Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a snow sever cutting device for cutting a snow sledge generated at the eaves portion of a roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional device used for cutting a snow pail is a device in which a wire is attached to the eaves of a roof, a ring is passed through the wire, and a covered wire is suspended on this ring. A person pulls and slides along the wire, and the snow covered cage is cut by the sliding covered wire. (See Patent Document 1)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-40908 ([0005], [FIG. 1] and [FIG. 2])
[0004]
However, in the snow sledge cutting structure of the device described in Patent Document 1, since the covered wire for cutting the snow sledge is suspended from the wire, the covered wire comes into contact with the eaves by the sliding of the covered wire when the snow sledge is cut. May be damaged.
In addition, for the purpose of protecting the cutting operator from the solid snow falling during the cutting of the snow fence, it is necessary to pull the covered wire from outside the sliding range of the covered wire.
Therefore, the covered wire has a considerable length, and the operation of pulling it is difficult to perform.
Further, since the hardened snow is cut with the covered wire, the frictional resistance force at the time of cutting acts and it becomes difficult to cut.
That is, in the above-described apparatus, improvements are left with respect to workability and work efficiency.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to improve work easiness and work efficiency, and it aims at provision of the snow plow cutting device which solves this subject.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
The technical means are: left and right support parts fixed respectively to the left and right end portions of the eaves, a thin plate-like cutter part that reciprocates between the support parts, and supports both above the left and right support parts. operation and guide portion disposed over the interval between sets, and the reciprocating movement portion disposed across between the two support portions so as to be opposed to the guide portion at the lower of the guide portion, the reciprocating operation portion comprising a transmission unit for the belt constitutes a part of the reciprocating movement portion for one end of the cutter unit and the track structure or, while connected to the fixed shape chain, a roller provided at the other end of the cutter unit, the A roller in the endless track structure in the reciprocating unit is connected by hooking a roller on a guide unit stretched between the left and right support units so that the roller rolls along the guide unit. Pulled pulley or check The operation belt is wrapped around a pulley that rotates coaxially and coaxially with a sprocket that is wound around, and the pulley is rotated by pulling this operation belt, and this rotation is made via a pulley or sprocket that is coaxial with the pulley. In other words, by transmitting as a reciprocating motion of the belt or the chain, the snow blade cutting device is configured to reciprocate the cutter part to the left and right to cut the snow pail (Claim 1).
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The cutter part is preferably as thin or as thin as possible while ensuring the strength possible for cutting the snow fence.
Examples of materials that can realize this include a thin plate material such as a metal, non-ferrous metal, hard synthetic resin, or ceramic, or a thin wire material such as a piano wire.
[0009]
Examples of the configuration of the guide portion include a wire, a rod or tube made of a hard material, and a rail structure.
An example of the configuration of the reciprocating unit is an endless track using a belt or a chain. In the case of the endless track, the configuration of the transmission unit includes all configurations capable of transmitting forward and reverse rotational force to the roller or sprocket around which the belt or chain is wound, and may be either manual or automatic.
[0010]
【Example】
Examples of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a state in which a snow plow cutting apparatus (hereinafter referred to as “apparatus”) 1 of the present invention is disposed at the eaves A.
The apparatus 1 includes left and right support portions 2 and 3 that are detachably fixed to left and right end portions of the eaves edge A, a cutter portion 4 that reciprocates between the support portions 2 and 3 and cuts a snow plow, and the cutter portion 4 includes an operation unit 5 for reciprocating the motor 4 and a transmission unit 6 for transmitting power to the operation unit 5.
[0011]
The support portions 2 and 3 are formed in a substantially L-shaped side surface, and are integrally provided with fixing plates 21 and 31 that are fixed to the eaves edge A at the short-side end, and the fixing plates 21 and 31 are fixed with bolts or the like. It is attached by fixing to the eaves A using a tool.
[0012]
The cutter unit 4 uses a piano wire, and a roller 41 that is hooked to a guide unit 51 of an operation unit 5 (described later) so as to be able to reciprocate is fixed to an upper end portion, and a reciprocating operation unit 52 (described later) is fixed to a rear end portion. Each fixing tool 42 is provided.
[0013]
The operating unit 5 includes the guide unit 51 disposed between the support units above the left and right support units 2 and 3, and the support unit 2 so as to face the guide unit 51 in the vertical direction. , 3 and the above-described reciprocating operation part 52.
More specifically, the guide 51 is a wire that is stretched to an extent that it does not sag.
The reciprocating unit 52 has a belt-driven endless track structure, and is configured by a belt 55 being wound around pulleys 53 and 54 that are rotatably provided on the short side of the support units 2 and 3.
Then, the cutter unit 4 is attached to the operating unit 5 by hooking the roller 41 on the guide unit 51 and fixing the fixture 42 to the belt 55.
[0014]
The transmission unit 6 is a manual type in this embodiment.
More specifically, a pulley 61 that is coaxial with the pulley 54 and rotates integrally with the pulley 54 is provided on the short side of the support portion 2, and the operation belt 62 is wound around the pulley 61 so as to hang down. Yes.
The operation method of the transmission unit 6 as described above is performed by alternately pulling one side and the other side where the operation belt 62 hangs down.
The pulling force becomes the rotation of the pulley 61, the rotation is transmitted to the pulley 53, the reciprocating operation unit 52 is actuated, and the cutter unit 4 is moved forward or backward to cut the snow canopy (not shown). The
In addition, the operation belt 62 is normally positioned directly below the pulley 61, and even if operated at this position, the operation belt 62 is extremely unlikely to be affected by a falling snowfall. In order to avoid this, it is only necessary to pull the lower end portion of the operation belt 62 outward from the support portion 2 and operate from the position.
[0015]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the Example illustrated, The implementation by another structure is possible in the range which does not deviate from the content described in the claim.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has the following excellent effects.
Since the cutter unit is configured to reciprocate between the support units along the eaves by the transmission unit to cut the snow ledge, the eaves are not damaged.
Furthermore, since the operating force of the transmission part is converted into the reciprocating motion of the cutter and transmitted, the snow sever cutting operation can be performed easily and quickly.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a snow plow cutting device with improved workability and work efficiency.
