【Technical field】
The present invention relates to a fluid-filled active vibration isolator capable of counteracting or actively reducing vibrations in an object to be vibrated by controlling the pressure of a main liquid chamber filled with an incompressible fluid. In particular, the present invention relates to a fluid-filled active vibration isolator that is suitably used as an engine mount, a vibration damper, or the like for an automobile.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, in a vibration isolation target member in which vibration (including noise caused by vibration) is a problem, such as an automobile body or various members, various vibration isolation devices are used to reduce the vibration. It has been adopted. Specifically, for example, an anti-vibration coupling body such as an engine mount that is interposed between the vibration source and the vibration isolation target member and reduces vibration transmitted from the vibration source to the vibration isolation target member, or the vibration isolation target member. For example, a vibration damper such as a dynamic damper that is directly attached to the vibration absorber and absorbs and reduces vibration of the vibration isolation target member itself.
[0003]
As one type of such a vibration isolator, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-191543, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-49541, etc., the main rubber elasticity that is elastically deformed by the input of vibration to be vibration-isolated A main liquid chamber in which a part of the wall is formed by the body, and a sub-liquid in which a part of the wall is formed by the oscillating member supported so as to be displaceable and pressure fluctuation is generated by the displacement of the oscillating member Chambers are formed, and incompressible fluid is sealed in the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, and an orifice passage is provided to connect the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber to each other to vibrate the vibration member. There is known a fluid-filled active vibration isolator that transmits a pressure fluctuation generated in the sub liquid chamber to the main liquid chamber through an orifice passage. In such an anti-vibration device, by controlling the internal pressure of the main liquid chamber, the anti-vibration characteristics of the anti-vibration device itself can be adjusted to exert a positive anti-vibration effect, or an excitation force can be generated to prevent the vibration. An active anti-vibration effect can be obtained, for example, by reducing the vibration of the vibration target member in an offset manner. In addition, by utilizing the fluid action such as the resonance action of the fluid that is caused to flow through the orifice passage, the internal pressure fluctuation generated in the sub liquid chamber due to the vibration of the vibration member can be efficiently applied to the main liquid chamber. Since it can be transmitted, an active anti-vibration effect can be obtained more efficiently.

However, as a result of studies by the present inventor, in the vibration isolator having such a structure, an effective internal pressure control effect of the main liquid chamber using the resonance action of the fluid through the orifice passage can be obtained in a wide frequency range. Difficult, especially in the frequency range higher than the tuning frequency where the resonance action of the fluid in the orifice passage is most effectively exerted, the flow resistance of the orifice passage is remarkably increased. It has become clear that it is difficult to effectively obtain an effective anti-vibration effect.
[0005]
[Solution]
The present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is a frequency range higher than the tuning frequency of the orifice passage communicating the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber. The pressure transmission from the sub liquid chamber to the main liquid chamber is advantageously performed, and the active vibration isolation effect based on the internal pressure control of the main liquid chamber can be effectively exhibited against vibrations in a wide frequency range. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid-filled active vibration isolator having a structure.
[0006]
[Solution]
Hereinafter, the aspect of this invention made | formed in order to solve such a subject is described. In addition, each aspect described below can be employed in any combination. Further, it is understood that the aspects and technical features of the present invention are not limited to those described below, but are recognized based on the description of the entire specification and the inventive concept described in the drawings. Should be.
[0007]
A first aspect of the present invention is a main liquid chamber in which a part of a wall portion is formed of a main rubber elastic body that is elastically deformed by an input of vibration to be damped, and an incompressible fluid is enclosed, and is displaceable. And a sub liquid chamber in which an incompressible fluid in which a pressure fluctuation is generated by displacement of the vibration member is formed with a portion of the wall portion formed by the vibration member supported by the vibration member, and the main liquid The pressure fluctuation generated in the sub liquid chamber by causing the chamber and the sub liquid chamber to communicate with each other through the first orifice passage and vibrating the vibrating member causes the main liquid to pass through the first orifice passage. In the fluid filled active vibration isolator configured to be transmitted to the chamber, the partition wall partitioning the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber is displaced based on a pressure difference between the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber. A movable member to be moved and displacement of the movable member By limiting the, that was provided displacement limiting means for securing the fluid flow through the first orifice passage, characterized.
