Description

【0001】
【0005】

Figure 0003724385
【0006】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flooring disposed on a floor surface in a room of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a wooden floor material is often used for a floor surface in a building room such as a house. In this method, a plurality of panel-like floor materials are formed from wood plywood, and the floor materials are spread on the floor. Moisture-proofing is applied to the front and back surfaces of the flooring.
[0003]
In such a conventional flooring, the moisture at the side end is not treated with moisture, so the moisture (moisture content) of the flooring changes due to moisture absorption and moisture absorption from the end, but the flooring of the flooring due to humidity change The expansion / contraction rate was small, and no warping or thrusting occurred after laying on the floor. However, recently it has become difficult to use such plywood due to tree cutting restrictions, etc., and as a substitute for plywood, shards made by solidifying multiple pieces of wood chips and wood are once solved. There is a tendency to use a wood fiber board or the like which is formed into a pulp shape by fibering.
[0004]
As shown in Table 1, such wood fiber boards and wood chipboards have a higher expansion and contraction rate due to moisture absorption and moisture absorption than plywood, and the floor material as described above is formed and laid on the floor. When packed, there has been a problem that warpage, push-up, etc. occur due to expansion and contraction. In view of this, it has been considered to apply a moisture-proofing treatment to the side end of the floor material made of wood fiber board or wood chipboard.
[0005]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003724385
[0006]
By the way, the floor materials as described above are laid on the floor to form a substantially flush floor surface, and male and female berries are formed on the side surfaces of the floor material. Adjacent flooring materials are joined by fitting the fruit and the fruit.
[0007]
As a moisture-proof treatment to the mouthpiece of the floor material, it is first considered to stick a moisture-proof sheet made of a synthetic resin, but such a sheet is thin and has no shape retention, The work of attaching the floor material to the side surface on which the fruit is formed is difficult, and the moisture-proofing treatment in which such a sheet is applied to an uneven surface as in reality is insufficient.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to easily and quickly provide sufficient moisture-proofing to the side surface of the flooring material made of a hygroscopic material having fruit formed on the side surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a flooring that can be treated.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the flooring according to the present invention forms the fruit 2 on the side surface 1a of the floor board part 1 formed by sticking the protruding board 12 to the upper surface of the substrate part 11 having hygroscopicity. A moisture-proof member formed of a metal foil having a self-retaining property in which a transparent or semi-transparent top moisture-proof layer 3 is attached to the top surface and a shape along the side surface 1a is formed on the side surface 1a on which the floor 2 is formed. 4, and a moisture-proof layer 5 is formed on the surface of the floor plate portion 1 to which the top moisture-proof layer 3 or the moisture-proof member 4 is not attached. By adopting such a configuration, the moisture-proof member 4 having self-shape-holding property is attached to the side surface 1a on which the floor material 2 is formed, so that the side surface 1a is easily and quickly subjected to moisture-proof treatment. It becomes possible to cover the surface of the flooring material with a moisture-proof member without gaps, and as a moisture-proof treatment , the moisture-proof member 4 can be It becomes possible to form easily by forming with metal foil.
[0010]
Moreover, it is preferable to form the board | substrate part 11 by one or both of a wood fiber board and a wood chip board. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to cope with de-bonding as a recent trend.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
In the floor material of the present invention, a floor plate portion 1 that is mainly composed of a substrate portion 11 and a protruding plate 12 adhered to the upper surface of the substrate portion 11 is formed.
[0015]
The substrate portion 11 is formed of a hygroscopic material. In the present embodiment, the substrate portion 11 has a rectangular shape in plan view made of a wood fiber board such as MDF or HDF, a wood chip board (so-called particle board), or WPB. Is. A veneer 12 as a decorative plate is attached to the surface of the substrate portion 11. The protruding plate 12 is formed of a wood material like the substrate portion 11, and is about 0.2 to 0.5 mm in thickness if formed by a wet method and thick if formed by a dry method. It is about 1 mm. The protruding plate 12 is attached so as to overlap the substrate portion in plan view, and a pattern (not shown) such as a wood grain pattern is formed on the surface side (upper surface side) of the protruding plate 12, and the flooring is disposed on the floor. When viewed, it is visible from the indoor side. In this way, the projecting plate 12 is adhered to the upper surface of the substrate portion 11 to form the floor plate portion 1 that is the main component of the flooring.
[0016]
The floor plate portion 1 has a solid 2 formed on four rectangular side surfaces 1a in plan view. The fruit 2 consists of a male fruit 2a or a female fruit 2b, and either fruit 2a, 2b is formed on each surface. In this embodiment, it is formed on the entire surface of the four side surfaces 1a, but is not particularly limited to this, and may be formed only on a part of the side surfaces 1a.
[0017]
A moisture-proof sheet 31 is adhered to the floor plate portion 1 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3 on the upper surface (that is, the upper surface of the protruding plate 12). The moisture-proof sheet 31 is a material that heat-seals a synthetic resin film such as PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene). For example, PP is heat-sealed at around 180 ° C. 170 ° C.), in the case of PE, heat welding is performed at around 120 ° C. (by the way, the melting point of PE is 95 ° C. to 110 ° C.). This moisture-proof sheet 31 is adhered to the surface so that the floor board portion 1 made of a wood material and having hygroscopicity does not absorb moisture. In the present embodiment, the moisture-proof sheet 31 uses PP or PE, but is not particularly limited to this, and may be any material that does not have moisture permeability or has low moisture permeability. Further, the moisture-proof sheet 31 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3 is formed to be transparent or translucent, and the pattern on the upper surface of the protruding plate 12 to which the moisture-proof sheet 31 is attached is interposed through the moisture-proof sheet 31. It can be seen from the indoor side.
