Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic device in which a packed battery or the like can be attached and detached, and is particularly effective for an electronic device that requires a long pack body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, batteries, HDDs, and the like are packed and can be attached to and detached from an electronic device main body such as a personal computer to improve the performance of the electronic device (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-2431). ).
[0003]
Further, various configurations for attaching and detaching this kind of battery pack or the like (hereinafter referred to as a pack body) have been proposed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 8-16278 and 9-6466.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The size of the pack body targeted by the above-mentioned conventional proposal is about the size of a palm, and since the attachment / detachment operation was mainly intended to be performed with one hand, the attachment was released with one hand and the pack with the other hand. I was able to support my body. Therefore, the pack body can be easily attached and detached from the back side of the electronic device with the back side of the electronic device facing downward.
[0005]
However, when the size of the battery pack is increased in accordance with the demand for continuous use for a long time in a portable electronic device, a plurality of locking means are required to securely attach (lock) the pack body to the electronic device body. Become. If the plurality of locking means can be released with one hand, a mechanism for interlocking the locking means is required, which increases the size of the electronic device and impairs portability. On the other hand, for example, in a configuration in which the two locking means are operated with separate hands, there is no hand to support the pack body itself, so the pack body mounted on the back side of the device with the back surface of the electronic device facing downward It becomes difficult to attach and detach. In particular, this problem becomes conspicuous in a configuration in which the distance between the locking means is longer than the length of the pack body that is elongated and the palm is widened.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, The feature is made to slide in the 2nd direction orthogonal to the said 1st direction after inserting a pack body from a 1st direction with respect to a main body accommodating part. An electronic device in which a pack body that can be attached to the storage unit is removable, wherein the main body is formed on each of a pair of side walls that are not orthogonal to the first and second directions of the storage unit, A fixed protrusion extending in parallel with the second direction; a movable protrusion disposed adjacent to the fixed protrusion and disposed on each of the pair of side walls so as to be slidable in two directions orthogonal to the second direction; An urging means for applying a first urging force toward the inside of the storage portion and a second urging force in a direction opposite to the first direction to each of the movable protrusions; and resisting the first urging force of the urging means. And using the second urging force, the movable protrusion is substantially fixed to the fixed force. Means for holding on the extension line of the protrusion, and operating means for operating the movable protrusion in the first direction against the second urging force of the urging means. In the state of being attached to the storage portion, each of the grooves has grooves formed on a pair of surfaces opposed to the pair of side walls, respectively, and each of the grooves is inserted when the pack body is inserted into the storage portion in the first direction. A first groove portion extending in an opposite direction to the first direction from the open end so that the fixed and movable protrusions can be fitted while the insertion direction end portion is open, and a deepest portion of the first groove portion in the second direction. A second groove extending in the opposite direction; and a third groove extending further in the opposite direction of the second direction than the deepest portion of the first groove and capable of fitting the movable protrusion. The first groove portion has the movable projection fitted in the first groove portion in the first direction and vice versa. In response to the sliding in the direction in that the means for sliding in a direction against the first biasing force of the biasing means is formed in order to release the holding by the holding means.
[0007]

(14 ').
[0014]
The width of the communicating portion of the second restricting groove 14 (14 ′) with the base grooves 12 and (12 ′) is slightly larger than the length of the second locking protrusion 8 (8 ′), and the second locking protrusion 8 (8 ′) can be fitted into the second restriction groove 14 (14 ′). The vertical width of the first restricting grooves 13 and (13 ′) is slightly larger than the thickness of the first engaging protrusions 6, and the first engaging protrusions 6 are formed in the first restricting grooves 13 (13 ′). ) Can be fitted. Further, the horizontal distance from the deepest part of the first restricting grooves 13, (13 ′) to the end of the second restricting groove 14 (14 ′) on the front side of the main body 1 is defined as the main body 1 of the first locking protrusion 6. It is made to correspond with the horizontal distance from the back side edge part to the main body 1 front side edge part of the said 2nd latching protrusion 8 (8 '). As a result, as will be apparent from the following description, the first and second locking projections 6 and 8 (8 ′) are provided in the first and second restricting grooves 13 (13 ′) and 14 (14 ′), respectively. It is possible to be in a state of being fitted at the same time (see FIG. 2).
[0015]
At the upper end of the base groove 12 (12 ′) on the front side of the main body 1, when the pack body 2 is attached or detached, one end of the second locking projection 8 (8 ′) is resisted against the urging force of the urging mechanism described later. 1 A portion (hereinafter referred to as a pushing portion) 15 (15 ′) for pushing inward is formed. The surface of the indentation portion 15 (15 ′) gradually increases from the base groove 12 (12 ′) open end side toward the base groove 12 (12 ′) deepest portion with respect to the bottom surface of the groove 11 (11 ′). The cross section has a substantially arch shape that increases and then gradually decreases to a height equivalent to the bottom surface of the groove 11 (11 ′).