[0008]
In such an active vibration isolator according to the first aspect, when an internal pressure fluctuation is generated in the sub liquid chamber by the vibration of the vibration member, the sub liquid chamber is caused by the fluid flow through the first orifice passage. The internal pressure fluctuation is transmitted to the main liquid chamber. Therefore, by controlling the vibration of the vibration member according to the vibration to be vibration-isolated, the internal pressure of the main liquid chamber is controlled, and the spring characteristics of the vibration isolator are changed, adjusted, or vibration-proof. In particular, in the tuning frequency range of the first orifice passage, the sub-liquid chamber to the main liquid chamber can be generated based on the resonance action of the fluid. The pressure transmission efficiency is advantageously ensured, and the active vibration isolation effect is more effectively exhibited. In addition, when the internal pressure fluctuation of the sub liquid chamber due to the vibration of the vibration member becomes higher than the tuning frequency of the first orifice passage, the fluid flow resistance of the first orifice passage becomes remarkably large. The pressure change is transmitted from the sub liquid chamber to the main liquid chamber based on the displacement of the movable member provided in the partition wall. Therefore, the active vibration isolation effect based on the pressure control of the main liquid chamber is effectively exhibited even with respect to vibration in a frequency range higher than the tuning frequency of the first orifice passage. In addition, since the displacement amount of the movable member is limited by the displacement amount limiting means, the resonance of the fluid in the first orifice passage is applied to the large amplitude vibration in the low frequency range in which the first orifice passage is tuned. Based on the action and the like, the pressure fluctuation in the sub liquid chamber is efficiently transmitted to the main liquid chamber, and the active vibration isolation effect can be more effectively exhibited.
[0010]
Therefore, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the fluid-filled active vibration isolator according to the first aspect, the movable member is configured by a rubber elastic plate whose outer peripheral edge portion is fixedly supported. This is a feature. In such an active vibration isolator of this aspect, the displacement of the movable member is generated as its own elastic deformation, and the displacement amount limiting means is realized by the elasticity of the movable member itself. According to the displacement amount limiting means, since the displacement amount of the movable member is limited in a buffering manner, the displacement amount of the movable member when the pressure fluctuation is generated in the sub liquid chamber by the vibration of the vibration member. Is prevented from being greatly distorted by a change in pressure when restricted by the displacement amount limiting means. Therefore, for example, it is possible to control the pressure almost like a sine wave corresponding to the vibration to be damped, and to suppress the generation of higher-order components due to the distortion of the pressure change, thereby further improving the vibration proofing effect against the input vibration. An improvement can be achieved.
[0011]
When the movable member is composed of a rubber elastic plate, the spring characteristic of the rubber elastic plate constituting the displacement amount limiting means is adjusted through the first orifice passage in the frequency range in which the first orifice passage is tuned. It is desirable to set so that the fluid flow is sufficiently ensured and an effective fluid resonance effect is generated. Specifically, if the dynamic spring constant of the rubber elastic plate is too small, the internal pressure fluctuation of the sub liquid chamber due to the displacement of the vibration member is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the rubber elastic plate, and the fluid flow through the first orifice passage Since the amount may be difficult to be secured sufficiently, it is desirable that the dynamic spring constant of the rubber elastic plate is 10 N / mm or more in the frequency range in which the first orifice passage is tuned. Further, for example, a reinforcing material such as a canvas can be fixed to the rubber elastic plate, thereby limiting the amount of elastic deformation of the rubber elastic plate with higher accuracy and improving the durability.
