Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a looper roll control method for switching a looper roll synchronization position of a steel sheet storage looper in a steel sheet processing line.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration of a conventional looper device 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, the looper device 1 is configured such that the difference between the plate passing speed of the
That is, in the steel process line, the central section is required to pass the
Therefore, the looper device 1 absorbs the difference in plate passing speed between the central section, the entry side section, and the exit side section.
In the conventional looper device 1, the looper entry side steel remaining length if long enough, set the looper roll 1a to looper roll synchronization position P S. On the other hand, when the looper inlet side steel remaining length is equal to or less than a predetermined value, it switches the looper roll synchronization position P S by moving the looper roll 1a.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Incidentally, the above-described conventional looper device has the following problems.
That is, while changing the looper roll synchronization position, the looper entry section is fixed at the maximum speed, so if the speed of the looper exit section increases, the speed difference between the looper entry and exit will be The length of the steel sheet that decreases and accumulates in the looper decreases. Since the time for switching the looper roll to the synchronous position depends on the length of the steel plate accumulated in the looper, there is a problem that the switching time also changes when the accumulated length of the steel plate changes as described above.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a looper roll control method capable of completing the switching of the looper roll synchronization position in a predetermined time even when the looper outlet side section speed is varied.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the looper roll control method according to the present invention is a looper roll control method for switching a looper roll synchronization position of a steel sheet accumulation looper in a steel sheet processing line. During the looper roll synchronization position switching, the speed of the steel sheet in the looper outlet side section is monitored. Based on this speed, the speed of the looper entry section is determined so that the difference in speed between the looper entry section and the exit section is constant.
According to this method, the looper entry side line speed is changed in accordance with the fluctuation of the looper exit side line speed, so that the length of the steel sheet accumulated in the looper is always kept constant. Therefore, the synchronous position switching of the looper roll can be completed within a certain time.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a looper device 2 which is an embodiment of a looper roll control method according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a timing chart showing switching of the entry side section speed and the looper roll position of the looper device 2. Control is performed based on the equations (1) to (3).
l 1 : Steel plate accumulation length when switching the looper roll synchronization position t 1 : Time required for switching the looper roll synchronization position l 2 : The steel sheet payout length L H when the looper roll synchronization position is switched L H : The looper long end synchronization position L L : Looper short-end synchronization position V E : Looper exit side speed-Looper entry side speed α: Looper roll acceleration / deceleration rate As shown in Fig. 1, normal line operation (the speed of the central section and the entry and exit sections) The looper roll 2a is set at the looper roll synchronization position P S1 .
Hereinafter, looper roll synchronization position switching will be described.
First, the steel plate length accumulated in the looper device 2 at the time of switching the looper roll 2a (steel plate accumulated length at the time of switching the looper roll synchronization position) l 1 is obtained from the equation (1).
Next, the entry side steel sheet payout length l 2 from when the looper roll synchronization position is switched is obtained by the expressions (2) and (3). Then, the necessary looper entry side remaining length is obtained from the sum of l 1 and l 2, and when the looper entry side remaining length becomes equal to or less than the necessary looper entry side remaining length, the looper roll synchronization position from time T 1 to time T 2 is obtained. Is switched from P S1 to P S2 . Further, at time T 3 , deceleration is started to stop the looper entry side.
Furthermore, in the present invention, at time T 2, from time T 1 to looper roll synchronization position is switched from P S1 to P S2, monitors the speed of the looper exit-side section, on the basis of this speed, the looper entrance-side section and the exit-side section The speed of the looper entry side section is determined so that the difference in speed between the two is constant.
That is, while switching looper roll synchronization position, if the speed of the looper exit-side section increases by [Delta] V, thereby Tsuban the
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the difference in the sheet passing speed between the looper entry side and exit side steel sheets is made constant, so even if the speed of the looper exit side section fluctuates, it is accumulated in the looper. The length of the steel sheet can be made constant. Therefore, the looper roll synchronization position switching can be completed within a fixed time.
