and the wires of the wire group that are exposed from the end portion of the corrugated tube are arranged in parallel. Serpentine in a bent state The clip body and the lid body, which are connected to each other so as to be openable and closable via hinges, are integrally formed with the electric wire holding portion to be clamped, and the clip body and the open / close end of the lid body are closed to each other. It is achieved by a clip for a corrugated tube, characterized in that it has locking means that can be locked to.
[0009]
According to the above configuration, the wires of the wire group Serpentine in a bent state Since the wire holding part for holding and the tube fixing part for fitting and holding the corrugated tube are integrally formed by a clip body and a lid that are connected to each other via hinges, the electric wire and corrugated respectively The corrugated tube into which the wire group has been inserted can be positioned and fixed at a predetermined position on the wire group only by a simple operation of closing the open / close ends of the clip body and the lid while holding the tube. In addition, the electric wire holding unit allows the electric wires of the electric wire group to be arranged in parallel. Serpentine in a bent state Since it is clamped, it can be securely clamped and fixed to the wire group regardless of the number of wires.
[0010]
Preferably, the tube fixing portion is attached to the inner wall surface of at least one of the clip body and the lid body so as to fit between a protrusion portion and a protrusion portion continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube. Consists of protruding fitting protrusions,
A plurality of the electric wire holding portions that protrude in a staggered manner along the longitudinal direction of the electric wire group on the inner wall surfaces of the clip body and the lid so as to sandwich the electric wire group in a meandering manner in a bent state. The wire holding rib.
[0011]
In this case, the fitting protrusion protrudingly provided on the inner wall surface of at least one of the clip main body and the lid body is fitted between the protrusion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube and the protrusion. Accordingly, the corrugated tube can be firmly fitted and sandwiched without causing a positional deviation along the axial direction, and a plurality of wire holding ribs protruding from the inner wall surfaces of the clip body and the lid body are Since the electric wire group is securely clamped in a meandering manner, the corrugated tube can be reliably positioned and fixed at a predetermined position on the electric wire group with a simple structure.
[0012]
Preferably, an opening for avoiding interference with the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the corrugated tube fitted and clamped to the tube fixing portion is provided in the clip body and the lid body, and the closed lock state is provided. The height of the clip body and the lid is formed substantially equal to the outer diameter of the corrugated tube.
[0013]
In this case, the height dimension of the corrugated tube clip can be reduced by the thickness of each inner wall of the clip body and the lid, and the clip can be miniaturized. Further, since the position of the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the corrugated tube fitted and clamped to the tube fixing portion can be visually confirmed from the opening, the end portion of the corrugated tube can be reliably fixed to a predetermined position of the tube fixing portion. .
[0014]