[0012]
A third aspect of the present invention is the fluid-filled active vibration isolator according to the first or second aspect, wherein a part of the wall portion is formed of a flexible film that is easily deformable. Forming an equilibrium chamber in which an incompressible fluid is sealed, in which volume change is allowed based on deformation of the flexible membrane, and communicating the equilibrium chamber directly or indirectly with the main liquid chamber; Two orifice passages are formed, and the second orifice passage is tuned to a lower frequency region than the first orifice passage. In such an active vibration isolator of this aspect, the vibration is generated based on the resonance action of the fluid that flows through the second orifice passage with respect to the vibration in the frequency range lower than the tuning frequency of the first orifice passage. Due to the low dynamic spring effect, a passive anti-vibration effect can be exhibited. In addition, even when an initial load such as the weight of a supported body is input under the mounted state, such as an engine mount, the volume of the equilibrium chamber and the fluid pressure absorption action can cause the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber to Since the increase in the internal pressure is avoided, the pressure control of the main liquid chamber by the vibration of the vibration member can be easily and effectively performed, and the target vibration isolation effect can be obtained more stably. The second orifice passage may directly communicate with the main liquid chamber and the equilibrium chamber, but in addition, the main liquid chamber communicates with the sub liquid chamber and the equilibration chamber through the sub liquid chamber. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that indirectly communicates with the equilibrium chamber. Further, as the flexible membrane, a fluid-tight sheet or the like can be employed in addition to a thin rubber elastic membrane that can be easily deformed.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the fluid-filled active vibration isolator according to any one of the first to third aspects, the main liquid chamber side and the sub liquid chamber side with respect to the movable member are provided. A third orifice passage is formed on at least one side so that the fluid flow through the third orifice passage causes the pressure in the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber to be exerted on the movable member, and the third The orifice passage is tuned to a higher frequency range than the first orifice passage. In such an active vibration isolator of this aspect, the pressure is transmitted between the sub liquid chamber and the main liquid chamber in the tuning frequency region of the third orifice passage by the resonance action of the fluid flowing through the third orifice passage. Since the efficiency is improved, the active vibration isolating effect against the vibration in the tuning frequency region of the third orifice passage can be exhibited more efficiently.
[0014]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the fluid-filled active vibration isolator according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the effective piston area of the movable member is set to the effective piston of the vibration member. It is characterized by being larger than the area. In such an active vibration isolator of this aspect, according to Pascal's principle, the driving force of the vibration member is amplified via the liquid pressure in the sub liquid chamber and transmitted from the movable member to the main liquid chamber. Therefore, by applying a small driving force to the vibration member, it is possible to cause a large pressure change in the main liquid chamber. Therefore, for example, a large force transmitted to the object to be vibration-proofed. The vibration force can be obtained more efficiently.
[0015]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the fluid-filled active vibration isolator according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the first attachment elastically connected by the main rubber elastic body A member and a second mounting member are provided, and the vibration plate and the movable member are supported by the second mounting member so as to be displaceable, and either the first mounting member or the second mounting member is supported. One of the features is that one is attached to an object to be shaken. According to such an aspect, the target fluid-filled active vibration isolator can be advantageously realized with a simple structure. In particular, the first attachment member is attached to one of the vibration transmission member (vibration generating member, etc.) and the vibration transmission member (vibration isolation target member), and the second attachment member is attached to the other of them. Thus, an anti-vibration coupling body such as an engine mount having a structure according to the present invention can be advantageously realized. Moreover, by attaching one of the first attachment member and the second attachment member to the vibration isolation target member, the other of the first attachment member and the second attachment member is attached to the vibration isolation target member. The vibration damper can be advantageously configured by elastically supporting the main rubber elastic body to form one vibration system.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the fluid-filled active vibration isolator having the structure according to the present invention, the pressure fluctuation generated in the sub liquid chamber by the vibration of the vibration member is the first orifice passage. By efficiently transmitting to the main liquid chamber based on the fluid flow action through the first orifice passage, it is possible to obtain an active vibration isolation effect effective in the frequency range in which the first orifice passage is tuned. Further, even in a frequency range higher than the tuning frequency of the first orifice passage, the pressure fluctuation generated in the sub liquid chamber by the vibration of the vibration member is transmitted to the main liquid chamber based on the displacement of the movable member.
