Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to cushion springs for chairs, car seats, beds and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the conventional cushion spring, a plurality of zigzag springs (S springs) 1 made of hard steel wire are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of locations are provided between the zigzag springs 1 for dimensional stability. The intermediate wire 2 made of hard steel wire is arranged at a right angle and connected, and is fixed by a clip 3 to form a net.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional cushion spring, since the lining wire 2 is mainly made of a material having high dimensional stability such as a hard steel wire, when the weight is applied to the seat or the backrest, the lining wire 2 is pushed by the body. Since not only the portion that has been sunk, but also the other portion sinks, when the lining 2 is a straight bar, the clip 3 is slackened when the number of times overlaps with the zigzag spring 1 at both ends, The lining wire 2 is pulled out from the clip, and both ends of the piercing line break through a cover material such as a seat, and the appearance is not only bad, but also dangerous.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, in order to prevent the lining wire 2 from coming out of the clip 3 and coming off from the zigzag spring 1, both ends of the lining wire 2 are adapted to the wave of the zigzag spring 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the lining line 2 a processed into a round shape or the lining line 2 b processed into a letter shape as shown in FIG. Used to fix the zigzag spring 1.
[0005]
However, when this weight is applied, the cushion spring sinks not only where it hits the body but also other parts, so it does not feel deeply sinking.
Moreover, the work which fixes the shape by bending the both ends of the lining wire 2, 2a, 2b and carrying out heat processing is required.
[0006]
The present invention uses a straight lining line and gives a feeling that it sinks deeply by sinking only where the weight is applied. Also, since it is difficult to come off from the clip, it is necessary to bend the both ends to prevent it from coming off. Aim to provide no cushion spring.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A plurality of zigzag springs made of hard steel wire or synthetic resin are parallel to each other at intervals, and the intermediate wires of a straight linear rod body made of synthetic resin and elastic are orthogonal to each other at these multiple locations. And a cushion spring formed by fixing the zigzag spring and the lining wire using a clip at a location where the lining wire contacts the zigzag spring.
[0008]
The lining wire is preferably formed of a material slightly softer than the material of the clip.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The zigzag spring 4 uses a hard steel wire as in the conventional zigzag spring 1, or uses a flexible rod made of synthetic resin.
[0010]
The lining wire 5 uses a flexible rod made of synthetic resin.
Rod made of synthetic resins are tough is resilient, somewhat softer than the material of the clip 3 to be described later, preferably, for example, to use those formed by a kind of polypropylene.
[0011]
A plurality of zigzag springs 4 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the middle lines 5 are orthogonal to each other at a plurality of positions, and the zigzag springs 4 are zigzag using the clips 3 at the positions along the zigzag springs 4. The spring 4 and the lining wire 5 are coupled and fixed to form a cushion spring 6. The clip 3 is made of metal or synthetic resin.
[0012]
When the cushion spring 6 according to the present invention is used for a seat or a bed, the lining wire 5 is an elastic and flexible synthetic resin rod, so that only the weighted portion sinks. At that time, both ends of the lining wire 5 are distorted, but since the lining wire 5 is made of a softer material than the clip 3, the corners of the clip 3 bite into the surface portion of the lining wire 5. The end of 5 cannot be removed from the clip 3.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The cushion spring according to the present invention provides a pleasant cushion feeling because only the portion where the weight is applied sinks in the seat or bed using the cushion spring. And even if the end of the lining wire is distorted at that time, the corner of the clip does not bite the surface of the lining wire and the end does not come out of the clip, and it does not damage the cover material of the seat or bed, it is safe is there.
[0014]
Further, the lining wire does not require a processing operation such as bending and heating and cooling both ends to fix the shape unlike the conventional lining wire. Roll out and store the lining wire before forming the cushion spring, and pull out the required length when necessary and cut it.
