Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ink-jet disperse dye ink.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ink jet ink has a problem in that non-emission occurs due to drying of the ink in a pause (interval) state. This interval characteristic is more noticeable with water-insoluble disperse dye inks than with water-soluble dye inks.
[0003]
In order to improve the interval characteristics of disperse dye inks, JP-A-60-133076, JP-A-60-229969, JP-A-62-112176 disclose a hydrotrope such as urea and a specific nonion in disperse dye ink. An activator, polyethylene glycol or methanol ethylene oxide adduct is used in combination. This is thought to be because the nonionic compound plays the role of a so-called lid on the ink surface in addition to the hydrotrope effect. However, even if such a technique is used, the interval characteristics are not improved under conditions of a humidity of 30% or less, which is a severe environment for the interval characteristics.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an ink-jet disperse dye ink having excellent interval characteristics.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following configurations.
[0006]
1. In a disperse dye ink for inkjet, in which a disperse dye is dispersed with a dispersant, the ink contains a compound having a urea skeleton in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by weight based on the ink, and the dialkyl sulfosuccinate compound is contained in the ink. 0.001 to 0.1% by weight of an ink-jet disperse dye ink.
[0007]
2. 2. The disperse dye ink for inkjet according to 1 above, wherein the dispersant is a formalin condensate and / or a lignin sulfonate of an aromatic sulfonate.
[0008]
3. 3. The disperse dye ink for inkjet according to 1 or 2, wherein the disperse dye ink has an average particle diameter of 100 to 300 nm and a maximum particle diameter of 300 to 600 nm.
[0009]
4). 4. The inkjet disperse dye ink as described in 2 or 3 above, wherein the formalin condensate of aromatic sulfonic acid contains naphthalene and anthracene.
[0010]
5. 4. The disperse dye ink for inkjet according to 2 or 3, wherein the lignin sulfonate does not contain a saccharide.
[0011]
When the urea skeleton compound and dioctyl sulfosuccinate are used in combination, the reason why the interval characteristics are very good is estimated as follows. That is, dioctylsulfosuccinate is very easy to orient on the liquid surface among nonionic compounds, and in addition, it is difficult to adsorb to disperse dyes. This is presumed to be due to the fact that dioctylsulfosuccinate has a hydrophobic moiety on both sides centered on the hydrophilic sulfonate.
[0012]
The present invention is described in detail below.
[0013]
In the present invention, in a disperse dye ink for ink jet in which a disperse dye is dispersed with a dispersant, the ink contains a compound having a urea skeleton in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by weight based on the ink, and the dioctylsulfosuccinate is contained in the ink. Is contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.1% by weight based on the ink.
[0014]
Examples of the compound having a urea skeleton of the present invention include the following.
[0015]
Examples include urea, dimethylurea, ethyleneurea, dimethylolethyleneurea, thiourea, semicarbazide, guanidine, melamine, etc., but the urea skeleton (> N (C = O) N <,> N (S = O) N If it has <), it will not restrict to this.
[0016]
Examples of the dialkyl sulfosuccinate compound of the present invention include the following.
[0017]
Examples include dihexyl sulfosuccinate, diheptyl sulfosuccinate, dioctyl sulfosuccinate, dinonyl sulfosuccinate, didecyl sulfosuccinate and the like.
[0018]
Of these, dioctyl sulfosuccinate is particularly preferred in the present invention. As a salt, an alkali metal atom (for example, a sodium atom, a potassium atom, etc.) is preferable.
[0019]
In the present invention, the dispersant is preferably an aromatic sulfonate formalin condensate and / or a lignin sulfonate.
[0020]
As a formalin condensate of aromatic sulfonate, for example,
Formalin condensate of sodium creosote oil sulfonate, formalin condensate of sodium cresol sulfonate and sodium 2-naphthol-6-sulfonate, formalin condensate of sodium cresol sulfonate, formalin condensate of sodium phenol sulfonate, β- Examples include a formalin condensate of sodium naphthol sulfonate and a formalin condensate of sodium β-naphthalene sulfonate and sodium β-naphthol sulfonate. Moreover, as a commercial item, there are demall N (made by Kao Corporation), demole C (made by Kao Corporation), etc., and are easily available.
[0021]
A formalin condensate composed of one component is usually condensed with a mixture of 5 to 10 monomers, and a formalin condensate composed of two components is condensed at random with methylene chains.
[0022]
Examples of lignin sulfonate include Vanillex RN (containing no sugar) (manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd.), Sun Extract 252 (containing sugars) (manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd.), and the like. This is a basic structure in which the α-position of the phenylpropane structure is sulfonated, and this unit extends in three dimensions. The molecular weight is preferably about 5,000 to 10,000.
[0023]
In this invention, it is preferable that the said lignin sulfonate does not contain saccharides.
[0024]
Next, the disperse dye used in the present invention will be described.
[0025]
Any of conventionally known disperse dyes can be used. Specific examples of disperse dyes preferred in the present invention include:

As a medium used in the present invention, a medium used in a conventional ink jet recording ink medium can be used, but water or a mixture of water and a water-soluble organic solvent is preferable. Examples of the water-soluble organic solvent include alkyl alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, sec-butyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, and isobutyl alcohol. Amides such as dimethylformamide and dimethylacetamide, ketones or ketoalcohols such as acetone and diacetone alcohol; ethers such as tetrahydrofuran and dioxane; polyalkylene glycols such as polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol; ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, Butylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1,2,6-hexanetriol, thioethylene glycol, hexylene glycol, diethylene An alkylene glycol having an alkylene group containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms, such as recall and 1,5-pentane glycol; glycerin; ethylene glycol methyl (or ethyl) ether, diethylene glycol methyl (or ethyl) ether, triethylene glycol methyl ( Or lower alkyl ethers of polyhydric alcohols such as ethyl) ether; N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone and the like. Among these, at least one high-boiling organic solvent, for example, a mixture of water and a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and glycerin is more preferable.
[0034]
In addition to the above, a surface tension adjusting agent, a viscosity adjusting agent, an antifoaming agent, a penetrating agent, an antifungal agent, a pH adjusting agent, a leveling agent, a dyeing fastening agent and the like can be appropriately added.
[0035]
The ink used in the present invention is adjusted to a viscosity of 20 cps or less at 25 ° C. and a surface tension of 30 to 60 dyne / cm.
[0036]
The ink used in the present invention can be dispersed by mixing the above-mentioned disperse dye, dispersant, medium and optional components and using a disperser. As the disperser, a conventionally known ball mill, sand mill, line mill, high-pressure homogenizer, or the like can be used.
[0037]
After dispersion, dilute to the desired dye concentration. The diluted ink is filtered to remove dye aggregation and dust.
[0038]
The ink for inkjet printing of the present invention is printed on a hydrophobic fiber cloth such as polyester using an inkjet printer. The ink jet printer can be selected from various types of printers of a continuous type and an on-demand type (piezo type and thermal type) as required.
[0039]
The printed fabric is dried and then colored by heating at 100 ° C. to 220 ° C., preferably 160 ° C. to 220 ° C. for 30 seconds to 20 minutes, preferably 1 minute to 5 minutes.
[0040]
If necessary, the fabric to be printed may be pretreated by printing paste or heating before printing. In addition, the printed fabric may be subjected to post-treatment such as reduction washing after heating coloring as necessary.
[0041]