[0016]
Next, the attachment / detachment of the pack body 3 to / from the storage unit 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5 are cross-sectional views taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. 1, only the side wall 4 side of the storage unit 2 is shown, but as is clear from the above description, on the side wall 5 side, FIG. It goes without saying that the situation is similar. 2-5, the pack body 3 is transparently shown by a broken line.
[0017]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the pack body 3 is attached to the storage portion 2. In this state, the first and second locking protrusions 6 and 8 are fitted in the first and second restricting grooves 13 and 14, respectively. ing. For this reason, the movement of the pack body 3 toward the back surface and bottom surface of the main body 1 is restricted.
[0018]
From the state shown in FIG. 2, when an operation button (to be described later) is pressed and the second locking projection 8 is slid to a position aligned substantially in line with the first locking projection 6 as shown in FIG. Since the engagement of the locking protrusion 8 with the second restricting groove 14 is released, the pack body 3 can be slid in the back direction of the main body 1.
[0019]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the pack body 3 is slid in the rear direction of the main body 1 and moved until the first and second locking projections 13 and 14 are located immediately below the open upper end of the base groove 12. As a result, the fitting of the first locking projection 6 into the first restricting groove 13 is released, so that the pack body 3 can be slid toward the bottom surface of the main body 1, and the pack body 3 can be moved as shown in FIG. It can be completely removed from the storage part 2. At this time, the second locking projection 14 returns to the position shown in FIG. 2 due to the pressing portion 15 acting when the pack body 3 slides. This operation will be described in detail in the description of the urging mechanism described later.
[0020]
On the other hand, the procedure for attaching the pack body 3 to the storage portion 2 is the reverse of the above-described removal procedure, and first the first and second locking projections 6 and 8 are fitted to the base groove 12 of the pack body 3. The pack body 3 is inserted from the bottom surface side of the storage portion 2 by aligning the open end of the base groove 12 with the first and second locking projections 6 and 8. At this time, the lower end of the second locking projection 8 comes into contact with the lower end of the base groove 12 and thereafter slides upward against the biasing force of the biasing mechanism by the insertion force of the pack body 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the first locking projection 6 is lifted to the horizontal level position. Therefore, from this state, by sliding the pack body 3 toward the front surface of the main body 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the first locking projections 6 are fitted in the first restricting grooves 13 and the second locking projections 8 are It will be located directly above the second restriction groove 14. Thereafter, fitting is completed by fitting the second locking protrusion 8 into the second restricting groove 14.
[0021]
6 to 8 are for explaining the urging mechanisms 20 and 20 'of the second locking projections 8 and 8' described above. The urging mechanisms 20 and 20 'have openings 7 and 7', respectively. Is disposed in the main body 1 communicating with the storage portion 2.
[0022]
The urging mechanisms 20 and 20 ′ are respectively operated by operating buttons 21 and 21 ′ mounted on the bottom surface side of the main body 1 so as to be slidable upward from the bottom surface side of the main body 1 and slightly slidable in the horizontal direction in the figure. The first to third suspended portions 22, 22 ′, 23, 23 ′, which are planted in order from the storage portion 2 side on the upper surface (the lower surface is the operation surface) of the operation buttons 21, 21 ′, respectively. 24, 24 ', and coil springs wound around the first hanging portions 22, 22' and having one end fixed to the main body 1 and the other end fixed to the second hanging portions 23, 23 '. Force means 25, 25 '.
[0023]
Since both ends of the urging means 25 and 25 ′ are fixed as described above, the operation buttons 21 and 21 ′ are always urged toward the bottom surface of the main body 1 and toward the storage portion 2. Further, the second locking projections 8 and 8 ′ are integrally attached to the tips of the second hanging portions 23 and 23 ′. Further, the tips of the third hanging portions 24 and 24 'are bent in the direction of the storage portion 2 to form a locking end portion, and integrally with the inner wall of the main body 1 near the openings 7 and 7', as shown in FIG. When the second locking projections 8 and 8 'are positioned at the upper ends of the openings 7 and 7' (this position is substantially horizontal with the first locking projection 6 as shown in FIG. 3), L-shaped locking portions 26 and 26 ′ for locking the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24 and 24 ′ to the top are formed. Further, the vicinity of the top portion of the locking portions 26, 26 'facing the third hanging portions 24, 24' is slightly raised, and the lower end of the raised portion is tapered.
[0024]
Next, the operation of the urging mechanisms 20 and 20 ′ will be described.
