本発明は、睫毛にマスカラを塗布用のブラシで塗布したり、アイラインを描いたり、付け睫毛を付けて整えたりするときに使用する補助用具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、女性は美しく化粧し、睫毛を美しく強調することで目の部分に人の関心を引きつけるため、睫毛にマスカラを塗布用ブラシで塗布する。このようにマスカラを睫毛に塗布する場合、塗布用ブラシをマスカラの容器に浸した後、容器の口で塗布用ブラシの先端を２〜３回しごいて塗布用ブラシの先端に余分に溜まっているマスカラを除去して睫毛にマスカラの小さな固まりであるだまができないように準備する。

ところで、以上のように準備した塗布用ブラシを用いてマスカラを睫毛に塗布するとき、その塗布は細かい作業であるので、ときには瞼などにマスカラが付着することがあった。このように一旦マスカラが瞼など睫毛以外の場所に付くと、睫毛に付けたマスカラに気をつけながら瞼などに付着したマスカラを拭いとらねばならず、これは細かく気遣いのいる作業であった。

さらに、上記のようにマスカラを塗布する際に注意しても、マスカラが睫毛にだまとなって付くことがあり、一旦だまができると睫毛は均一で綺麗な仕上がりにはならない。このためだまを睫毛から上手に取りさらねばならない問題があった。

そこで、マスカラを塗るときにマスカラが瞼などに付かなくして塗布作業を容易にするため、使用する補助具が開発されている。例えば、実用新案登録第３０８０８３５号のマスカラ用ガードシールなどがある。これらは目の周囲を覆う薄い板状あるいはヘラ状の用具が主であり、実用新案登録第３０７８３３８号を除いて、例えば、湾曲した形状などそのままの湾曲度で固定したものである。このため使用する人によっては顔の立体的な輪郭に合わない場合も生じる。すなわち、顔の瞼や目の周囲の輪郭は立体的で曲面であり、その形状には個人差がある。また、瞼と目の下側の輪郭ではそのカーブの程度が相違するので、上下用の２本の用具を用意する必要があり、１本の用具で上下を兼用するのは輪郭に沿わず肌にピッタリとしないものとなる恐れがあった。唯一、上記の実用新案登録第３０７８３３８号が芯に針金等を用いて形状を微調整できることが開示されているが、この微調整は手で折り曲げることによるものと考えられるが、これでは顔の輪郭にあった滑らかな形状に曲げることは困難でいびつになり易く、一旦いびつになったものを直したり、曲げかたが満足でない場合に滑らかな曲線で修正することが困難である。

さらにこれらの薄い板状あるいはヘラ状の用具は指で握りにくく、片一方の手でこの用具を握って目の周りに当てがい、他方の手でマスカラ塗布ブラシを握ってマスカラを睫毛に塗ることは大変やりにくい作業であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、目の周囲の睫毛の生え際や立体的な瞼の形状に応じて自由に曲面を変更して瞼や目の周りと滑らかに当接でき、さらに安定して容易に握ることができ、睫毛にマスカラを塗布したり、目の回りのアイラインを描いたり、あるいは付け睫毛を付けたり、睫毛についたマスカラのだまを容易に除去できるアイメーク用の補助用具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するための本発明の手段は、請求項１の発明では、目の長さより長い湾入輪郭を有する広幅先端から徐々に縮径して狭幅後部となる本体と狭幅後部の後方に続く細幅挿着体からなる肉薄の弾性覆い板と、細幅挿着体の幅より狭い内径を有する湾曲作用リングと、湾曲作用リングに挿入されて湾曲した細幅挿着体に外嵌した円筒持ち手具からなることを特徴とするアイメーク補助用具である。

上記の手段とすることで、本発明のアイメーク補助用具は、弾性覆い板の本体を適宜好みの度合いに湾曲して湾曲面とすることができるので、それぞれ睫毛の生え際の周縁の湾曲度合いに応じた形状に容易に合わせることができ、どのような使用者にも汎用して使用できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図１は本発明の実施の形態のアイメーク補助用具の分解図である。図２はアイメーク補助用具の組立の説明図である。図３は本発明の他の実施の形態のアイメーク補助用具の分解図である。図４は他の実施の形態のアイメーク補助用具の組立の説明図である。図５は睫毛にマスカラを塗布するアイメーク補助用具の使用例である。図６はアイラインおよび付け睫毛を付けるためのアイメーク補助用具の使用例である。

