【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an in-hospital automatic sterilization device, and more particularly, to prevent nosocomial infections caused by bacteria floating on the walls, floors, etc. in hospital environments such as operating rooms, hospital rooms, clean rooms, preparation rooms, etc. In order to achieve this, a disinfectant is sprayed to effectively perform sterilization treatment. It can also be used in facilities that require sterilization such as food factories.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, nosocomial infections have rapidly increased in hospitals, and in particular, multidrug-resistant MRSA (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and antibiotics are not effective. When a person with reduced resistance, such as an elderly person or a cancer patient, is infected, bacteria may grow in the body, causing pneumonia, enteritis, suppuration of the skin, sepsis, etc., leading to death.
[0003]
Since MRSA has multi-drug resistance to other antibacterial agents, the effectiveness of antibiotics is weak, and therapeutic agents and treatment methods are still under development. Therefore, it is urgent to disinfect them before infection. It has become an issue.
[0004]
The MRSA occurs most frequently in the operating room where surgery was performed on carriers. In addition, it spreads around the bed of carriers, through clothes, air conditioning, etc. of doctors, nurses, hospital workers, and medical devices that are not sterilized.
Therefore, in addition to the operating room, it is necessary to sterilize the place where MRSA is likely to occur, and in order to perform the sterilization, the floor, wall, ceiling, bed, shelf, and medical equipment that surround the space It is necessary to sterilize both the adherent bacteria adhering to etc. and the airborne bacteria floating in the space.
[0005]
In response to the above request, the present applicant has previously provided an in-hospital automatic sterilization device as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-176777.
As shown in FIG. 7, the in-hospital automatic sterilizing / disinfecting apparatus includes a

Next, let the room stand for the required time in the above saturated state to sterilize airborne bacteria and adherent bacteria such as walls and ceilings, and then the disinfectant in the air falls on the floor etc. by its own weight, Sterilize and disinfect adhering bacteria such as floors.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the hospital automatic sterilization disinfection device, as described above, the particulate disinfectant mixed with the compressed air is saturated in the room, that is, it is injected and filled to a supersaturated state. When most of the disinfectant in the air falls on the floor with the passage of time, the upper surface of the floor or the like becomes excessively wet.
After sterilizing and disinfecting with a disinfectant as described above, the room needs to be dried. However, as described above, if the upper surface of the floor or the like is excessively wet, there is a problem that it takes a long time to dry.
[0008]
In particular, when the room to be sterilized is an operating room of a hospital, it is necessary to use it efficiently, so it becomes very inconvenient if the time required for drying becomes long. Further, as described above, when the floor or the like is excessively wet with the disinfectant, resistant bacteria may be generated.
[0009]
Therefore, when it is desired to use the room early after disinfection, it is necessary for the operator to wipe the floor that has been excessively wetted with the disinfectant using a mop or the like. In that case, since the bacteria often adhere to the mop itself, the bacteria may adhere to the room.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has improved the in-hospital automatic sterilization apparatus previously filed by the applicant, shortened the working time by shortening the drying time in the room, and reliably floating. An object of the present invention is to provide an in-hospital automatic sterilization device capable of sterilizing bacteria and adherent bacteria.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is mounted on a portable carriage,
A two-fluid nozzle that mixes disinfectant with compressed air and sprays it as ultrafine particles;
A disinfectant tank containing a disinfectant to be supplied to the two-fluid nozzle;
A compressor for supplying compressed air to the two-fluid nozzle;
Supply means for supplying the disinfectant and compressed air to the two-fluid nozzle;
Rotating means for changing the injection direction of the two-fluid nozzle;
And fan for recovering at least the two-fluid driven after completion of the injection by the nozzle finely divided disinfectant,
A filter is attached to an opening provided in the fan cover and removes a disinfectant collected by driving the fan,
Control means for controlling the spray time from the two-fluid nozzle, the jetting direction and the driving time of the fan is provided, and when the super-fine particles are jetted from the two-fluid nozzle by the control means and after the jetting is finished, or the jetting is finished There is provided an in-hospital automatic sterilization apparatus characterized in that only the latter is selected and controlled so as to drive the fan.
[0012]
The fan may be provided as a separate unit and may be mounted on a carriage, or may be provided in advance by being connected to another device.
Further, the rotating means may be variable in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, or may be variable only in either the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
[0014]
The control of the spraying time by the control means is controlled, for example, by putting the amount of the disinfecting liquid in the control means comprising a predetermined amount of tank and spraying until the predetermined amount of disinfecting liquid in the tank is exhausted. It may be.
[0015]
Moreover, it is preferable to spray the ultrafine particles sprayed from the present invention until the field of view is about 4 m and the state becomes supersaturated. The field of view 4m refers to a state in which a black disc having a diameter of 30 cm is not visible when placed in front of 4 m.
