Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fluff removing device in an airflow type processing device for a fabric that performs a process such as a texture processing by circulating and rotating a rope-like fiber product in an endless manner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, removal of fluff in an airflow type processing apparatus is performed by providing a filter in the middle of a circulation pipe, causing the circulating gas to pass through the filter medium, thereby attaching the fluff to the filter medium, and removing the filter medium during or after the processing step and attaching it to the filter medium As a filter medium, a cylindrical perforated plate or a wire mesh was used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional airflow type processing apparatus, fluff is generated and circulated in the circulating gas by circulating and rotating the cloth by airflow jetting, and the fluff floats in the circulating gas and circulates in the apparatus. There was a negative effect on the operation of the fabric due to the clogging of the gap and the lowering of the injection force. Further, the fluff was reattached to the treated fabric staying in the staying tank, thereby causing contamination of the fabric. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the fluff floating and circulating in the air current as much as possible. However, in the conventional filter system, it is necessary to check the filter medium after each treatment and remove the attached fluff. Also, when processing a fabric with a lot of fluff, the filter is clogged with a lot of fluff and becomes the resistance of the circulating gas. There was a problem that the production efficiency was lowered because it was necessary to replace the filter in order to cancel the clogging of the filter by interrupting the processing.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in an apparatus for circulating and processing fiber products joined endlessly by a jet stream,
An airflow type fabric device characterized in that a separator using centrifugal force is installed in the middle of the airflow circulation path and a discharge port for discharging fluff separated from the airflow is provided at the lower end of the separator. Equipment for removing fuzz.
[0005]
[Action]
In the present invention, the fluff that is generated in the airflow jetting unit or the like and floats and circulates in the gas is separated by a separator using a centrifugal force provided in the middle of the circulation path, and provided at the lower part of the separator. Since the fluff separated from the discharge port is continuously and naturally discharged from the separator so as to be accumulated in the fluff reservoir portion provided in communication with the lower portion thereof or discharged into the fluff storage bag. There is no harmful effect of fluff accumulation like a filter provided in the middle of the circulation path. Therefore, a stable product can be produced without the generated fluff recirculating in the apparatus.
[0006]