本発明のアイメーク補助用具１の実施の形態を説明すると、アイメーク補助用具１の主要部は薄い弾性覆い板２から形成されている。その素材はプラスチック、金属、紙などであり、厚さは弾性の腰のあるものであれば０．５ｍｍ程度の薄いものでよい。素材は透明である方が肌や睫毛が押し付けられているかいないかなど判るので好ましいが、必ずしも透明である必要はない。実施の形態ではポリプロピレンの薄板からなるが、ポリカーボネートや塩化ビニールやその他のプラスチックや紙や金属であっても良い。なお、本発明で弾性とは、弾性覆い板２を使用時に強制して湾曲させた場合、滑らかに湾曲し、かつ、強制を解くと湾曲が元に戻る状態をいう。弾性覆い板２は広幅先端４と広幅先端４から徐々に幅が狭まった狭幅後部６とからなる本体３と、本体３の狭幅後部６に続く細幅挿着体８からなる。さらに、薄い弾性覆い板２を金属などとするとき形状記憶合金からなる金属板とすると、湾曲度合いを一定の度合いに常にすることができる。さらに薄い弾性覆い板２を紙製とすることで、使い捨てとすることもできる。

アイメーク補助用具１は、上記した弾性覆い板２の細幅挿着体８を挿入する湾曲作用リング１１を有する。その内径が約５ｍｍからなるリングで実施の形態では塩化ビニールなどの軟質プラスチック素材から形成する。湾曲作用リング１１は指輪状でリングの上に装飾１３を有する。装飾１３はアイメーク補助用具１を美しく見せると同時にこの装飾１３のある方が弾性覆い板２の表側である目印となり、さらに後記するように使用時に湾曲作用リング１１を移動方向１８の方に移動するときの摘まみの役割をする。さらに装飾の径の大きさで、湾曲作用リング１１の内径が広がり過ぎないように円形に保持する役割をし、本体３の狭幅後部６側へ湾曲作用リング１１を移動するとき、本体３を湾曲させる十分な力が出せるものとしている。

さらに、アイメーク補助用具１は、湾曲作用リング１１を嵌合して湾曲した細幅挿着体８を挿入する円筒持ち手具１４を有する。円筒持ち手具１４は実施の形態では長さ約７０ｍｍで外径約１０ｍｍ、内径約８．９ｍｍの硬質プラスチックからなる筒体である。細幅挿着体８は湾曲作用リング１１を嵌合して湾曲したそのままの状態で手で握って保持することもできるが、円筒持ち手具１４に挿着することで安定してしっかりと保持できるようになり、かつ、円筒状であるので指先で回転が自在にできる。上記において、湾曲作用リング１１は細幅挿着体８の後端９から嵌められ移動方向１８に沿って本体の狭幅後部６側へ移動される。湾曲作用リング１１を本体３の狭幅後部６側へ移動するとき、弾性覆い板２の弾性により湾曲作用リング１１は後方へ押し戻されるが、この押し戻しに抗して湾曲作用リング１１のリング後端１２を嵌合した円筒持ち手具１４の前端１５で当接して固定されている。

以上の構成とすることで、アイメーク補助用具１は、弾性覆い板２の本体３を適宜好みの度合いの湾曲面とすることができる。さらに本発明のアイメーク補助用具１は、湾曲作用リング１１の位置が円筒持ち手具１４の前端１５により固定され、その結果湾曲した本体３の湾曲度を一定の度合いに自在に保持でき、それぞれ使用者により異なる上睫毛２３や下睫毛２４毛の生え際の周縁の湾曲度合いに応じた形状に容易に適合させることができる。その結果、マスカラを安定して美しく付けることができるのみでなく、アイラインを描いたり付け睫毛を付けることが容易にできることとなる。