[0016]
Specifically, in the apparatus of the present invention, for example, a portable carriage has a rotating body mounted on the upper part of a substantially cone-shaped body so as to be rotatable in a horizontal direction, and a two-fluid nozzle projects from the rotating body. In addition, a carriage provided with wheels on the lower surface of the vehicle body is attached so as to be movable. Inside the vehicle body, the compressor and fan are built in, and a filter is attached by opening a side wall of the vehicle body, and the disinfectant to be recovered is removed by the filter by the rotation of the fan. It is also rotated and sprayed with a disinfectant mist and the mist spreads quickly. Further, the rotating body accommodates a disinfectant tank supplied to the two-fluid nozzle.
[0017]
Further, a sterilizing water tank is mounted inside the rotating body separately from the disinfectant tank, and the liquid contact portion of the two-fluid nozzle is cleaned by spraying the sterilizing water after spraying the disinfectant, and thereafter The inside of the two-fluid nozzle is dried by spraying compressed air. In addition, after washing the nozzle with sterilized water, only compressed air is supplied to dry the nozzle, and after all these jets have been completed, the fan is driven and the ultrafine particulate disinfectant filled in the room We are trying to collect.
[0018]
[Action]
According to the in-hospital automatic sterilization apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank and the compressed air from the compressor are supplied to the two-fluid nozzle by the supply means, and the squeezing is performed by the two-fluid nozzle. Air and disinfectant are mixed and sprayed as ultrafine particles. At the time of spraying, the rotating body provided with the two-fluid nozzle is rotated in the horizontal direction, and the disinfectant is uniformly sprayed in each direction in the room to be sterilized.
Since the above-mentioned disinfectant is sprayed as ultrafine particles, the airborne residence time of the disinfectant is increased, and airborne bacteria can be effectively sterilized.
[0019]
Spraying of the disinfectant is performed until the room is saturated, that is, until it becomes supersaturated, the disinfectant in the form of a mist falls due to its own weight, wets the floor surface, and sterilizes the adherent bacteria adhering to the floor surface. .
Also, by driving the fan after the end of spraying, the disinfectant staying in the air is collected to prevent the floor surface from getting wet with the disinfectant excessively, and floor wetting is minimized. This speeds up indoor drying time.
[0020]
In addition , according to the in- hospital automatic sterilization apparatus of the present invention, the spraying time from the two-fluid nozzle, the jetting direction, and the driving time of the fan are controlled by the control means, and thus the sterilization is automatically performed in an optimum manner. It can be performed. Further, by driving the fan also during the initial spraying of the disinfectant, the distance of the ultrafine disinfectant can be increased and the disinfectant can be diffused and sprayed uniformly in the room. Furthermore, since the fan is driven even after the spraying of the disinfectant is completed, as described above, the spray can be collected and the indoor drying time can be shortened.

[0047]
In the beds A to D, a total of 4 types of bacteria were attached to 30, 5, 16, 5 and 56 in total before the experiment, whereas 55 bacteria could be removed.
Bacteria are not attached to the extinguishing switch E, the upper part J of the rocker, and the table L before the experiment and are not attached after the experiment. That is, the area contaminated with bacteria has not expanded.
Entrance door knob F is 4, toilet door knob G is 1, TV switch H is 38, locker lower I is 25, TV stand K is 5, sink M is 37, telephone handset N is 56, before the experiment Although each bacteria adhered, it was able to be set to 0 after the experiment.
[0048]
The apparatus of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 5-176777 of the applicant's prior application, the rotating body to which the two-fluid nozzle is attached is vertically arranged. It is also preferable that the two-fluid nozzle be rotated in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction so that spraying can be performed from the two-fluid nozzle in all directions in the vertical and horizontal directions.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the hospital automatic sterilization apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank is supplied to the two-fluid nozzle by the automatic supply means having a three-way electromagnetic valve. The compressed air from the compressor and the disinfectant can be mixed by the two-fluid nozzle, and the disinfectant can be injected as ultrafine particles having a particle diameter of 10 μm or less. Therefore, the sprayed disinfectant has a long floating time in the air, and it is possible to effectively sterilize the floating bacteria by filling the room until it becomes supersaturated so that the visibility becomes 4 m or less.
[0050]
Further, when the disinfectant is sprayed, the two-fluid nozzle is rotated in the horizontal direction by the rotating means, and also in the vertical direction as necessary, so that the disinfectant is uniformly sprayed in each direction in the room. I can do it. Furthermore, by spraying the disinfectant until the room is saturated, the mist-like disinfectant is dropped by its own weight to wet the floor surface, and the attached bacteria adhering to the floor surface are sterilized. Therefore, floating bacteria and adherent bacteria can be sterilized efficiently.
[0051]
In addition, when the above-described apparatus finishes jetting by the two-fluid nozzle, the fan is driven again to collect the disinfectant in the air and the floor surface is prevented from being excessively wetted by the disinfectant. Can be minimized. Thereby, the drying time in the room can be shortened, and the working time can be shortened.
[0052]
Furthermore, in the hospital automatic sterilization apparatus of the present invention, the spraying time from the two-fluid nozzle, the jetting direction, and the driving time of the fan are controlled by the control means. I can do it.
In addition, by driving the fan also when the disinfectant is sprayed, the flying distance of the ultrafine disinfectant can be increased, and the disinfectant can be diffused and sprayed uniformly in the room.
