本発明は、上記のいずれもの欠点を補う装置であって、真円上に等間隔で配置した多数の整形用シリンダを支持しかつこれら各シリンダの配置間隔と同ピッチづつ間欠回転させるロータと、前記ロータ停止時に第一のポジションで該ポジションに近い整形用シリンダの上に、切断したフイルムを供給する手段と、前記整形用シリンダ進行方向の第二のポジションで同シリンダと一体に移動する筒形ホッパーで前記フイルムを整形用シリンダの中に押し込んで筒状化する手段と、前記ホッパーを通して前記筒状フイルム内に投入されている被包装物を棒状ストッパーで押えながら筒形ホッパーを整形用シリンダの口部まで引き上げる手段と、前記被包装物を外部から挟んで回転させ筒状フテルムを捩じる手段と、前記の捩った部分に結束材を巻つける手段とにより構成する。