[0018]
Moreover, the moisture-proof sheet | seat 51 as the moisture-proof layer 5 is stuck also to the lower surface of the floor board part 1 similarly to the upper surface moisture-proof layer 3 mentioned above. In the present embodiment, the moisture-proof sheet 51 is also made of PP or PE like the moisture-proof sheet 31 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3, but is not particularly limited as such and has moisture permeability. Any material that has no or low moisture permeability may be used. Further, unlike the moisture-proof sheet 31 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3, it is not necessary to be transparent or translucent.
[0019]
In addition, the side surface 1a formed with the fruit 2 of the floor board 1 is covered with a moisture-proof member 4 having self-retaining properties. The moisture-proof member 4 is made of a metal foil, and the portion of the metal foil that abuts against the actual 2 is bent in the same shape as the actual 2 and is formed along the entire side surface 1 a including the actual 2. In the present embodiment, the moisture-proof member 4 is made of a metal foil. However, the moisture-proof member 4 is not particularly limited to this, and any material that has both moisture resistance and self-holding property may be used.
[0020]
Next, a method for adhering the moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3 and the moisture-proof layer 5 and the moisture-proof member 4 to the floor board 1 will be described.
[0021]
The moisture-proof sheet 31 as the upper moisture-proof layer 3 is formed to be larger than the upper surface of the floor plate portion 1 (that is, the floor plate portion 1 in plan view), and the moisture-proof sheet 51 as the moisture-proof layer 5 is formed on the lower surface of the floor plate portion 1 (also in plan view). It is formed larger than the floor plate part 1). The moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51 are attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the floor plate portion 1 so that the floor plate portion 1 is disposed in the plan view, and the peripheral edge 31a of the moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51, 51a is stuck on the side surface 1a of the floor board 1. The sticking at this time is performed by heat welding as described above. Next, the moisture-proof member 4 is attached to the side surface 1 a of the floor board 1. The moisture-proof member 4 is formed by bending a metal foil in advance so as to follow the side surface 1 a including the actual 2, and is attached along the side surface 1 a of the floor board portion 1 including the actual 2. At this time, the peripheral edge 4a of the moisture-proof member 4 is attached to the outer surface of the moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51, and a gap for moisture to enter between the moisture-proof member 4 and the moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51 is generated. This is to prevent this. The moisture-proof member 4 is preferably attached to the side surface 1a of the floor plate portion 1 and the moisture-proof sheets 31 and 51 by a tape such as a double-sided tape. A quick-drying adhesive such as a synthetic rubber adhesive can also be used, but it is not preferable in view of VOC because it contains toluene.
[0022]
By setting it as the above structures, the upper surface moisture-proof layer 3, the moisture-proof layer 5, and the moisture-proof member 4 are stuck on the surface of the floor-plate part 1, and the surface of the floor-plate part 1 is coat | covered with what has moisture-proof property. Therefore, the side surface 1a of the plate member 1 forming the fruit 2 of the moisture-proof member 4 can be prevented from being warped and pushed up due to the floor plate portion 1 absorbing and discharging moisture and expanding and contracting. Adhesion is performed by forming the moisture-proof member 4 in a shape along the side surface 1 a including the fruit 2, so that the moisture-proof member 4 which has been previously retained in the above shape is brought into contact with the side surface 1 a. It is possible to easily and quickly work by simply sticking and sticking, and the moisture-proof treatment can be sufficient.
[0023]
In the present embodiment, the real 2 is formed on the four side surfaces of the floor plate portion 1 in a rectangular shape in plan view, but the real 2 is formed on a part of the four side surfaces, and the side surface on which the real 2 is formed. The moisture-proof member 4 may be attached only to the side surface, and the moisture-proof layer 5 similar to the moisture-proof sheet 51 attached to the lower surface of the floor board portion 1 may be formed on the side surface where the fruit 2 is not formed.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, a fruit is formed on the side surface of the floor plate portion formed by sticking the protruding plate to the upper surface of the substrate portion having hygroscopicity, and the upper surface of the floor plate portion is transparent. Or a semi-transparent top moisture-proof layer is stuck, and a moisture-proof member made of a metal foil having a self-retaining shape formed along the side surface is stuck to the side surface where the floor plate portion is formed, and the top moisture-proof layer Forming a moisture-proof layer on the surface of the floor plate portion to which no layer or moisture-proof member is adhered, and forming a moisture-proof sheet larger than the upper and lower surfaces of the floor plate portion as the upper surface moisture-proof layer and moisture-proof layer, respectively. Are attached to the upper surface and the lower surface, respectively, and the peripheral edge of the moisture-proof member is attached to the side surface of the floor plate portion, and the fruit is formed on the four side surfaces of the floor plate portion and attached to the side surface. Having adhered to the outer surface of the moisture-proof sheet, self-shape retention on the side actual floor material is formed And it can be treated with moisture-proof treatment by adhering the moisture resistance member formed of a metal foil having, adhered to the side surface of the real and the formed plate member moistureproof member, such as along the side containing the actual By forming a moisture-proof member in the shape, it is possible to easily and quickly work by simply abutting and sticking the moisture-proof member that has been retained in the above shape along the side surface. Since the surface of the flooring is reliably covered with a moisture-proof member without any gaps, it can be made sufficient as a moisture-proof treatment, and the surface of the floor plate part is covered with this moisture-proof member, the top moisture-proof layer and the moisture-proof layer. Thus, it is possible to prevent the warp / push-up from occurring due to the floor plate portion absorbing and discharging moisture and expanding and contracting.
[0025]
In addition, in the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1, since the substrate portion is formed of one or both of the wood fiber board and the wood chipboard, It becomes possible to cope with de-bonding.