また、弾性覆い板２の表面に本体３の広幅先端４から狭幅後部６側へ平行な多数の縦細溝１６とこの縦細溝１６に斜交する多数の斜め細溝１７からなる凹凸を形成する。この凹凸を形成することで、本発明のアイメーク補助用具１は、弾性覆い板２の湾曲した本体３の表面の細溝により形成された凹凸面の上にマスカラを塗った上睫毛２３や下睫毛２４を載せて細溝間の凹凸面で支え、マスカラブラシでしごくことにより上睫毛２３や下睫毛２４にできただまを取りさったり、上睫毛２３や下睫毛２４を支えた状態でコームで上睫毛２３や下睫毛２４を整えたり容易にできることとなる。さらに細幅挿着体８のに嵌めた湾曲作用リング１１や円筒持ち手具１４が摩擦でしっかりと固定し易くなる。

次に、本発明のアイメーク補助用具１の使用方法を説明する。弾性覆い板２の細幅挿着体８にその後端９から湾曲作用リング１１を外嵌し、さらに円筒持ち手具１４を外嵌する。そして湾曲作用リング１１を本体３の狭幅後部６側の移動方向１８へ移動して本体３の広幅先端４の部分の面の湾曲度を、マスカラを例えば上睫毛２３に塗ろうとするとき、まず、下睫毛２４の周縁の湾曲度に合わせ、この状態で円筒持ち手具１４をさらに移動方向１９の方向に移動して湾曲作用リング１１のリング後端１２に当接させて固定してアイメーク補助用具１を準備する。

この準備したアイメーク補助用具１の広幅先端４を、図５の（ａ）に示すように、下睫毛２４の根元に下側から当てがって固定し、そのまま軽く瞼２５を閉じながら上睫毛２３を下に向け、マスカラをブラシで上睫毛２３の上側を塗る。このとき、下睫毛２４の上側も同時にマスカラが塗られる。なお、閉じた瞼２５の上方にには眉毛２６がある。この状態でマスカラのだまが睫毛に付いていればブラシでそっとしごいて弾性覆い板２上に落としさり、必要によりコームで整える。次いで、図５の（ｂ）に示すように、瞼２５をやや細目にして広幅先端４を上側から上睫毛２３の根元に当てがって固定し、マスカラをブラシで上睫毛２３の下側を塗る。この状態でマスカラのだまが上睫毛２３付いておればブラシでそっとしごいて弾性覆い板２上に落とし、必要によりコームで整える。この時、湾曲度が瞼２５の湾曲度にあわない場合は、予め広幅先端４の部分の面の湾曲度を上睫毛２３の周縁の瞼２５の湾曲度合いに湾曲作用リング１１で調整して固定しておく。

次に、図５の（ｃ）に示すように、目２０を開いた状態で広幅先端４を下睫毛２４の根元に下側から当てがい固定し、下睫毛２４をブラシでやや下に抑えながら塗布し、この状態でマスカラのだまが下睫毛２４に付いておればブラシでそっとしごいて弾性覆い板２上に落とし、必要によりコームで整える。

次いで、アイラインを描き、付け睫毛の付け方を説明する。図６の（ａ）に示すように、上睫毛２３の根元から約８ｍｍほど上側の瞼２５に広幅先端４を上側から当てがい固定し、上睫毛２３の根元に目頭２１から目尻２２の先まで好みの上アイライン２７を描く。この上アイライン２７を描く代わりに、上睫毛２３の根元から約８ｍｍほど上側の瞼２５に広幅先端４を上側から当てがい固定し、上付け睫毛２９を付けることもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明はアイメーク補助用具を薄い弾性覆い板で形成し、弾性覆い板の本体後方に続く細幅挿着体に径小の湾曲作用リングを嵌合して本体を湾曲させ、さらに細幅挿着体に円筒持ち手具を外嵌して固定することで、使用者の目の周りの輪郭に合わせて本体先端の広幅先端の部分の面の湾曲度を自在に変更することができ、どのような目にも適合して使用することができ、さらに、円筒持ち手具としたことで容易にしっかりと握れて操作がやり易くなり、従って、マスカラを肌や瞼に付着させることなく安心して睫毛に塗ることができ、だまが付着しても睫毛を受けてブラシで容易にしごくことができ美しく仕上げることができる。さらに、アイラインを描いたり付け睫毛を容易に安心して付けることができる。以上のように本発明は従来にない優れた効果を奏するものである。