[0025]
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the second locking projections 8 and 8 ′ are fitted in the second restriction grooves 14 and 14 ′, respectively, when the pack body 3 is completely attached to the storage portion 2 as shown in FIG. Is the same state. At this time, due to the urging force of the urging means 25, 25 ′, the locking end portion bent in the direction of the storage portion 2 at the tip of the third hanging portion 24, 24 ′ becomes the locking portion 26, 26 ′. The operation buttons 21 and 21 'are urged toward the bottom surface of the main body 1 while positioned so as to contact the third hanging portions 24 and 24' below the raised portion.
[0026]
In this state, when the operation buttons 21 and 21 ′ are pressed toward the upper surface of the main body 1 against the urging force of the urging means 25 and 25 ′, as shown in FIG. 6, the third hanging portions 24 and 24 ′ The locking end portion is pushed upward along the taper of the locking portions 26 and 26 ′ and can be pushed up to the upper side of the locking portions 26 and 26 ′. In this pushed-up state, the abutment of the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24 ′ to the locking portions 26, 26 ′ is released, and the biasing means 25, 25 ′ is in the direction of the storage portion 2 Due to the urging force, the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24 'are locked to the top portions of the locking portions 26, 26' as shown in FIG. In this locked state, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the second locking protrusions 8 and 8 ′ are aligned with the first locking protrusion 6 in a straight line.
[0027]
The locking between the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24 and 24 ′ and the top portions of the locking portions 26 and 26 ′ is released by attaching and detaching the pack body 3 to and from the storage portion 2.
[0028]
Specifically, for example, when the pack body 3 is slid from the state shown in FIG. 4 to the state shown in FIG. 5 in order to remove the pack body 3, the sliding pressing portions 15, 15 ′ become the second locking protrusions 8, It acts on 8 ', and pushes 2nd latching protrusion 8 and 8' inward of the main body 1 against the biasing force of biasing means 25 and 25 '. In this pushed-in state, the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24 ′ are separated from the tops of the locking portions 26, 26 ′, and are locked with the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24 ′. As shown in FIG. 7, the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24 and 24 ′ are released by the urging force of the urging means 25 and 25 ′. When the pack body 3 is finally removed from the storage portion 2 as shown in FIG. 5 when it is biased below the raised portion of the locking portions 26 and 26 ′, the state shown in FIG. Return to.
[0029]
When the pack body 3 is attached to the storage portion 2 when the biasing mechanisms 20 and 20 ′ are in the state shown in FIG. 8, the biasing means 25 and 25 ′ are applied by the insertion force of the pack body 3 as described above. The second locking projections 8 and 8 'are lifted to the horizontal level position of the first locking projections 6 and 6' against the urging force of the third hanging projection 24 as shown in FIG. , 24 ′ and the tops of the locking portions 26, 26 ′ are designed so that they cannot be locked, and when the pack body 3 is inserted into the storage portion 2, As shown in FIG. 6, the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24 ′ and the top portions of the locking portions 26, 26 ′ are not locked.
[0030]
Further, in this embodiment, when the pack body 3 is attached to the storage portion 2, the urging mechanisms 20, 20 'are engaged with the locking end portions of the third hanging portions 24, 24' as shown in FIG. Even if the top portions of the stopper portions 26 and 26 'are locked, the pack body 3 can be mounted without any problem.
[0031]
That is, when the pack body 3 is inserted into the storage portion 2 when the urging mechanisms 20 and 20 ′ are in the state shown in FIG. 6, the push-in portions 15 and 15 ′ are the second in the same manner as the removal of the pack body 3 described above. Acting on the locking projections 8 and 8 ′, the second locking projections 8 and 8 ′ are pushed inward of the main body 1 against the biasing force of the biasing means 25 and 25 ′, and the third hanging portions 24 and 24 are pushed. The 'locking end portion of' is separated from the top of the locking portions 26, 26 '. As a result, the second locking projections 8 and 8 ′ are urged toward the bottom surface of the main body 1 by the urging force of the urging means 25 and 25 ′. Accordingly, the state is similar to the state of FIG. 8 described above, and can be mounted in the same manner.
[0032]
In the above description, it is described that the operation buttons 21 and 21 'are operated at the same time when the pack body 3 is removed. However, it is needless to say that it is not necessary to operate the operation buttons simultaneously because of the configuration. While supporting the pack body 3 with one hand, the operation buttons 21, 21 'can be operated in order with the other hand.
[0033]
In addition, although the present Example demonstrated the case where the accommodating part 2 was provided in the main body 1 back bottom side, this invention is not limited to this, A accommodating part is formed in any surface of the main body 1. There is no need to explain that.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since there are a plurality of locking means for locking the pack body and each lock can be unlocked, it is advantageous for downsizing of the device, and the pack body is attached to and detached from the bottom surface of the device body. Even if it is possible, it is possible to prevent the pack body from dropping due to unlocking, so that it is particularly effective when employed in an electronic device having a long pack body.
